The NeighborhoodInstead of the noisy center and big venues, here you have: New building (2013) in a quite neighborhood next to villas zone. Next (email hidden) with daily fresh vegetables and fruits. Next a supermarket ACIMA Bourgogne. 10 min walk to ANFAPLACE Shopping Mall. 10 min nice walk to new Casablanca downtown. And many other local stores (Florist, pressing, ...) Getting AroundRed Taxis are always around or you can call a taxi service (taxi vert). Taxis are not expensive in Morocco. Less than 1.5 USD most of the time, but make sure that the taxi meter is working. Other Things to Note- Possible to accommodate 1 child in the individual firm mattress. Also 2 more perons in a second room. - Don't stress! Casablanca Airport pickup and drop at 300 Dirhams (30 usd - confirm by giving your flight number). - Train also available from Casablanca airport for 6 USD/person. Check ONCF website for train timetable. To come to my place stop by "L'oasis" train station (the train don't announce it, be watchful and ask locals) , then take a red taxi to my place (3 USD max). Always make sure that the taximeter is working. - Waching maching 50 Dirhams per use (6 usd)

The SpaceMagnificent apartment with an exceptional location at the cross road between the main street of Casablanca boulevard Zektouni and the Cornishe. At only 100 meters from the ocean and 300 meters from the famous Big Mosque Hassan II, ocean view from three windows of the Salon and the Dining room. Located in a small building at the second floor without lift, comprising one apartment per floor that guaranty a perfect calm and comfort. Moreover, the Bed room is located in the back of the apartment, that offers a calm sleep, it's equipped with a large Queen bed and a baby bed as well. I’ve just finished its renovation and I’ve furnished it with an excellent quality equipment and a high standard oil painting. Such location guaranties the satisfaction of either tourists thanks to the ocean view as well as the close distance to the ocean and the famous Big Mosque, and the professional people searching to avoid traffic jam to get into the city centre at any moment of the day. High quality equipment for an extreme comfort ( LCD television, satellite, USB mobile modem: unlimited internet access, coffee maker) is completed by a hotel service (cleaning and changing bed linens and towels every three nights). PS: clients are expected to comply with moroccan culture and law. Moroccan law doesn't allow to rent the non-married couples in case of a moroccan or arabic man or woman (The law tolerate non married foreign couple considering they have another culture). Getting Aroundthe best way to get around is small red taxis, get you to the main area, and you can spend all day by foot, beach, restaurant and all. the apartment is like minutes to the beach and all attractions so it's not that long of a ride with taxis, $2 to get you there.also it is the new tramway that 3 minutes from the house can get you all over Casablanca. supermarket is 3 min by cab, but the regular fruit, vegetable and meat market is near the apartment Other Things to Noteif by a a chance you rent a car, this is a parking spot in the garage for free, included with the apartment.

The neighbourhood is safe, and you will find in few steps, many stylish and affordable restaurants, bars (alcohol) and shops. 5 minutes walking, there is Gauthier neighbourhood with much more places to go (bar/restaurant/stores) Getting AroundThe accommodation is within 15 minutes drive of the two major train stations of the city and about 30/40 minutes from the airport, and also 15 minutes drive from the medina and casablanca coast, its beaches, its giant malls and entertainment spots (eg cinema). The apartment is about 500m from the us embassy and Spanish embassy.

The SpaceA little stone path leads you through the garden to the front door. Have a mint tea or a fresh drink in the living room before I show you the way to your room. The angled stir case leads you up to the first floor where the guest room is located. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your spacious room (the Bougainvillea Room) has a comfy double bed. It has an antique Italian chest et wardrobe, bedside tables, Berber kilim rugs and modern paintings on the walls. It also has a private balcony. The house has two bathrooms designed in the traditional Moroccan 'tadelakt' style. You can use the Blue Bathroom with a deep corner bath tub or the Paprika Bathroom with a maxi walk-in shower. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Relax or have an aperitif in the main salon and ask me all about the current hotspots of Casablanca and off the beaten tracks tips to the city. Help yourself in the equipped kitchen, and have your meals on the terrace in the garden or in the dining room. For breakfast enjoy a choice of homemade Moroccan pancakes, wholemeal bread, jams, honey and freshly squeezed juice (in season). In 3 minutes you are at a big supermarket, and you are walking distance from good restaurants and the best coffee shops and patisserie in Casablanca. We even have a Starbucks! Getting AroundIf you arrive at Casablanca Airport, I can arrange a taxi for you; the driver knows my address, and the cost is 300 Moroccan dirhams (about 27 euros). Taxis are the most common mode of transport in Casablanca; they are very cheap and easy to find. If you wish to go out at night, I can call a taxi to the door. If you want to discover the most authentic spots in Casablanca and have a taste of the life here, I can propose you a tour with one of my friends : Karima, Mehdi or Soukaina are young moroccan artists and they will be pleased to bring you around the city in a very unconventional tour (cost 100 MAD/H). Other Things to NoteDo you want me to organise a taxi to meet you at the airport? This means you will travel with a reliable driver who knows my address and you can avoid any tourist over charging! It's a standard cost of 350 MAD - about 30€. Also if you want to discover the most authentic spots in Casablanca and have a taste of the life here, I can book you a Walking Tour with me or a local young Moroccan artist. It's an unconventional tour - more like a wander with a friend. It's a lot of fun to meet a local, hear Arabic and share stories.

The SpaceWelcome to Casablanca! The apartment serves me as a "pied-à-terre" when I come to Morocco, then the rest of the time, I propose to rent it :-) It is located in a new residence built between 2012 and 2013 and bears the evocative name of "Excellence" ... it is in the middle of the Gironde district which is a slightly behind hyper noisy center of Casa, nevertheless remaining quite accessible by taxi or tram. Casa Voyageurs train station is not far either. The apartment is a small studio in Morocco, it means that it comprises at least two parts, which is the case because there is a room that overlooks the terrace and a separate lounge/living room. A kitchen complete the package and also overlooks the terrace. Located on the 5th floor, the apartment has no vis-à-vis this ensures you some peace. The city view is unobstructed, and the terrace is sunny most of the day. About equipments, you will find a washing machine (with spreading necessary on the 6th floor roof terrace), TV with satellite channels in the bedroom and in the living room, DVD player and air conditioning / heating in the two parts. The bed of the room is "queen size" and if necessary, the living room can accommodate additional people. Sheets and towels are provided. Finally, a wireless Internet access is always available. A free closed parking is available in the residence. A guard is also present 24h / 24. Guest AccessThe entire apartment is yours. A guardian present 24h / 24 will open the door of the residence and, if necessary, the door of the parking garage in the basement. Interaction with GuestsI'm unfortunately not present in Casablanca ... and when I am there, I stay in the apartment ... so we probably will not meet us but we can share by email or phone without worries ! The NeighborhoodThe area of the Gironde is still a very authentic neighborhood where there are all shops and services (including supermarket Aswak Assalam in walking distance or a Carrefour City close too) and a large number of workshops artisans. The Royal Palace is just a step, which, according to residents, guarantees them a certain security ! Getting AroundAs everywhere in Casa, the network of "Little Red Taxi" will take you anywhere you want ! Otherwise, the tram is not far away (station "Casablanca Voyageurs", itself accessible by taxi from home to less than 10 MAD). Other Things to NoteVERY IMPORTANT: moroccan law heavily penalizes landlords who rent premises to prostitution. My apartment is not a brothel. It is strictly forbidden to bring anyone there who is not regularly or formally linked to you (spouse, partner, friend, professional colleague, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

The room in the apartment of owners, great location, walking distance from main city sites, you don't need to take a bus or anything for sightseeing. The building is located in the historiical area of Casablanca. 5 min by walk to old medina and port of Casablanca! Near to home is the Tramway station which make easy your trip to everywhere! One room has super comfortable doble beds, other room has two separated beds, spasios guests area, dinning room, TV, radio, 2 windows in the bed rooms overlooking inner court, balconi in the living room goes on big avenu. bathroom tube with shower, sink, big kitchen. It is located off the main street (Avenue Des Far), between Sofitel Hotel & Royal Mansour Hotel. Across the road you will find the Casablanca Medina which is the absolute center of the city. There are restaurants, bars, great cafes and a small supermarket in walking distance. Exploring the city is easy when based so centrally and one of Casablanca's main charms are the Bazaars, Marche central, Hassan II Mosque and scenes from the timeless movie Casablanca. Getting AroundIt is best to move on foot, as the apartment is close to everything. However red taxis are very cheap but carry three people at a time. There is a Tram and Casa Port Train station across the road for those that prefer public transport. Arriving by car is also perfect as the car park opposite the building is available 24/7 for an extremely cheap price. The SpaceAmazing spot to enjoy Casablanca's sunshine. The flat is in the 4th floor of a high end residence with H24 Porter. There is a Parking spot in the garage. Also available free wifi+AC and heating+TV. The flat is fully equipped. It offers a spacious living room, a fully equipped open space kitchen and a terrace with table and chairs. It has two spacious double bedrooms with a private balcony for each one. One room is En-suite and the other one has another bathroom next to it. The En-suite has a bath and shower whereas the other bathroom has a shower. The flat offers an amazing view of the city, no vis a vis, lots of day light coming through the large windows, in the 4th floor of a high standard building in central Casablanca. The furnishings are modern and functional. Both rooms have a large and comfortable bed, with high quality mattress, and bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Right across the street is the largest public garden of the city (Park of the Arab League), with the most beautiful Cathedral of the city. The flat is ideally located in the city center, close to the Gautier neighbourhood, nice restaurants, shops, and a tramway station. There is a very good restaurant right at the bottom of the building called Club25. Within a radius of 100 meters you will find the most exclusive and trendy restaurants (French, Japanese, Italian), but also the most affordable restaurants with very good quality food. Less than 150 meters is also the oldest and most famous icecream shop of the city (Oliverie). The neighborhood is quiet and safe.Cleaning can be organized weekly or on request.
