These include a piano, and lots of lego, cars, trains, track, drawing material, etc. It also has a pretty view of the garden, and gets the morning sun. Please note that this room is off the dining room, and does not have a door to close it off.

Steps lead down from the upper lawn to the lower main lawn, ideal for the kids to run around in and wear themselves out, and surrounded by forest for them to explore (yet still safe, as although the garden is screened by trees, there are super-friendly neighbours in all directions)
Simon is a keen gardener, so there are plenty of plants to find, some natives, some exotics, and lots of palm trees. Feel free to deadhead the flowers! There is a small fishpond (with three shy goldfish), and further to the back of the house, a 50-tree, newly-planted orchard. Help yourself to any fruit you find!
