The SpaceOur place is called Nikau Rise as our house is slightly elevated for a view of the sea, and the lovely sunsets. We have managed to grow quite a few Nikau palm seedlings that are rising up in the large garden, hence the name. Our property is a semi-rural lifestyle block with three cows contentedly grazing in the paddocks next to the house. This is a quiet place to relax after a long day. We are in an interlocked Lockwood house. Guest AccessOur house is divided into two parts: the guest bedrooms, lounge, and bathroom are at one end, and the rest is our living area. Our family and guests have shared access to the side house door near the carpark area, and the entrance hall. Breakfast will be served in our dining area. In fine weather, you are welcome to use our outdoor decks, hammock, and wander around the garden. Parking is next to the house on a shingle/stone area. The kitchen is not available for guest use as there are dining places nearby, and in town, however if you need something please ask.
