The SpacePeople who stay with us are usually on holiday so our home is relaxed and unhurried. There are so many things to do, great walks, fishing, water sports, historical sites,and monastic islands. We are 4 miles from Pettigoe and have guests stay with us on their way to join the pilgrimage at Lough Derg Retreat. Or maybe you are attending a wedding on Lusty Beg Island, we are just 2 miles away and an ideal place to stay. Guest AccessWe have our own private slipway and jetty for guests to use if they bring their own boat or jet ski. At the shore there is a changing area, bar b que area and a small beach. We also have an area where a camp fire can be lit. We offer water skiing and wake board lessons to beginners and improvers. Canoes are available as are boat and jet ski trips. You can fish from the many fishing stands around the lake, or go with a guy (a gillie) that knows where to catch the best fish. Interaction with GuestsWe love meeting people and are happy to share information and suggestions on great places to visit or eat in the area. The NeighborhoodLough Erne is the longest inland waterway in Europe and runs from Belleek right down to Limerick. We are right on the border of NI and ROI. 22 miles from Donegal town 18 miles from Enniskillen. In just 1/2 hour you can be at the ocean, miles of golden sands, and one of the best surfing beaches around. Getting AroundWe are right out in the sticks. Our nearest village is three miles away and public transport is very limited. You really need a car and we have good safe off road parking facilities, Other Things to NoteOur bright sunny conservatory is for the exclusive use of our guests at any time of the day. Breakfast is served here usually between 8 and 10am. Then between 5pm and 7pm we provide coffee/tea and home baked cake for guests to serve themselves. Arney is equidistant from all the major airports in the northern half of Ireland - an hour and forty five minutes by car from Belfast City, Belfast International, Dublin, Knock and Derry airports. The property has 1 good size double bedroom which sleeps 2 people, and has a compact kitchen/ living/dining area and generous shower room. The property is complete with oil fired central heating, TV and DVD player bed linen and towels, shower room with shaver point, kitchen fully equipped with fridge and freezer compartment, washing machine, electric oven & hob & microwave. Only 6 miles from Derrylin and a short 10 -15min drive to Belturbet in County Cavan and approx 20 mins drive to Enniskillen, this is an ideal location for exploring Fermangh and bordering southern areas. For those keen to try a spot of fishing the cottage is surrounded by copious amounts of nearby lakes and loughs making it an ideal base for Angling trips.             Edgewood cottage is a superb detached cottage set in a private development on the shores of Upper Lough Erne, County Fermanagh. The property runs to the lakeshore via a small woodland complete with a private jetty for guests bringing a boat. An ideal base for exploring the Fermanagh Lakeland. The cottage has 4 bedrooms sleeping six people. Ground floor accommodation comprises ground floor shower room and double bedroom. There is a utility room with washing machine, and tumble dryer. The open plan kitchen dinning area has french doors and windows leading out to a patio ideal for bbqs. The living area has a wood-burning stove surrounded by luxurious leather sofas, the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. Upstairs the master bedroom with en-suite has a king-size bed and patio doors leading to the balcony. There are two further twin rooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath with shower. Luxury linen and towels provided. There is almost a kilometre of foreshore on the site and three acres of woodland lining Upper Lough Erne. A private Jetty is accessible for fishing, swimming or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The Lodge is 3/4 mile of a mile from The Share Holiday Village, which has an indoor pool complex where you can take temporary membership, if you wish to use this facility.

We currently supply a 1974 VW T2 bay window westfalia called "Sandie" She seats 5 and sleeps 5 in 2 double beds and a cot. She is totally original from the outside but has a fully bespoke oak and red vinyl interior. "Georgie" is our 2007 VW T5 and this is an ultra modern conversion with another fully bespoke walnut interior. He boasts in built water tank, a roof box and even an external shower. This vehicle is ideal for the sporty amongst you and also lends itself to UK and European visits!bhe also seats 5 and sleeps 2 indoors and rest in a supplied tent. Everything is included in our pricing, unlimited drivers and miles, heating/cooking gas, bedding, outdoor furniture and anything else we have available and both vans also have full thermostatically controlled heating systems on board. "Merlin" is our 3rd camper in production and is a Dodge Commer, he will sit and sleep 4 also. Sligo is a beautiful shopping town and one can take in the scenery of lovely Leitrim. Lough Formal is within walking distance and provides a beautiful location for cycling, walking, running, horse riding etc. Lough Navar is a short drive and has splendid views over lower lough Erne. Belleek pottery is a short drive away. Enniskillen is about 10 miles from the cottage and is a unique town by today's standards in that it has some family owned business along side high street shops. Excellent golf courses in Enniskillen.

                                  Leginn Corn Mill & Millers Cottage Enjoy a unique holiday experience in this recently renovated 19th Centaury Cornmill; a modern cottage has been tastefully adjoined to the old Mill building, this combines the quaint charm of the old with the conveniences of the new. The Corn Mill and Cottage is located adjacent to the B127 Derrylin/Lisnaskea Road about ½ mile from Derrylin and is ideally located to explore the all delights of Fermanagh and nearby Cavan & Leitrim. Inside the Mill & Cottage The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fitted out with all the modern conveniences including washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher & electric cooker and hob and includes a dining area for 8 people. The living room has 3 comfortable leather sofas, log burner with back boiler & 42� television & DVD player. A French door leads onto a patio area. The hallway and stairs to the upper floor are located within the old Mill building. In this area the gearing mechanism for the mill remains intact and is on display as are other tools and items found during the renovation work. Off the hallway there is a twin bed room and bath room/wet area. The upper floor of the cottage comprises of two spacious bedrooms, one twin and one can be used as twin or double with large king size bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There are also two extra guest beds. The top floor of the mill has been restored and remains mostly in its original condition. On display are the original grinding stones, grain hoppers and old original beams & sack hoist. This area also doubles as a games room with table tennis and some exercise equipment. Outside The Corn Mill and Cottage is fully detached and sits on its own 4 acre plot, the owners live nearby. There is a lawn area to the rear of the building where children can play on a trampoline, slide and swings. The patio area is adjacent to the old water wheel which has been restored and provides an excellent setting for a barbecue.. It is planned to develop the surrounding plot into a traditional farm over the coming season, animals will include goats, donkeys, pony & hens (children are welcome to help feed the animals). The cottage is all on one level and is wheelchair accessible and suitable for those with limited mobility. It has its own private garden area and a patio and BBQ area with garden furniture, and plenty of parking. While we are in a peaceful rural location, with beautiful 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside, we are only 4 miles from Enniskillen and close to many tourist attractions. Derrygiff is ideally situated for walkers and fishermen, and we have special facilities for fishermen including a large bait and tackle shed and washing and drying facilities for larger items. We can also cater for those wishing to bring their own horses on holiday with stabling and grass livery available. Our house is a large 3 storey town house which dates back to approx 1890 and the room is very spacious and comfortable. You may also bring some things to leave in our fridge if you wish. Please advise us at the time of booking a rough idea of what time you would like to check in. An old cut stone tatched cottage surrounded by 180 acres of forestry, apple orchards and farm land with walks.Bramley's cottage is very close to Crom Estate and Lough Erne and the border with Cavan/Monaghan. You can fill your holiday with fishing, biking, kayaking and walking or just relax at our cottage. If you feel like a days outing you can also visit Crom Estate, Marble Arch Caves, Florence Court, Castle Coole, Belleek, Fermanagh View Point, Monaghan or Enniskillen town. There are two awarded restaurants in the proximity The Watermill in Lisnaskea and the Olde Post Inn in Clover Hill. Owners can arrange drop off and pick up at the restaurants.

                                                              Dromard is a traditional Ulster farmhouse, set on 180 acres of lovely Fermanagh farmland, 2 miles east of Enniskillen, just off the main A4 Enniskillen to Belfast Road. The Granary Suite is across the yard to the back of the main house, and is accessed by outdoor stone steps., as it is at first floor level. It comprises one double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. Small dogs are welcome by arrangement in advance. Enniskillen is the County town of the Lakelands, and has much to explore. The Buttermarket craft and design centre is home to our local artists, jewellry makers, potters , fishing fly creators and workers in textiles. Forthill Park houses Coles Monument which you can climb to get a fantastic view of the town. We have 3 National Trust properties at Florencecourt, Crom Estate, home of Blandings, and Castle Coole, just a mile from Dromard. There is a seven screen Omniplex and the lovely Ardhowen Theatre right by the lake just 2 miles from Dromard. The Marble Arch showcaves are totally unspoilt and offer a completely unique experience, and the local limestone landscape offers lovely river and bogland walks. This is a European Geopark which ensures the protection of our blanket bogs. In the summer season we have opportunities to take a boat trip on Lough Erne, on the Kestral or the Lady of the Lake, the former trip offering a 30 minute stopover on the Devenish Island Monastic site. We have numerous festivals throughout the year. The Guinness Classic coarse fishing festival in May sees the county invaded by fishermen from across the world and every available jetty in use all around town and county. In August we have a Vintage Car Weekend, and the theatre festival is in March of each year, as of course are our Saint Patricks Day Celebrations. In 2014 we have our 3rd Annual Samuel Beckett Festival which is already gaining an international reputation and attracting world class actors, writers and companies. There are rumours of a "Wilde Weekend" also taking place. Both Wilde and Beckett are Enniskillen educated at Portora Royal School. The Granary is a modern, comfortable apartment . The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, cooker and microwave. We are happy to do basic laundry for guests at an additional charge. There is a 32" TV with Freeview channels, a DVD player, and free WIFI throughout. Dromard offers a glimpse of hidden Ulster, set on farm and woodland, with a walk to the Lake shore.

Accommodating eight adults and built with the needs of the holiday guest in mind, the property offers light, open plan living spaces as well as the option of a bedroom and en-suite facility conveniently located on the ground floor. College Road Cottage features an open plan ground floor that is ideal for entertaining and socialising. This unique location is a perfect base for touring both regions and is accessible within as little as 1.5 hours of both Belfast and Dublin. The property itself sits on an elevated site with sweeping aspects across the Fermanagh and Cavan countryside.
