Definition of a "Beach House":
"A house built on or" near" a beach"
- The beach is exactly 3 minutes walk down the road from this houae.
I discovered this beautiful OASIS while exploring La Boca, a sleepy seaside village just few minutes outside of Trinidad.
It's tranquility and peacefulness, along with it's many charms just grabs your attention the moment you enter this beautiful house!
The colorful garden-patio is right in the middle of the house, full of beautiful plants everywhere.
3 little friends, Champi the intelligent guard dog, Mr Anton the handsome cat, and a beautiful shy parrot called Miss Cooki.
In it's relaxing garden-patioin there are 4 rocking chairs, a hammock, a swing, and many colorful plants everywhere.
On one side of it there are 2 comfortable guestrooms with own private bathroom & shower, plus AC.
On the far side is a separate large backyard full of delicious fruit trees and plants.
Most of Kiwi's delicious, and organic, fruits come right from her own backyard.
And on the opposite side of the beautiful garden-patio is the kitchen where Kiwi along with her mom Paola prepare their famous and delicious food for their wonderful guests.
Each morning the guests who wish to have breakfast can expect to wake up to fresh juices & delicious fruits mostly from Kiwi's own backyard, along with home eggs, local honey and delicious Cuban cheese, plus of course the wonderful Cuban coffee all of course 100% organic!
This lovable home is full of character and charm and I haven't even introduced its 2 lovely hostesses to you; Mis Kiwi and her sweet mom Paola!
Kiwi, short for "Yurquivis"(jur-kibis), speaks excellent English and is such a wonderful host, so kind, so genuine, so honest, and as good as you will find anywhere!
Of course the same goes for her sweet, and so funny:) ,mom Paula.
Together these wonderful ladies keep this home beautiful and their guests always happy, helping them create wonderful memories of CUBA! Guest AccessA private side entrance to the courtyard where the guest rooms are allows for guests to come and go freely at any time, so no worries about waking up anyone if you decide to dance the night away in TRINIDAD!
The courtyard and the kitchen are common area for guests to share, but the cooking is done by your lovely hostesses. Interaction with GuestsKiwi speaks excellent English but her mom Paula, not at all!
They are usually just taking care of chores in and around the house and let their guests enjoy the tranquility of their home, but if guests wish to interact or even sit down and have a glass of wine with, she's very happy to do so.
In general the family is very down to earth and easy going, they just want to make sure their guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. The NeighborhoodLa Boca, "The Mouth", is a small seaside village just 8-minutes drive from the city of Trinidad, and has the nearest beach to Trinidad.
If you wish to enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, then this is it. During the day you can walk just 3 minutes down the road to a small quiet beach to relax and enjoy the sun, or can go a little further down by the road just outside of La Boca where the beautiful reefs, there you can rent snorkeling and scuba gear and go exploring the beautiful untouched marine life.
