The space reflect simple , happy and free living - the less you have and do, the more you will be free and happy :) The following are the "harongs"/huts covered by the homeaway rate: Harong 'Balurquid' - a 2 storey hut made with hardwood and bamboo fabricated to resemble igorot hut from baguio. With its height , a breathtaking 360 view of the farm will calm your body and soul. Max capacity: 6 pax Harong "Belya" - built by our own architect with a voracious heart for antique, all materials and furnitures with memoir from the past were transported from Pampangga to Caramoan. Max capacity: 4 pax Harong Balene and Bale - a simple traditional hut ideal for couples hungry for privacy. Absolute peace and tranquility Guest can also enjoy the following amenities: Common Restroom - with separate toilet and bath for men and women. Similar with the harong , we want our design to materialize tradition and culture Dirty Kitchen - provisioned with traditional and locally made furnishings and cookware. The only designated place to prepare, cook and heat food using firewood and/or charcoal. BBQ pit is provided to grill your favorite freshly caught seafood. We may provide you an ice cooler, though you have to buy your own ice supply that can be brought along the way. However, meals can be pre-ordered (a day prior to serving) Covered Lounge/Common Area - it is here where guest can engage in different activities. Guest can sleep and dream,or simply lie down and read a book with our native hammock. We love books! so feel free to borrow from our book shelve, just don't forget to return it to its proper place and because we were born before the internet age, we believe its more fun to engage in activities involving humans. And so, we have board games for both kids and kids at heart. Camping grounds - a great outdoor experience. Guest may simply rent a tent, or may bring their own tent for 350/night. Experience waking to the sound of nature. Campers may use common areas, such as restroom, kitchen, covered lounge and bonfire pit. Tiki torches and solar lamps are provided for night time light. Bonfire pit - to complete every guests outdoor and bonding experience with friends and families. Toasted marshmallow or ice cold beer? We are very happy to assist our guest! We will try our best to accommodate inquiries and request of every guest. We can also provide assistance for your island hopping adventures. In order to avoid inconveniences, we request guest to send their itinerary prior to arrival. Disclaimer: tour guide and boat rides are not or in any way connected with Harong Sa Iraya. We can assist you by looking for available tour guide and bankeros on your date desired, but any misunderstanding or undesired outcome is not a responsibility of our management. However, we can recommend the following tour guides, transportation [tricycle, bangka, habal-habal], cook and other suppliers. 4. Cancellation of the booking must be made 10 days prior to your reservations or 3 days before the reserved date. Last minute cancellation will result to forfeiture of your entitlement. Same shall apply for NO SHOW guests. 5. Inclusions of entitlement: Use of reserved harong/s (nipa huts)only Use of common areas such as toilet and bath, dining, kitchen and garden-farm. 6. We are located off-grid, electricity is limited and scheduled. We will allot 8 hours of electricity per day for each guest. Our standard schedule of power supply is from 7am to 9am and 6pm to 12mn only, though this schedule can be adjusted according to the guest request, as long as no other guest is booked and a total of 8 hours of electricity is consumed per day. However, bamboo/Tiki torches, flash light/solar lamp shall be provided in each reserved harong. 7.Reserved guests are provided 1 comfortable foam (single or queen-size), 1 linen, 1 blanket and 1 pillow. Extra pillow is charged for P30/night. 8.Guests who availed of the use of kitchen for cooking is charged of P500/DAY, fixed rate. This includes use of pans, pots and other cooking utensils only. Cooking is through the use of wood or charcoal and must be done at the designated area only. 9.Bonfire pit is available by request. However, this can only be utilized with the permission of all guests who are checked-in. 10.Smoking, drinking liquor and eating is STRICLY PROHIBITED inside the harongs and toilet and bath. You may utilize the dining/common area and decks instead. 11.Please bring your own personal toiletries, bath towels, and extra beach towel or sarong for laying in the sand. In case of last minute trip and you really dont have a bath towel with you kindly inform us in advance 12.We have filtered water and beer for sale sourced from our staff sari sari store. If you want ice cold beer, you have to inform our staff in advance. 13.We have French-pressed barako coffee, upon request. But if you have a 3 in 1 coffee with you, you can use our water heater for free 14.Meals can be pre-odered, kindly inform us in advance. The foods that we serve are mostly Filipino. Seafoods like crabs, shrimps , squid can be served depending on its availability. -------.--- Harong Sa Iraya, we'd rather you be offline and simple experience countrified living, but if you really must be connected, kindly bring your own internet connection device. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Harong Sa Iraya, is situated within a farm, thus logistic can be challenging, that is why we are encouraging our guest to inform us ahead of time of special request or itinerary as to avoid any inconvenience to both our guest and to our staff. We want out guest to feel provincial as possible, and so staying at our place can really be simple and laid-back. If you're looking or expecting a luxurious 5-star resort stay, then we may not be the place and might want to give us a pass and look further as Harong Sa Iraya may not be for you.
