The SpaceCASA AMAR at Eastwood City is a 54 sq.m. serviced apartment located in the Olympic Heights, across Eastwood Mall, on Orchard Road. A corner apartment, it offers a panoramic view of the City. The view at night is especially breath-taking. It has one (1) bedroom en suite with a bathroom, a living-dining-TV area, and separate spaces for the kitchen and laundry.
Amenities include beds, a living room set, dining table for 6, writing desk, telephone, TV, DVD player, radio-CD-tape deck, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric range, coffee-tea maker, water distiller and a washer-dryer. The spacious kitchen cabinets contain plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and table linen for a small group. Extra chairs are in the laundry area. Both the bedroom and main areas are air-conditioned and hot water is available in the bathroom.
DSL service is available for free. Cable channels are also available on the LCD TV. (However, we are not responsible for slow bandwidth or interruptions to cable-TV or internet services.)
The building has provisions for emergency power supply, in case of brownouts. Security provisions include 24-hour security personnel, an intercom and closed-circuit TV linked to the lobby and entry areas.
For short-stay guests, and for parties who wish to stay for a maximum of one (1) month, we provide towels, table, kitchen and bed linen. A washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes line and iron are available for the guest's own use.
For longer-term guests, utilities, bed and bathroom linen are to their own account. Maid service is available 1-2 times a week, as requested. More frequent servicing can be negotiated. A cleaning fee is added for these services. However, our staff is not required to provide cooking, baby-sitting or do laundry for guests. Requests for these services may be addressed on a case-to-case basis.
We can provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee. Guest AccessOur guests are entitled to use the building’s gym and swimming pool. The Entry Permit must be used for these purposes.
The Building is accessible to persons-with-disabilities, and the apartment can be reached through elevators. Pets are allowed in the public areas of Eastwood. However, we do not allow pets in our apartment.
A free shuttle service goes around Eastwood, and buses ply routes to Gateway, Cubao and to Resort World (near NAIA 3). Taxis, Uber and Grab-Taxis are readily available. Interaction with GuestsWe will give you the phone numbers you may call while you are with us. If I cannot come to greet you, one of my trusted assistants will be there for you.

Short-stay guests can easily avail of parking spaces in Eastwood City Mall, located just across Olympic Heights. There are more than 200 parking spaces, which are available on a daily basis.
Long-term guests may make arrangements for the use of the unit’s parking slot in the building for P1,000 per month. We will need a copy of your car’s Certificate of Registration and latest Official Receipt of Registration for this purpose.
