Deliveries of takeaways are all available either direct or through JustEat etc. Getting AroundBus stops outside house to Burton and Derby centers. Train station at Burton is 10 minutes away. Pirelli is 5 mins walk. Burton Albion FC is 2 minutes away. Toyota factory is 10 mins drive. Queens Hospital is 10 minutes drive, 22 minutes bus (V1). Alton towers 20 minutes. The SpaceScardroy Aberdeen apartment is a traditional granite conversion that was the city centre main Post Office . It was the show apartment for the sale of the various executive apartments. As well as the available double bedroom it has an extra study area which can also accommodate extra persons on a comfortable sofa bed. With fully equipped kitchen, with all mod con appliances, bathroom with shower, gas central heating, this central apartment is home from home with the utmost convenience of an excellent location. Just a 4 minute walk to the main central bus and train station . Buses from Union Street would also be available direct to the airport . Other Things to NoteMinutes walk to all shopping centres such as Union Square, Theatre, Music Hall, wine bars, restaurants, and much more.

The Space'This apartment beats anything you will find in Aberdeen. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is filled with original art, different seating areas, a superb kitchen, high quality Scandinavian furniture, antiques and random pieces I have acquired over the years. It has an 11 metre heated enclosed balcony with lots of plants. You’ll have comfort and space in abundance! Lovely, laid back lounge space in your room with super comfortable French style chairs, an absolutely brilliant and super firm king size bed, lovely linens, throws and hand - made quilts. A small but succinct selection of books from travel to cooking (the good things in life.) You have a wonderful private bathroom with Victorian style slipper bath and an old gramophone if you fancy listening to tunes from the 1930s. There is also a walk in shower room accessed from my bedroom (Just kick me out if you need to take a shower) You have full use of the whole apartment especially the lounge and kitchen area. It has everything you could possibly need. There’s always plenty food and drink so please help (URL HIDDEN) need to ask me for anything. The apartment is 2 minutes walk to the centre of the city and I have a private car park space if you need to use it. The SpaceFor rent during the 2013 SPE Offshore Europe Conference and Exhibition is a single bedroom in a two bed flat in a quiet residential area with off street parking. This flat is also close to the #1 & #2 bus lines which run to Union Street where you can change for the shuttle to the AECC - SPE venue. This 2nd floor flat has one generous single bedroom available, with work desk, bedside drawers and fitted wardrobe. The communal areas are shared with the tenants/other guests: The recently refurbished shared bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The kitchen has all modern conveniences; dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and fridge freezer. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a large flatscreen TV with internet connection and a Playstation 3. Wifi is provided with (av min) 5Mb secure wireless broadband and a wireless printer for boarding cards etc. The flat has lovely views over the old Aberdeen - Ballater railway route, now a leafy walk that can be easily accessed for a pleasant stroll to unwind at the end of the day! This flat is available from Monday night September 2nd to Friday morning September 6th for a minimum of three nights during that period (you would be welcome to come back to pick up luggage in the evening if required). We are a professional working couple and appreciate that there are timeframes which work well for checking in and out. We will work with you to ensure your visit fits well with your conference plans.

All local amenities close by and a short walk or bus ride to Union Street. The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is very safe with lovely coffee shops, great local gift shop and spar all within the same block and easy access to shopping streets of Aberdeen. Getting AroundThere are buses that can take you to the centre of town and the train station. Other Things to NoteWe prefer 2 nights or more as we often struggle to provide for one night.

The SpaceCentral and cool traditional Granite flat. We are young professionals working at the University and next to AECC so can offer transport from the property to these locations during weekdays. Really handy if you are visting for Oil week or the University. We have 2 double bedrooms, living room and dinning room. All good sized rooms. Guest AccessGuests have access to all shared rooms including kitchen, bathroom, dinning/living room. We also have another larger living room which will be available if it is not privately occupied. We have wireless internet throughout the property and Sky TV in the large sitting room. All usual washing things such as iron, washing machine etc. Guests may use the kitchen for cooking. Tea/coffee and breakfast cereal are available. Guests can help themselves. Car parking is permit holder only however we have off street parking for 1 vehicle. We are 27 and 33 year old professionals working Mon-Fri so we will be at home in the evenings and weekends however it is a spacious enough flat that you can have your own space. Or if prefer to have a cup of tea and a chat we are friendly and easy going. The NeighborhoodGrand Granite West end. 2 bedroom and 2 reception rooms make this a really spacious traditional flat. Easy access to city center and we can provide transport to AECC or Aberdeen University during weekdays. Getting AroundThe flat is on bus number 5 route with stop not far from the property. City centre is 10 mins walk and from there you connect through the bus and train station, air bus and local buses on Union street. By taxi the airport is about 15-20 mins and roughly around £18-20 depending on traffic. The property is just off the A96 so really easy to drive to however it is permit holder parking. We do have one off street parking space available however please contact in advance to guarantee this spot.

Getting AroundPublic transport all run up the Main Street so you can access all areas of Aberdeen with ease. The bus station and train station are minutes walk as is the harbour area for ferries. The SpaceWe are slowly working on growing a self sustaining small holding. So far we have chickens, geese, sheep, pigs, the start of an orchard, and some bees. My favourite thing to do is grab a coffee, sit on the swing and watch the sun come up, though I never seem to have time. We have access to a neighboring shooting estate where the land owner, who is a family friend, offers private tutored deer stalking for the novice and experienced gun. Sessions typically run dusk and dawn so fit nicely around your normal day. Guest AccessThe room its self has a king size bed and a big comfy arm chair and is spacious for 2 guests. We have a travel cot available for babies which fits in no problem and there is a knee height airbed available for additional guests if you want to get cosy or pack in extra children. The sitting room and dining room and will normally be available for your use all day both have fireplaces for warm nights in. No problem with using the kitchen, but expect constant child based carnage there. The guests will have exclusive access to a huge bathroom across the hall. Outside we have a couple of fields and some garden which you can wander around freely, and there is a fire pit available for use. Limited internet which will cope with emails and general browsing. Interaction with GuestsWe live here, so we will be around. I work away during the day and my wife is home looking after our three children (3, 1 and 0). During the weekend we will most likely be home, developing the farm. In the morning you can gather eggs from the chicken coup for breakfast and feed the pigs, while the sheep may follow you around looking for treats. Just ask. The NeighborhoodThe neighbours are fantastic, but unlikely you will see any of them as we're so spread out. There is a trout lake and Haddow House Park within 10 mins drive as well as some incredible golfing, natural beaches, castles and the city within a half hour. Getting AroundYou're probably going to need a car or a bike. Very regular busses to Ellon from Aberdeen, but the last 10 miles from Ellon to our house has no public transport. Taxi from the airport/city will cost upwards of £50. Other Things to NoteWe have kids. If the kids are being excitable that will become part of your holiday. They're pretty good generally but best you know.

    The SpaceWe offer a kingsize ensuite situated to the back of the house, overlooking the garden. The ensuite has a large power shower. The room provides tea and coffee facilities and a 32" flat screen TV. Breakfast included. Non-smoking house and premises. Our home is a traditional 1930's granite building which we have recently refurbished. We offer one double room, situated at the back of the house for a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is quality cotton to add to your comfort. We have no pets or children and we do not smoke. The house is located in a prime spot, 3 miles from the airport and approximately 3 miles from the city centre. Victoria Park and Westburn Park are a 5 minute walk away and the hospital is a short walk. Buses into Aberdeen are easily accessible from the house. The dining room, where your breakfast will be served, is available for your private use. It is an ideal place to catch up on your emails or simply relax in after your day. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden and parking is available at the front of the property. Paul and I have relocated to Aberdeen in the last year and previously ran a well established bed and breakfast by the sea on the Isle of Skye. Old Aberdeen is around a 15 minute walk from Rosebee and is full of historical buildings with Seaton park right beside this it. Getting AroundExcellent local bus service to city centre just outside the property. As stated the bus stop is just outside Rosebee and the number 12 comes every 7 minutes and will take you directly to the city. We are 1.8 miles to the train station and to the main bus station which will link you to places of further interest. Although we have 2 hotels within walking distance - they are basic dining You will need to drive to town or take the bus for further restaurants. Taxis are always available. Other Things to NoteWe are situated in a residential part of town as stated. We do not have cafes bars and restaurants on our doorstep, however there are 2 pubs both within comfortable walking distance and Rosemount has a fantastic pub that offers excellent food and is 1.2 miles away. The city is has all different varieties of cuisine and can be reached by bus - bus stop outside, or by car. If you love to walk to see the city on foot, you could walk to the city in half an hour.

A fully furnished and equipped pleasant flat, right in the centre of things without much noise but with views from the sofa, 5-15 minutes away walking from anywhere you d need or want to go in central Aberdeen, including the train station and the port. Some 10 minutes by bus from Union Street you reach the city's wonderful seafront and all the activities there whereas in10-20 minutes depending traffic you can reach Dyce International Airport by car. The University and Old Aberdeen as well as some of the city's golf courses are also not more than 10-15 minutes by bus from Union Street. On your doorstep a lovely pub/restaurant and the only Turkish restaurant in town whereas convenience stores, small cafes, hairdresser, some stores and others are not more than 5 minutes walk away. The flat is very close to public transportation, payphone and medical services whereas temporary parking is also available very close!     The SpaceWe have a two bedroomed, two-floor maisonette with shared communal garden. Our home is on the first floor, accessed by an external staircase. We share a communal entrance door with one other maisonette. We are right beside Aberdeen harbour: great for those who love the sea. Our place would be brilliant for someone who wants to go dolphin-spotting, we are a 10 minute walk from where dolphins are regularly seen at the Torry Battery. Our bedroom on the 1st floor is private. We will be there to welcome our guests and to help them settle in. We are happy to help and socialise with our guests, but if they would prefer to have some private time to relax on their own that's ok too. In the evening it is VERY quiet. You sometimes hear children playing outside in the evening, but at after around 9pm is gets very quiet. This is a quiet residential street, the nearest place to buy groceries is a 10 minute walk away, there is a local bar 2 minute walk away. The nearest restaurants are in Union Square shopping centre, which is a 25 min walk. I love being near the sea, and it is also just a short distance from the city centre. We have a large communal garden, and you can hear birdsong regularly throughout the day. I love that our area feels a bit like a little village as it's in an old area (our building was built in 1891) but we are still in the city; the best of both worlds! There is a parking bay at the front of the houses for residents, it is free. Approx. 10 minute walk from our house up to the Torry Battery, which is a good viewing spot for the dolphins. The stairs leading up to our apartment are a bit shallow, so they may be really difficult for someone who has mobility problems. Guest AccessYou can access all areas apart from our upstairs bedroom. Please feel free to make yourself at home. Outside there is a large communal garden which you are welcome to use, it is nice sometimes to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Getting Around25 minute walk to Union Square shopping centre (holds bus and railway station). 2 minute walk to the bus stop on Victoria Road, the 59 or the 12 will take you into the city centre. Both services are approx every 10 - 15 minutes during weekdays. A single on the 12 costs £2.20 but they don't give any change, exact fare only. The 59 bus is £1.75 single, or a day ticket for £3.00. Other Things to NoteThe stairs leading up to our apartment are a bit shallow, so they may be really difficult for someone who has mobility problems. RSPB has a stand at the Torry Battery during the summer Thursday -Sun 2pm -6pm. You can borrow binoculars from them for a small donation.

This building is right in the Union Terrace gardens, in the heart of the city, offering unique views of city centre. From the room and lounge areas you can overlook the greatest attractions of the city. Although there is no lifts in the building, I can say that the number of steps to reach the top floor is well worth it for the unique inspiring view you can have in this flat! Attached to the room you will have your private toilet with shower. Apart of the room the kitchen/ lounge area will be shared at any time of the day and evening. Very central located, the en-suite room is available for single or couples wishing to visit or work in Aberdeen. There is an additional spare mattress and a sofa bed that can be used if up to 2 people are interested to book together. This can be booked subjected to additional charge and agreement prior to the booking. It should be noted that the sofa bed is located on the common lounge area and therefore total privacy in the morning cannot be guaranteed. Guest AccessYou will be able to use the entire house, full cooking equipment is available and you can use the living room to relax listening to music or reading a book. Interaction with GuestsWe work during working days from 8:30 to 5:30pm, sometimes later but we are generally home in the evenings. Therefore we will be available for check in only in the evenings.
