St Andrews is the home of Golf. Every five years the British Open on the Old Course is the absolute highlight for professional golfers world-wide. Getting AroundOne of the best things about Scribbles is its location in the very 'Heart of St Andrews'. The apartment is at the quiet, residential end of North Street (near the Castle and Cathedral) but a short stroll from the shops/pubs/beaches/golf and general buzz of town. If you do want to explore further afield, for example visiting the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk, you can use buses which leave regularly from the bus station in town or take your car if you have one. On street parking immediately outside the property is free and has no time restrictions (this is very rare in central St Andrews).
