The SpaceWelcome to the "Viewpoint" apartment, that accommodates 2 people, my third listing so far.
All of my apartments, including this one, fulfill six main criteria:
- Excellent location (Center),
- Spacious apartments for comfortable stay (not just places to sleep over),
- Originality and authentic atmosphere,
- Attention to details for like-at-home feeling,
- Fully equipped with all amenities a passenger need,
- Outstanding commitment to guests (which includes being left alone upon request).
Please check my other listings and Reviews.
This space has an amazing view, from both terraces, and this is probably it's greatest asset, besides being in the very Center of Belgrade. The first one overviews Sava river and Branko's Bridge and it can be accessed from Kitchen and Bedroom. The second one overviews Toplicin venac Park, and the beginning of Knez Mihailova Pedestrian Zone (biggest Pedestrian Zone in the City and an official Center of Belgrade). It's accessible through Living Room. Please note that we are talking about real terraces, very comfortable for sitting outside, not just balconies for peeking out.
It's situated on the top (ninth floor) of the apartment building, and it has an elevator that goes up to the eight floor.
The place is very comfortable and spacious, it has about 55-60 sqm. It has a real Living Room with dining table (for 6 people), Bedroom with Real Bed (Queen size, 140x200 cm), Kitchen with the Bar Table for two, and a Bathroom with the Shower Cabin. Plenty of room for storage as well, here you won't trip over your suitcases.
If you are a first timer visiting Belgrade, you won't make a mistake staying here. I usually say my business is not renting apartments, but experiencing Belgrade! Guest AccessThere are no restricted areas within the listing. Interaction with GuestsI live very close to the apartment, and as you can see in the Reviews of my other listings, I do interact with my guest. Of course, I do respect privacy and tend very much not to invade it - so I am at your service as much as you need it, or want it. Also, I try hard to make suggestions and recommendations tailored to your preferences only. I am also available on the phone every minute of your stay, to help you out solving problems, making reservations, or offering useful tips.
I recently made my own Map of Belgrade (using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps), which I do send to my guests to explore the surroundings prior to arrival. If you are a smart phone user, and would like some turn-by-turn navigation provided from me, it's useful to download Here Maps Application, which is good because it provides turn-by-turn navigation off-line as well. The NeighborhoodThe neigbourhood is probably the best in town. It is in the very Center, but still quiet enough for a pieceful morning coffee on the terrace(s). Everything you might need, and everything worth seeing in Belgrade is within 10-20 minutes away on foot.
Breakfast possibilities around the apartment are huge! There is a very nice Caffe/Restaurant in the building of the apartment, and also shops and bakeries all around.
It is important to say that the place is as close as it can be to the Center of Nightlife in Belgrade (Savamala District), without being annoyed by the crowd or music.
Also, getting down to the river Sava is a beautiful experience through some small streets of one of the oldest parts of town (Kosancicev venac), and it takes only about 10 minutes. Getting AroundPublic transportation is very close to the apartment. One of the main bus stops is 5 minutes away ("Zeleni venac"). The truth is, you don't need public transportation here! Everything worth seeing is very, very close. In case you need to go somewhere by public transportation, I will explain on the spot. Other Things to NoteSmoking is allowed only on terraces.
I tend to pick up all of my guests from the Airport, whenever possible (because of my daily job). Otherwise, I offer tips how to avoid being ripped off by unlicensed taxi drivers.
For the place in the very center of the City, the Apartment is very quiet. On the scale from 1 to 5 (1 for the super noisy and 5 for the super quiet), the place is strong 4 (from 15th of November till 1st of March), and 3,5 between 1st of March and 15th of November (season of summer caffe gardens).
Security apartment door, Fire distinguisher, First Aid Kit.

There is no reserved parking with this apartment. Short term parking is on the street. This apartment is in a parking zone 3 (Green Zone), which limits the parking to three hours at the time. It's possible to extend parking, but after each three hour period, you should make a non-parking break of 30 minutes (which is hardly doable if you are not actually going somewhere else). The best way to pay parking on the street is via text message. It should contain licence plate number (all together, no slashes, no dashes), and sent to 9113.
For long term parking, there is a parking Garage ("Obilicev venac") very close to the apartment (5 minutes on foot). It is payable by the hour, and it cost about 0,6 EUR per hour.
