Please return these to the apartment every day after using them. The following amenities are available by prior arrangement with owners: * Folding bed * Cot, high chair, and baby bath * Two sets of golf irons Off limits: The top closet in hall is locked. Guests may use the bottom closet. The closet in the bedroom (to the right of the door) are locked. Guests may use the wardrobes and chest of drawers. Guests may not use the sun loungers that are in the storage area by the pool. These belong to owners. Interaction with GuestsBefore you arrive, the owners are available to answer your questions by email, text message, or phone call. Coronado is managed by a professional management company, whose office is on site. They look after maintenance, keys, cleaning, and laundry. During your stay, you can contact the management company at reception, or by calling to their office, which is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:00 h. The staff on reception at Coronado will be happy to help you with any queries you have. During your stay, you can contact the owners by text or email. The cleaners are employed by Coronado management company. You may wish to leave a small gratuity for the cleaners before you leave. This is at your own discretion. The NeighborhoodCoronado is in the Marbesa Urbanization, a low-density development, with many green zones. There's a lovely long sandy beach 300 metres (3 minutes’ walk) from Coronado, with no high-rise buildings. You can walk all the way along the beach to Marbella to the west (9 km, about 5 miles) or to Cabopino to the east (1.5 km, about 2 miles). On the way to Cabopino, you will pass the Artola sand dunes, a protected natural beach with sand dunes and flora. La Sirena Restaurant is on site, by the pool, and is open daily for lunch and early dinner. There is a well-stocked supermarket across the road from the entrance, open daily, serving fresh bread, meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. There are good restaurants along the beach, serving local specialties. There is a cash dispenser (Telebanco) near the entrance to Coronado. Guests can use the tennis courts and gym at the Don Carlos Hotel, a 20-minute walk. There are several golf clubs nearby, the nearest of which are Santa María, Greenlife, and Cabopino. Nikki Beach, one of the world's most famous beach clubs, as a 15-minute walk. The Elviria Commercial Centre, a 20-minute walk, has a range of restaurants, bars, and shops. Getting AroundDriving from Málaga: follow the A7, take the exit for Elviria, double back on the A7 in the direction of Fuengirola/Málaga, and turn right after the gas station, at the signpost for Heritage Resorts. Coronado is 300 metres on your left. There is a bus stop on the A7, about 3 minutes' walk from Coronado. There is a regular bus service (every 30 minutes) to Marbella centre and to Fuengirola. Car rental is available from Coronado: a local company will deliver the car and collect it. Ask at reception or contact the management company. There is plenty of parking space on the grounds of Coronado, at no charge. The nearest taxi rank is in Elviria Commercial Centre, about one mile from Coronado. Other Things to NoteReception opening hours are as follows: Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 - 21:00 h Monday and Saturday: 9:00 - 15:00 h Sundays and public holidays (festivos): closed There are extended opening hours during July and August. You can collect the keys from reception on the day of your arrival. If you arrive outside of reception opening hours, the management will arrange for you to collect the keys at a nearby location. You will need to return the keys to reception before 10:00 a.m. to allow time for cleaning for the next guests. If you require a later check-out time, you will need to arrange this when making your reservation, and we may need to charge for an extra night's accommodation. When you are leaving, you may wish to leave a small gratuity (tip), at your own discretion, for the cleaning staff. There is, however, no obligation to do so.

The NeighborhoodBang in the middle of the "Golden Mile" with all it's beaches, clubs and it's "Chiringuitos", the proximity of Puerto Banus with it's chique, celebrities, it's magic and nightlife. Close to Marbella, top golf courses, tennis, horse riding and many other exciting activities all nearby. Getting AroundWalk or cycle everywhere along the beach boulevard: 2 min to the beach clubs like "Las Cuchis", 4 min over the bridge to "playa Levante" (the Puerto Banus beach) with it's wonderful beach bars "Asucar", "Aurora" and a 10 min stroll to the Puerto, Ocean Club and more. Rent a bike, scooter, motorcycle, car, motor or sailing boat to discover wonderful surroundings. TRANSPORT and proximities: Everything, shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, restaurants, fun and services are within walking distance (10-15mins) except the beach which is a 2min stroll. The building has it's own private garden with pools. Parking-spaces are free in front and around. The building has a modern lift to all the floors, apartment is on the 2nd floor. The airport is about 60 km, 45mins, depending on the right foot. A taxi charges about 60-65€. There's also a bus to/from Marbella @ 6€ and short taxi ride from there 12€. From Puerto Banus best to walk along the beach boulevard, over the bridge and in 10-12mins your home. Nearset supermarket is Aldi, on the N-340 road towards Marbella, a 10min walk. Then of course in Puerto Banus, the Corte Ingles/Hipercor and others at 12-15min walk. Furthermore, there are busses between Marbella and Puerto Banus and beyond. Locally, in the Puerto, you can rent cars, e-cars, motorbikes, bikes, Boats and even a Sedgewick …. Other Things to NoteCleaned before every new arrival, clean linnen and towels, fully equipped kitchen with complete service for 4, utensils, Coffee machines, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, spices, etc. Comfortable living area, air conditioning, wifi router, LED TV and DVD player with USB port, etc. We also provide salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and other facilities to make your stay enjoyable, efficient and comfortable. The SpaceWe live in a 4th floor penthouse that has a clean and comfortable master/twin bed room with a private bathroom. We offer free wi-fi and the use of our large wrap-around terrace that you can access from your private room or the living room. The bedroom has sliding glass doors that fill the room with lovely sunshine, but if you need to sleep the room also has total blackout shutters. You can walk down to the beach, restaurants and everything else Puerto Banus has to offer in about 15 minutes. Marbella downtown and the old town is only a 5-8 minute drive. We also offer our guests a free full continental breakfast (served on our terrace), use of 2 swiming pools (open from May to September) set amongst well kept tropical gardens and six paddel courts. If you have a car you can park it inside the urbanisation right below the apartment. If you decide to use a bus, the bus stop is right infront of the urbanization (line 1). We try to give our guests their space but can also cater a delicious italian lunch or dinner under the moonlight, in our terrace, simply by letting us know a day in advance. We’re a relaxed couple and want to make you feel at home. The bed sheets were not washed, the towels were not fresh, there are holes in the wall, the furniture is old and damaged, the toilet cover is damaged!!! We did not even wanted to use the "kitchen" which is actually no kitchen, it is something cheap made on the balcony without a door to the tiny room. This apartment is not even a studio it is an old room with a balcony with very unclean windows! We did not expect to have a luxury here but there is no minumum standard QUALITY! I am very surprised that no one said anything about how dirty this place is and that the internet is so slowyou can not even textproperly. This 4,5/5 stars does not correspond to the actually quality of this apartment! Further than that there are bugs in the apartment, what shows me that this place has not been cleaned. We do not recomend this apartment!!!!!! JUST TO RESPOND TO THIS... HER BOYRIEND HAS BEEN ASKING ME FOR TO LOOK FOR A JOB FOR HIM HERE IN MARBELLA.. WHEN I SAID THATS NOT WHAT I DO.. The SpaceOld and charming but still with modern technology, like WiFi, Dishwasher and Ceramic Hobs! This apartment is newly renovated with respect for the old construction and is kept in light colours with parquet floor throughout the entire apartment. But before going any further with falling in love with my amazing apartment in the very center of everything, I would like you to consider the following. These are the 5 things that previous Guests have loved the most about my apartment – if this is all you, then go ahead and read on. 1.The apartment is 100% clean in every corner 2.The bed linens are newly ironed and free from suspicious spots. 3.The roof terrace with sunshine all day long 4. Free WiFi 5.That there are both regular towels and beach towels included in the price These are the 3 things that previous Guest have dislikes the most about my apartment – if you feel the same, then my apartment is not the right place for you to stay. We’ll just end up getting miserable all together! 1.There is 24 steps from street level to the front door. No elevator. 2.The bars and tapas restaurants in the area are open till 01.00 am minimum 3 days a week. 3.There will be street noise due to the central location. That's a part of city life. Terrace This apartment have a newly renovated terrace with partly glass flooring where it is possible to sit and enjoy breakfast, as the morning sun turns the corner and shine on the terrace most of the day. In order to keep this little terrace in the middle of one of the oldest town on the Costa del Sol coastline cozy, I have planted some tough flowers who love direct sun in handmade and hand-painted Spanish clay pots. Please help me and use 4 minutes every day watering the outside flowers so they will stay fresh and green! The terrace has a shady awning, which comes in handy once the sun starts to get really warm during mid-day. In January 2014 we got some new wooden teak lounge furniture’s for the terrace, so it is now possible to take a nap or wedge out with a glass of sangria all evening long. There is also an ashtray on the terrace, as this is the only place where you might smoke. Please remember to close the door to the apartment, as I’m a non-smoker and I would like the apartment to stay a non-smoking apartment. But on the terrace, you can smoke anything as much as you like – just remember to use the ashtray! Welcome When entering the apartment you walk into the combined living and dining room, where you'll find 2 comfy couches for you to relax in, after a long days walk around town or a hot day on the beach, that is located just 7 min. walk from the apartment - or 19 minutes if you walk with a 3 year old in your hand, who spots the horses and carriage that takes tourists around town...! There is also a dining table with chairs for 4 people, hangers for your coat (in case you feel like needing one!) and parking space for your outdoor shoes. So please, do not walk with outside shoes in the apartment. From the living-dining room, there is access to the terrace, through a big glass door. Kitchen There is also access to the box-like kitchen, which contains everything you need to cook a proper dinner or just preparing a sandwich. There is a hot air oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo Coffee machine and a concealed fridge freezer. It is all brand new! - you may use whatever you find in the cupboards, as it is there for the very same reason. Just take some, and if you like, leave some for the next Guests. Rooms From the living-dining room, there is access to the hallway where the 3 bedrooms are. All 3 rooms face windows towards the narrow alley below. On your right hand is the master bedroom, with one semi-hard mattress, two summer duvets and pillows. The duvets and the pillows are all washed after each booking period, so you can be sure it is all 100% clean. The bed sheets are from the Danish Designer Susanne Schjerning who makes Scandinavian quality linen - to keep the quality high I ironed all bed sheets so they are really crispy and nice to crawl into, after a long day in this amazing city! Here you’ll got a white dresser and a 140x200 bed which also have semi-hard mattresses, two summer duvets and pillows - and of course newly ironed crispy bed sheets! There are also a bamboo nightstand and plenty of electric sockets for you to charge your phone, camera etc. Next room on your right hand is the last bedroom in the apartment. In here you'll also find a brand new 140x200 bed with semi-hard mattress - also with crispy newly ironed bed sheets, nightstands, lights, flowers and plenty of electric sockets. In the wintertime all duvets are switched with winter duvets, to ensure that you still get a good nights sleep. Depending on how many people you are, I'll lock the other rooms that you are not using/renting. If you are just 2 people, you'll get access to one bedroom and two bathrooms. If you are 4 people, you'll get access to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, if you are more than 4 people you'll get access to the entire apartment. If you wish to have access to more rooms than written here, please let me know before arrival. Bathrooms Across from the last bedroom you'll find the 2 bathrooms in the apartment - we still wonder why anyone would use space for two identical bathrooms in an apartment but it's quite common in Spain. However, when having guests it's kind of nice with 2 bathrooms! Both bathrooms have environmentally friendly water saving toilets, a separate shower with Eco water saver function and a sink with a small cabin below where you'll find extra toilet paper and towels. There’s also a window in both bathrooms, which allows great light and ventilation to come in. WiFi, TV & Other small things My apartment is all 100% newly decorated and I, as all homeowners looove my home, so please do take good care of it! However due to the love of my home, I have provided it with everything possible necessary for a joyful stay, like the killer fastest WiFi possible to get in the area around the Old City! And it is of course free and included in the rental price. All bedroom windows have outside blinds to pull down, in case you like to sleep in the dark - every morning you can hear the locals pull up the blinds to let the sun in and you know a new day has started! My apartment have Fans but no Air Condition, most apartment in the old town of Marbella don't have that, as the streets are so narrow that you can touch the houses if you spread out your arms walking down the street. Because of the narrow streets there are no room for the Air Con machine on the outside of the building and who want's a noisy dripping thing like that inside? However there are fans in each room, to cool it down in the summer and there are electric radiators in each room for heating in the wintertime. There are also new double-glassed windows through out the entire apartment from April 2013. My TV is only connected to a DVD player and there are some DVD's in the sideboard under the TV. However, it is possible to watch TV via the internet - but you would have to be a bit technical to get it started, as there are no TV Antenna on the building. So if you are not a TV Zapper you might have a bit of difficulties getting it started. There is however a manual in the drawer under the TV, showing you how to use it - but there are no guarantee from my side that it will work. Please be aware of that. The Orange Square My apartment is located right on the Orange Square in the old town of Marbella and the building has front towards the old City Hall, Orange trees, Fountains and the innumerable amount of restaurants, bars and take-away places in all price categories. Due to the central location of the apartment, and the fact that you are in Andalusia, home to the most warm-blooded Spanish people, there will be city noise. The streets are very very narrow, and covered with cobblestones, seashells and pebbles from the Mediterranean Sea. When people walk and talk, the tapas bars have live Flamenco dance and the old men starts to sing after a little to much sun and quite a few cana's, you can only expect to feel and hear the heartbeat of the city, as the sound goes up along the buildings. If you are a light sleeper or demand 100% silence on your holiday, I would not choose this apartment or any other apartment in Marbella, as this is a city that never sleeps, especially during the summertime. Shopping & Grocery If you like to cook yourself, there is a Mercadona and a SuperSol Supermarket within walking distance of the apartment. They are normally open between 10.00 am and 20.00 pm on weekdays. If you want a bit more high-end grocery, you should go to La Canada, which is a huge shopping mall with more than 180 shops and a rather big Supermarket (Alcampo) La Canada is located a 5-7€ taxi ride away from the apartment. There is also an Open Core around 5 min. walk from the apartment. Open Core has a limited selection of groceries but are open 24 hours, 365 days a year, so it is a good place to start out, if you arrive late at night. The closest supermarket is Al Campo in La Canada shopping center which is just 5 minutes' drive. Due to its size, the villa is ideal for large groups of friends or families and for clients who want to be close to Marbella's famous golf clubs, beaches and night life. Thirty nine steps lead down from the road level into its private garden with a private swimming pool - you will love chilling at the pool while preparing your BBQ dinner! The villa is all on one level with a large open plan lounge, perfect for spending time with friends if you want to hide from the ever-shining sun! There is SKY TV, a DVD player and Wifi is free of charge. The villa has 3 separate wings. The first wing has 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a king size bed and a walk in power shower. In the second wing of the villa there are 2 double bedrooms, both with twin beds, which share a bathroom with a walk in power shower. The third wing of the villa comprises guest cloakroom with a walk in shower, a third bedroom with three single beds put together with patio doors out and the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a 3 ring gas hob plus a ceramic hob, a wide Teka oven in addition to a normal size oven, dishwasher, side by side fridge freezer and microwave. Washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron with an ironing board are also available. Outside there is a lovely garden with trees, flowers and a fountain. The pool is inviting with night lighting, you will love chilling at the pool with your glass of Spanish red wine. There are various terraces where you can sun-bathe during the day or dine during the night at the relaxing sound of crickets! Due to its proximity to the motorway the villa does suffer from traffic noise. However, it is not excessive and very easy to get used to. As the public transport in Costa del Sol is not very reliable, we do recommend our guests to rent a car, even though moving around by taxis is also possible and affordable.Please note that the optimum occupancy for this villa is 11-13 people. As described above, there are 4 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. Two additional supplementary beds can be installed in the main bedrooms. The SpaceCome this winter and enjoy our heated pool and jacuzzi. The studio is luxurious but still very afordable and it is on top of a little hill with oustanding views of the sea, La Concha mountain and the beautiful sea and coastline of Marbella. It is located on the last undeveloped finca so close to world famous Puerto Banus and it is in a beautiful garden with terraces and a big pool and jacuzzi. You can also walk everywhere and you do not need a car. The studio has a separate sleeping area behind arches and is curtained off so it is semi private for a 3rd person. There is also a lovely iron daybed which is used as a sofa during the day, with lots of pillows on it, perfect for a 4th person. We do not allow more than 2 people to rent for more than one week. 2 people can rent the studio for one month at a time. There is a large ensuite bathroom and laundry room if you wish to do your laundry. Guest AccessThe pool and jacuzzi and a large terrace with 3 barbecues, sink, a large fridge and big wet bar on a large entertainment terrace where you will find a billiards table, shuffle table, as well as a ping pong table and this is all located on a big terrace outside. You can also lie out in the sunshine in the garden on a chaise and read a book or use your laptop and have privacy if you want it, outside. The pool and Jacuzzi are absoluely wonderful and have lighting at night and are heated from November to through March. Interaction with GuestsI try to interact a little everyday if I happen to see the person but I definately make sure that they feel at home on the day of their arrival as well as the second day. I like to give my guests their space, so they can count on this. I always make an effort to go for tapas which are traditional little dishes of typical Spanish food and show the guest around one of the old towns in San Pedro or Marbella or I talk with them sharing a cup of tea or coffee outside, it really depends on the guest but in general I usually give the person alot of privacy, peace and quiet. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful but it is so close to everything you could possibly want, like the beach, a bar, a cafe, good restaurants that are well priced, golf courses, and the wonderful Via Verde paseo maritimo which is a fantastic walkway along the beach which leads right into Marbella. i love to walk on it and stop at Victors Beach for live music and lunch or maybe just go shopping at the nearby Marina Banus shops, or the Saurday morning market where you can buy things from all over the world. I can walk down to the cinema at the port and catch a movie in English too. There is always so much to do it is difficult to decide.... Getting AroundThere is also a bus stop at the end of the street, and taxis are only 6 euros if you want to use them, they come straight to the villa within 5 minutes and I am always happy to call a taxi for a guest when they need it. Walking everywhere you could possibly need or imagine is very easy as this is the most central and sought after area in Marbella. Other Things to NoteThe garden is a very special place and my guests have often remarked on how idyllic it is and how their stay somehow changed their lives for the better because they were able to relax so much and think so clearly. The SpaceYou will be SHARING THE APARTMENT WITH ME, but you will have your own private eastern facing guest room with large bed and your own private bathroom with shower and towels. The Mediterranean sea view from the southwest terrace/garden is absolutely fantastic! On a clear day you can see all the way to Gibraltar and even Morocco in Africa. Driving time to the apt. from Malaga Airport is around 40 min., and from Malaga train station around 50 min. Transfer can be arranged for an extra fee. If you come by car, there is easy access from the A7 coast road and free street parking. It is a solid modernized building. The apartment has wooden floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the balcony. Also the master bedroom, which is the one I am renting out, has access to the balcony where you can have a comfy breakfast or other meals . Your room has a double bed and a private bathroom. The kitchen and bedroom are facing East. The living room is facing West. The living room side is more lively, since the Plaza is attracting people in the evening who are having a drink or watch the flamenco show nearby.The sound of the water fountain is calm and relaxing.... The apartment is very cozy and beautiful penthouse style on two floors. The best restaurants are nearby as well as shops and supermarkets. The promenade with the beach are also 5 minutes walking distance. There are mountain and sea views.....The Marbella Central Bus station is also about 10minutes walking distance. There is public parking around the area.... We have a lovely and sweet dog, Pancho, who weighs about 4kg and a cat, Mimi who weighs about 3kg...They are around and very friendly. If you have a child, there is an extra room with a bathroom which you could rent as well. There are mountain views and partial sea views above the roofs of Marbella's Old Town. The best restaurants are at your doorstep.....Enjoy Marbella at its Best Place!!!! The famous Hotel Claude is just opposite and rooms are around 250E there....

It is advisable to rent a car because public transport is somewhat slow and far from the apartment, so you can enjoy more freedom. The most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol to less than 5 minutes driving by car, with very nice “chiringuitos on the beach” like “Trocadero” and “Arroyo de la Playa” where you can enjoy having lunch, dinner or just a drink. Enjoy the spectacular climate of Marbella, with over 320 days of sunshine per year and 27 miles of beaches. Spectacular views of the African Mountains and South Spanish coastline, adorned all of it by the blue sea side. Very well connected to the airport by car and less than 2 hours away Gibraltar, Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Sierra de Ronda, both mountain and spectacular beaches, whether you want peace, like all sports relating to sea. Shopping and supermarkets, can be found only 5 minutes driving away from the apartment, specially in the Moll "La Cañada" Golf fans will love being so close to the Rio Real Golf . Designed by Javier Arana, and inaugurated in 1965, this magnificent 18-hole par 72 golf course one of the oldest on the Costa. It is set in a beautiful sloping valley with challenging greens and is considered as one of the best Golf courses in Marbella. It also has its own country club and Golf learning academy. This a perfect base for golfers as there are more than 50 courses along the Costa del Sol, all easily accessible.There's also a nice restaurant at the Golf Rio Real Hotel. The fabulous Marbella Old Town is just 3km from the house, which takes 5 minutes by car. No buses are close to the apartment, so better if you hire a car, parking in Marbella is easy. There are several underground car parks. Taxis are also easy to book and good value. Details of local attractions and things to do can be found at the local tourist office in Plaza de los Naranjos . The complex is very private surrounded by fencing and has a concierge service and full security 24/7. The complex is popular with families and couples alike, and has an international flavour with mainly Spanish, British and Europeans holiday makers.     The SpaceNice studio in the center of Marbella with sea views. It is next to the beautiful Old Town with its romantic restaurants and fabulous Orange Square which you´lI love. The sea is only 300 meters down in a straight line, with its shops and beach bars near the shore. You can also walk to visit the marina which has bars (very fashionable) open until 3am. The appartment has a double bed and bunk bed for two. Open plan kitchen makes the apartment look bigger. It is comfortable and homely. I always leave brochures and suggestions of what to do and where to go. The taxi rank and buses are just few steps away and It can take you to visit the famous Puerto Banus with its restaurants, boutiques and department store El Corte Ingles. If the day dawns rare, you can also go shopping (taxi or bus) at La Cañada Big Shopping Centre where you will find all kinds of shops, entertainments and restaurants. The house has a modern interior, combined with the exterior of a finca. Within walking distance, there is a tennis/paddle club, many restaurants, a good sized supermarket, coffee shops etc. Only 5 min drive away you will find 4 golf courses and Marbella town itself. Malaga Airport is a half an hour drive away. Guest AccessThe villa is built on a small incline over two floors. On the entrance floor you have two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and two bathrooms. There is a decked balcony with great sea views, as well as a large patio with a BBQs. On the garden level, there is a self contained double bedroom (only accessible through its own entrance) with a bathroom. Off this bedroom is another decked terrace, a sitting area and of course the tropical garden and the pool (5 x 8 metres). Interaction with GuestsOne of our representatives will be there to meet you and show you around (provided you don't arrive too late). They will also be there to get the keys from you and check the property when you leave. The NeighborhoodWithin a ten minute walk you will arrive to the El Rosario commercial centre. Here you will find: A supermarket, a car hire, a tennis club, a basque restaurant, a spanish restaurant, a dry cleaners, a hairdresser, an Italian restaurant/takeaway, a newsagent, a bakery/cafe, a physiotherapist/pilates, another cafe/delicatessen, a ladies fashion store(Woman's World), an organic hair & beauty salon and a photography studio. If that's not enough, you can always drive 5 minutes to the Elviria commercial centre of 10 minutes to La Canada, a shopping mall with hundreds of shops, cinemas, restaurants etc. Getting AroundYou could get a bus from the bottom of the urbanisation (a 10 minute walk) to Marbella town centre. However, I strongly recommend you rent a car, as it is quite cheap and you can get to see a lot more of the sights. Other Things to NoteThe beach is renowned as the best beach in Marbella. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, or less than 5 minutes by car. The beach is sandy, with a variety of beach restaurants. Lounges and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. If you walk another 5 minutes you get to Bono's beach, with has the comfortable double four poster lounges, as well as a great bar/restaurant. There is a famous tennis club, four restaurants, a bar, two coffee shops, a supermarket and a car rental...this all within the urbanisation! If you walk across the bridge towards the beach, you come to another trendy bar/restaurant, and of course the beach is littered with lovely Chirringuitos serving anything from salad to the best grilled seafood. For night life, Niki beach is close, as well as Bono's beach, Marbella town and Puerto Banus.

Of all 16 golf courses located in the Marbella area, 6 are near the property at no more than 10 minutes drive. The apartment is not a standard for-rent property since it is frequently used by the host, thus having everything needed for comfortable living, with a daring Mediterranean decor. Its well-kept gardens won an award as Andalusia's most beautiful gardens. The living room has a sofa bed that allows a fith or even sixth guest but anyone using it will have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the bath The complex has night staff to assist with any problem. The NeighborhoodGolden Beach has only a few houses in its neibourhood and the five-star Estrella de Mar Hotel, all of which provide a pleasant air of exclusivity, but it counts with restaurants of various prices and levels, pharmacy, hairdresser, supermarkets, etc within a 500 yard radious. Getting AroundPublic transport connection does exist but it is not very good. To really enjoy all that Marbella, its surroundings and the Costa del Sol have to offer it advisable to have one's own transport..
