The SpaceBright, spacious one-bedroom apartment on second floor of Coronado Building (Edificio Coronado), a former four-star hotel. Coronado has a unique art-deco design, featuring white semi-circular balconies, designed so you have the sun all day. As it was originally a four-star hotel, you still have all the luxuries and features of a four-star hotel, while having the privacy of your own apartment and equipment.

The apartment is decorated in traditional Spanish style, with marble floor tiles, whitewashed walls, and dark wood furniture.
LIVING ROOM: Dining table and four chairs. Dresser with glassware and cutlery. Wireless internet access and printer. Satellite TV in several languages. DVD/CD player. Two sofas. Coffee table. Balcony with dining table, four chairs, and parasol.
KITCHEN: Fitted kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Ceramic hob, extractor fan, and dishwasher. Exterior window.
BEDROOM: Super-king-size (180 cm) double bed. Folding bed available for third guest, and cot available for baby, by prior arrangement. Large wardrobes and chest of drawers. Steam iron, ironing board, and clothes airer. Hairdryer. Door to balcony with two sun loungers and parasol.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
BATHROOM: Shower, WC, hand basin, and washing machine. A baby bath which fits into the shower can be provided by prior arrangement.
Floor area: 75 square metres. Guest AccessGuests have access to all equipment and facilities in the apartment and on the Coronado complex.
There are two tennis rackets in the hall cupboard.
There are foam floats which can be used in the pool.
There are three sun loungers in the apartment, usually stored under the bed, and the two beach chairs. Please return these to the apartment every day after using them.
The following amenities are available by prior arrangement with owners:

The top closet in hall is locked. Guests may use the bottom closet.
The closet in the bedroom (to the right of the door) are locked. Guests may use the wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Guests may not use the sun loungers that are in the storage area by the pool. These belong to owners. Interaction with GuestsBefore you arrive, the owners are available to answer your questions by email, text message, or phone call.
Coronado is managed by a professional management company, whose office is on site. They look after maintenance, keys, cleaning, and laundry. During your stay, you can contact the management company at reception, or by calling to their office, which is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:00 h.
The staff on reception at Coronado will be happy to help you with any queries you have. During your stay, you can contact the owners by text or email.
The cleaners are employed by Coronado management company. You may wish to leave a small gratuity for the cleaners before you leave. This is at your own discretion. The NeighborhoodCoronado is in the Marbesa Urbanization, a low-density development, with many green zones. There's a lovely long sandy beach 300 metres (3 minutes’ walk) from Coronado, with no high-rise buildings. You can walk all the way along the beach to Marbella to the west (9 km, about 5 miles) or to Cabopino to the east (1.5 km, about 2 miles). On the way to Cabopino, you will pass the Artola sand dunes, a protected natural beach with sand dunes and flora.
La Sirena Restaurant is on site, by the pool, and is open daily for lunch and early dinner.
There is a well-stocked supermarket across the road from the entrance, open daily, serving fresh bread, meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.
There are good restaurants along the beach, serving local specialties.
There is a cash dispenser (Telebanco) near the entrance to Coronado.
Guests can use the tennis courts and gym at the Don Carlos Hotel, a 20-minute walk. There are several golf clubs nearby, the nearest of which are Santa María, Greenlife, and Cabopino.
Nikki Beach, one of the world's most famous beach clubs, as a 15-minute walk.
The Elviria Commercial Centre, a 20-minute walk, has a range of restaurants, bars, and shops. Getting AroundDriving from Málaga: follow the A7, take the exit for Elviria, double back on the A7 in the direction of Fuengirola/Málaga, and turn right after the gas station, at the signpost for Heritage Resorts. Coronado is 300 metres on your left.
There is a bus stop on the A7, about 3 minutes' walk from Coronado. There is a regular bus service (every 30 minutes) to Marbella centre and to Fuengirola.
Car rental is available from Coronado: a local company will deliver the car and collect it. Ask at reception or contact the management company.
There is plenty of parking space on the grounds of Coronado, at no charge.
The nearest taxi rank is in Elviria Commercial Centre, about one mile from Coronado. Other Things to NoteReception opening hours are as follows:

There are extended opening hours during July and August.
You can collect the keys from reception on the day of your arrival. If you arrive outside of reception opening hours, the management will arrange for you to collect the keys at a nearby location.
You will need to return the keys to reception before 10:00 a.m. to allow time for cleaning for the next guests. If you require a later check-out time, you will need to arrange this when making your reservation, and we may need to charge for an extra night's accommodation.
When you are leaving, you may wish to leave a small gratuity (tip), at your own discretion, for the cleaning staff. There is, however, no obligation to do so.
