Torrenueva is just about the nicest estate on the coast being residential but with everything you could want for a perfect family holiday or longer winter stay. La Cala, with its world famous golf courses and wonderful Spanish charm and friendliness is Sunny Spain at it's very best while eating outside watching the world and his wife stroll by in the warm evening air is what dreams are made of.............. We are twenty five minutes by road from Malaga airport and do provide Airport Transfer at 45Euro each way, for that you are met by our friendly English drivers who will take you safely and carefully to your holiday property and if you wish a stop on the way at the local supermarket. There is also a train service into the centre of Fuengirola where we can meet you for the 10Klms trip the round trip is 25Euro You can arrive and depart any day and stay for any amount of days which makes getting those illusive cheap flights that little easier, you can also arrive at any time of the day and nigh and still be met with a friendly face even if I'm still in my night shirt. On departure you leave when you are good and ready, NO BEING THROWN OUT AT 10 IN THE MORNING!!!! We hold high standards for the cleanliness of our apartment. We use the same professional cleaners and industrial laundry services as hotels. And we wash the shower curtain after each guest just as in hotels. The Spacenew, well furnished, stylish apartment in the new condo with the pool and parking in the basement level. 9 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk from the golf course. It fits both for those who love cooking and those who prefer going out. its kitchen is fully equipped but simultaneously the variety of restaurants and bars are just several minutes walk from it and you may forget about cooking. The condo has the pool. So, you may either go to the fabulous Mijas beach or stay in the condo and fully relax as it is small and really quiet. You may enjoy calm evenings in Mijas, but if you love bright nightlife or shopping you may go to Fuengirola or Marbella and the road will take about 10 min only. The SpaceCasa Alexandro is a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area next to Marbella in Mijas-Costa enjoying a splendid view of the greenery and the sea. Covered terrace, swimming-pool (8mx4m) surrounded by a furnished terrace, outdoors shower room (toilet, sink) near the swimming pool, garden with various flowers. The house comprises a large living room, a dining room, an equipped American kitchen (microwave, American fridge, washing machine) and one bedroom with bathroom and terrace. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with each a private bathroom (toilet) and terrace. Each terrace is decked with garden furniture. 4th bedroom ensuite furnished for two people with a shower room, TV and terrace. The neighborhood has public transport running through it and the beach is within walking distance. A stay at Casa Alexandro therefore allows for plenty of activities.

The SpaceThe house itself has three floors. The top floor has two double bedrooms, sharing the Master bathroom, which has a bath and a separate shower. The rear bedroom has its own private upper terrace which gets excellent evening sun. The Master bedroom has the front sea view upper balcony. The main living area on the middle floor has an L shaped lounge with a SmartTV , a large dining area with a family dining table to seat all 10 of you at once. There is a cloakroom toilet as you come up the tiled staircase, all finished to a high specification. The Lounge connects open plan with the kitchen across a kitchen island, with a few stools and the main showpiece sea view balcony. The kitchen has a large hob and oven, fridge-freezer and is stocked with ample crockery and cutlery that you can have a set in the dishwasher while you use some more. The Ground floor has three good sized twin bedded rooms with a family bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bath and a shower. The house comes with all linen provided , bath towels and a full set of additional coloured beach towels for use out of doors. In addition to wardrobes in all bedrooms, there are also other storage spaces throughout the house, a washing machine and drying lines outside. Outside you have plenty of sun-loungers to go round everyone, and a BBQ, and can use the whole garden area for sun seeking Guest Access At the front of the garden La Villa looks over, you can see the gate leading onto steps and a ramp onto the Beach. There you can rent water sport equipment. The private gardens are beautifully maintained by gardeners we trust, as is the Pool which is not chlorinated – it uses salinated clean water. The NeighborhoodThe Community in the 1970s stood alone with some larger villas and fishermen’s boats. The boats are still there, but now amenities are somewhat better. Next door and behind Calypso Playa is a Time share resort “Dona Lola” which is now owned by MacDonald hotels. This means that there are plenty of restaurants of every type plus entertainment within 2 minutes walking distance and an excellent Mini market which supplies all your staples, bakery goods and more, so no long daily walks required . If you do want more choice, over the main coast road - the N340 - there are further restaurants, general shops, larger supermarkets, chemists, Banks and a Thursday general market plus a second hand market on Sundays. Getting AroundYou reach La Villa if you rent a car after a 30 minute motorway drive from Malaga airport. But it is as easy to catch the simple 2 way coast train from Malaga airport which terminates in Fuengirola below the bus station: Buses run regularly to Marbella approximately every half an hour and take some 15 minutes to reach the Dona Lola complex. Other Things to NoteIn summer time we run a water sports activities on the front beach. During low season, our doble kayaks can be used without any extra charge on request.

The SpaceReally is perfect for couples and families either wanting to relax;-D or paint the town in one of the many bars and restaurants in "El Zoco" or on "The strip" just 10 minutes walk. Ideally located - No car required, Very peaceful settting in lovely mature gardens with great swimming pool with spa pool. Just cross the little road next to the residence you will fine 'El Zoco'; a variety of restaurants, handy shops, traditional and british bars and pubs and a well stocked supermarket (all within a 2 minutes walk). More than worth a visit, fabulous holiday atmosphere. The sea and beaches are clean, can get busy in August, just 10 minutes walk to Riviera del sol where you can find plenty of beach bars for reasonably priced fresh fish, or just a drink while you watch the sun go down with a nice bottle of wine or a cocktail;-) Cabopino is about 20 minutes walk in the direction of Marbella which I usually run on the beach. It can only be rented to cat friendly people, as a lot of cats do live with us and might visit you in the garden. The best beach of the costa del sol, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tenis court, bus and taxi stations are only a 3-5 minute walk away. The SpaceBeautiful three bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. Every bedroom has sea views and is very spacious. Two of the bedrooms walk out to the terrace. Something that sets this flat apart from many places in Spain is the peacefulness you'll encounter. You won't hear loud motorcycles buzzing by in the middle of the night nor entire conversations by neighbors. This is a very tranquil, beautiful spot on the coast. Every morning you can hear the birds singing and have your coffee/tea on the terrace with a breathtaking view. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached and complete with king size bed, wardrobe and television in the room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and walks out to the terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed along with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed. The living room and dining area are completely covered with windows, so the views are amazing. The kitchen and laundry room are towards the back of the flat. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped. The washer is in its own large room off the kitchen with an open air breeze to allow your clothes to dry throughout the night. There is a garage spot reserved for your stay and is only a few feet from the elevator that takes you to the flat. There is a nice pool as well as a children's pool and play area that is open to our guests. The entire residential area is handicap accessible. Our flat is about a five minute drive down to the beach. There is a small grocery store and incredible restaurant that is about half way between the beach and the flat. Calahonda has many options for restaurants. We offer free wireless internet throughout the house and will have the instructions and password waiting at the house for you. Our flat is baby and toddler friendly that includes the following amenities: high chair, toddler table & chairs, crib & bottle warmer. Additional services we offer are airport pickup/dropoff as well as welcome food packs (great for late night arrivals!). Our flat is our home that we're opening to people like you. We had originally planned to live there, but due to a job opportunity my husband and I had to move back to the U.S. We hope you can enjoy it since we can't! :)

Along with the Golf course there is the driving range, but also with in driving distance there are many of Spains top rated golf courses. Plenty of taxis are available but also on main road there is an excellent bus service. Marbella and Fuengirola are approx. 15 mins drive away... Peurto Banus, the Millionaires playground is approximately 25 mins away. Whether you want a relaxing time lazing by the magnificent pools, a golfing holiday, a site-seeing holiday Miraflores is an excellent place to be based for your Spanish holiday. I can provide details of a local car hire company who will meet you at the airport and drive you in your car to the apartment and take you to the airport when you leave - takes the stress out of finding the apartment if you do not know the area. Alternatively, if you wish to take a taxi - I can give you the number for a reliable airport transfer. HOW TO FIND THE RESORT From Malaga Airport Turn Right (CN340) following the directions for Cádiz. After approx. 3 kms turn right onto the A7 – AP7 Joining the motorway, stay on the motorway you bypass Torremolinos and Benalmádena. Continue on and before reaching Fuengirola the road splits with the AP7 heading off to the left and the A7 heading to the right, stay in the right hand lane and follow directions to the A7, you then bypass Fuengirola. Approximately 12 kms past Fuengirola (KM 199) you will see the "Miraflores" entrance on your right hand side, just past the pedestrian bridge turn right into the Miraflores resort. There is a sign in front of showing the out lay of the various gardens. Journey time is approximately 25 minutes Other Things to NoteThe aircon system runs on a meter - pay as you use. The whole urbanisation is going wireless with fibre optics but this is behind schedule which means TV is limited to Spanish channels and internet connection is either though the internet cafe or via Y internet which you can purchase access to very easily although reception isn't great - in fact it's quite poor. There are internet cafes on the resort. I anticipate the apartment will have internet TV and wireless internet by middle of August 2014. Will open second bedroom where two single people each require a bedroom. This will attract an additional charge to be confirmed at time of booking As the apartment is on the second floor, it is not suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs. Also the apartment is almost on the brow of the hill so while the walk down to the beach and bus stop is easy, the walk back may well prove taxing for those who prefer to walk on the flat or have difficulty walking or have lots to carry Check in is after 16.00. My husband and I, Cesc and Reme, live in an apartment in the center of Mijas village with our two small children, and Duna Ibai. It is a two-storey apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sea. There are 3 bedrooms, living room and bathroom on the first floor living room and kitchen on the second, where there is a large terrace with barbecue. We run an ice cream shop near where we live. We love mountain sports, music and cooking. Children are tiny, 1 and 3 years.
