The house is very light and airy, with everything you need to enjoy your holidays without even having to leave! You can enjoy the peace and quiet by the pool, read a book in the garden or stroll down to the beach...or contemplate a beautiful sunset form the big roof terrace! Guests will have access to the whole house, equipped with brand new kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. They will also enjoy the 100 m2 garden with direct access to the shared swimming pool, as well as the terrace from the master bedroom and a big roof terrace overlooking the sea. There is also a private parking place as well as plenty parking place in the street. Even though I'm not present at the house during the check in, I do provide all kind of information regarding the house, as well as local recommendations in advance. I am always reachable during the guests stay. The check in and check out is done by a professional real estate agent. The house is set in a quiet, residential area, far away from the night life but close enough to one of the most beautiful beaches in the island. Still, you can reach the party heaven of Eivissa in 30 min by car! The Beautiful & "family friendly" Cala Tarida is only 5 min away , walking. There are 2 great restaurants within walking distance (Ses Eusfabies and Cas Mila) as well as the newly opened Cotton Beach Club. Even though Cala Tarida is one of the most famous beaches in the island, it is better to reach the house by car. It will make your life easier when getting around the island. The beach is 5 min walk from the house, and the nearest supermarket is about 500 metres away. Guests will have access to the whole house, equipped with brand new kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. They will also enjoy the 100 m2 garden with direct access to the communal swimming pool, as well as the terrace from the master bedroom and a big roof terrace overlooking the sea. El lugarEs un ático muy espacioso ya que dispone además de las 3 habitaciones 2 baños completos y un aseo, dispone de una cama de matrimonio en la habitación principal, 2 habitaciones con 2 camas y en el Salón un sofá cama de matrimonio, por lo que realmente cabrían 8 personas cómodas pero en ese caso sólo es para familias. Atención a los huéspedesAunque no vivo en la isla hay una familia de confianza que son los que se encargan de tener la casa siempre a punto, entregar las llaves y opcionalmente si necesitáis servicio domestico, niñera... se pueden encargar. Yo llevo el móvil siempre. El BarrioEl vecindario es muy tranquilo como la urbanización. Es ideal para turismo familiar, por el tamaño del apartamento cabrían hasta 2 familias con 2 niños cada una. Lo bueno por su proximidad a la playa es que desde la casa se puede tener controlados a los niños tanto si están en las piscinas como en la playa de abajo Cómo moverseA 50 metros hay parada de Autobus que conecta con las mejores calas de la costa, con San Antonio y con Ibiza. Si se va con coche también hay plaza de garaje dentro también incluida en el precio. Aconsejable acercarse andando al Khu Maras a ver la maravillosa puesta de sol de la isla. Para tener en cuentaMuy aconsejable disfrutar de una cena o copa en el Chill Out de arriba, en el tenéis zona de estar zona de cenar, tumbonas para disfrutar del sol por el día y barra de bar iluminada donde tomar la última copa antes de acostarse.

The SpaceThe house is in a very tranquil area and excellent location, on top of a hill with spectacular views of the sea and Formentera. There is private parking and remote-controlled gate. The exterior area with pool has table and chairs and a dining area al fresco, ample BBQ area with dining area, from here there is access to the highest point of the house with another BBQ area equipped with refrigerator and sink, fantastic view. This area is illuminated and can also be enjoyed at night. The pool has a cascade and jacuzzi that can both be activated once inside the pool or outside from the BBQ area. The pool does not have any stairs it starts shallow and gets deeper at the end which is highly appreciated by children. From the fully equipped, american-style kitchen there is access to living/dining room equipped with air-condition, giving access to two twin bedrooms and one independent bathroom. Going upstairs we have the the double bedroom with air-condition, separate bathroom and terrace. The fourth bedroom is an annex to the house with independent entrance, equipped with air-condition and en-suite bathroom. The area is quiet at night, most of the neighbors are older people so please don't make too much noise.
