The SpaceBIG VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 7 + 2 people. LAY OUT: This large 240m2 villa is built on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor, pool level, we have three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds and the last with a single bed) and two bathrooms (one en suite with shower). There is a kitchen with an electric hob and a spacious living room with an iron fireplace. A nice feature of this villa is a typical spanish riurau with the modern day comforts. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a shower room. Also a large living room with a sofa bed and a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the mountains in the area. EXTERIOR: It has a large enclosed plot of 1500m2 with space to park our car inside. In front of the villa is the large terrace with swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor shower. There is an outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area where you can enjoy your sheltered meals from the hot summer sun. By this outdoor kitchen there is a toilet. LOCATION: At just 1000 meters from the wonderful sandy beach of Marina Puerto Blanco. This port has also great restaurant and bar where you can freshen up with a drink. Located in a quiet area of ??Calpe, not far from the centre of town. OTHER: AIR CONDITIONING IN A BEDROOM AND HALL OF FLOOR. FREE WIFI INTERNET. GROUND FLOOR ENABLED FOR DISABILITY. Other Things to NoteThe arrivals take place from 5 to 8 pm. After 8pm, sundays and bank holidays, there is an extra of 50€ to be paid upon arrival. From June till September, arrivals are only on saturdays and full week. Once realized the booking, you will be provided with the adress of the Agency and instructions for the keys pick-up. The SpaceWarm, cozy, welcoming apartment, located just between 2 beaches & Calpe lake. It's hard to believe, but when it's windy and stormy on one beach, you can easily access the other one - and it will definitely be calm and windless. Time to walk to both beaches up to 5 minutes. This is an advantage you will enjoy in evening as well - you can easily access plenty of restaurants on the seaside. In apartment You can find everything you might need during your stay: big frige, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave for those who value time, iron, tv. As an advantage you get free parking slot just in front of the main entrance. On the back entrance you will find a nice refreshing place which is swiming pool. For those who like hiking - road that leads to Ifach rock is accessible from back entrance from the building premises. You will enjoy the view and most fresh air. Take some food as there are plenty of cats living there. It will take you 3-5 minutes to walk to one of the two beaches either to enjoy the sun, or to have afternoon promenade, or finally to have delicious dinner. The nearest convenient store (small supermarket) is 7-10 min walking; if you need bigger supermarket - you can always drive, it will take you 10-15 min. City center is a further - 20-25 min walking, however you will definitely enjoy it as the walk will take you along the coastline.

    The NeighborhoodSteps away: *** Best Golden sandy beaches of Costa Blanca*** The Penon de Ifach Natural Park nature reserve. With a protected surface area of just 45 hectares. Rising to 332 metres high, the Peñón de Ifach is Calpe's most recognised landmark. The rock is home to a diverse colony of flora and fauna, including some rare and endangered species. Hiking and climbing are popular past-times. The Calpe fish market is home to the famous daily fish auction. The fresh, daily catch is auctioned from Monday to Friday, 17:00 until 20:00. There is a large viewers section and you can, of course, purchase plenty of fresh fish. Las Salinas Natural Park is located close to the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. The salt water lagoon is an important protected area for birds. More than 170 different species have been spotted. The most popular of which, are the flamingos (Phoenicopterus ruber) which can number in the hundreds. The Queen's baths - Los Baños de la Reina - are an important archaeological site that sits next to the promenade in Calpe. The remains of a Roman fish salting factory are well preserved that date from the II Century. The Romans used the factory to salt and preserve fish. The most valuable product, a kind of fish paste known as "Garum" was exported throughout the Roman Empire. Getting AroundAlicante's international airport, known as El Altet (ALC) is the nearest airport to Calpe, just over 70kms away. There are various ways to get from the airport to Calpe. Car rental Getting from the airport to Calpe, by car, is very straightforward. Take the AP-7 (toll road) and get off at exits 63 and 64. Both are for Calpe. For a longer, more scenic route you could take the N-332, Valencia-Alicante. Taxi A taxi from Alicante's airport to Calpe would cost approximately €100 and takes about 45 minutes. Public buses from the airport The ALSA bus company runs the lines that connect Alicante's airport to Calpe. If travelling directly, the journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, 2 hours with stops.The ticket price is €8. Departure times vary greatly. For Calpe, you need to take the tram from Luceros, line L1 - Luceros - Benidorm. Change trams in Benidorm taking the L9 towards Denia. The tram stops in Calpe. For more information and timetables - see (URL HIDDEN) City buses Ifach, is the name of the company that runs the inter-urban lines, L1 and L2. They operate in and around Calpe's city centre. Well, that's what you'll find in the charming Mediterranean resort of Calpe, in the north of the sapphire shores of the Costa Blanca. Calpe's summer fiestas, San Juan on 24th June, Virgen del Carmen on 16th July and August's feast of Virgen de las Nieves, are all replete with fireworks and fun on the streets!     The Space“Villa Robert is located in a residential quiet area 20 min walk away from the beach and shops (5mn drive), 100m away from children´s and picnic area. Stunning view from the spacious roof terrace fully equipped for sunbathing. Enjoy quiet communal pool. The villa has a large sofa, 2 recline-able comfy armchairs, satellite TV, stereo with CD , Broadband internet connection. The dining room table seats six. The kitchen has a refrigerator freezer, stoveoven, microwave, washer, dishwasher, potspans, dishes, silverware, kettle, coffee, etc. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in closet, plus a cot. With superrb views over the coast you are bound to have a great holiday with family or friends. You also have a large private pool and table tennis at your disposal. A car is necessary to fully appreciate the area. Calpe is host to two wonderful long blue flag beaches, great restaurants, watersports and nightlife. And the surrounding areas are great for exploring. The water and theme parks in Benidorm are within a 20 minute drive. The villa is also a short walk to the train station where you can board the train which runs from Alicante to Denia, and local bus stop that takes you in to town if you don´t want to drive. The NeighborhoodCalpe is known for its blue flag beaches and for its Peñon de Ifach. Calpes gastronomy is varied and for all budgets, from pizzerias to gourmet restaurants, and how not to mention the port area to enjoy good seafood or Paella. For nightlife, there are many pubs, Chill Out bars, and Clubs. And for families there are also fairs, markets, cinema on the beach and many more activities. Pero a tan solo 300 metros de la casa, hay una parada de autobus que te llevará al centro del pueblo y a las playas, tambien está la parada de tren, para ir a otras localidades cercanas como Altea; Benidorm, Denia... Residence Montesol is situated close there are two charming beaches - quiet pebble Les Urques with 500-metres distance from the residence and sandy Puerto Blanco (800 metres) with sports harbour, divers school, bars and restaurants. At the distance about 200 metres thare two restaurants, little bakery shop, tennis courts. An old Calp city center with wonderfull medieval houses, churches, 5 museums and charming small "plazas" is about 3 km from bungalow. Benidorm city with Terra Natura, Terra Mitica parks, Mundomar dolphinarium, Aqualandia waterpark and a big shopping center La Marina is in a distance of 25 km

      The SpaceBasic Essentials: 2 bedrooms with twin beds that can be made into doubles, and 2 sofas to fit 6 overall at a push Roughly 8 minutes walk to the beach It is just off the main town (2 mins walk) so you avoid the noise of the evening, but can easily immerse yourself when you’re ready. There is unlimited wifi at the flat, speed 8Mbs. There is also wifi through Gowex, which works throughout most of Calpe. Plenty of wifi in the nearby bars and restaurants. Head for a beautiful beach promenade walk, or just nurse a beer or coffee at one of the promenade cafes/bars and watch the world go by. The area is great for cyclists, rock climbers and golfers too. Whilst the flat has no pool, there is an indoor municipal pool just downstairs if you wanted a break from the beach and sea. Otherwise there are a few pool bars. It is largely equidistant from Alicante (1hr) or Valencia (1.5hrs) so you can travel to either. Valencia is generally the cheapest option, but use skyscanner to search. Taxi fares are approx E100 and E200 from each, so usually better to hire a car. Alternatively depending on flight times my dad may be able to collect you, or simply catch the train or bus. The flat is only 5 minutes away from the main bus station, and it's easy to reach from alicante airport via a transfer in Benidorm Only 1 hr away from Benidorm – home to the water parks Aqualandia, Mundomar and Aqua Natura and also Spain’s answer to Disneyland - ‘Terra Mitica’. There are plenty of golf resorts in the area, and go-karting just up the road. I take my kids each year and I’m still working through the attractions in the area, so there is always plenty to do if relaxing on the beach or body surfing isn’t your thing. The fiestas start with Las Fallas in March (parades and burning of huge papier-mâché effigies) , bull running in June and Beer festival in October. For those non adrenalin junkies there is picturesque Guadalest, the fountains of Algar, the Penon de Ifach rock for those brave enough to take a climb, which is right next to the harbour which has some fabulous fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. You can get excellent flights from Easyjet or Ryanair, and I can even arrange a pick up to/from the airport if you prefer not to hire a car. There are hire car companies in Calpe, but please search the internet for the best deals There are overhead fans in each of the bedrooms, and also heaters if you are renting during the winter Please note that there is no lift in the building, but the stairs are very wide and easy. It is on the 3rd floor, so not a major problem. Only time it's a hassle is on the first and last days with luggage. The view from the upper apartment, from the pool level and from almost every square on the property is stunning and will never get boring. The apartment is cozy and stylish. In 2015, we renewed a lot of furniture and looked after every detail. The two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and fly screens in front of the windows. One bedroom has a wide double bed, the second two single beds. The pull-out dining table for four to six people in the large living-dining room offers enough space for meals and games - but is certainly not needed, because on the terrace is also a large table. Please understand that if the descriptions in your language are not completely correct, the binding statements can be found in the German description. The NeighborhoodMaryvilla is an urbanization with holiday homes, many of which are inhabited all year round. The houses in the direct neighborhood are inhabited in the summer by tourists. The road is very quiet and only by local residents. A 10 to 15 minute walk (downhill) is the office of the house management, a kiosk (for the breakfast rolls), two restaurants (one of it very good) as well as a tennis system with pool, table tennis and children's playground. Getting AroundPublic transport is available on the national road. Without a car, however, it is very uncomfortable. We recommend that guests who are not traveling with their own vehicle have to rent a car. There are many car rentals that have stops at the airport in Alicante or Valencia. We ourselves have already tried very cheap and were always very satisfied. You will find on the Internet fast the most current offers for your needs. Other Things to NoteThere lead some steps to the apartment, the house is therefore suitable for people who are not walking well only conditionally. My grandmother, however, still got up the stairs with 89. WIFI is available. On the beach and most restaurants and bars there is free WIFI also.       The SpaceThe apartment is best for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will enjoy a great sea view from the terrace. The terrace is accessible through huge glass doors from both bedrooms and living room. The building was built in around 2001, its modern and clean. 2 janitors keep the building well and whenever you have questions, they will be a good contact, especially Calpe-related. A big pool is also part of the perimeter, accessible only for habitants in the building (like you). Throughout the whole summer, the pool is supervised by a life guard. The apartment is also equipped with a dish washer, a baby bed, a Siemens washing machine and more stuff to make your stay as nice as possible. Our own private garage parking spot is located in the building, means your (rental) car is safe. The use of the spot for you is free. Wifi and the aircon are available for a small fee, satellite TV in both living room and the master bed room as available and of course for free. Guest AccessYou will have access to the whole apartment and the storage room (10meters from the apartment). Also the whole pool, tennis and green areas outside (belonging to the building) are accessible. The pool is closed during the winter (when open, there is always a life guard). Getting AroundTransportation from Alicante airport to Calpe: Taxi/shuttle: A private transfer (regular bigger car incl driver) is around 95 Euro, details at transfer4u. A taxi is 70-90 Euro. Around 50min, drives any time of the day. Rental car: Directly at the airport you can rent cars. I usually book at firefly who rents out e.g. a Corsa for 21Euro/day and a Zafira for 48Euro/day in the high season when renting some more days. At victoriacars you can rent a small car for 2 days (enough to get to Calpe plus one day for shopping, returning the car in Calpe) for 80 Euro. Tip: Book online upfront and, if possible, do not take any extra insurances, "premium" packages and so on ;-) Around 50min, drives any time of the day. Train: The Alicante airport does not have a train station, so bus+train combination is required. Time and money-wise not recommendable. Bus: You can take the bus from Alicante Airport to Benidorn and after 20min stopover time, continue the bus Benidorm to Calpe, price around 8 Euro/person. Total 90-120min. The apartment was fully renovated in 2015. The most suitable about of people in the flat - 4-5 guests. Everything is nearby: supermarkets and small grocery shops, bus stop, loads of restaurants around. In 15 min walk from the apartment you’ll find Calpe’s port with its famous fish restaurants. There is a pedestrian promenade alongshore where many of the cafes, restaurants and shops are situated.
