I strongly advise to leave your valuables at the house if you are planning long nights. Getting AroundFrom my house, you can easily access Fortportal town to the bustling local markets, Toro kingdom,coffee shops, bars, restuarants,super markets, by cycling, walking (15-20 minutes) or by using a boda boda (Motorcycle) for only (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Ugandan shillings(approximately 0.5USD).
You can also take a boda boda(Motorcycle) to the beautiful Crater Lakes for only 0.5 USD-5USD( approximately (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)Uganda shillings).
To track the chimps in Kibale National Park or drop into Semuliki National Park with its hot springs and central African wildlife, you can rent a car for 50USD-60USD(approximately (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Ugandan shillings).
