Very quiet area of Dubai (JLT), but perfectly connected (5 minutes walking to reach the metro station, 10 minutes walking for Marina Mall, 15 for the beach). For any problem i can reach you in few minutes. The NeighborhoodProspering in its own right is Dubai's Jumeirah Lakes Towers, simply known as JLT. High-rising towers of glass, steel, and concrete make for a spectacular skyline. From the outside JLT spells urban jungle, complete with heavy traffic, often gridlocked around the midway artery. Once you're "within" though, it is more a feeling of urban cool with its towering reflections and spaces of green and lakes. For food-lovers, JLT is developing into a must-visit destination, with a growing number of interesting eateries, cafes, and restaurants (a few links at the end of this post).

      The Space- The guest room is within a 2 bedroom flat apartment that is very spacious and well lit with access to a big balcony/terrace with sea view. This big balcony is accessible from the guest room also. The apt. is fully furnished and equipped with all the facilities you need , like High speed WIFI, TV, Cable , fully equipped Kitchen. I travel a lot and I spend more than 50% of my time outside UAE so most probably you will enjoy full privacy during your stay and when I am in town I work from 9 am till 6-7 pm. So most of the time I am out of the apartment. About The Location - Neighbourhood And (URL HIDDEN) photos tell their own stories...they would tell about my neighborhood..the beauty that surrounds me...the world's new centre..the place of unmatched architecture...entertainment and cuisine...I would mention " Tsche Tsche " the shisha cafe..the "Arz Lebanon" resto...and the newly by Lewis Hamilton launched Mclaren Showroom ! Not to forget the famous Burj Khalifa..the Dubai Dancing Fountains...The Dubai Mall... only to feel the definitive lifestyle and entertainment destination close by !!       The SpaceMy apartment is on the 2nd floor and the rooftop is on the 7th floor. The rooftop provides a panoramic view of the sea and the cityscape. The gym, sauna and swimming pool are on the 7th floor Public transport is easy and cheap and so are taxis. My place is about 15 min walk to the closest metro station (Sharaf DG station), if you find it difficult to get a taxi, you can take a 2 minutes walk to the closest hotel- Fraser Suites, there are private and public taxis at the hotel's entrance. I don't smoke but happy for guests to smoke outside on the balcony. I'm a likable person, trust me i have awards to prove it! Guests can access the internet, television, kitchen facilities, and all amenities provided in the studio and building facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna's and gym. Guest will need the remote control to gain access to the parking lot- to be provided upon arrival I don't mind going out for drinks, meals or movies with guests- depending on my availability. I like to welcome my guests in person during check-in, if i'm unable to be around during my guest's check-in. I leave a key by the door, WiFi password is on the router and my guests should feel free to take 'anything' from the fridge or the fruit (website hidden): Emphasis on taking anything from the fridge, not everything, haha. It's quite serene and easily accessible to the major malls and landmarks around the city. Thankfully i also there is traffic jams worries on the way home Taxis are quite cheap in Dubai, however from 8pm onwards getting taxis out of my area could be a little difficult- the area becomes quite serenea, but the train station opens till midnight on weekends and closes by 11.00pm on weekdays is has its own I have a praying mat for Muslims and the direction to Qiblah can be seen from the ceiling. I have a Bose speaker/Iphone 4s Dock- guest can play their music loud, but not too loud to bother my neighbors. I have an exercise ball, which is kinda deflated. Just see facing and Jumeirah Palm view. The tower stands 310 meters (1,017 feet) tall and has 83 floors. The building was completed in 2010. Currently Ocean Heights is the fifth tallest residential building in the world!, in front the famous Barasti free beach, and the 5* Meridien Hotel, on the right side of 5* Tamani Hotel where one small room (20-25 m°) in those hotel cost generally 500 euro nights! The tower, with its unique curves and twisting motion as one ascends, The 83 floor tower is located along the touristic area “Al Sufouh Road in Dubai Marina! And in front of the famous Dubai Yachting Club. The 6 luxury 5 stars apartments are located on floor 30° on the beachfront promenade, the tower overlooking, Jumeirah Palm, There is an lovely and famous free beach just in front the tower (Barasti beach) with free nice umbrellas and chairs. Great opportunity, an 24/24 hours big Carrefour mart is just at 20 meters of the lobby, price is very cheap, and is possible also to have an delivery free shipping, just call the store for receive in 5 minutes all food or others items will be delivery to the apartment with not any surcharge cost. Bar and restaurant and Shopping. In the house is possible have an room service, jus call to Starbucks, Costa, 800pizza, fish and cheeps and many other lovely bar or restaurant under the house, you can receive in 10-15 minutes a free delivery food and drink directly in your table. But is also very nice heat and drink to the walk promenade Weather and pool temperatures Sept –april 18-32 min/max May –august 24-35° min max (july –august max temperature can arrive at 43-45 degrees) Our Poll Water is Cooled in summer and heated in winter at 29-30 degrees The pool area and gym is the most beautiful of the entire promenade and is available for free for guests of the tower. The smaller room has a single bed, sofa and TV and can also be rent as an extra living room (please see extra listing for prices). Your bathroom is right next to your room. Our apartment is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi with lots of shops, groceries, laundries and a big mall close-by. Public transportation is cheap and bus stations are directly located next to our house. For all of you ocean lovers, the sea is just 5 minutes walking. Public transportation is pretty cheap and bus stations are directly located next to our house.       The SpaceA comfortable central conditioned room just 7 minutes walk from the main buss station that takes you to all other Emirates ( Dubai, sharjah, Al ain oasis,..etc) and two minutes from the main road ( if u like taxis). Also it is just ten minutes drive or less; depends on the traffic to the city cetner. parking is available but with payment;(AED 2 per hour). and free from 10.00pm to 8:00am. If you don't have a car you can rent one just next to our building or I can drive you some of the times for an extra payment. Me and my husband speak an excellent English, Arabic, in addition to Basic knoweledge of French and Italian. If you like arabic food we can also arrange that, the room is furnished with double bed furniture and sharing a hall with LCD TV and satallite programs, a small fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. Sadaf 8, the building, is immediately adjacent to "the Walk" which is one of the major shopping areas along the beach in Dubai. Getting AroundThere is a Tram stop just outside the building that is part of the Metro system. The tram will take you to the Metro station that can take you to the main areas of Dubai. It is generally 5 AED to get into the center of Dubai, depending where you want to go. There are also taxi stations around the complex of buildings, though taxis are more expensive than the Metro. Other Things to NotePlease be mindful of the others at the apartment. Many come while on internships or while on jobs and so it is important to be respectful of noise levels at night. Please also be mindful of the laws around alcohol in Dubai. You can only drink alcohol in hotel bars unless you have a permit.

These new rules require tourists to pay a certain tourism tax which is equal to 11 $ per night for this 4 bedroom villa. Total Guest cannot exceed the MAXIMUM ALLOWED number of guest. CHECK IN TIME The standard check in time is 1500 (3pm). In case that your flight arrives on a different time, as long it is within our work timings (9am – 5pm), and THERE IS NO CURRENT GUEST CHECKOUT OR NO SCHEDULED CLEANING in the property you booked, then we can be flexible with it. If it is earlier or later than our work timings then we will charge an additional US$ 30 rent to cover our offset / overtime of our driver/facilitator. CHECK OUT TIME The standard check out time is 1100 (11am). In case that your flight departs on a different time, as long it is within our work timings (9am – 5pm), and THERE IS NO CURRENT GUEST CHECKIN OR NO SCHEDULED CLEANING in the property you booked, then we can be flexible with it. If it is earlier or later than our work timings then we will charge an additional fee of US$ 30 to offset the overtime of our driver/facilitator.
