About Green Valley, Arizona
Green Valley Arizona is located approximately 20 miles south of Tucson and 40 miles north of Nogales, Senora, Mexico. Green Valley is home to several top quality, challenging golf courses. Many more courses are a small drive away.
Beyond golf, there are mountains, wildlife, caves, mines, and much more. Your vacation in Green Valley can be action packed or restful and laid back. This condo is in a very quiet, pretty part of the town.
As a temporary tenant of a Green Valley owned home, you will have access to ALL Green Valley Community Centers. These center vary a little, but all have exercise equipment, pool, activities, classes and more. Some paperwork and a small fee are required to get this set up, but well worth the small effort (document or two).
About the Owners:
The owners of the property are located 2.3 miles away. They are responsible, respectable lessors, and will do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. They keep the condo very clean, and ensure all questions are answered. Problems, if they arise, are addressed immediately.
About Your Stay & Rent:
Longer term stays are preferred, encouraged and rewarded.
Monthly rental rates are as follows:
September thru March*** - $1,800/month.
April thru August - $1,500/month.

Weekly rental rates are as follows:
September thru March - $700/week.
April thru August - $600/week.
There is a deposit of half due upon purchase. Final lease payment + refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior to rental. Cleaning fee of $75 due upon arrival.
