This 1925 historic bungalow home with original wood floors, stained glass windows, fireplace, and pool, is comfortable and quiet for 1-2 people (kids allowed – futon, air mattress, and couch available upon request). Large walled/gated backyard with private pool and pool house, grass, mature trees (palm, palo verde, lemon) and rose bushes. The home is cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay.
NOTE: The guest room has an antique bed, which is ideal for singles and couples that prefer to snuggle! Two large adults might not find it comfortable. Guest AccessRoom rental includes private bedroom, private bathroom, water, electricity, wi-fi, washer/dryer, bathroom supplies, covered parking, shared equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, porch, pool, and pool house (with futon, yoga mats, and library). There is plenty of storage space for personal items. Interaction with GuestsGuests determine the level of interaction.

Coronado is a diverse neighborhood showcasing a variety of architectural home styles. Coronado has various retail and dining options inside the neighborhood (Sunshine Market, Tuck Shop, Astor House), and along its bordering streets of 7th St (The Main Ingredient, The Coronado), McDowell Road (Rainbow Donuts, Ollie Vaughn’s), and 16th St (Barrio Café, Bee’s Knees). Getting AroundCoronado is a walkable, safe, friendly neighborhood.

The pool house has plenty of space for working out, relaxing, or hosting overflow guests. Guests are welcome to the extensive library, yoga mats, and light weights.
There is a futon in the pool house that can be used for an additional guest, teen, or moved inside for small children (please consult owner about flexibility for additional guests).
Pool: The pool is deep, so not appropriate for children who cannot swim.
