The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed, a flat screen Smart HDTV with premium cable channels, as well as a DVD player. The gas fireplace warms up the living room for cozy evenings in front of the hearth.
The compact galley kitchen has brand new appliances and all the essentials: dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, utensils.
The bedroom has a queen bed, an I-pod compatible stereo alarm clock, and a desk for working on your laptop if you must. Sliding glass doors open to the deck.
The bathroom has a tub with shower, plenty of counter space, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap. A washer and dryer is available in the shared laundry room.
Thermostats control electric heaters in the bedroom, living room, and hallway.

Love hiking? Enjoy million dollar views while hiking over the grassy slopes of Old St. Hilary’s Open Space Preserve. Or head over to Mt. Tamalpais with its many hiking trails.
Love road or mountain biking? Cycle on the scenic Tiburon bike path and circle around the Peninsula on the Paradise Drive Loop. The biking trails on Mount Tam, the birthplace of mountain biking, offer nearly endless route options and varied terrain. Bring your bikes or rent nearby.
Bird-watching? Check out the birds on Richardson Bay, where more than 1 million migratory birds, including great blue herons, snowy egrets and red-tailed hawks, pass each year. The Richardson Bay Audubon Center and Sanctuary offers bird walks and learning programs.
On Friday evenings from April to September, you can watch the Friday Night Races held by the Corinthian Yacht Club and the St. Francis Yacht Club. Or rent kayaks in Sausalito and paddle around Richardson Bay.
History buff? Take a self-guided walking tour of historic Tiburon, with landmarks dating from the 1880s, including famous "Ark Row," where the buildings are original houseboats from the 1890's.
Angel Island State Park overs many historic sites, along with spectacular views from hiking and biking trails. A military camp during the Civil War, Angel Island became the Ellis Island of the West during the early 20th century as immigrants pass through its U.S. Immigration Station.
Railroad fan? Tiburon was a bustling railroad town from the late 1880s until the 1930s. Visit the Railroad Depot Museum to learn about Tiburon's rich railroad history.
Geology, archaeology, or botany buff? Love rock climbing? Ring Mountain offers serpentine outcroppings, Native American petroglyphs, and rare wild plants, including the endemic Tiburon Mariposa Lily, found nowhere else on earth.
Everybody loves Friday Nights On Main
On the last Friday of the month from May through September, Tiburon throws a party on Main Street. The street is closed to traffic, and local restaurants set up tables and food booths along the street. You can wine and dine al fresco while live bands play music. Getting AroundIt's an easy walk to downtown Tiburon with its up-scale charm, shops, world-class restaurants, and movie theatre. Walk to the ferry landing in downtown Tiburon, and in 20 minutes you're across the Bay at San Francisco's Ferry Building or Fisherman's Wharf. Or take the ferry to Angel Island.
Hiking and biking trails are all close-by. A car is recommended to visit Muir Woods, the beaches, the Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley wine countries, and the many other well-known attractions in Northern California.
The dock of the Tiburon ferry to San Francisco is a 10 minute walk away, down the hill then a few flat blocks through town. A grocery store, Woodlands Market, and a CVS Pharmacy are even closer.
