    The SpaceBeautifully remodeled studio in a private gated home in north glendora, this studio is completely remodeled in a safe private resident with a private balcony over looking San gabriel valley towards Los Angeles. 20 miles drive to Disneyland and 20 mile drive to downtown Los Angeles, 20 mile drive to Ontario mills mall and Victoria gardens mall. 7 miles to ranging waters, 13 miles to downtown pasadena. This our home is located boarder of national forest, in a very quite location.

    The SpaceOur guest quarter is connected to the main house, however, it has a separate entrance, a big comfy room, a kitchen, a breakfast nook/dining area, and a bathroom. The space is ideal for 1 or 2 adults. Guest AccessOur Guests will have a fully functional kitchen with refrigerator, gas range, and oven. There is also a dining area with table and chairs. TV, Netflix, air conditioning and heating. Guests will have wifi access and can park on premise for free. Interaction with GuestsOur Guests will have all the privacy they need with separate access door from our main house. However, if you need any help or have any questions, you are more than welcome to walk over and talk to your hosts :) The NeighborhoodGlendora is nicknamed the "Pride of the Foothills", it is a tranquil and family-friendly city with very nice neighbors, lots of green trees, parks, and hiking trails nearby. Getting AroundThere are bus stops within 15 minutes walk from our place. We don't know all the buses, but do know 187 would take you all the way to Pasadena. Guests can park at our house, and can drive to Downtown Glendora within 5 minutes, 15 minutes from Arcadia, 20 minutes from Pasadena, 35 minutes from Disneyland Park, and 45 minutes from LAX.

    The SpaceOur guest home is quaint and clean with a lot of historic charm. The property was built in the early 20's. The craftsman's architecture and even amenities such as a vintage O'Keefe and Merritt stove adds a nice touch. Guest AccessYou have exclusive access to the entire guest house, which includes a private patio area are table and chairs. Free parking in included. Interaction with GuestsWe live in the front of the property and will be available throughout your stay should any needs arise. The NeighborhoodOur home is located in the historic district of Glendora, only two clocks from the village. It is a safe and wonderful neighborhood for leisurely walks through by historic homes as well as a great place to exercise. Large park with lots of green space just one block to the north!

Getting AroundThe Citrus/APU Gold line station just 3 miles from our home. We can often take you there. From there you are just 25 minutes from old town Pasadena and 50 minutes from down town Los Angeles and everything in-between. Other Things to NoteThere is no street parking on weekdays. We have up to two parking spaces for guests.

Upstairs is the master with a large bathroom including a jacuzzi tub, as well as a large guest room and bathroom. The back yard is open and ready to enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather. Interaction with GuestsGenerally, if we're renting the entire house we are not there, but our son and our daughter live nearby if we are not available by phone. The NeighborhoodThese are neighborhoods with custom built homes on quarter acre lots. Our lot has a gate at the back that open us to the elementary school yard behind the house. You have access to the playground, basketball courts and soccer fields; but don't worry. the school yard behind our homes is off limits to school children. you'll have complete privacy from them. Getting AroundThe home is located about 3 miles from the APU/Citrus Gold Line station.
