The SpaceHaving access to an entire home, private yard, and driveway allow you and your guests loads of flexibility. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook, there is a cozy fireplace and TV room in addition to large bedrooms with luxury linens and immaculate bathrooms. The nightly price includes use of all 4 bedrooms and up to 8 guests. If you have a smaller group, please contact us, and we may be able to work out a better price should you need less than 4 bedrooms. Guest Access3,000 sq. ft. of living space, the yard, pool, driveway. Internet and Wi-Fi, laundry room. Upon booking, we will provide you with an access code to obtain a set of keys. The NeighborhoodIt is a quiet neighborhood at the edge of town but very close to grocery stores, restaurants, wine tasting as well as convenient to beaches and other towns along the Central Coast including Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez and San Luis Obispo. Getting AroundA private car is typically the best way to get around. However, Amtrak stops at Surf Station. There is a local bus transit system and taxi cab service. Other Things to NoteWe provide you with maps and brochures of local area, as well as, coupons for discounts on wine tastings. We would be happy to arrange tastings at local wineries and make suggestions for things to do. Heat for the entire pool is NOT included in the nightly rate; the price for heat will be quoted by a separate contract. Heating of the spa, for normal use, is included in standard rate. Price for pool heat will be quoted per stay (typically approx. $45 per day). Unfortunately, it is not possible to heat the entire pool during cold months November-March as there is no way to cover pool and preserve the heat gain. Please contact owner to discuss pool use.

The SpaceThis one bedroom, one bath and kitchenette is in the renovated historic 1879 Victorian home built by W.W. Broughton - founder of Lompoc and the Lompoc Record. Besides quiet and comfortable lodging, the property boasts a well manicured Victorian garden, sitting/lounging areas, and is within walking or short driving distance of the Central Coast Wine Country vineyards, wineries, breweries, Lompoc LA Purisima Mission, famed Danish community of Solvang,beaches and local Central Coast sites. The Victorian Wisteria Room and Victorian Rose Rooms are also available for guests on the Airbnb site. This listing offers a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, deck and barbeque. Outside garbage bins- for your convenience, there is an outside garbage can to dump any filled trash bags. You can find the outside garbage on the ground level below the mid-point of the ramp entrance. It is a 25 minute drive to the Santa Ynez Valley, which includes the world famous Danish community of Solvang, numerous wineries, breweries, restaurants, the Chumash Casino and two of the California missions. Santa Barbara is a 50 minute drive to the south. The Santa Barbara Airport is 50 minutes south of Lompoc (Highway 101 North to Highway 1.) The Santa Maria Airport is 25 miles North of Lompoc (Highway 1 north.)

The SpaceOwners are very well traveled and do so for work. As such their rustic inspirations come by their travels abroad and thus decorate the interior with knotty alder cabinets and doors. And the flooring is Travertine in a Versailles pattern throughout the kitchen, hall and bathrooms along with carpet in the bedrooms. The home is closely situated to Beattie park, Home Depot, the new Lompoc Valley Medical Center and "Lompoc's Wine Trail/Ghetto"... tasting rooms and more... really a great spot to use as a home base to explore or simply relax! Signed agreement is required after reservation is made/paid. ID to be verified upon arrival. Emergency contact info is required for safety of all. Guest AccessAccess is permitted to everything except garage unless additionally requested. There is one Queen size bed and two doubles. Perfect for one to four people and "comfy" for 6... sleeping more than 6 is not allowed. Plenty of parking in the driveway, back yard or on the street... Getting AroundVery easy to navigate Lompoc... instead of placing the information all here... a lot of information about the central coast and Lompoc is online at (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) search or with various travel sites... Other Things to NoteOur Home is simple and de-cluttered... though we have some baubles and antiques from our travels that we care for... we totally remodeled this home a few years ago and it still looks and feels new.... including from furniture to bedding. Front yard has lovely native plants with DG walkways -- Seasonal California Poppy's & more are blooming at different times of the year. Alfresco patio dining is possible. Our home has a shoes off inside, no pets, no smoking policy. And we are not a party house. Of course a family gathering is not unexpected... but, not for weddings or reunions or similar. Sorry, those just take too large a toll on our second home. And for us to keep it better than most others we pretty much adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your understanding.

    The SpaceThe Victorian Rose Room features a queen bed, Victorian windows, high speed Internet, cable television, and one shared bathroom in the renovated historic 1879 Victorian home built by W.W. Broughton - founder of Lompoc and the Lompoc Record. There are three Airbnb rooms in the Victorian: The Rose Room, the Wisteria Room and the private Victorian Garden Room on the north side (The Wisteria Room and Victorian Garden Room are also listed on Airbnb.) In addition to the Victorian Rose Room there is a shared living room with comfortable couches, plush chairs, dining table and book exchange. The fully stocked kitchen has been modernized (but still has reminders of the 19th Century evident in the 11 foot ceilings, and original shelves of the 19th Century ice box.) In addition, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Through the back breezeway, there is a private deck and fenced-in back yard, complete with a propane BBQ and all the tools for preparing home barbequed meals. Besides quiet and comfortable lodging, the property boasts a well manicured Victorian garden, sitting/lounging areas, and is within walking or short driving distance of the Central Coast Wine Country vineyards, wineries, breweries, Lompoc La Purisima Mission, famed Danish community of Solvang,beaches and local Central Coast sites.     The Space1.3 miles from the Lompoc Wine Trail and within very short driving distance (1-3 miles) to many unique, local restaurants/eateries. It is also centrally located between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. From this location you can also reach: Vandenberg AFB & Santa Rita Hills wine country (10-15 minutes); Solvang, Buellton, Santa Ynez, Los Alamos, Los Olivos (15-25 minutes). Children under 18 are welcome, but it is up to guest(s) to protect toddlers in this home. That is why I did not specifically state "kid friendly" in amenities. The house is not "child-proof" (e.g. outlet covers, child-safe cabinet fasteners, non-breakables, etc..). The bunk-beds are perfect for visiting children of adequate age to use and be safe in their use of the bunk-beds. Enjoy the character of this property: some themed rooms (The Nautical-Full bed, The World Traveler-Queen Bed, Bunk-bed Time-Full, Twin); country, rustic 'wine themed' kitchen; fireplace in dining; outdoor firepit and large, wispy palm tree. Guest AccessAll rooms in house and the yards are ultimately available for your use as if it were your own home. There is a large backyard, more photos soon. Outside pictures do not include entire the backyard. For re-use and renting convenience, it is preferred that you only use the bedrooms needed for your stay to reduce area in need of cleaning for next guests. The only limitations would be two cabinets the owner has used for storage that are unavailable for occupant use or access. The backyard is fully enclosed and has a large chain-link dog kennel. No cable or internet is provided by owner, as this is initial listing and owner wishes to test the need. However, the TV is a smart TV and any guest with a hot spot could utilize his/her device and use the TV. A blue-ray player is also provided and RedBox rentals are available very close by at several locations. Additionally, Lompoc Connect has a city-wide wi-fi that can be purchased for as little as 2 days at $4.99, so long as guest's device has built in wi-fi detection.     The SpaceThe Wisteria Room features a queen bed, Victorian windows, high speed Internet, cable television with 140 channels and HBO, and one shared bathroom in the renovated historic 1879 Victorian home built by W.W. Broughton - founder of Lompoc and the Lompoc Record. There are three Airbnb rooms in the Victorian: The Wisteria Room, the Rose Room ,and the private Victorian Garden Room on the north side (The Rose Room and Victorian Garden Room are also listed on Airbnb.) We have two friendly dogs and nearly an acre of fenced land for your dogs to play in if they are friendly. If not we have a separate area for your dogs. In the second bedroom is a queen blow up mattress for the second bed. Please let me know if this will be needed. I provide sheets and a blanket also. There is also a white oil diffuser in each room. You are welcome to use them with essential oils. Fill the diffuser to the red line with filtered water, then pick a scent of oil from the Sanctuary room and drop 6 drops of oil inside the water. Replace cover gently. Turn the power on and the diffuser will run for approx 4 hours then automatically turn off. There are USB plug-ins throughout the outlets in the home so you may connect your charger for your phone/electronics. Guest AccessYou can access the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, bathroom, washer and dryer. You are welcome to drink the filtered water in the water dispenser.           Our Classic Trailer is set in the secluded Mesa Oaks area of Lompoc. You will have peace and quiet with great views on an acre of land. The fully restored Kenskill trailer has a fully functioning kitchen and bathroom and sleeps 2 adults and 2 small children comfortably. Has 2 queen style bunk beds with full kitchen and 1/2 bath - shower. You will have use of a common deck and jacuzzi, picnic area with grill and fire pit. The beach, 1000's of acres of hiking trails, La Purisima Mission, scores of wineries, and Santa Ynez and Solvang are within minutes. You will love our Tranquil Trailer because of the coziness, the views, the location, and the novelty of being in a vintage Kenskill trailer is a blast to the past. The fully restored Tranquil Trailer is good for couples with a small child, solo adventurers, and dogs Finally Lompoc features amazing temperate weather that averages only 74 degrees. It is as if God himself set up the air conditioning A note about the location of the trailer: Please be aware that you will need to walk back and forth between where you car is parked and the trailer its self. The trailer is set about 25' below the parking area and there are two paths of a moderate gradient. The trailer is not suggested for the physically challenged or elderly or infirm. Though we would love having you we don't want any problems related to the day to day commute up and down.

          Our private 825 sq. ft annex in the charming Santa Ynez -Lompoc Valley is beautifully furnished and appointed. Enjoy the entire annex featuring both King and Queen suites, adjoining Den - dining area, Kitchenette, bathroom and dedicated patio. The annex is serene and has scenic views of the valley below. Wonderful quiet environs with quality appointments in the temperate area of the Santa Ynez Valley make this a special place. We have two friendly dogs and nearly an acre of fenced land for your dogs to play in if they are well socialized. If not we have a separate fenced area for your larger dogs. Large dogs are not allowed inside the Annex but they can be in the fully fenced and secure back yard, and or separate compound at night. Smaller breeds are allowed inside. This set up is ideal for those who want to bring their pets along rather than boarding them at an added cost. Guests can access a secluded outdoor entertainment area on the lower oaks area of the property with picnic table, fire pit and barbeque.This area is ideal for private outdoor entertaining. The Mesa Oaks Annex is in beautiful Mesa Oaks at an elevation of about 1000 feet. Truly a remarkable and unique micro climate. The property and adjoining area have expansive views. We are centrally located to some great destinations including Solvang and the Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Barbara, Rufugio Beach, Jalama beach, historic Los Alamos and Santa Maria to the North. There are 5 golf courses within 45 minutes including Sand Piper, La Purisima (10 minutes away), Marshallia Rancho and Black Lake. Abundant hiking and biking trails. The historic La Purisima Mission and wildlife preserve is within walking distance. We offer a pick up and drop off to the local train station called surf station for an additional fee. Amtrak supports two trains a day from Los Angeles. It is a wonderful scenic trip.

And if you are looking for clean... then our home is just that! ;-)) Also, our home is done in tasteful Rustic finishes including pine antique furnishings, Knotty Alder cabinetry & doors, matching granite counter-tops throughout, floors are Tumbled Travertine in a Versailles pattern. The home is very neat, tidy, uncluttered and clean for a peaceful vacation, getaway or executive retreat. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and another room just off the kitchen combines to be used as laundry, den and office. The back yard is private and spacious with a copper fire pit, wrought iron chairs, BBQ and a table for four with an extra two chairs & umbrella if you so choose... and all are on an environmentally friendly & permeable decomposed granite surface... kind of like a Parisian park! Our home is on a cul de sac street for added comfort and privacy... A Family neighborhood. Though with quick access to so much... including the many local wineries, Village Country Club and the Vandenberg Air Force Base. We are also close to the Lompoc Valley Medical Center, the Valley's wineries and of course we are a perfect location for short trips to the beautiful Central Coast Beaches... Our guests include many military families, foreign embassy visitors, contractors, executives from large corporations (mostly a month or longer stay) and then sometimes families looking for a more brief golfing or wine getaway or a relative visit....
