With high vaulted ceilings, you will feel like you're in a cabin, yet have all the modern conveniences. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are master suites. You'll want to sit back and enjoy the sofa so comfortable you'll never want to leave. With places for 10 people to dine, and a gourmet chef's kitchen stocked ready to go with all the essentials, you'll be cooking up a storm, yet when it is time for the chef to take the day off, you can walk to more than 20 restaurants within a 4 block area. The new bowling alley is a 5 minute walk, the movie theaters just 3 minutes and the grocery store around the corner.
This end unit is the largest size townhome on the property and is 3 levels. Located right in the middle of town, you'll enter this log cabin inspired mountain home into a mini mudroom with a hand carved wood bench to put on your boots, ski racks for the winter lovers, warmer trays to dry off your boots when you're ready to return. From the hand carved wood railings and log mantle to all the decorator touches, this place is cozy, comfortable yet with a casual modern mountain elegance. Each item in the home was handpicked from the mountain silverware to the plush bedding to create a vacation experience that truly feels like you are in a Mammoth Mountain retreat.
Each room on the first level is meticulously decorated. There are 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom ensuite. The master bedroom features a king size pine wood 4 poster bed, with a bed warmer, Ralph Lauren curtains, a full size closet, plenty of drawers and a wall mounted flat screen TV with Blue Ray player. The vaulted bedroom ceiling gives openness to the lodge look with sandblasted cedar panels. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink, shower/tub and toilet.
Bedroom #2 features a brand new western theme with a queen pine bed and bed warmer, pine armoire, and cowboy easy chair with foot rest and reading lamp. Yee haw! This is the quiet room, to sit back and read your novel. It has its own private full bathroom with shower/tub, sink and toilet as seen in the photo.
Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, a new flat screen TV with Blue Ray player perfect for the kids to watch. There is a closet and plenty of drawers to stash away the clothes and it too has its own private bathroom with sink, shower/tub, and toilet.
Each bathroom has custom tiled counters and tubs and has spa amenity soaps and shampoos along with hairdryers. So don't bother to pack one!
There is an ironing board, iron, plenty of extra blankets and pillows so you will be warm and toasty. Get the snow saucer out of the closet for a fun ride on the snow that can pile up in the court yard. Don't forget to bring your corn cob pipe, button nose and some coal for your own Frosty making contest!
Upstairs is the 'great room' with the living room and a very large corner style sofa. Just installed are hardwood floors throughout this level. You'll love the knotty pine look which adds to our 'lodge' decor. There is a rocking chair next to the river rock gas fireplace where you can warm up after a day on the slopes, or hang the gloves up to dry. The flat screen TV has cable with a Blue Ray player. The stereo plays CDs (does any one still have CDs?) and has iPod / iPhone hookups so you can make your own music and set the mood. The living room opens to a balcony patio, with 2 easy chairs to stare at the Sherwin Mountains or the starry sky at night. There is a phone with free outgoing phone calls. All TV's have cable and we offer free private wireless Internet throughout this unit for streaming downloads and there is back up Internet throughout the property. The vaulted ceilings in the living room have ceiling fans to circulate the air so you're never too hot or cold.
The dining table seats 8 and with 2 at the kitchen bar top, 10 can enjoy the meals getting prepared in the cooks kitchen with recessed lights and plenty of counter space. The kitchen has all the appliances including a new glass electric stove and Keurig coffee maker, so bring your 'K' pods, and everything you need to serve a great meal or make a delicious margarita. We keep the kitchen stocked with all the major utensils, pots and pans and dishes. If you're going to make something special, you might want to bring those tools. Or just ask us and we'll tell you what's there.
There is also a 4th bathroom on this level, with sink, shower and toilet perfect for the guests on the top floor to call their own and doubles as the powder room. With touches of antlers, rustic beams and old oil lamps, you'll feel the Mammoth mining history shine through. We also have this thing for moose. Go figure, there are no moose in Mammoth!
The third level is a loft converted to a sleeping space. With 2 twin beds and a futon that can open to sleep 2 more, it's a great place for the kids to hang out and have their own space or for a couple to be cozy. There is an armoire to hang up the clothes. The loft has plenty of windows with curtains and windows that open to let in fresh air. The maximum occupancy total in beds is 10.

The property features 2 hot tubs/spas, 1 dry sauna with his and her showers, poolside lounge chairs, community pay laundry facilities, BBQs and a seasonal swimming pool all located just outside the front door of this unit. Summer or winter, you'll love the convenience of everything this Townhome offers.
Location is everything and being centrally located once you park you'll never need to drive. 3 parking spaces are provided for this unit and with special arrangements smaller boat trailers or mountain bike trailers are permitted. Eagle Lodge / Chair 15 is down the street and the free shuttle stop is directly across the street. On the corner is the other shuttle route to The Village and the gondola up to Canyon Lodge. You are just steps away from Restaurant Row including Chart House, Roberto's, Rafters, Shogun Sushi, and the new Mammoth Tavern and Bowling Alley! The movie theaters, Color Me Mine, and the grocery store are a 3 minute walk. Yes, you can use your feet and walk everywhere.
We set the home up for your arrival, and clean it up after your gone. Yes, that means linens and towels. There are all the essentials, you just bring the fun. You're part is to keep the kitchen in top shape and clean up after you cook. If you don't want to clean up after you cook, we'll take care of it for an extra charge.
We believe you shouldn't have to worry about a thing when you're on vacation, so we'll help you with our own concierge service. We also have 24/7 Mammoth handyman so if you need housekeeping, extra towels or an extra key, or just basic extra help we're there for you. We're going to set you up with an immaculate clean home, and we'll clean up after you leave. Many of our guest request daily maid service which is available for an extra fee. Let us come in and make your beds, straighten your towels and give the place a wipe down.

We will set it up for your arrival and we will clean up after you leave. You just clean while you're there, but not to worry as everything you need will be handy.
Note: The first floor are the 3 bedrooms, with the 3 private bathrooms. Up one full flight of stairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom patio and balcony. The NeighborhoodThis vacation rental home is located in the center of Mammoth Lakes, 1 minute walk from restaurant row where you have over 20 restaurants of all kinds. A couple more minutes and you're at the new Rock n Bowl, grocery store and cinemas. The ski slopes are down the street. For me, it's too far to walk, but the free bus shuttle stop is out front of the property and it is just a few stops before you're there... truly 5 minutes. Getting AroundSuper easy free public transportation. The shuttle to the slopes stops out front of the property. The shuttle to the Mammoth Village is around the corner.
