The SpaceWe have a nice big empty-nester house with 3 bedrooms and a large theater room in a very nice area of Orange County, California. Nice fully furnished private bedroom with a few different configurations. The bed can be used as a king or two twins or just a twin bed. It is a very comfortable bed with high-end mattresses. The private bathroom is a beautiful tranquil setting with a tub and shower combo. Perfect for a nice hot soak after a day of sightseeing or working. High-end towels and linen provided. We have no pets nor do we smoke. We love to travel ourselves and know what to expect and anticipate for our traveling guests. We love bargains and will help you with Groupon or other discounted activities. Just give us heads up what you are looking for and we will keep our eyes peeled for it. Light breakfast is included. If you have any dietary needs, please inform us prior to your visit and I will make sure we can accommodate you. We can accommodate up to 5 at a negotiable rate. 3rd person sleeps in converted bedroom/office. on twin bed $43. 4th/5th ($25 ea) people sleep on Air mattress in Theater room and all 5 share 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs bathroom. We are private and will respect your privacy, But if you need anything at all, we will always be available to help. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is full of families but very quiet. You see people walking and enjoying the beauty of our neighborhood. The houses all take pride in ownership and we enjoy the different landscaping and flowers we see along the way. There is the train that runs behind the house, but we have dual pane windows and when shut you will not hear the noise. Getting AroundIt's within a few minutes from main street and close to library, schools, parks, beach, restaurants and cafes. We are only 5 min drive from Major freeway, 20 minutes away from John Wayne Airport and 1 hr from Los Angeles airport. We are 15 minutes car or bus drive to famous Laguna Beach. We have a nice bike/walking trail that will take you all the way up to Saddleback Church and beyond. Other Things to NoteWe do have a nice theater room, so if you are in the mood to watch a good movie on the big screen, we can arrange that with even popcorn thrown in. We enjoy a cocktail and a glass of wine. Moderate drinking is allowed.

The SpaceThe Studio can be thought of as one large hotel room. There are two conventional beds (One King and one full). One aero bed is also available. A full kitchen (with dishwasher) included. Coffee and coffee maker are provided. A 37" HD TV with access to over 300 channels including HBO, and Cinemax (with Bose surround sound) is provided along with full high speed internet access at no additional charge. Private pool, tennis court, saunas. Tennis rackets and balls are available for free. We'll also let you borrow boogie boards, surfboards, paddle boards and the car racks (it is limited to the right type of roof rack on the car) to take to them to the beach. We also have a limited variety of snorkeling gear. We enjoy mingling with our guests, but we will respect your desire for privacy. This is an upscale residential neighborhood with a emphasis on equestrian living. There are miles of horse trails behind the homes giving the area an out-in-the-country feel, but located only minutes from great shopping and restaurants. Disneyland is 25 mins away and the beach is about five miles away. A rental car is suggested We can assist you with planning your trip. From what days to visit theme parks or museums, to what beaches are best for your pursuits. Suggested hikes, or bicycle rides. Recommendations for restaurants. Maps and guide books are available for your use. We have discounts for several of the theme parks. The NeighborhoodThis is an equestrian themed community with miles of horse trails that weaves throughout. It is located so that you get a feeling of being away from the trappings of the city, but close to restaurants, and entertainment. Getting AroundNO Other Things to NoteThere are no taxes added to your fee. The pool is unheated. If you wish to have the pool heated, I will, but there is a $30 per day surcharge to cover the costs. I will heat the jacuzzi at no cost for three hours each day. Anything beyond that there is surcharge of $5 per hour. As noted before, the studio sits on a lower level of our property and is accessed by a concrete stairway.

Welcome to beautiful Orange County, California. Our house is located in Mission Viejo. I live in the house with my husband and I have 2 children aged 20 and 18 who are away in college. The house is about a 15 min drive to important colleges and universities such as University of California, Irvine, Saddleback College and Orange Coast and Irvine college. The neighborhood is very clean and safe and close to shops, cafes, bars, Starbucks, Library and restaurants. The bus station is within 5 min walk from the house. There's a pool and lake close by. The famous Laguna beach is 15 minutes away. The temperature in this part of the country is always sunny and beautiful. The guest bedroom is furnished with nice furniture and is roomy and comfortable with your own bath. I would be happy to help you in anyway I could.     The SpaceWe love to host others from around the world, including students and non-students. Our children are grown and we like to make connections with different people. We also enjoy traveling ourselves and it is nice to not always stay in a hotel. Our home is located in beautiful Mission Viejo, CA and was built in 1995. We are the original owners and have a nice room to rent for one night or multiple nights. The room is completely furnished for your comfort and convienence. You will feel that this is your room, as our guest. Many of our guests to date, have commented in person and in their reviews the fact that the neighborhood is quiet and a nice area, besides our home being clean. We recently adopted a grown Airedale Terrier, Walter. He is super sweet and docile. He is well groomed, bathed and does not shed. The room is for one person and is $53 per night or $334 per week or $1,144 per month. A brief word on our pricing. Our pricing is firm. We have already built in discounts for longer terms guests (by the week or month). If you like to negotiate, we suggest you seek accommodations elsewhere, not contact us and safe travels. We have researched local motels, hotels and other airbnb hosts and believe our rates are more than fair. Location: Our home is near the 5/405 freeway in Mission Viejo. By Car: You can reach the beach cities of Laguna Beach, San Clemente, Dana Point and the charming city of San Juan Capistrano Mission within 10 - 20 minutes. South: 60 miles (approximately 1 hour) south is Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and the Wild Animal Park. North: within a 1/2 hour you can reach John Wayne Airport, Disneyland, Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa (a great place to shop and visit the performing arts center). By Rail: 7 minutes to the Laguna Niquel/Mission Viejo rail station. Bed linens are soft on memory foam mattresses and big fluffy towels to use in the small, full private bath. ** PLEASE NOTE: my home is NOT suitable for toddlers or younger children due to three sets of stairs and three balconies- including a story high inside balcony. Both rooms access one 7 X 9 outdoor balcony patio, with Keurig coffee maker and small fridge. There is TV with Netflix in trundle room, high speed wireless included and a small movable table for laptop. Feel free to use the TV in the living room with Netflix and basic cable, and/or the kitchen coffee, if preferred. Reserved parking space is steps from the front door space #91. Day use of beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards, chairs and beach towels (stored in the garage) included. Oso Community Park-5 minutes away (small oak grove, creek, egrets, ducks, peace obelisk, 4 miles of trails). 5 miles at the end of Oso Parkway: Riley wilderness area. 300 acres of trails. Grocery stores (Pavilions, Trader Joe's, Ralph's, Whole Foods, Mother;s Market) within 1/4 to 5 miles away. Several shopping centers/Mission Viejo Mall are less than 10 minutes. Five minutes from the freeway the house is approximately 20 minutes driving time from many tourist and business destinations. For example... 15-20 to Irvine, 20-25 to Santa Ana, 25 to Disneyland 25 to South Coast Repertory Theater/South Coast Shopping Center 25 to Tucker Wildlife Center(Saddleback Mountains) 25 to Laguna Beach and/or Newport Beach, 15-20 Dana Point Harbor... Getting AroundHaving a car at your disposal is essential to take full advantage of this truly amazing area. I am located 3 minutes from Interstate 5. That said... Public transportation is difficult, but not impossible. The Metro link station is 3 miles from town home with free parking and there is a bus stop within 10 minute walk from the town home. A $10 weekend pass to Los Angeles Union Station or south to Oceanside is fun and another train also runs to downtown San Diego(transfer in Oceanside.) The metro at San Juan Capistrano(10 min. drive) will take you to San Clemente Beaches, and is a nice way to avoid summer traffic and parking. The trains and buses, run every 20 min to up to 1.5 hrs and you have to check the schedules carefully. AIRPORTS: JOHN WAYNE(SNA): The closest one, and the one I prefer is 20 minute drive. From John Wayne take 405 south which merges onto Interstate 5 and the exit is OSO Parkway.. Los Angeles: (LAX) From LAX it is 55-60 minute drive straight shot going south on Interstate 405 which merges onto Interstate 5. Take EXIT Oso Parkway to my house(1 mile). (**Traffic can be brutal on all Southern California freeways. When possible, plan to drive longer distances outside of rush hours.) Other Things to NoteStreet parking is within seconds to a few minutes walking distance from home, if you need more than one space. This space is suitable for fully able adults and older children (11+) Because of the height of outside/ inside balconies and no outside designated play areas; the rooms are not recommended for younger ones. There are two sets of stairs(with 7 steps each) to reach the suite.

        Very large house features 6 roomy bedrooms. Two have twins; 2 have queens; 2 have trundle beds that open to kings. Downstairs are 2 couches and we have 2 air mattresses. (Additional cost for parties over 8 in number.) Large pool and Jacuzzi in back yard, as well as seated BBQ area with outdoor fridge for entertaining with room for 10+. VERY large private side yard that leads to downstairs master bedroom. (This is the wheelchair-friendly room that leads to bathroom across the hall and access to kitchen and back yard (all on same level). Each room is themed: Lilac Room, New Orleans Red Rose Room, White Carnation Room (also we call it our Country Comfort Room), Desert Rose Room and then the two large masters that have no names. (Maybe you can name them.) Kitchen features new platinum GE appliances (dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove) and high-grade wood laminate flooring. On each side of kitchen are dining areas, one intimate and one for larger dining experiences. Total seats: 12. (extra fold-out chairs in garage) Living room is large and features a real wood-burning fireplace (rare in these parts). Thirteen stairs lead to the second floor where remaining 5 bedrooms are located down two halls. Open floor plan allows your group to spread out and enjoy a little solitude when togetherness gets to be too much. ; ) Ping pong table out front in private front gated side yard; pool table, darts, poker table and big-screen TV in garage game room, which is coming along nicely between guests. (But plz understand that it is a garage and not fancy.) We have board games and super-fast WIFI as well as cable so you won't miss your shows. Three bedrooms and the livingroom have TVs currently. We are adding new TVs between guests. Quiet with great neighbors up the street from middle school. Very peaceful. No traffic noise. Spacious end-of-street location means lots and lots of parking and privacy. Park-like experience when sitting front yard, because it is an end corner lot with no neighbors to left or right. Only one neighbor behind who could be disturbed. So no loud parties after 10 p.m. (City ordinance!)

It is 15 minutes away from John Wayne airport in Newport Beach. It is a great place for a vacation. It is very close to the highway. The location couldn't be better than this when you want to visit so many places in California. The bedroom has a beautiful natural light in the morning and through the day. In the living room there is futon which can be used, in case that there are more than 2 guests. The condo is located on the ground floor. It has a private patio which you can enjoy throughout the day. You will have: - Free WiFi - TV has Roku - Fresh towels will be provided - Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - Kitchen is stocked with: utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, bowls, refrigerator, microwave, oven. Guest AccessThe condo had direct access from the street. You'll have full access to my apartment / parking space. There is one parking space allocated to the apartment which is marked as 79. Other Things to NoteHome is equipped with not only bath towels but beach/pool towels. The double bed in the 4th bedroom is a comfortable pull out futon in a semi private office. The master bedroom bath does not have a locking door. There is a curtain the separates the shower/toilet area from the sink. A pet does live in the house but will not be present at time of your stay. Everything will be done possible during cleaning process to rid the home of dog hair and dander but those that are allergic or sensitive to animals are advised to take caution. Master bedroom does not cool easily with the air conditioning unit. It is advisable to open windows in the evening to cool the upstairs if the air temperature is cooler than the house temperature.
