The SpacePrice includes accommodations for 35 people. There is plenty of room for tents and RV's around the ranch at an additional charge. Once your group reaches 50 guests we require that you rent portable toilets. We can easily host groups of 100+. Please inquire for additional pricing. Guest AccessYou have access to the entire ranch although we do have rules regarding the horses and shooting range. This is a working ranch so we ask that all guests take standard precautions around the animals and respect the facilities. Interaction with GuestsThere is a managing family that lives on the ranch, they will be your hosts. The NeighborhoodThis ranch home provides its guests with wide open spaces, endless beauty, all kinds of wildlife, and the ability to participate in real working ranch activities. It is also just 10 minutes from America's newest National Park - the Pinnacles National Park. Getting AroundThis ranch house is located in a very rural area. That is what makes it such a special retreat home. It is extremely quiet and wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by all the beauty that San Benito County has to offer. There is no public transit due to our remote location. However, we have plenty of room for parking.
The roads boast a scenic drive, making the 90 minute commute from the San Jose International Airport very enjoyable. Renting a car from the airport is seamless. Unfortunately we can't offer a shuttle. Other Things to NoteActivities: Horseback riding, shooting, archery, hay rides, horse grooming, roping, seasonal creek walking, hiking, BBQs, campfires, bike riding (you'll need to bring your own), pool, corn hole, horseshoes, darts, shuffle board, country bocce ball, croquet, and frisbee.
You will also find yourself enjoying nature, country sunsets, fall color, wildlife, epic star gazing, and pure relaxation.
Our list of animals on the ranch varies based on the time of year. You may be around cows, pigs, sheep, goats, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, cats and dogs. We always have horses and a few ponies.
