    The SpaceThere is a queen size bed and a very comfy pull out sofa bed in our large guest bedroom. Guests have a large flat screen tv and a computer in their room for their use. Guest AccessGuests can enter and leave through the front door. There is a digital keypad and they will have their own code to use. They can come and go as they please. Interaction with GuestsThe 60" tv is in the family room, but mainly guests will be left on their own. There is no interaction requirement, but we're happy to chat with our guests. It is so interesting meeting people from all over and sharing stories. The NeighborhoodWe have two young children, so we walk to two parks that are close by. The Placentia public library and Police station are within walking distance. Getting AroundThere are restaurants and bars within walking distance although a car is a necessity in Southern California. Points of interest nearby: the Bruery, CSUF, downtown Fullerton, Brea Mall, CSUF, Angel Stadium and Disneyland. Check out our Guidebook for more interesting places.     The SpaceThe last two years have been spent refurbishing and decorating my home, so that it reflects my love for the Latin culture. It's a home filled with original art, furniture and eclectic knick-knacks from travels to Mexico, Ecuador and Colombia. All the wood furniture I designed, and had constructed for me in Mexico. Every piece is hand made. Casa Leon has a great Latin vibe, and is a perfect place for those who enjoy and appreciate a festive, homey, comfortable, and artistically stimulating living environment. Guest AccessMy guests will have access to just about everything that exists in the house; washer and dryer, BBQ, two bikes (with helmets, locks and a backpack for each bike) The bed in the master bedroom is a Tempur Pedic and the sheets are 1200 thread count, single ply Egyptian cotton. The master bedroom has a refrigerator, microwave, and a 50 inch Samsung smart TV with Blue-Ray player. Master bedroom has His and Her areas and a wall sized mirror. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. With a signal booster downstairs, the WI-FI signal is strong throughout the house and even outside on the patio. Downstairs there is another Samsung smart television with a Blue-Ray player and a stereo system with full sized Bose speakers. Feel free to stock the refrigerator freezer with whatever goodies you like. There is a Ralph's grocery store about ten minutes away by bike. Feel free to eat or drink anything in the 'fridge (Not freezer) but, whatever you use, please replace for the next guests. The "Pay it Forward" principle works great if everybody cooperates. Thanks! ( : Enterprise Rent-a-Car is about 10 minutes away. You can book with them and they will come and pick you up. You can also use Uber or Lyft. There are many options to choose from when it comes to getting around town. Thirty seconds away is our community pool and jacuzzi. In under a minute you can lounge, soak and swim to your hearts content. Bella Vista is a very clean, safe, gated community. Too excited from all the sites to sleep? Get up at 3:00 in the morning and go jogging or take a walk. It's an extremely safe community. Interaction with GuestsMuch of the time when I rent my house, I am taking a trip at the same time. If there is an emergency, I will call someone to rectify the problem. However, in all the time I have been hosting, I've never had any serious issues. In the event I am in town, I will be here to greet guests and answer any questions they may have and will be the sole contact for any house issues or emergency issues. I will leave my cell phone with guests I will go over everything in detail, what you need to know and will be happy to answer any questions you might have. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish) so I can answer your questions in either language. I also put together a very thorough and comprehensive binder, that has everything listed that you might need to know; from where the key to the pool is, to the combination of the bike locks. If you need immediate help, I have a couple of contacts you can use. However, everything will be so well explained, and the Help Manual so detailed, that it's doubtful that you will need to worry about anything other than having a great time on your vacation. ( : The NeighborhoodWhen I bought here, the house was still a dirt lot. I had a chance to watch my neighborhood "grow up" so to speak. I'm very proud to be a resident here. It's impossible to beat the location. All the major freeways; 91, 55, 57 and 5 are all within 7 to 20 minutes from the house. Beaches are about 30 minutes away. Mountains and deserts are about the same distance. The city library, city hall and police station are all within walking distance. The Anaheim and Fullerton Metro Link (train station) is about 15 minutes away by car. Downtown Los Angeles is about 45 minutes to 2 hours or more; depending on the day and time of day you travel. Disneyland is about 20 minutes away by car. Almost all the major attractions I listed in the Guidebook are less than 30 minutes from the house. You are going to have a great experience here and I'm sure you will be glad that you chose to stay at Casa Leon! Getting AroundBus stops are located on both Orangethorpe (the major street on the south entrance/exit) and on Chapman (the major street on the west entrance/exit) You also can go online and use the Plan A Trip function on the OCTA (Orange County Transit Authority) to plan out a bus route. Or simply call OCTA directly. Other Things to NoteOne of the most enjoyable aspects of travel is the unexpected. Welcome, embrace and be open to any and all experiences. I travel extensively and I no longer believe in "good" or "bad" things happening. Things just happen. And when they do, I choose to handle things in the healthiest way possible. Keeping cool, being flexible, accepting what IS and just rolling with it; knowing that no situation stays stagnant. Everything always works itself out in the end. Please note that Airbnb is very much like a hotel service, except that the house isn't made up every day by the host. Upon arrival guests will arrive to rooms with fresh towels and sheets and the entire house clean and orderly. From the first day of arrival, onward until vacation time ends, guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Trash, bugs, dishes, etc. are the responsibility of guests.

      Other Things to NoteThere is key code for house to make access easy. Anything you need just ask. Fresh towels available. There is a restroom downstairs on first floor and a shower on Third floor. I'm a mile in a half from CSUF which is a 30 min walk or a cheap uber ride. WiFi password is on my profile, it is also on the modem next to the tv. Also if A/C or heater is needed just ask . Thx!:)

I must say though, if you still think you won't be able to understand how to find my place without having me there based on an address (it really isn't complicated, it's just an address) then cancel your reservation now, unfortunately I am not the host for you! Thank you for understanding! For me, Airbnb is how I pay rent instead of having one steady roommate. I look forward to making my Airbnb guests my temporary roommates, and I offer some extra hospitality because I enjoy being a hostess with the mostest :) I have a cell phone fully equipped with the airbnb app (or you can always text me) if there is ever anything you need help with during your stay with me. The NeighborhoodNeighborhood is perfectly safe and conveniently located. But please be advised that it is a densely populated, vibrant, predominately Hispanic little community. All the wood furniture were personally designed by me, and I had everything constructed for me in Mexico. Every piece is hand made. The house has a great Latin vibe, and is a perfect place for those who enjoy and appreciate a festive, homey, comfortable, and artistically stimulating living environment. Guest Access Guests will have access to just about everything that exists in the house; washer and dryer, BBQ, two bikes (with helmets, locks and a backpack for each bike) The bed in the master bedroom is a Tempur Pedic and the sheets are 1200 thread count, single ply Egyptian cotton. The master bedroom has a refrigerator, microwave, and a 50 inch Samsung smart TV with Blue-Ray player. Master bedroom has His and Her areas and a wall sized mirror. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. With a signal booster downstairs, the WI-FI signal is strong throughout the house and even outside on the patio. Master bedroom guests can avail themselves to the Apple computer adjacent to the bed, with their own guest account. Computer has a scanner as well, along with a pair of Bose speakers with a power base, where you can plug in your iPod, iPhone, iPad and listen to music. The Master bedroom shower system is filtered. Downstairs there is another Samsung smart television with a Blue-Ray player and a stereo system with full sized Bose speakers. Feel free to stock the refrigerator freezer with whatever goodies you like. There is a Ralph's grocery store about ten minutes away by bike. Enterprise Rent-a-Car is about 10 minutes away. You can book with them and they will come and pick you up. You can also use Uber or Lyft. There are many options to choose from when it comes to getting around town. Thirty seconds away is our community pool and jacuzzi. In under a minute you can lounge, soak and swim to your hearts content. Bella Vista is a very clean, safe, gated community. Too excited from all the sites to sleep? Get up at 3:00 in the morning and go jogging or take a walk. It's an extremely safe community. The Neighborhood The house was still a dirt lot when it was bought. We had a chance to watch the neighborhood "grow up" so to speak. It's impossible to beat the location. All the major freeways; 91, 55, 57 and 5 are all within 7 to 20 minutes from the house. Beaches are about 30 minutes away. Mountains and deserts are about the same distance. The city library, city hall and police station are all within walking distance. The Anaheim and Fullerton Metro Link (train stations) are about 15 minutes away by car. Downtown Los Angeles is about 45 minutes to 2 hours or more; depending on the day and time of day you travel. Disneyland is about 20 minutes away by car. Almost all the major attractions listed in the Guidebook are less than 30 minutes from the house. The kitchen/bar/den area has a lounger that converts to a queen sized bed, all of which enables the house to sleep 13 people comfortably. There is also a two car garage, with large new Samsung washer and dryer set, parking in the driveway, and parking on the street. Well managed upgraded property with a manager, gardener, pool man, house cleaning and a readily available handyman, offered at terrific rates for a 5 bedroom home in Orange County. Rates are fixed.                     Our newly remodeled home with a private pool is nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Placentia, CA. Placentia is located in North Orange County, 20 minutes from Disneyland, 10 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm/Soak City, 30 minutes from Newport and Huntington Beach, 1.5 hrs from the San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Lego Land and an hour from Hollywood. This house is perfect for a family that wants all the amenities of their own home and includes a tranquil very private pool and spa with a rock water slide. It has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 6, 8 upon request of an extra bed and 3 full bathrooms, a living room and family room each with a large flat screen TV, wifi, direct TV, Apple TV, DVD player, and Netflix. Both the family room and living room are very spacious with ample seating. Inside there are plenty of books, toys for kids and games for adults and kids. Outside there is a tetherball, large grass area, barbecue and patio furniture. This house is a very open tri-level with vaulted exposed beam ceilings. Wether in the kitchen, dinning room or living room you feel like you are a part of everything that is going on. There are many windows in every room to let in a lot of natural light during the day and a great breeze at night. A little about us: We have 2 kids, 6 and 8. We have the opportunity this summer to take an RV trip across 7 states for 5 weeks. We are attempting to rent our house for the first time as a vacation rental to help offset the costs of our trip. When we have guests over, they usually comment that our house is like a vacation. We hope that this is a great experience and we can continue to off our home as a vacation rental different times of the year. This home is available June 28th - August 1st.
