The SpaceWe have a full private kitchen for your use including your own dishwasher and Keurig coffee machine with free pods There is a large fenced-in backyard, in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space. The queen bed has a comfy pillowtop mattress with flannel sheets to stay warm and cozy. We have a great space for two people. This charming space is an excellent value. Guest AccessThe garden level is mostly private except the hallway to one bedroom. The upper level will not be shared as the lower level has everything you should need. If not, just ask. Interaction with GuestsMy husband and I enjoy meeting new people, but also enjoy our privacy. We can share our knowledge of what to do or where to go hiking or biking in our area. We would love to meet our guest and greet them upon arrival. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is very quiet. No barking dogs or loud kids. Old Town Arvada is very charming with a lot of local shops including micro brewery's. Arvada is blessed with a lot of parks, walking trails, and bike paths. Within 10 miles you can find yourself amongst the beautiful red rocks, and foothill trails great for mountain biking, and hiking! The town of Golden is 15 minutes by car, from our location. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy Colorado. Getting AroundEasy highway access, public transport within walking distance, easy to find. Other Things to NoteA lot of the Colorado ski resorts opened last week to the welcome reception of BIG SNOW! Breck received 53" in 7 days!!! Also now open, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Ski Area, Keystone, Copper, & Winter Park... with many more to open in the next week or two. All of the above ski resorts are between 1 to 1 1/2 hours away. If you like the city scene, Denver is a short 20/25 minute drive from our house. The airport is an easy 45 minute drive throughout the day, except peak travel times around 3pm through 6pm during the work week. It could take almost double that time for those hours. Most times traffic is easy, and flowing well.

The SpaceThe idea is to share our lovely, quiet home, in a safe residential area, close to Boulder & mountains. We strongly discourage packing the room with your moving boxes. Leave those in your car or there's a close storage unit near. Enjoy the space provided, not hamster tunneling to your bed:). Quiet basement space should give you privacy for sleeping & you have a lovely bathroom, mostly to yourself. Guests have access to a kitchen, BBQ & two backyard spaces to share. Enter the home from the front door, park bikes behind the fence. It's shocking that with a full house of guests, we don't see each other more. So feel free to be private or interact, we'll likely see you for coffee on the back/morning deck:) Quiet-ish. If trains bother you, this may not be the space for you. It is a busy street, but seemingly quiet neighborhood, as the Arvada police stations are close by. 3 blocks from the house, across from Dairy Queen is a bus stop. We two small chihuahua, they think they are the real owners of the B&B. Just close your doors in you'd rather they not be in your room, or get ready for a 2am snuggle with one of them. No other guests (than them), preferred. Guest AccessAccess to kitchen, limited fridge space, no freezer space, BBQ & several yards excluding the gated private garden. The corner lot offers separate sitting areas in large backyard. Olde Towne Arvada is within walking distance, high and low end restaurants available. Access to kitchen is available. Store food items in wood cabinet, left of kitchen sink (just pick a shelf). Not a lot of freezer space. We will likely leave you be, just text if you need anything. Family neighborhood, Arvada High School is one block away, Police station 3 blocks away. Arvada police are rather strict, but if you are generally not doing anything noticeable they will leave you alone. Don't speed near by though. Bus picks up 2 blocks away, across from Dairy Queen. The SpaceWalkout basement suite locked off from the main residence. The entrance is separate, allowing total privacy. This spacious area includes a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, bathroom with a shower/tub and separate living room. A full sized futon may be used in the living area. Please let us know if you would like to use this so we can provide linens. Please note that there are steps leading down to the entrance. -Full size refrigerator, microwave, convection toaster oven, granite counter top, and a sink with garbage disposal. There is a gas grill available for your use. -Dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils and glass cooking dishes provided. -Living room includes a 2 reclining love seats, TV (no cable television) with a Roku stick to stream your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. to TV. -Coffee maker - coffee and tea provided. -Breakfast table -Towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board. -Free Internet with Secure Wi-fi -Covered patio with outdoor seating faces a landscaped yard and open space. Please note: there are flagstone and wood staggered steps leading down to the outdoor entrance. See photos. Guest AccessTo enter the suite you must descend down flagstone steps to the back yard. This is a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are within a mile. Two beautiful parks are within walking distance. Biking and running paths are nearby. Getting AroundRTD bus stop is ½ mile away. Other Things to NoteA full futon is available. Please let us know if you would like to use this so we can provide linens. YMCA is a mile away - as our guest you may enjoy 3 visits at no charge.

The SpaceMy home is unique in that it is filled with beautiful antiques in every bedroom and the living areas. There is room for one or two people in the bedroom. Guest AccessYou will have access to the whole house as well as the kitchen. Wifi is available. Interaction with GuestsYou will have plenty of privacy and I can arrange to be there when you arrive. I am friendly person and been in the area for over 23 years, so can offer lots of places to go see or plenty of great restaurants to try out. The NeighborhoodThis is a mature neighborhood with lots of trees and most of the homes have an acre or more like mine. There is a beautiful porch swing to enjoy the nice evening or your morning coffee while reading a terrific book or the newspaper. Getting AroundI am available to pick you up from the airport or there is bus service to the home. There is also light rail service in Golden, which isn't too far. I also have bikes you can use in the garage to get around to do some sightseeing. Other Things to NoteI have a son whom is 20 and he lives with me. I also have a roommate who is almost never home. I have pets.

The SpaceWe have two Airbnb listings. This one is for one or two bedrooms on the lower level, with 3/4 bath. Lower, garden level has a separate outside entrance, large living space with big-screen TV, pool table and laundry facility. Guest AccessKitchen on the main floor is a shared space. Come up and help yourself to fresh eggs in the morning. Interaction with GuestsWe leave early for work, but love to get acquainted with guests as time allows. The NeighborhoodHouse sits 100 yards back from the road, surrounded by about 50 trees. Very private, yet only a mile drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Getting AroundYou'll need a car to get here; not a lot of public transit (yet) in Arvada. We're 3 easy miles north of the Kipling-I-70 exit. About 45 minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes until you start climbing into the mountains. Other Things to NoteKids are welcome. Pets are negotiable.

The NeighborhoodIt takes 20 minutes to get into the heart of Denver from our place. Boulder is also an easy 20 minute drive. We're only three miles off I-70 which gets you into the mountains in a matter of minutes. Getting AroundYou'll need a car. No public transit, yet, in Arvada (it's coming soon, though). Other Things to NoteWe're a kid-friendly home; families are welcome. Dogs are negotiable.

Spanish & German speaking household. My friendly fat cat & 2 chihuahua's are waiting to cuddle! So close your doors otherwise they tend to sleep around;). I may periodically enter the room to change flowers or treats, inform me if that is undesirable. Leave expired flowers & vases in kitchen & I'll handle it. The house tends to be filled with professionals, so more than a few drunken stumbles home may be a problem, pending the other guests. The house is on a regular police path, so do NOT drink and drive in Arvada. We have really nice cops, if you don't call attention to yourself. Easy access to I-36 into Boulder, Colorado and I-25 North/South While visiting the area, be sure to visit Coors Field (our baseball stadium), Coors Brewery; Olde Town Arvada's which has shops, restaurants and music venues; downtown Denver which has many places to see and visit (Elitches, Historic homes, Denver Mint). Denver has professional baseball, hockey, football and basketball teams, as well. Take a drive into Boulder - beautiful area with great downtown, see the University of Colorado or drive further north into Longmont, Ft Collins, Estes Park. This Beautiful Bi-Level house in Arvada offers a spacious living room, a bedroom with a full bathroom and sharing kitchen. The house is located at W 64th Ave and Simms St. This house has approximately 2500 sq Ft, and has superior backyard and mountain view. The place is located within a quick highway access to I-70, 35 min from the mountains and 15 min from downtown Denver, 10 min to Olde town Arvada and many restaurants, bars and grocery stores within walking distance. The premises has a great walking and jogging paths right at my backyard. I have a 5 year very friendly Golden Retriever male, so if you are coming with a pet please let me know! The SpaceOur home is cozy, in a quiet neighborhood and your room is on the lower level of our home. The queen-size bed is extremely comfortable and we have extra blankets and pillows if needed. You also have a private bathroom with a beautiful oversized shower. We are extremely laid back and love to travel, so can provide recommendations if asked. Our porch/deck is a gorgeous place to watch the sunset or soak in our hot-tub. Guest AccessYou will have your own private bathroom and access to our kitchen, tv, wireless internet, and hot tub! We are within walking distance of Old Town Arvada and 10-15 minutes from Denver. Interaction with GuestsMike and I are avid outdoors-types and know all the good trails within the area. If you're looking for recommendations, just ask! We love the area and love having access to Denver (which is 15 minutes from us!). The front range is 20 minutes from our house as well, so the best of both worlds. The NeighborhoodWe are close to Old Town (walking distance), I-70, The Highlands, 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 1 hour and 20 minutes to Breckenridge, under 2 hours to Rocky Mountain National Park, and within walking distance of bike trails. There are several lakes in the area, multiple breweries and awesome restaurants! If you have ANY questions about the area or how to maximize your time, ask!! If you haven't had the privilege of learning ASL, that's not a problem at all - we can easily communicate via writing and/or texting. Our 12-lb dog is also a people-lover - she'll make you feel like the most special human ever! This apartment is part of a cozy walk-up apartment community with the basic amenities available. We are located close to Olde Town Arvada, a charming Main Street area filled with restaurants, little shops, and bars/breweries. Arvada is also a great pit stop on your way into the mountains. Guest AccessYou will have the guest room to yourself, and you'll be sharing the bathroom with us. The majority of the apartment is also available for your use - kitchen, living room, and patio. The kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking and eating, as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The living room has a TV and DVD player with plenty of movies available for viewing, but no cable TV is available. We do have a Roku with channels including Netflix! The apartment community has a 24-hour fitness center accessible via a keyed side entry of the clubhouse. The clubhouse amenities are also available during office hours and evenings until 10pm: business center, game room, a gathering space complete with 5 TVs and a kitchen, coffee machine (options include hot chocolate, latte, and other fancy drinks), and small movie theater. Unfortunately, the entire clubhouse is undergoing renovations so this (and the fitness center) is not currently available. There is a gated pool and hot tub area, and you can use this anytime between 10a-10p. Interaction with GuestsWe will likely be here at the same time as your visit and we also work from home. The NeighborhoodWe are 1.5 mile from Olde Town - you can easily drive, walk, or bike there. We are also close to the I-70 corridor, taking you to the mountains or downtown Denver. The apartment community is right across the street from Starbucks, various fast food chains, and a grocery store. There is also a SuperTarget on your way to I-70, among other restaurants and stores. Getting AroundThere is a RTD bus stop right in front of the apartment community, including Routes 52 and 100. There is a light rail route (Route G) being built behind the apartment community, slated to be open later this fall. There is also a RTD Park and Ride station in Olde Town Arvada; included is the A-Line, a shuttle service that takes you directly to the airport. Check out the RTD website for the details and cost. Other Things to NoteParking spots are available throughout the community; however, it is highly recommended that you park overnight in the visitor spots. Our sofa can sleep 2 adults (is not a pull-out) comfortably and we have an additional sofa in the family room. The fenced backyard has a great space for entertaining and BBQ. Plenty of room for a dog to stay during the day and kids to play as well. We are located between Denver, Golden and Boulder. Perfect for mountain biking, hiking and exploring all that beautiful Colorado has to offer. If you are wanting to play in both Boulder and Denver our house will make it easy for you to do both. Only a few minutes from grocery store, local and fast food restaurants. Only a few minutes from Olde Town Arvada. Other Things to NoteThe house door is keyless entry so you will have code access. While your check-in time is early and there for your convenience to access the house the room itself may not be ready until 8pm to allow cleaning time from the previous guests to leave, but usually it is ready in the afternoon. Guests need to vacate the room by 10am but may keep their things in the living room of the house until ready to leave and have access to the house as noted by the checkout time. My weakness is getting sheets out of the dryer timely and folding well. You will probably have wrinkles in the sheets. Some parking may be available in the driveway but don't not pull up to the garage itself so we may get our motorcycles and other items out of the garage. There is a side access to our driveway we can use to exit and enter the driveway itself and still be able to access the garage if you aren't too far forward. Stays longer than 1 week may or may not be approved for this room. We have 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 common and 1 private.

Directly connected to 32 miles of trails, 120 acres of open space behind our secluded 2 acre property and a 2 minute walk from a state of the art recreation center. (URL HIDDEN) Private road on acreage, 1200 sf full apartment in large main home with separate entrance, garage, full kitchen, living room laundry, bedroom and master bath. Apartment is separate from home for privacy. If you require more than 2 guests we do allow them at $25 per person per night for children 2 & up, but you must inquire before booking and and receive approval. We will accommodate with air mattresses. An additional ensuite which sleeps 2 with its own bath is available for $95 per night on the same level as the unit, but also must receive approval before booking and is only available in addition to the apartment must use the same kitchen as the apartment. It is not advertised indendently of this unit. This is designed to accommodate bigger families that would prefer 2 actual beds and 2 bathrooms, however access to any other part of the home is restricted. Guest AccessGuests may use the single garage as pictured, access to all trails, and recreation center at own cost. Entire access to the apartment and single car attached garage only. We each own the road in front of our homes so please be respectful of each other and how fast you drive it is a private gravel road. Speed limit is 15 MPH on our road. This is like living in the country in the city with all amenities you can think of within minutes of the property. The APEX recreation center is within walking distance, about 3 minutes, 3 pools, 2 ice arenas, weights, indoor running track, gymnasium, skate park and more. Getting AroundParking will never be an issue and plenty of room even for a large RV. If you are looking for an RV parking only we have no sewage dump, but water is available, but RV parking with people staying in the RV may be an extra fee just let us know. Other Things to NoteWe do live on the property. Please do NOT assume since we are in Colorado that we are 420 friendly because we are NOT. Please confirm that you read house rules and agree before booking to avoid an issue during your stay! Please drive slowly when entering and exiting the property. (15 MPH) This is a place for those who want to maintain a quiet peaceful atmosphere and neighbors complain if you fly down the road. FYI Owners Master is directly above the unit, although everything is well insulated, but you may hear footsteps or an occasional bump or thump.

The media room is a common use and shared room with very comfortable sleeping. It has 3 contoured, chaise, lounge chairs that recline nearly flat and can accommodate 1 person each. There are 3 lazy boy section units with head tilt, lumbar support, and 35 degree recline, that could also sleep 1 person each or come together as a couch for 1 person. All of these are very comfortable as I and other guests have also slept on them. The house thermostat is on the second floor and is held at 73 degrees day and night. If the temperature outside is below 70, usually in the Spring and Fall the windows may be opened for nice, fresh air. The media room is in the basement and usually 70 or below. Contractors during the day are expected August through October to install a 4th bathroom with a spa-like shower, ceiling and floor work in the basement. The sunroom is being reworked but still has a TV and small table to sit at. The sunroom is now partially deconstructed for new remodeling. The full-size mattress shown is only for groups of 4+ or those paying for it as private. Guest AccessEntry to the home is with a digital door code issued to you before arrival. You will have access to the living room, kitchen, sunroom, and upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Large capacity laundry is available. Interaction with GuestsI usually have some availability to help guests, so ask for help. Sometimes a roommate will be able to help. If not, I'll help you the best I can to provide a solution. The NeighborhoodEasily accessible to I-70 highway and the park is across the street. Golden and Westminster are 15 minutes away. Denver is 20 minutes and Boulder is 30 minutes away. Across the street is a huge park, Stenger Park, with 20+ soccer fields, 8 baseball diamonds, shelter and playground, ponds, and trail. Only a few minutes from grocery store, local and fast food restaurants. Only a few minutes from Olde Town Arvada. While your check-in time is early and there for your convenience to access the house the room itself may not be ready until 8pm to allow cleaning time from the previous guests to leave, but usually it is ready in the afternoon. Guests need to make this room available to others daily by 8am, and on their last morning may keep their things in the living room of the house until ready to leave, while still having access to the house as noted by the checkout time. This room is downstairs and the first door on the right. My weakness is getting sheets out of the dryer timely and folding well. You will probably have wrinkles in the sheets. Some parking may be available in the driveway but don't not pull up to the garage itself so we may get our motorcycles and other items out of the garage. There is a side access to our driveway we can use to exit and enter the driveway itself and still be able to access the garage if you aren't too far forward. No stays longer than 10 days. Stays from 5-10 days may be declined. By November, I expect 2 other bathrooms to be installed, thereby making this a 5 bathroom house.

                    The SpacePlease make yourself at home when you are here. The kitchen is your space, so feel free to use anything you need to make a meal. Just keep in mind that we live here full time, so be considerate when using the tools/knives/etc. Also, help yourself to the coffee bar area and spices in the cabinet. We have DirectTV and WiFi in the house. All operating instructions will be on the coffee table for you. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. If you need them, extra sheets and blankets will be in the hall closet. You will also find bath towels in the hall closet. There is a washer/dryer in the guest bedroom. Feel free to use it while you are here. We are 100% dog friendly! They are welcome to sleep on the furniture if you put down the special dog comforter first please. There is also a dog bed available for your use if requested that is for Airbnb guest only. Our yard is fenced in too, so feel free to let them run free while you sit back by the fire pit! Please feel free to use our bikes to cycle to all the cool places around. Locks are provided. A fun cycle into Old Towne Arvada is only 2 miles away! We compiled a list of fun places to check out in the area as well as Denver and the mountains! These are our personal favorites which are guaranteed to offer a good time! Last thing, we are 420 Friendly, but please keep it outside! We have some recommendations on this too! We do have neighbors, so please be mindful of them when it gets late. A lock is provided, so do use it if you go into town. Old Towne Arvada is less than 2 miles away and is full of bars and restaurants! Other Things to NoteWe really are super dog friendly. We have 2 of our own and absolutely love them. The yard is fenced, so feel free to let them run wild outside. If they do want up on the furniture, please put down the special dog comforter we have available.

I'm redoing the lawn in 2017. Streets are spacious and well lit.                     The SpaceThis suite has a full kitchen ready to cook... with pots, pans, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, Keurig, dinnerware (plates - dinner & dessert, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, & cutlery) for 8. We have a queen in each room with the option to add a full size futon in one of the bedrooms. The couch is also an option for sleeping though not a pullout couch. Guest AccessEntry to the basement suite is accessed through a side gate into the backyard. Bottom back deck, trampoline, and playground are available for use at your own risk. Laundry services are available upon request for a fee, happy to accommodate, let us know, or there is a laundromat nearby if you prefer. Interaction with GuestsHaving lived in the area for a number of years with our family, we are happy to recommend places to go and see! The NeighborhoodWe live in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There are 3 great parks just within a few minutes walk, and even more just a short drive away. Located in-between Denver and Boulder makes for quick and easy access to many amazing eateries, coffee shops, shopping and attractions. Getting AroundWithin 3-5 min we have a King Soopers, Chipotle, Panera Bread Company, Noodles and Company, Dry Cleaners, Liquor Store, Starbucks, and the local RTD transportation stop. Walmart 7 min away, Colorado Mills Shopping Mall 10 min away, FlatIrons Mall is 20 min away. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get to the foothills, 20 min to Boulder, 20 min to Downtown Denver and about 25 minutes to Denver International Airport depending on traffic.
