Eagle Vail community is 1.5 miles from restuarants, grocery store and anything that you need to for your stay in Colorado. The golf course is a cross county ski and doggy park in the winter. 1/2 block from duplex is a pond that becomes a neighborhood ice skating and hockey rink in the winter. Beaver Creek Ski Resort is 3 - 4 miles and Vail is 5-6 miles from duplex. Great neighborhood and in the middle of everything that there is to do in beautiful Colorado.

The SpaceWe have 3 condos side by side on the 14th Fairway of the Eagle Vail Golf Course. Just 5 minutes to Beaver Creek and 10 minutes to Vail. Our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath 2600sqft property was completely remodeled this year. We replaced bathrooms, appliances, all new furniture, you name it. The property is located 6 minutes from the base of Beaver Creek and 8 minutes from Vail Village. It will sleep 6 to 8 comfortably and has two living areas. The location is close to world class hiking, biking, golfing, skiing and eating. Located on the 14th fairway with sledding hill and broom hockey out your front door. One car sports locker for equipment. Outside your front door you have Nordic Cross country track on the golf course, sledding hill and broom hockey pond and snow shoeing. In the summer you have hiking and just relaxing on your outside patio with your private Hot Tub. Other activities include tennis, swimming pool, par 3 golf and 18 hole golf course. Zip Lining, rafting, jeep tours to mention a few. Plenty of great places to eat or shop. Short 5 minute walk to the bus stop. You will feel like you are at home when you stay with us. The townhome was remodeled last year and has a gold rating, very nearly a platinum. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a full kitchen and an open plan living room with a gas fireplace, and is nestled at the foot of the Gore Range with beautiful vistas of the mountains. The Vail Racquet Club is across the road as is Blu's Restaurant. The free shuttle stop for the bus which runs every 15 minutes into Vail is just a hundred yards away. There is free parking next to the townhome as well as a single car garage. You will truly enjoy staying in this property and getting away from the rat race back home.This property does not allow any pets and is non-smoking. Spacious (1550 s.f.), clean, functional and affordable three story townhome located in Eagle-Vail available for rent on a nightly or weekly basis. Save money on ski parking or leave the car at the townhouse for the non-skiers because the eco-transit bus stop (with service to Vail, Beaver Creek or Avon) is less than 100 yards from our townhouse. The bus fare (each way) is $1 for 18 and under or $4 for adults. Vail is 8 miles away and Beaver Creek is 3 miles away. In the summer, walk to the Eagle-Vail outdoor pool, hiking trails and driving range. After a long day of skiing at one of the nearby resorts or shopping in Vail, unwind in front of the wood burning fireplace while watching our 60' flat screen satellite TV. A bit more about our townhome.... We are one of the interior units in a four unit townhome complex. There are two reserved parking spaces - one in the single car garage and one immediately in front - and additional guest spaces on an as-available basis. Our townhome is three levels, which creates a nice separation between the bedrooms and living space. The entry level has a single car garage, stackable washer/dryer and bedroom (queen bed) with 32' flat screen tv, walk-in closet and private bath. The MAIN LEVEL has a kitchen, dining room, powder room, living room with wood fireplace, 60' satellite TV, reclining couch, I-pod dock, and two new decks (one on the north and one on the south side) The TOP LEVEL has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and partial view of the mountains, while the second bedroom is intended for the kids with full size bunk beds. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and bathroom sink with its own vanity. The shared bathroom has a combination shower/bath. Our townhome is stocked with everything you'll need to feel at home. There are DVDs and games in the family room, linens and towels as well as sleds in the garage. We generally leave basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and the like out for you to use. We don't charge a cleaning fee but ask that in exchange you clean before you leave, including washing and drying all linens. If you'd prefer not to clean, please let us know and we can help arrange a cleaning service for an additional fee. We love Eagle-Vail and want you to love it too, which is why you'll find a notebook upon your arrival setting out all of our favorite places to eat, hike, ski (including some of our favorite runs), bike, shop, or take the kids.               The SpaceWe offer a bedroom with its own private bathroom in a two bedroom and two and half bathroom condominium located in Avon, Colorado. The condo itself is not large (1200 square feet) but cute, clean and comfortable with a spiral staircase, huge windows and a fluffy cat, Roger. What makes our condo so special is it's location, nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, which caters perfectly to both summer and winter activities. The neighborhood is located between Vail and Beaver Creek ski resort and the condo is a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop going either direction. Potentially you can ski out of bounds from Beaver Creek down to our house. We are a 5 minute drive from the base of Beaver Creek and the town of Avon, both of which offer ample shopping and restaurant options. We are a 10 minute drive from Vail and everything the ski town has to offer including shopping, movies, ice skating, bowling and numerous restaurants. For summer-time enthusiasts, our condo sits across the street from the Eagle-Vail Golf club driving ranch and golf course and next to the Eagle-Vail outdoor community swimming pool which, while only open May through August, offers a 25 meter saline lap pool and children's paddle pool. We are also a 15 minute walk to the Eagle River for fly fishing, rafting and kayaking. What makes our place unique is its community which is dedicated to outdoor activities. Both Beaver Creek and Vail offer plenty of sporting activities as well as various festivals year round including food, dance and music. Hiking, biking, rock climbing and horseback riding are all minutes away from us. My boyfriend, Mike, is a fly fishing guide and I am a photojournalist so both of us have extensive knowledge of our valley and what it has to offer. There is also a futon downstairs in the living room than can accommodate up to 2 extra guests. Keep in mind this space is not private (it's in the living room).

The lobby and pool area were completely renovated in spring 2013. There is no need for you to rent a car or to take any shuttle buses...you are seconds away from everything! In Fall of 2008, our condominium went through an extensive remodel. Our goal was to create a relaxing atmosphere that would only enhance your family's Colorado vacation. As you can see from the photos, the look of the condo is very Colorado-Mountain, with dark hardwood flooring and trim, brand new appliances, paint and carpet. All three bathrooms were completely redone with beautiful travertine, glass shower doors, granite countertops, oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures and lighting. It is tastefully designed and decorated with a mountain flair. The couches and beds were replaced in 2016. We hope that our condominium will feel like your home away from home. We take great pride in ownership and want you to have the best experience possible. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a five-piece master bath; the guest bedroom is furnished with two queen beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper with a queen-sized bed (very comfortable!). Each bedroom and the living room have a TV (brand new!) and DVD player. Each of the full bathrooms has an oversized tub. In addition, the living room has a Sony Playstation 2 for the kids (or for the adults who are young at heart), a stereo system and a library of movies for your enjoyment.               The SpaceThis is our two-bedroom home that our family lives in most of the year. It has a great location with a two-minute drive (5-7 minute walk) to the entrance of Beaver Creek and a 10-minute drive to Vail or you catch the ECO bus to Vail in front of the complex. Better yet, with the money you save staying at our place, do what we do and drive to the base of either mountains and never wait for bus. Parking at Vail and BC is $33 a day. Our place was built in the 80’s but features an updated kitchen, new floors throughout, and completely remodeled bathrooms (June 2016). It has a large sectional sofa in front of a large flat screen television (connected to Amazon Prime & Sling (Live TV)) and fireplace. The kitchen and dinning room open up to the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed, tv (connected to Amazon TV & (Sling (Live TV)) and a private bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full bed. Additional full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the hallway between the bedrooms. New queen sized air bed located in the hall closet.               The SpaceThis beautiful mountain condo has been in our family for 30+ years, and the memories we have made here are what we are hoping to share with you. A spacious upstairs kitchen/living/dining room with TONS of natural light and amazing views of the mountains will make you feel like you are living the mountain dream-especially when you are snuggled up with family and friends in front of the wood-burning fireplace. In the summer, open up the sliding glass doors for fresh mountain air and sunshine, or step outside to the wrap-around deck for BBQs and kicking back with a book and one of our infamous Colorado micro-brews. In the winter, snuggle up with a glass of wine next to the wood-burning fire place and watch the snow fall. We are located in the middle of Vail and Beaver Creek, and we are 2 blocks from the bus stop (the ECO bus is the way to get to the hill without paying to park). The three bedrooms are downstairs, and include a Master bed/bath with a California King-sized bed and private bathroom, a smaller guest room with a Queen-sized bed and a third guest room with a twin-bed. There is an additional full-bathroom for the two guest rooms downstairs to share. For additional guests, feel free to pull-out the Queen-sized sofa bed and/or a full-sized blow-up air mattress/cot (both are actually quite comfortable!). Our condo was one of the first built on the Eagle-Vail golf course over 30 years ago. While we have laid new stairs and kitchen floors, the living room floor tends to be creaky (we are re-doing those floors in Spring of 2016). Additionally, it is an end-unit, but there is one shared wall with the condo next door (which is currently vacant and on the market). We do not have a garage, but you have 2-3 dedicated parking spots (depending on how/where the snow has been plowed to!) on the south end of the parking lot (straight ahead as you pull in). There is a washer/dryer on site. Guest AccessYou have full-house access! Our kitchen is stocked with the basics: pots and pans, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, dining sets, crockpot, toaster, coffeemaker, etc. No specialized cooking tools like woks, roasting pans, or rice cookers - but feel free to bring/buy your own if you are planning a dinner that requires one of those! Kitchen cabinets include basic condiments, spices, and food staples. Closets include basic paper products (paper towels, TP, etc.), cleaning and laundry supplies. We also have WiFi, basic cable (with about 25 channels-nothing fancy), a Roku (so you can add extra channels), a wood burning fireplace (with extra firewood on the deck), 2 free parking spaces, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, board/lawn games, puzzles, 2 sleds, 2 bikes, a ski-locker to hold gear and equipment, a wide-variety of books, an open yard and the laid-back mountain lifestyle you are craving! Anything left in the fridge or cabinets (including leftover beer/wine) are free game! Interaction with GuestsWe live in Golden and are available via phone/text/email during your stay. Texts or emails are the best form of communication, because we can send a quick response during work meetings on the sly :) We have provided an extensive guest book (which we will also send digitally once you have booked so you can plan your stay ahead of time!) and local publications with insight into activities and events for you to enjoy throughout the Vail Valley any time of the year. We love giving recommendations, so feel free to text us with questions! Additionally, we prefer up-front, direct communication during your stay as opposed to negative feedback/reviews on our profile after you have checked out. We honestly want to make your stay as wonderful as possible, and we can address issues only if we know they are occurring, so please reach out with any concerns, as most can be easily fixed on the spot! The NeighborhoodWe are located right in the heart of the Vail Valley - 2 miles to Beaver Creek ski area and 7 miles to Vail. While we are not ski-in ski-out, we are located right along the ECO Bus Route while allows for easy transportation to and from the resorts. A variety of restaurants, bars and grocery stores are located within 1-mile of our house in Avon (an easy bike ride/car drive). Our condo is located in more of a quiet neighborhood area, as opposed to "in town" or "on the hill". Eagle-Vail is a quiet, local, family neighborhood with lots of parks, open space, and pedestrian-friendly streets which are great for walks and bike rides. Our condo is located walking distance from the following public attractions: * The EagleVail Golf Course - 1/4 mile to the Club House. *Willow Creek Par 3 - 1/2 mile *EagleVail Swimming Pool - 1/4 mile *Tennis courts - 1/4 mile *Sports fields (soccer/baseball) - 1/4 mile *Community parks (several throughout EagleVail) - closest one is 1/4 mile *Open space and EagleVail Trails for both hiking and biking - 1/2 mile *Eagle River access for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking - 1/2 mile - 5 miles (depending on your river activity of choice) Distance to Other Vail Valley Locations: *Avon - 2 miles *Beaver Creek Ski Area - 2 miles *Minturn - 5 miles *Edwards - 6 miles *Vail Ski Area - 7 miles *Eagle - 25 miles Getting AroundThere is an ECO Bus stop 2 blocks from the condo (easy walkability). For only $4/ride this is your best option if you don't want to pay $30+ for parking at Vail or Beaver Creek. Busses arrive every half hour or so, and are an easy and convenient way to get around the valley! Uber has finally arrived in the Vail valley as well - there are just a few cars, but it will definitely be a cheaper option than local taxis. The closest airport is Eagle County Regional Airport (located in Eagle, CO, 25 miles west of our condo). Denver International Airport is located approximately 2.5 hours east of our condo. Not renting a car? No problem! Check out Colorado Mountain Express - a direct shuttle service from DIA to Eagle County. Other Things to NoteWe are happy to host your well-behaved dog/s as well - because, let's be honest, you can't leave a family member at home! We define "well-behaved" as the (URL HIDDEN) history of aggressiveness/fighting/biting, accidents, chewing, barking, digging, scratching, and/or destruction of carpet/furniture/etc. We have very high standards, so please understand that you will loose your deposit if any of the above occurs. *2 dog maximum with an additional non-refundable $100 deposit per dog. Please check our calendar for pricing during the times you will be staying. The price Airbnb shows is basically the "Starting At" price. Like the majority of other properties, hotels, and Airbnbs, our prices fluctuate during holidays, high ski-season, shoulder seasons, and days/weekends. If you are looking for a 5-star, all-inclusive, luxury stay - we recommend checking out some of the amazing hotels that the Vail Valley has to offer, as we just honestly can't replicate their excellence.                       Guests will enjoy the rustic, western décor and vaulted ceilings of this three-bedroom, three-bath, fourth floor residence. The expansive views from the cathedral windows in the living room of the Strawberry Park slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain and the valley are impressive. The kitchen features granite countertops and wood floors, with tile in the baths and carpet throughout the rest of the home. The master suite is in the loft with a king-sized bed, full bath and a separate sitting area. The other two bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the main living space, one with a queen-sized bed and en suite bath and the other with two twin beds and en suite bath.
