The SpaceLOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Stay in the best location Boulder has to offer. Walk everywhere from this Mapleton Hill location: 6 blocks to the center of the famous Pearl Street Mall; 3 blocks to our neighborhood Whole Foods, Vic's Coffee, Pharmaca, restaurants, specialty wine shop, and more. Sanitas trailhead is 6 blocks away. One block to the bus stop. 3 blocks to the closest bike rental station. The convenience of this location just can't be beat. THE HOUSE The house has loads of charm with wood floors throughout. It's a very peaceful and relaxing space with three bedrooms and baths upstairs and living room, parlor, kitchen, small bedroom and bath on the main level. It is a renovated Victorian house built in 1896 by a Boulder Judge. The kitchen is fully updated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. You will love cooking in this kitchen although it may be hard to resist all of the awesome restaurant choices that are located so close by. There is a flat screen and surround sound system in the living room for TV or movies, and TVs in two of the bedrooms. The house is wireless. Did we mention the wrap around front porch? Really fun to hang out on and watch people walking and biking by or grill something delicious on the gas grill. We ask that you not be loud on the porch so as not to disturb our neighbors. Please know that there is no backyard and instead there are townhouses behind the house. However, the awesome wrap around front porch more than makes up for the lack of a backyard. BEDROOMS The house has three bedrooms up and one down. We live in the house (but go on vacation when you are here) so our personal things are around. We will, however, make as much room in the closets as we can for you. MASTER BEDROOM. This bedroom is very large and includes a queen real bed, desk for your computer, closet and a wall of windows offering a a view of the Flatirons (less so when the trees are leafed out). There is an en suite bathroom that includes a small shower stall, however, it is currently not in use, so showering is done in the main bathroom. There is a flatscreen TV in this room. It is located in the front of the house facing the street and is very sunny. You will hear some street noise at times (occasionally people walking by and car doors) if you keep the windows open at night. There is a room air conditioner as this room gets a lot of sun. SECOND BEDROOM. This bedroom includes a double real bed, desk for your computer, plenty of closet space, and foothill views to the north. This bedroom is in the back of the house and quiet. THIRD BEDROOM. This bedroom includes a double real bed, desk for your computer, closet space, and foothill views to the north. This bedroom is in the back of the house and also quiet. FOURTH BEDROOM. This is a very cozy little room on the main level that shares a wall with the kitchen. It has a flatscreen TV and a single bed. The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 on the main level. There is one shower to share. Three bedrooms are upstairs and located close to each other so if you are looking for a lot of privacy from one bedroom to the other, this may not be the best situation for you. The fourth small bedroom, as already mentioned, is on the main level. Since we will be out of town during your stay, there will be a lockbox provided with keys on the front door. As well, the small bedroom on the main level (to the left or west of the front door if you are facing the house) has its own keyless entry so another way to enter the house. I will leave a notebook with detailed instructions regarding the thermostat, the window A/C unit, and other things about the house. Should you need help with anything during your stay, I will be available by email, phone or text. As well, my adult son and/or his father live close by and can help. All contact info will be provided upon a confirmed reservation. PARKING No issue, there is free street parking and a driveway. ABOUT US I am a long-term resident of Boulder and possess a wealth of knowledge about this town and will leave plenty of information at the house to assist you in exploring Boulder. My partner, Karl, moved here from California many years ago and we know you will enjoy staying in our home. Sorry, no smoking or pets. The NeighborhoodOur home is on the edge of the historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood. Very nice to walk around and look at all the Victorian homes. And as mentioned already, you can walk to everything, including hiking in the foothills. Getting AroundYou can walk to probably everything you might need. If not, public transportation is very convenient. There is a bus (RTD) stop 1-1/2 blocks away. There are bicycle rental kiosks throughout town. The closest one is 3 blocks away. Cab services include Uber, Lyft and ZTrip.

The floors are the original old-growth hardwoods, restored and accentuated with tufted wool rugs. The furnishings are modern with some Scandinavian and mid-century accents, including an ergonomic Danish reclining leather chair and ottoman, perfect for hanging out in style and comfort. (For wheelchair accessibility, please skip to the end of this "Guest Access" section.) BREAKFAST - Organic coffees and teas are available. There is one step leading up to the front entry to the house. Getting to public transportation is flat with modern, concrete sidewalks and very little traffic. I hope this will work for you and will do what I can to accommodate. Please let me know your questions. Interaction with GuestsFLEXIBLE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT - You and I will work this out together in a way that works for both of us. AFTERNOON OR EVENING CHECK-IN - Your room will be ready sometime between 1 PM and 3 PM depending on my cleaning lady's schedule. If you want to drop off your bags early, even as early as 8 AM, that is no problem. Evening check-in until midnight is also not a problem. Just let me know. I'll make every effort to be at home when you arrive. If that is not possible, I ask that you let yourself in and make yourself at home, please. You and I will get together sometime for a short walk-through and to answer any questions. I want to be sure you are comfortable and have what you need for a successful experience. After that, you are welcome to interact with us as much or as little as you like. I NEED YOUR HELP ACHIEVING "SUPERHOST" STATUS - If there is anything unsatisfactory during your stay, anything at all, I ask that you let me know. I would much rather hear something negative and have an opportunity to resolve it while you are here, than to receive less than a five-star review from you and be clueless as to why it happened. I appreciate your honesty! CHECK-OUT - I ask that you check-out no later than 11 AM. WE ARE LONG-TIME LOCALS - If you combine the number of years Sahand and I have lived in Boulder, it adds up to more than 65 years. We would be glad to answer questions and give you recommendations that will make your visit more enjoyable. Please ask! DAYTIME - During the day I work from my private home office. I am in and out. Don't hesitate to come talk with me, or send me a text, if you have questions or need something to improve your experience. Otherwise I am more or less focused on my work. EVENINGS & WEEKENDS - Sometimes Sahand and I are here at home making dinner and going for walks with our dogs, and we also go out a lot. If you like I can let you know our schedule. Please ask! The NeighborhoodYou will find the neighborhood extremely quiet considering we are in central Boulder, just minutes from anywhere you would like to go: UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO RESEARCH PARK AND THE EAST CAMPUS - A 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride through the park. UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO MAIN CAMPUS (EAST AND SOUTH SIDES) - 1 mile, 20 minute walk. Regular, direct buses to the southern and western side, and to the middle of campus. NAROPA UNIVERSITY - 2 miles, 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on a bike, 40 minute walk. (Buses take around 45 minutes and are the least convenient way to get to Naropa.) DOWNTOWN BOULDER, AND THE PEARL STREET PEDESTRIAN MALL - 2.5 miles, 7 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes on a bike. Regular buses directly to downtown, 10 minute ride. A great urban community space with everything Boulder has to offer. THE FLATIRONS AND CHAUTAUQUA PARK - 2 miles, 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on a bike (no buses). A “must see.” Historic buildings. Gorgeous views. Beautiful long and short hikes. Non-technical rock climbing (although not for the inexperienced.) Open lawn with picnic spaces and playground. A wonderful restaurant/dining hall open year-round with fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner. Historic summer-only auditorium with world-class music performances, silent-movies with live piano player, educational programs, and much more. OUR STREET - I live on a quiet street in the oldest close-in suburban neighborhood in Boulder. Built in the 1950's, the neighborhood has become socially and culturally diverse. It has some mid-century character with mature trees and gardens. Our street is just one block long and has virtually no traffic, mostly just the neighbors. There is distant traffic noise that you can hear when the windows are open. NEIGHBORHOOD PARK - At the end of the street. Open turf with a beautiful view of the Rockies, a playground and little league baseball. Starting in the park, there is a beautiful 1-2 mile walk or run along a wooded creek between the backyards, paved and wheel-chair accessible. In addition, there are a number of other parks nearby with creeks, off-road pedestrian/bike paths, tennis courts, a public swimming pool, skate-park, and a sledding hill. NEARBY RESTAURANTS, SERVICES, SHOPPING, MOVIE THEATERS, ETC. - Boulder is a 'foody' town, and there are lots of great restaurants close-by depending on how you are getting around. In addition, there is a variety of close retail and services. Many destinations are between 1/2 and 1 mile from our place. Please see the "Guidebook" page in this listing, our "Guidebook" in your room here at the house, or just ask us! Getting AroundGetting around Boulder and Denver is easy with or without a car. The mountains are always to the west which makes it easy to find your way and follow directions. BY CAR - You can get anywhere in Boulder within minutes. Denver is only 30 minutes from my doorstep. DIA is 45 minutes. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house. RTD BUSES - Buses go everywhere in Boulder and there are two routes that stop within a block or two of the house. Using public transportation in Boulder is easy, and with our fantastic weather (an average of 300 days with sunshine per year), it can also be relaxing and enjoyable. Some routes have buses every ten minutes, and here are hourly express buses to Denver and DIA. BICYCLES - We are conveniently located just one block from the bike path. This connects you with a network of beautiful bike/pedestrian paths that go all over the city and beyond. Many are off-road, along woody creeks and ditches and through forested back yards. Some of the paths lead to our gorgeous mountain parks and trails to the west, and on the prairie and through farms to the east which have spectacular views of the mountains, glaciers, and the Continental Divide. BIKE RENTALS - You can rent any kind of a bike from one of many local bike shops. Or for quick trips you can use public bikes free from any of the many public self-serve bike kiosks around the city. SERIOUS BIKERS - If you like to go on long rides, there are some amazing rides outside of the City, both in the mountains and on the prairie which has spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and the Continental Divide. ON FOOT - Walk to CU in about 20 minutes to the main campus (east boundary), 10 minutes to the CU Research Park or to the dorms. Naropa University is about a 40 minute walk. Also within walking distance (no more than 30 minutes walk) are five shopping areas, four grocery stores, several excellent restaurants, movie theaters, major collegiate events, and everything you need for your comfort, convenience, and entertainment. SERIOUS WALKING AND RUNNING - If you do some long-distance walking or running, you can take off from here on the off-road pedestrian/bike paths that go all over Boulder, and outside the city to our gorgeous mountain parks to the west, and on the prairie and through farmlands to the east which have spectacular views of the mountains, glaciers, and the Continental Divide. PLANNING YOUR TRIP - Sahand and I have lived in Boulder for many years and are happy to offer guidance and advice during your stay if you like. For some favorite local places and activities, please see the "Guidebook" page of this, or the "Guidebook" in your room here. In addition we can direct you anywhere you want to go including stores, services, entertainment, recreation, natural wonders, or just the perfect ice cream cone! Other Things to NoteWINTER DAY TRIPS - A variety of world-class alpine ski areas, snowboarding and x-country, and snowshoeing conveniently located 45 to 120 minutes from Boulder - Vail, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Mary Jane, Loveland and Arapahoe Basins, and more are just a couple of hours drive. Ski a different mountain every day of the week. Discount lift tickets and equipment rentals are available in Boulder. For the best deals and best times, best to plan ahead. SUMMER DAY TRIPS - Estes Park, Historic "The Shining" Stanley Hotel, Rocky Mountain National Park, Peak to Peak Highway. A great day trip with spectacular scenery and historic adventures. Estes is about a 45 minute drive from Boulder. Boulder Canyon and the Town of Nederland. An easy, beautiful day trip. A funky town with incredible views and quaint shops. Nederland is about a 20 minute drive from Boulder. Eldorado Canyon, State Park, Technical Cliff Climbing, Historic Spring-Water swimming pool. A short drive to a quaint town and a mountain park with incredible cliffs in a box canyon. Eldorado is about a 10 minute drive from Boulder. A WORD OF CAUTION ABOUT ALTITUDE SICKNESS - The elevation of Boulder is more than a mile above sea level, and some mountain roads nearby are as high as 12,000 feet. Altitude sickness happens because there is less oxygen in the air that you breathe at high altitudes. (Please take a moment to go online and education yourself about the symptoms, seriousness, and treatments so you know what to do for yourself and others.) The most common symptom is a headache. So be sure to drink lots of water and get plenty of rest. Also avoid alcohol (it dehydrates and numbs sensation) until you are acclimated. And, avoid vigorous exercise at first (fit people are not protected). In addition, I like taking chlorophyll which is available at Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Natural Grocers, because it naturally oxygenates my blood. It is a dark green concentrate -- the stuff of leafy green vegetables, spirulina and kelp. I add it to my drinking water for a few days after coming home to Colorado.

It has views to the East, South, and West from the balcony and is located in a quiet and peaceful part of town. ¡Hola! Welcome to my cozy home! It's located in North Boulder on the 4th (top) floor of an apartment building. It has views to the East, South, and West from the balcony and is located in a quiet and peaceful part of town. This apartment is unique in that its primary purpose is to be my home rather than a rental property. It has the personal feel that comes with a place that is taken care of and lived in. The space gets a lot of natural light and the views of the mountains are beautiful. The plants inside give off lots of life and energy. They are very low maintenance and need to be watered once a week. There is a gas grill on the deck for your use. The SpaceThis is an opportunity for you to stay at one of Boulders unique properties. Located on a short cul de sac, it has incredible views of the front range & Boulder. It's just minutes from CU & Downtown. It has a very open floor plan, with 3 bedrooms; a king; a queen; and a king and single in the loft. Elsewhere, there is a collection of art from around the world. Fully furnished, with tasteful touches like granite counters, travertine & slate flooring; masks and rugs from Africa; art from Brazil & elsewhere; and a huge deck. Best of all is the view. Huge picture windows and a huge deck open out to a view of the front range from Boulder to Lyons. There's not a better view or location in Boulder. There are no cars or people walking by. All this just a short distance from CU & downtown. To clarify; the entire building is about 6000 square feet, with 3 apartments. The top part of the building is what we're talking about; the level below is also available for an additional charge. The building is well insulated, and the entry & space at the top is totally private & separate. The top apartment has its own garden level entry, its own garden & its own huge deck. I live in the lower space, but am often out of town / out of the country-; I have an eco-lodge in Africa amongst other things. The SpaceThis is one of three listings that may be available in this home. "Light and Laid-Back #2" is the second bedroom rental/meditation room and "Light and Laid-Back #3" is the Master Bedroom. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom, comfortable double bed in private room next to the bathroom, nicely updated furnished home, big backyard. Your room (the guest room) has a full-sized bed, nightstand, lamp, and dresser, with a nice big window facing the backyard and a second smaller window that lets in fantastic morning light. With a one-car garage there is plenty of space if you need to store anything while you're here. There is streaming to the TV through a "Roku" player for movies and Pandora. A"flatwave" antenna picks up some of the major stations, but no cable. There is no A/C but with the exception of the usual 1-2 very hot weeks in August, the house is quite comfortable temperature-wise, plus there is a window fan in your room if you care to use it. There is wifi, laundry (washer & dryer), and there is plenty of space on the quite residential street, so parking is no problem. You will have your own space in the fridge & freezer and of course cook as much as you like! It's a lovely and comfortable home, convenient to everything, and I would be happy to have you stay. I look forward to meeting you! Guest AccessUse of the whole house and yard except main bedroom. Interaction with GuestsI like to meet my guests as they move in and show them around and make sure they are comfortable. After that, interactions are casual and sporadic, between work and social activities. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is convenient to everything, it is very easy to get around. The neighbors are great people and are accustomed to having different guests stay from time to time. Getting AroundConvenient to everything, the home is located in south Boulder just 2 miles from downtown, 1.5 miles east of Chautauqua Park, and 1 mile east of the university. Bus lines are just a block away; bike paths are close too, and a Sprouts market (natural foods grocery store) is a 5-10 minute walk. Other Things to NoteMy two cats (Millie and Comet) and my dog (Callie) live in the house (and yard) and will be present during your stay. Please read the reviews on this property to see how previous guests enjoyed having them around. I got Callie (short for Calla Lily) in February 2013 from the Humane Society. The SpaceWe have a newly remodeled 600 square foot garden level apartment in the best location in Boulder. Have your own little private getaway in the heart of Boulder.  We are located in the historic Whittier neighborhood, known for its beautiful Victorian architecture, proximity to the vibrant restaurants and independent shops of Pearl Street and quiet family atmosphere.  The tree-lined streets will make you feel at home in all four seasons but are especially spectacular in the fall. We have a private garden level one bedroom apartment that we recently remodeled. It has a full kitchen, new shower with double shower-heads and a large bedroom with a super comfortable queen bed.  There is a large shady backyard with a covered porch ready for an afternoon drink or morning coffee. The need for a car is extraneous in this neighborhood because everything you need or want is in walking distance.  From world class restaurants like Frasca to family friendly restaurants like Pasta Jay's; Pearl Street (which is only four blocks away) offers so many different food possibilities.  But in the other direction, (also only a couple of blocks away) is a Whole Foods, Target, and the 29th Street Mall. University of Colorado is just over a mile away and the Bolder Boulder runs within blocks of the house. The location really can't be beat! The public swimming pool is only a block and a half away as well as a plethora of good parks.   In the spring, summer and fall, the Boulder Farmers Market not only sells the freshest produce but also fresh coffee, street food and other delectables. Speaking of coffee, Boulder has excellent coffee and there are about ten coffee shops within about a ten minute walk.  So during your stay, you could try a different coffee shop each day without leaving the neighborhood. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment.  There is wireless connection in the house as well as a large screen TV with wireless hook-up. Come visit Boulder! Guest AccessYou have your own private entrance with a porch, grill and sitting and eating area. Interaction with GuestsIf we aren't skiing, camping, or traveling the world, then we are here to answer questions, help with the apartment or suggest great places to eat or visit. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is quiet even though we are only blocks from tons of entertainment, food and shops. Getting AroundWe have plenty of street parking and one off-street spot that is sometimes available. There are two bus stops within a couple of blocks that can take you to parts of Boulder that aren't accessible by walking or biking. Other Things to NotePlease check our house rules as we have children and don't allow smoking or drugs in the house.

The SpaceThe Pearl in the mountains has a perfect balance of a mellow modern, organic feel. The floors are contemporary concrete, the wall colors are soft and natural, the furnishings are modern and simple with a slight Asian flare. There is one main room with an efficient sleek kitchen. The cabinets and fridge are all integrated so that it doesn't over power the rest of the room. There is a 54' Saarinen marble table with colored Aemes chairs, a simple sofa and a comfortable modern recliner. The maple entertainment piece conceals the 42" flat screen television and houses games, books, Buddhas, and other sentimental pieces. The main room has windows facing South and East. From this room you can access the porch. There are two comfortable chairs, a large teak eating table and a view of Pearl street and the Flat Irons. The master bedroom has a queen size organic tempurpedic style mattress. All of the sheets are 100% cotton and by my standards nice and soft. There are comforters and duvets for the winter months. The master bath connects to the master bedroom. There is a large soaking tub and a glass enclosed steam shower. Two windows face East and make this a bright cheerful bathroom. The stack Bosch washer and dryer are closeted between the bedroom and bath. The guest bedroom is small, simple, and comfortable. There is a queen size bed and a small closet. A porch is accessed from this bedroom. The guest bath is on the hall and has a walk in shower. As nice as being at home is, there is so much to do and so much to see right out the front door. You have 4 fantastic coffee shops all within 4 blocks of the house, (Boxcar is my fave!) Dish is directly across the street with great sandwiches. No more than three blocks away you can find two of my favorite Boulder restaurants - Pizzeria Locale and Mateo. A 15 minute walk has you at the opposite end of Pearl where you are at the Kitchen, and the Kitchen Next Door - great lunch and dinner. If your wanting to eat at home there are two Wholefoods less than a mile away. The larger of the two is on Pearl and 30th. If shopping is your deal the 29th street mall is less than a mile away. There is a movie theater, Lulu Lemmon, Apple, Macys, a great yoga studio, a Bar Method, and Colorado Athletic Club. All less than a 5 minute drive, or about a 20 minute walk. In the summer and fall months the Boulder Farmers Market is 6 blocks away on 14th. If the outdoors is why your here there is plenty of walking, hiking, and biking. Boulder bike trails and river are also very easily (website hidden) campus is just over a mile away. The Boulder transit stops right in front of the house taking you to Campus or towards Chautauqua. Chautauqua has fantastic summer dining and concerts as well as access to hundreds of walking trails. So as you can see you truly have everything right at your finger tips. Wether it's indoor and outdoor music system controlled by your iPhone, superb coffee, walking & hiking trails, best bed ever, steam shower to combat the dry climate, GREAT restaurants, blue skies, and a laid back atmosphere. Pearl in the Mountains has it all! A bit of luxury, and the PERFECT location.

The SpaceIf the calendar is unblocked, you can instant book the space and gain access whenever you like, you don't have to ask if it is OK, I am ready for you 24/7! I welcome guests that come for short or long stays. There are 4 bikes that I rent out for $15-25/day, $100-175. Cash up front. The home lies on a very nice alley on the north perimeter of the Mapleton Hill Historic District 3 blocks from Mapleton, a quiet yet close-in location. It is also 3 blocks from a trailhead on the mountain backdrop and 7 blocks to Pearl Street pedestrian mall. Shopping with a grocery, coffee house and small scale retail is 5 blocks. Rm. 1 is a regular separate room. You walk through the edge of Rm. 3 to access Rm. 2. There is a privacy curtain along the path to the door to Rm. 2. This has worked quite well for folks. There is a living room and full bath in the north side of the house where the available rooms are situated and a door between the north and the south side of the house which can provide privacy if needed. The south side of the house has a half bath/laundry, the kitchen/dining area and a sunroom leading to stairway access to my room, which has a 2nd full bath that can be used by anyone at any time. There is a patio, yard and detached garage with a studio on top that is in the process of being finished. I intentionally live with space for others to share because I enjoy it, not just for income. Some of my interests-- Muncipalization of Boulder's electric supply with the increase in use of frack-free gas bridging to renewables. GMO-free agriculture. Thoughtful land use. Ethics. Architecture. World Affairs Conference. Historic Boulder. Chautauqua Music Festival. I do a lot of mostly functional bicycling (the exception of which is the Thursday Cruiser's Ride) or skiing on snow days, which is very convenient at this location. My profession is medical ultrasound imaging. Neighborhood annual EcoPass that is highly discounted is available and bus service is close and frequent. There are many contraptions for creating edibles, a juicer, Cuisinart, espresso machine, pasta-maker, ice cream-maker, bread-maker, and the requisite microwave, toaster oven, 4-toast toaster and gas range. WIth notice I can even make extra ice cubes should you happen to be traveling with a cooler! Breakfast is provided for those with stays less than 5 days. I am very happy to share acquiring and managing food as it works out.

The SpaceOur 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has a huge yard with a deck and dining table for enjoying meals in the beautiful Colorado weather. The best thing about our house is the sunroom - you can even sleep out there on the double futon if you want. The 3rd bedroom is our baby's nursery but we can easily convert it to a bedroom as long as you don't mind childish decor. Walk out the front door to hiking trails in Boulder's Open Space and Mountain parks or ride your bike downtown to the Hill or Pearl Street for dining and shopping. We are a 3 minute walk to Martin Park and the Bear Creek bike path. Cruise along the bike path to the Table Mesa shopping area which has restaurants, a grocery store, coffee shop and one of Boulder's best outdoor stores. We are also a quick walk to CU and the bus route. We love Boulder and are excited to open our home to you so that you can discover all that Boulder has to offer. *** New Summer 2013*** we now have a chicken coop with 8 quirky hens. Don't worry, we have chicken sitters to do the dirty work; but you can enjoy watching the chickens do their thing and perhaps enjoy an egg or two. Getting Aroundthe bus system is easy to use. We are close to the bike path and walking/hiking trails.

The Colorado University campus is an easy 15 minute walk away. Rent a mountain bike and all of Boulder is within your reach. We operate a third floor VRBO property above this location. This is a Victorian home and despite our best efforts to soundproof, you will hear footsteps and muffled sound, please be advised and decide accordingly. My family resides in the main house but there are NO SHARED SPACES. The only adjoining wall is in the bathroom. The private entrance to the property is up one flight of exterior stairs and there are no shared hallways. Like a hotel room, there is a small refrigerator and a microwave oven for storing and heating up leftovers, but there is no actual kitchen. You will enjoy the best Boulder has to offer in a warm and well-appointed Victorian suite, right in the heart of town. I have a five-day minimum stay policy for reservations made more than one month in advance, but please feel free to inquire. I make exceptions based on season, availability and where the dates fall during the week. This property operates legally under City of Boulder Short Term Rental License No. 104777. Interaction with GuestsI live on-site and am available to solve problems and answer questions 24/7. I love giving people suggestions about places to visit and dine. You can see as much or as little of me as you want. The NeighborhoodThe Whittier neighborhood is right next to Pearl Street and is a wonderful mix of residential Victorian homes next to a bustling commercial district. While busy, it has a small-town, homey feel. Getting AroundThe main bus depot is just a few minutes away with busses running all over town. Boulder's famous bike path system is easy to access and walking is always my favorite mode of transportation. Other Things to NoteMarijuana is legal in Colorado and we welcome tourists of all kinds. Please keep in mind that we have small children and don't want them exposed to drunken or altered behavior.
