The SpaceThis is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes and the bathroom has the basic amenities. We have a privacy-fenced backyard and security-fenced front. Pet-friendly: $150 pet fee applied manually because the website doesn't automate that, yet, so please let me know if you're bringing your pet so I can apply the fee. Guests that book three weeks or more can receive bi-weekly cleaning, which is included in the listed price. Guest AccessYou'll have full use of the house, the kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and some condiments, cooking oil, etc., bathroom with soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, towels, and washcloths, desk, queen-size bed, stereo, 49" TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom w/cable, and shares a washer, dryer, 2 bikes, privacy-fenced back yard, security-fenced front yard, fire pit, and patio area with guest(s) that may or may not be staying in the studio apartment. Interaction with GuestsI'm not usually on the property, but I stop in fairly regularly when I'm in town, as I keep my truck and trailer there for my tree service. I'm usually reachable by phone for questions or tips. Just leave a message if I don't answer and I'll get back to you ASAP. We strongly recommend setting your AIRBNB ACCOUNT to send you a text, (or at the very least, an e-mail), when you receive messages on the website. We will probably not be around to help you check in, so this line of communication can be vital, not only to get you the door code, but also in case any other issues come up. This is especially true for our international guests. I don't have an international calling plan, so if I miss an international call, I can not call the number back. However, when I get your voicemail, I can respond via the website. The NeighborhoodThis house is on the outskirts of the quaint and historic Eau Gallie Art District, home to many art outlets, the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter House Museum, other historic buildings, a really nice library with computers and wi-fi overlooking the scenic river and free public fishing pier, a restaurant/tiki bar next to the pier that has good food and live music daily, other restaurants, shops, and the Intracoastal Brewery, all within a few blocks walking distance. There's a Saturday farmer's market on Highland Av. near Eau Gallie Blvd., a community indoor basketball court, and several parks and recreation areas within walking distance. There is a nice dog beach only two miles away, as well. Getting AroundThere are bus stops within a block of the house. Just about anything you could need is within walking distance. Other Things to NoteI'm in the process of revamping the yard into a permaculture paradise, so please excuse the incompleteness of it as we progress toward this goal. We make every effort to offer an extraordinary value to our guests. Part of doing so is accounting for cost differentials. Not to over-state the obvious, but the cleaning fee only pays for a certain amount of cleaning time. If, upon your departure, it takes more time to return the unit to its original condition, (when you checked in), than the cleaning fee allows, or if you take or permanently stain towels or washcloths, (or anything else), with make-up, etc., additional fees will apply.

The SpaceWe can comfortably accommodate 4 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other bedroom has 2 single size beds, with a bathroom in between. Guest Access They will have access to the kitchen, dining and living area, and the pool which will be shared with the host. The host's bedroom suite will be off limits. Interaction with GuestsThe host will be present during the guests stay and to answer questions about local attractions and activities. The NeighborhoodI like my neighbourhood because it is close for shopping, 10 minute ride to the beach, to many restaurants, to attractions and easy access to the motorway. To name a few of the attractions are boat tours to see dolphins, alligators, birds, kayaking on the river,and Brevard Zoo. We are a short drive from Orlando 's theme parks and from the Kennedy Space Center. Getting AroundThere is public transportation in Melbourne and shuttles available along the A1A. However, I suggest renting a car for convenience. There are limo services that can be reserved for transport to and from the airport.

Our family lived in a 5 bedroom 4 full bath large home with a pool and lake in the back, It is composed of myself a business owner entrepreneur, my 15 year old twins and my mother. We are seeking a foreign student to come live with us to learn about other cultures. We are fully bilingual english spanish. The two rooms we are renting one has a private entrance with bathroom for room. The second bedroom is larger with direct access from the garage and private bathroom. Home is brand new.

Bath: private shower and toilet, large garden soak tub, towels and basic toiletries are included. Free wi-fi. Don't worry - the private enclosed hot tub is downstairs. Relax! Lower walk-out level: one additional bedroom, patio, enclosed hot tub, library/game room, access to evening walking trail. Overlooks golf course, yet very quiet; nature abounds. Watch deer, elk, fox, and occasionally eagles. This is all available at price shown. Bedrooms: Up: one master with king bed --this is one floor suite. Kennel is walking distance. (This is pet-free property). 10 minutes away, by car is a second downtown area with great bars, City Market and another pharmacy. We recommend Pastatively (traditional Italian), Luigi's (Pizza, lighter Ital. and fish) , Paradigms (New American), Nozawa's (Indian) or Fiesta's (Mexican) depending on your favorite food cravings -- all 5-10 minutes away by car. Local Food Guide in Unit. Yum! Getting AroundThere is limited public transit within the Town of Eagle. However, everything is close to house, and buses run between Eagle and Avon/Beaver Creek and Vail Village and DIA are all easily accessible. Eagle Airport (to and from Denver) is 7 miles from unit. Free parking at Eagle airport and on site. We can make mountain bikes available in summer for additional fee. Just ask! However, a car is recommended for sightseeing within the Vail Valley. Parking is in driveway unless special arrangements for renting the garage (for add'l fee, any only if available) are made. Other Things to Note15 -20 minute commute to Beaver Creek parking. Thirty minutes to Vail summer parking. Both Beaver Creek/Avon and Vail resort areas have free, in-town shuttles. "Bustang" to Denver Union Station is $27 each way. Very comfortable new buses, free wifi and bathroom-equipped, bike capable. Leaves and returns once daily. 12 person CMC shuttle is $67 each way. Comfortable, but holidays are crowded. For extra fee they will deliver door to door. Leaves and returns three times daily.

Other Things to NoteThere is a seasonal public pool about one mile from my home. Hiking and cycling trails are close by my home. My home is on the public bus route.

    The SpaceThe guest suite in our home is private, secluded on its own floor and is large, with a comfortable queen bed with a down pillow top and private bathroom. The house is a beautiful craftsman style home, designed and built by us. The furnishings are comfortable and the layout lends itself to gathering in the kitchen and living room. Perfect for interacting with our guests. Our location is a great launching point for mountain biking, hiking, golf, fishing and world class skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail just 20 to 30 minutes away. ****You will need a car at this location. There is plenty of parking available. Guest AccessAccess to the house, if we're not here, will be provided by a lockbox at the front door. We will email or text code prior to arrival, and leave a note for you on the dining room table. Interaction with GuestsWe will likely be living in the house during your stay. We are a friendly couple who don't mind sharing our house, and we love to meet fellow travelers. Our adult son lives with us too. Between work and social, he's not around much. We will be happy to give recommendations and advice about the mountain activities all around. Guests are welcome to hang out with us in the living room, dining room or kitchen. Please feel free to use the kitchen for meal prep. We will provide a selection of breakfasts foods, fruits, juices and coffee/tea. Marie is a small gray and white cat. She would love to sit on you if you have a minute. Yoda is a rambunctious young tiger kitty with personality plus. We are training him to love the cold weather and embrace the snow. You should see how puffed up he gets. *Neither pet is allowed in the guest room. The NeighborhoodOur house is located in a golf community. Eagle Ranch Golf Course is a public course with affordable fees and rental clubs available. In the winter, the golf course trails are groomed for cross country skiing. In addition, there is a movie theater, several restaurants, brewery, day spa, fitness center, boutiques and liquor store within the neighborhood. Just outside of Eagle Ranch are more delicious restaurants, a great brewery, boutiques, bike shop, yoga studios, bowling alley, grocery store ice rink/outdoor pool and the Gypsum rec center with an indoor pool. Glenwood Springs or Iron Mountain natural hot springs pools is only 30 minutes away! Getting AroundYou will need your own transportation. Biking around Eagle is easy in the summer. Bike rentals available from Mountain Pedaler in town. Call ahead to make sure. Other Things to NoteLIFT TICKETS: If this is a snow vacation for you, we recommend purchasing tickets online (7) days in advance for the BEST DISCOUNT. You can purchase multi-day tickets that are good for several non-consecutive days and will get you on the lifts at either Vail or Beaver Creek. Tickets for Keystone, Breck & A-Basin are slightly less expensive and should be purchased separately. If you miss the (7) day advance purchase, the next best discount is a three day pass which gives you $10 off /day. You can purchase the 3 day pass online or at the ticket window. Good for 3 out of 5 days. Don't forget Adventure Ridge for tubing and Keystone for night skiing, you can ski Vail during the day and use the same ticket for night skiing. **Lots of summer activities on the mountain at Vail or Beaver Creek, visit their websites for more info. Tickets available at the ticket offices for lift rides and other fee activities. Bring your Epic Pass for free summer lift riding, additional fee for bike transport up gondola. New this summer is an alpine roller coaster and ziplining all on Vail Mountain.

    The SpacePLEASE READ THOROUGHLY, so you know what to expect of the space. A master bedroom with a queen bed comfortably sleeps 2, with a loveseat that is also a single hide-a-bed, should that be needed. The additional bedroom with twin bunkbeds, sleeps another 2 people. The furnished kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a hot water pot; please note that there is no stove. There is a large family room on the same level as the apartment, complete with a gas fireplace and TV/dvd (WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE SERVICE, although the smart TV has Netflix and Amazon). We do have a dog, but he is not allowed in the lock-off, in order that we might keep the space comfortable for our guests with allergies. Because this apartment is in the lower level of our home, noise from above is to be expected, and although we try to limit the noise, between a dog, a teenager, and visiting adult children from time to time, you will know that there is activity above! We are located only 35 minutes from Vail, 25 minutes from Beaver Creek, 30 minutes from Glenwood Springs (famous for its hot springs), and 10 minutes from the Eagle County airport. We are also just minutes from hiking, biking, back country skiing, sledding, and rafting, and it's only a short walk to downtown! Guest AccessThe lower level of our home is shut off from the upper level rooms. The two floors are joined by a stairwell, closed off by doors into the two areas. You will have your own entrance into the family room, and another entrance (with locked door) into your private apartment. Currently, we do not offer our guests the use of the laundry facilities; however, there is a laundromat just 5 minutes away. Interaction with GuestsWe are usually home during our guests' stays. We hope to greet you upon arriving, but will make arrangements if we cannot. The NeighborhoodWhen we moved to Eagle 26 years ago, we chose to because we enjoy all of the outdoor activities that are in abundance in our valley! The town of Eagle also has excellent dining venues, local shopping and coffee shops, and everything is within walking distance! Our home is just three blocks from Broadway St., where many of these amenities are found. Without driving, you can easily get to hiking and biking trails, and the Eagle River. Just a short drive away, Vail and Beaver Creek (both with world-class skiing, dining, and shopping) have activities and events almost year round. The drive through Glenwood Canyon (in which you can also bike on the bike trail or float on the river) is spectacular, and once arriving in the city of Glenwood Springs, you can enjoy swimming in the hot springs, dining, and shopping. Getting AroundOur home is three blocks away from the Eagle County transit system, which is a bus route extending from Gypsum on the west, to Vail on the east. A single ride is only $4. The Eagle County Airport is a 10 minute drive away by car, via Highway 6. Colorado Mountain Express is a van service that provides shuttles to and from Denver International Airport, as well as Eagle County Airport. We do provide free parking at our home. Overnight Parking is available on the street immediately in front of the apartment building, only about a 20 second walk. The main lot is permit parking only, and is only patrolled on random nights, so parking there during the day is fine. Getting AroundPublic transportation (Eco Bus) is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It is $4 per ride, or $8 for a 24-hour period. This bus route services Eagle County Airport, and both Beaver Creek and Vail Ski Resorts. Other Things to NoteWe have lots of DVD's (and even a few good VHS tapes) you can watch at your leisure (in lieu of cable TV), as well as an XBox 360, Original XBOX, N64, and even an original Nintendo (yeah, like Mario Bros. and Zelda) with tons of games. You will be renting the lower level of our home, which is closed off and private from the upper level which we reside in full-time. Our main focus was making our guests feel comfortable so we implemented a door to close off the two spaces, we want you to feel that you have plenty of privacy to sit back and relax after a day of adventuring the Vail Valley. We'd like to ask that you be sure to read the full description before booking to make sure our listing is suitable to your needs. Eagle is a mecca for mountain biking, fishing, golfing and all other warm weather sports in the summer and a more affordable option than staying in Vail during the ski / snowboard season. Our home is just minutes from anything you'll need...bank, gas station, grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, the bowling alley, etc. Our backyard is made up of BLM land that gives you easy access to miles of mountain biking, hiking, and snow shoeing trails. Just down the street you have access to our neighborhood park that has incredible views and is a great place to take the dogs if you plan on bringing them along. Loaded with everything you'll need, the space is very private, convenient and comfortable. It is designed and equipped to feel like you are at home! You have your own private entrance that opens up into a large living area, two bedrooms (one queen and one king room) which share a private bath. The space also includes a large living area to relax, watch movies, play board games, enjoy the Wii, guitar, and more. There is a very well though-out kitchenette that has everything you'll need prepare basic meals during your stay. A 24" sized refrigerator with freezer, large sink with garbage disposal with space for food prep, a microwave, large toaster oven, Keurig with coffee and tea pods provided, electric kettle, hot plate with pots and pans, and much more. We have provided plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, and silverware. The kitchenette also doubles as laundry room should you find you need it. The washer and dryer are free to use as well. Just outside of the living room is a heated attached garage where you can store any large items you bring, such as bikes, skis/snowboards, kayak, fishing rods, you name it. We've got plenty of space for it all. The living room comes fully furnished with a sofa, comfy lounge chair and accent seating to take in the incredible views out the picture frame windows. You get an unimpeded view of New York Range Mountains. The sunrise comes directly over the mountains for a truly inspiring experience. A large closet when you walk in can handle your luggage and jackets so you don't have to clutter your rooms. There is a flat screen T.V., blu-ray player, Roku to steam movies via Netflix or other apps as we do not have cable. We have the fastest WiFi available to our area so streaming wont be an issue. There are plenty of movies and games to keep you entertained while you spend time at your Airbnb home. Both bedrooms are private and include their own closets and full length mirrors. There is one bedroom with a king (with amazing sunrise views) and the other with a queen (darker room, perfect for those that want to sleep in). You can comfortably sleep two people in either bedroom. If you have more, they can spread out in the living room on the couch. We provide two air mattresses with plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows that you'll need. Guest AccessYou have your own private entrance into your space and complete access to the entire lower level of the home, including both bedrooms, bathroom, living area, garage, and laundry room. The NeighborhoodThe home is located in the mature, beautiful Eby Creek Mesa neighboorhood. We sit atop a high Mesa overlooking the town of Eagle, CO with amazing views of New York range. You can see for miles all the way to the peaks. Watch awesome storms roll through the Vail Valley with a birds eye view. Trails are all around you for hiking, mountain biking or even off-road wheeling. The location is incredibly convenient with easy, fast access to I-70. There are grocery stores and gas stations close, along with anything else you would need during your stay. Getting AroundWe are seconds from I-70 and a short 30 minute drive into Vail. Get to Beaver Creek in 20 minutes. If you want to head to Glenwood Springs for the day, 30 minutes west. Our location is perfectly situated in Eagle County for fast access to anywhere you want to go. The ECO bus can take you into Vail for cheap and the stop is less than a mile away. Other Things to NoteOne thing you'll want is a vehicle as we are not on any bus route. You could get by with just a bike in the Summer, but be warned we the road to the house is very hilly. If you don't have a car but have a bike, you could ride to the ECO (Eagle County Transit) bus and catch a ride to Vail. Again though, we wouldn't recommend this during the winter months.

Large TV in the living room with Chromecast so you can play anything from your phone, tablet or laptop (ie: Netflix, Hulu, etc). No actual cable service though. Comfortable living room. Nice washer and dryer available for use upon request. The Eagle public pool (summer only) and ice rink is walking distance from the house, as are public tennis courts. Interaction with GuestsWe work a lot! We probably won't be around all that much except for late at night when we get home (quietly). If we do happen to be home at the same time as guests, we'd love to hang out and get to know you! Or not - we're good at keeping to ourselves too. The NeighborhoodConvenient to pretty much everything Eagle has to offer. Right next door to trail heads, 15 minute drive to Sylvan Lake/Yeoman Park. Next door to the public pool/ice rink and tennis courts. Walking distance (1-1.5 miles) to downtown and Eagle Ranch. We are full-time locals and are happy to provide recommendations for activities, dining, entertainment, etc. Getting AroundThere is bus service from Eagle to the resorts. Carrying any sort of gear beyond a backpack would be tough if you wanted to walk to the closest stop from our house (5th and Wall St.). The buses come every hour or so and cost $4 each way.         The SpaceThis is a spacious room in a 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house, located in a cozy neighborhood next to Wickham Park. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the kitchen, living room area with television, and pool table in the garage. Guests also have access to the pool at our main house down the road, as well as free beverages. Free wi-fi with high speed internet is provided throughout the house. Interaction with GuestsInteraction with guests is determined by the guest. We're happy and excited to get to know anyone who would like to interact, but we also respect your privacy. We offer low priced traditional Chinese dinners at our main house as an option, and we're willing to help with whatever plan you have while you stay in Melbourne. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is small, quiet, and very calming. The neighbors are friendly and the kids play outside. Since it's within walking distance of Wickham Park, many residents walk to the park for exercise and leisure. Getting AroundThe public transportation system in Melbourne is very limited but there is a main line running North-South with a stop outside of our neighborhood. Personal Transportation is still highly recommended. Parking is free. The best way to get here from the airport is to take a Taxi or a Uber. If we can figure out a schedule, we would be happy to pick you up for $10 at melbourne airport, $100 at bOrlando airport.

        The SpaceThe private suite, kitchenette and TV room are all located on the first floor of our home. The private suite includes and attached bathroom and contains a queen bed. The TV room contains a futon, which folds into a full bed. The queen bed will be made up with clean linens and the futon can be made up upon request. As pictured, the kitchenette is in the laundry room. It includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, mini fridge, dishes and flatware. We do not have cable, but there is a Blue Ray player that can connect to the wireless internet. There is so much to do outside, who needs cable? ;) Guest AccessAirBnB guests have access to the Private Suite, TV Room and Kitchenette/Laundry Room, all located on the first floor of our home. Our long term renter stays in a separate bedroom on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Interaction with GuestsWe are in and out all day, but we are happy to answer any questions and offer tips on how to enjoy this beautiful place. Getting AroundOur home is most convenient if you have a vehicle. We are located about a mile from the nearest bus stop, but the road is not very pedestrian friendly. In the summer the Town of Eagle and surrounding trails are a bike-able distance from our home. Other Things to NoteParking is a bit of a challenge, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one vehicle. We ask that you please pull all the way up to the wooden boarder at the end of our driveway in the middle spot, as marked by the red reflectors.
