A great relaxing environment in one of Denver Tech Center's nicest neighborhoods. Large home with beautiful landscaping, perfect for someone looking to enjoy Colorado's natural beauty. Mountain views from the expansive back deck. I am a high school teacher and have taught ESL classes; our son taught English in China last year. We love travel and are an international family. I am American and my husband is South African.

The SpaceMy home is a two story, four bedroom home with a 1/3 acre yard, backing up to a creek. Two people can comfortably stay in the private lower level, which has a large livingroom and a sliding glass door that exits to the backyard. The lower level is very roomy and comfortable. Guest AccessGuests will have their own living quarters in the lower level of the house, with access through the garage. There is a television and a small refrigerator in the lower level living room, along with a loveseat couch, a chaise lounge and a recliner, as well as a strong wifi internet signal. Interaction with GuestsI intend to make my guests comfortable and welcome. A fresh pot of coffee (or a cup of tea) will welcome you to each new day, as well as friendly conversation in the kitchen. The NeighborhoodThere are numerous hiking paths and bike trails nearby, including the well-known highline canal trail. There are lots of attractive homes in this upscale neighborhood. My home is close to major freeways and highways, allowing easy access throughout the Denver area. Getting AroundBus transportation on Arapahoe Road to anywhere in the area is 2 blocks away. It will take you 3 miles east to the Denver Light Rail Station or to the DTC or 1/2 mile west to the SouthGlenn Mall. Other Things to NoteA fresh pot of coffee in the kitchen will be available for you each morning. Also, there is a small refrigerator in the lower level. The SpaceThis 1,200 square foot, two-bedroom basement suite is newly remodeled and can be a home away from home for families traveling. The bedrooms are separated from each other and each have a queen-sized bed. There is a kitchenette for heating up a quick to medium-sized meal. Kitchenette includes a burner, electric skillet, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker and small fridge. Basic staples are included such as coffee, sugar, a small selection of cereals, eggs, etc. Weight machine to keep your routine going while away from home. Bathroom has over-sized shower. TV with Roku and local antenna. PET FREE ZONE for those of you with allergies! :-) We have no pets so allergies are not a concern for you. :-) Guest AccessGuests will park in garage and come into the side door straight to the basement. This is a shared entrance and shared staircase separated by a curtain at the bottom of the stairs but the rest of the suite is private. *** This is a basement apartment with stairs.*** There is wireless internet and a security alarm. You may use the washer/dryer with a four night minimum stay. We also may step through from time to time to use the washer/dryer as well. There is a pool for summer months, Shopping area across includes Whole Foods, movie theater, sports bars, numerous restaurants, boutiques, health club, fountains and beautiful park atmosphere in the summer, ice skating in the winter. Getting AroundPublic transportation could not be easier! 15 minutes bus to quaint Old Town Littleton with numerous restaurants, sports bars, shopping and small town celebrations (parades, fireworks), and the light rail station to down town Denver and other areas. Avoid the hassle of parking down town Denver for sports, fine arts center, Larimar Square and business meetings at the convention center. Other Things to NoteA comfortable place to stay whether you're here for sight seeing, recreation, school or business. Must like small dogs, I have two, very friendly!

The SpaceThe bedroom is a suite with a queen size bed. The bath has a full size tub with shower. There is a full size living space with dining table and kitchenette. Very comfortable. There are a lot of puzzles, games and books to read. Guest AccessGuests will have the entire downstairs to themselves (1200 sq ft). The entrance at the top of the stairs leads to a backyard with a table and chairs to enjoy shade, birds, or a meal. Pet friendly. Inquire. Interaction with GuestsI work full time but would love to interact with my guests when I am home. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is pretty quiet and the people are friendly. The neighborhood has access to Denver's famous Highline Canal connecting to many biking trails that go for miles in the metro area making you feel you are in the country. Across the street from a park and a Rec Center. One walkable mile from a shopping center, three blocks from shopping and groceries. Getting AroundThere are bus stops, access to taxis, access to C-470 and I-25 and I-225 to get to the mountains. About 30-45 minutes from the airport. Parking is available on my property.

Guest AccessThe entire home is available with four bedrooms, three baths and backs up to a nature path. Interaction with GuestsAs your next door neighbor, I'm available if you need me and not if you don't. The NeighborhoodWe are located in a great neighborhood where you can walk to the Highline Canal within minutes, Trader Joe's is just across the street along with Whole Foods to the South in the Streets of Southglenn shopping center (approx. 10 min. walk. We are close to all interstates, the light rail system is 1.5 miles from CBA just outside Downtown Littleton (a happening place). Getting AroundI recommend a car, or a bike to get around. I do have bikes for my guests use. Other Things to NoteI collect taxes of 6.75% up front along with a cleaning fee of $175.00.

The SpaceFerris Place, named in honor of the previous owner who's grandchildren, Becky & Shelley were kind enough to sell us the home following grandma's passing is a Mid-Century Modern home with amazing living space both indoors and out. The home is located in an upscale neighborhood just south of Denver proper located in a trip-city area encompassing Greenwood Village, Centennial & Littleton. Guest AccessFerris Place has three bedrooms & two baths with great living space as well as a huge back yard. Interaction with GuestsI am always available via cell phone and just one mile down the road. The NeighborhoodThis is a great neighborhood located within walking distance of the highline canal trail for running, walking, bike riding, etc. Getting AroundI recommend a car although you can get to major shopping as well as restaurants on foot. The light rail is 1.5 miles away as are bus stops and Uber is always an option.

The SpaceCreating a classy feel, the bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and its their own TV with an Apple TV. We recently just added a small fridge with separate freezer to make sure our guests' leftovers and frozen foods stay perfect! We also added a small desk/workspace area for those who are working from "home." Guests have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime and whatever other channels they have of their own subscription. We offer Wifi, over the air HDTV (your basic channels and (URL HIDDEN) lists over 70, but some are not in English), an Apple TV box with both active Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. We have a laundry room you can use, though we do ask you to keep it to one load. Parking is along the street. It is safe and plentiful, as we live in a very good neighborhood (Cherry Knolls). The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is really one of those neighborhoods you hope your kids grow up in. Our neighbors look out for your property when you're gone, collect your mail, and invite you to enjoy the park and activities. It's a nice place to live! Getting AroundBus route pickups are a few steps away (at the corner of Colorado and Arapahoe) and they can take you to the extensive RTD system. Last I checked, the bus was $2.25 a person and also allowed you to take the light rail! I have also checked that a $9 regional pass will get you from the airport to the house, if you're preferring to not drive around. Other Things to NoteParking is on the street. It's safe and plentiful. The house is huge (to us). It's over 3,000 sq feet. We used to have 3 renters but opted to have a guest bedroom/airbnb room instead of getting a third roommate again, so you may see our other two amazing and hilarious roommates. All of use are young professionals and we get along famously, having roommate dinners or game nights. We adore both of them. We also have two sweet, well-trained medium-sized dogs, a French bulldog mix (Max) and a beagle (Lucky). They are house-trained, crate-trained, command-trained and have a dog run. They are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms (except ours). They follow commands and should not interfere with your stay.

    The SpaceMy home is a little bit vintage, a little bit modern, and a lot cozy. We have a porch for sitting, a backyard and patio for relaxing with your morning coffee, and a fireplace in our living room where you are welcome to warm yourself after a long day of outdoor activities. There is space in our garage for your bicycles, skis, backpacking or camping gear, and you are welcome to use it. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. We have cats, but they are never allowed in the guest room. (we keep that door closed) Guest AccessYou will have access to your cozy room and a shared (sometimes) bathroom right across the hall. You are welcome to store your food and snacks in our fridge, and cook if you'd like. Though we don't serve a full breakfast, you can expect complimentary coffee, tea, and some kind of home-baked breakfast goody to be available. There is no television in the room, but we have one in the household in an inconspicuous place- and you are welcome to watch it. Our family room with fireplace is a cozy spot that you may relax, read, talk, and listen to music in. Interaction with GuestsMy sister Kathryn and I will be available to provide any help you need during your stay at various times of the day, though unobtrusively. Getting AroundIf you have a car, we have parking right in front of the house. We are 2 miles from I-25, and 2 miles from the entrance to C-470. We are 2 miles away from the light rail station, and a bus stops right on Arapahoe road at the end of our street that goes in both directions. We are at an ideal location for getting to Red Rocks, taking a trip down to Colorado Springs, and it's 10 minutes to the Denver city limits. I have maps to look at if you want to see where your destinations are in relation to Centennial. Other Things to NoteI understand that things happen and plans change. We are flexible about check in and out times, number of days, etc. when there are extenuating circumstances. If you need an accommodation, just ask. Chances are, I'll say "Alright!"

    Very cool house with a great yard and fantastic restaurants and bars around. It's located about a mile from the tech center. With great biking and hiking trails all around. I do have bikes and if you take care of them you are more than welcome to use them.

    The SpaceDarling farmhouse sitting on private gated land. This unique home shares land with a locally famous estate called "The Adobe"... The land is 15 acres and you will have access to 5 acres. The house is Ideal for travelling families, children, dogs, and of course executives in town to work in the DTC area (5 minutes away)... and also groups traveling to visit for any reason including skiing and sightseeing. Very private. Concierge provided by the landowner's Personal Assistant. All guests get the opportunity to see the horses graze on the upper pasture and also can pet and feed our famous mascot Peaches the mini donkey!! Tons of parking, VERY safe as you are in a gated home. Easy access to anywhere as you are on the major artery running up to Denver and I-25 (University) and also one straight shot to the DTC area. One mile from Southglenn which is a Mecca for shopping and dining.
