Viola can sleep two with a trundle bed-combo, and the Rose bedroom has a double to sleep one or two. The kitchen includes microwave, full-size frig, oven, coffeepot, dinnerware, utensils/pots. Air conditioned for hot summer days, and modern propane heat for chilly winter nights. On-demand hotwater. Bathroom has shower. You can arrange the comfy chairs to suit your needs, and the executive desk and 6-ft folding tables will accommodate your personal retreat projects. We provide sheets, blankets, pillows, towels. Guests bring their own food and toiletries. Wireless access for basic internet is available. There is universal cell phone coverage. There is no TV, no VCR. You can explore amazing ecological diversity on our 4 miles of hiking trails ---- through juniper-pinyon forest, sagebrush flats, and riparian thickets and hillsides ---- as well as revel in the 360 degree views of West Elk and Raggeds Wilderness, North Fork Valley, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Uncompahgre Plateau, and Grand Mesa.
