The SpaceThe 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick house duplex features a newly renovated, open floor plan living space with huge backyard and large patio. There is a main bedroom and a baby room that houses a queen size bed (available upon request). The main living space is a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances, wood floors and bar stools. The connected living room reading chair and comfortable couch next to the dining area featuring a large wood table for six. The backyard is huge, with a large brick patio. We are in an ideal location: 20 mins to Downtown Denver, 20 mins to Red Rocks, 10 mins to Colorado Mills Outlets, 5 minutes to Belmar Shopping Center, 5 minutes to Green Mountain Hiking Trails, walking distance to the Federal Center and St. Anthony's Hospital. Guest AccessYou will have access to the upper floor of the house (all the pictures shown), off-street parking, huge backyard and patio. No laundry. Interaction with GuestsWe will have little interaction with our guests, as we spend as much time as possible recreating in the surrounding mountains. Friendly and quiet downstairs tenets are often available if you run into any problems. Note: people with severe allergies to dogs should not rent this space. The NeighborhoodWe are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is the suburbs so it takes a little bit to get to the mall or downtown. Getting AroundWe are one mile from the light rail. The closest grocery store is a mile away. Public transportation is available from the airport via bus and light rail. However it does take a couple of hours to get to Lakewood via public transportation. The lightrail runs from the airport to Lakewood. I believe the tickets are $9 one way per person. Other Things to NoteIt is $20 for additional people beyond two people. Kids will count if they need the spare bed set up. Kids using the crib do not count :) Please let me know if you have questions regarding this.

I will provide a breakfast of your choice (light cereal, oatmeal or eggs and bacon/toast), delicious coffee or tea, My home is west of Denver near the foothills, roughly 15 minutes from downtown. There are no pets in my home in case you might have allergies. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter.

Guest AccessUnless other arrangements have been agreed upon prior to booking, check in time is between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm. I will meet you to give you the keys, answer any questions and show you around. Guests have access to Internet, a tv and in unit washer/dryer along with a fully equipped kitchen. Interaction with GuestsI live close by and I'm usually only a text message away. I work as a real estate agent and can offer insight about the area. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is close to shopping, transit (light rail), hiking (you can walk to a trailhead) and provides easy access to to foothills, Golden, and is only a 10~15 minute drive to Denver. Other Things to NoteCheck in time is between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm- I have to meet you to give you the keys so please let me know what time you'll be arriving. Check out time is 10:30 am

The SpaceMake yourself at home :) Comfortable private room for two with queen size bed, full closet and chest of drawers in room along with ironing board and clothes hamper (iron is under the sink in the guest bath). The guest bath is right outside your bedroom and includes hair dryer, lint roller, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and mini first aid kit. Towel and wash cloths provided. We have a 2nd Airbnb room listed, so it is possible you may share the guest bathroom with another guest. Guest AccessWe will provide you with a door code for front door access. You have full use of the kitchen with your own pantry space along with the washer/dryer available. We do ask that you hand wash any dishes that you use (the dishwasher is currently not available). If Chris is home please let him know if you want coffee or tea in the morning. The fire place is warm and cozy in the winter. 5 min walk to community gym ($5/visit) that includes indoor track and lap pool. GABF access via light rail 25 mins. Transportation to and from the station included with rental. Interaction with GuestsWe can answer most questions about the surrounding area. We can recommend great hikes and outdoor activities as well as good eats and city entertainment. We also have a basket in your room full of pamphlets and information about Denver and the surrounding areas. My boyfriend Chris works from home so he is available most of the day in case you need anything. We have 3 dogs and our cat Frito, who are all very friendly :) The NeighborhoodLots of hiking, running and mountain biking trails. Plus miles of vehicle free road bike trails just a short distance from the house. Local rec center with lap pool within walking distance. Great food and several grocery stores less than one mile and a quick 20 min drive to the heart of downtown Denver. 50 minutes from Loveland ski area located 5 mins from I-70 corridor. All the pleasures of the city with out all the commotion. Getting AroundParking is available if you have a vehicle, we live on a quiet, safe cul-da-sac. Denver International Airport is about 45 min drive. Closest bus stop is a 5 minute walk, on Alameda Pkwy or Light Rail Station 2.5 miles away. Chris is home most days and can give you a ride to the light rail. Uber and Lyft are easy to catch from our house, usually less than 5 mins away. Other Things to NoteCheck in/out time can be flexible as long as it doesn't conflict with another reservation, otherwise check in time is after 3:00pm and check out time is at 10:00am.

The SpaceNote: If you are booking on AirBnB for the first time, we welcome you! However, we do live on the property, so we are cautious about who we allow to stay. Please include a short bio in your profile along with at least three verifications. We are not trying to be nosy, but it makes us feel more comfortable! We live at the base of the Rockies, conveniently located 15 minutes from Red Rocks, a little more than an hour from ski resorts, and 20 minutes from downtown. Our home features a secluded guest area in our bright and airy basement (seriously, look at the photos). The private basement has 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Our space includes two bedrooms. All beds include down comforters. Both bedrooms have full access to a private full bathroom. Bedroom 1 Double bed Bedroom 2 Two single beds Please note that the recreation room is not as private since the home owners will need to access the space once or twice the day to do laundry/feed pets/etc. We do allow pets at this time, but they cannot be left at the house unattended. Please no aggressive dogs and no pets on furniture. Guest AccessThe home is a ranch style house, and the guests will have access to the entire finished basement (about 700 square feet). There is no private entrance at this time. We apologize. However, once you get into the basement, the space is pretty much yours. You will also have will have full use of a massive sofa, TV, and playroom. The 65" TV is complete with surround sound, Apple TV, HBO, Netflix and Hulu (it's yours for the stay!). French press coffee will be provided in the mornings upon request. It's a shared kitchen upstairs, and you're welcome to use the refrigerator and cook. The laundry room is also a busy place in our home, but upon request guests can run one load of laundry. Small amenities, such as shampoo, breakfast items, and a few bottles of water, will be provided to make your stay more enjoyable. Interaction with GuestsOur family of four lives upstairs. We have 2 small children who will be present. Please note: they wake up at 7 am every morning. We try to keep it quiet, but they are kids. If you really enjoy sleeping in, we can offer ear plugs or white noise machines. We also have a dog and cat who keep to themselves and are very friendly. The cat is not allowed in the guest bedroom but does have access to the basement. If you need him to stay upstairs, let us know and we can accommodate. During the evenings we mostly stay upstairs. We are happy to leave you to your own devices, but we think part of this journey is the cool people we meet. In other words, if you want to chat, we will chat back. We'd love to give you advice on where to go and what to do while you're visiting our beautiful area. The NeighborhoodWe live in the foothills of Colorado. Our house is one mile from Green Mountain, an amazing outdoor hiking/biking area. You can easily walk there (we do all of the time). We are a 10 to 15-minute drive to Red Rocks and live close to other great outdoor areas, such as Bear Creek and Golden. You can get to many of the major ski areas in just over an hour (without traffic). Getting AroundWe live 2 miles from Federal Center Station, which is the local train line. It's an easy, 30-minute train ride to Union Station, which is in the heart of downtown (no transfers necessary). It is a 20-minute drive to downtown. Parking is available for one car in front of our house. The airport in Denver is very far, no matter where you live, but it's a 45-minute drive from here. You can get a shuttle to and from Union Station for $11 and then take the train to Federal Station. From there, we are a short cab ride away. Other Things to NoteIf you are anxious to ski in Colorado this winter but can't spare the crazy prices for condos in the mountains, consider staying here instead. Without traffic, you can get to Keystone, A-Basin, and Winter Park in a little more than an hour. It's also a great spot to stop for the night if you get in late from the airport. We are about 10 minutes from I-70. Because we have two children, we think we're an ideal space for families. We have a spare high chair, pack and play, baby tub, and plenty of toys to share! We know a lot about the local trails and skiing areas. We are not loud and do not party (sorry, our coolness factor died with our first kid :).

The SpaceWe are in love with our house and you will be too. In typical Dustin and Dana fashion, we have equipped our house with fun games including a ping pong table, foosball table, and a vast array of board games. We also have a piano and a guitar for the musically gifted. You are welcome to use our large kitchen and living room at your leisure complete with a very comfortable couch that can seat 6 with room to spare. But if you are looking for a true Colorado morning, sit on our deck with your coffee/tea and enjoy the mountain air! The bedroom is a great relaxing quiet space to get away and have your own personal time and space while visiting. It gets an abundance of natural light throughout the day and has a private view of the backyard. The queen sized bed gets rave reviews from family and friends who have slept on it. Feel free to use the dresser and closet at your convenience. We do have a new family member named Brinkley, our quiet, well behaved, pointer/hound dog who loves people, playing and cuddling. Guest AccessOur home is your home. You are welcome to use the laundry, kitchen, wifi, and all common rooms. Also, you have your own bathroom just outside your bedroom door. Interaction with GuestsAs evidenced by our travel, we really enjoy meeting new people and can be as involved or not in your stay as you need. We can answer any questions you have about the area or planning your trip! The NeighborhoodOur quiet, friendly neighborhood combines city life with a mountainous feel. You can wake up and enjoy the sun, wildlife and mountain air on Green Mountain's hiking trails. Many who visit prefer to hop in the car and drive 5 minutes to I-70, the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. For those less inclined to nature, a 15 minute drive puts you smack dab in the middle of downtown Denver's hustle and bustle. How can you beat such a central location? We are also 1 block away from the trails on green mountain which are great for hiking, trail running, or mountain biking with great views of Denver. Red Rocks Amphitheater is only a 15 minutes drive from our house and also provides premier hiking, trail running, and mountain biking opportunities in addition to a historic concert venue. Being centrally located has it's perks as we are surrounded by a myriad of culinary delights and shopping. Oh, and there is always plenty of parking in front of our house! Getting AroundMany of our guests are visiting to attend a concert at Red Rocks which is very easy to get to by car whether you are driving or taking uber/lyft. For the downtown adventurer, we are 2 miles away from the light rail station. It takes 5 minutes to bike/5 minutes to drive/or 30 minutes to walk to the light rail station from our house. The light rails can take you to downtown Denver, Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium, Elitch Gardens Amusement Park, Coors field, and much more. We have a big orange couch to sink into and a cute kitchen that's easy to navigate. Our balcony faces the beautiful front range. We have AC but it can get warm in the summer. The NeighborhoodOur neighbors are friendly and being able to walk around even though we aren't in the city has been awesome. Lots of dogs. You can hear the guys upstairs walking around as they have hardwood floors. We're used to it but you'll definitely notice it. We use a fan at night and can't hear them over it. Getting AroundThere are bus stops out front and Ubers are always nearby. Starbucks and several stores, restaurants and parks are within walking distance. Red Rocks is a cheap, 10 minute Uber drive. Denver has light rail as well but I wouldn't consider our apartment close to a station. Other Things to NoteWe have a rambunctious 2 year old puppy named Duckie who will love you to death. He's very excitable and gets jumpy. Just push him down gently and remind him to stay down.

Walking distance to Belmar Park, and Belmar Public Library; within minutes to Belmar commercial complex, Denver Federal Center, St. Anthony Hospital and very convenient drive to Golden and downtown Denver. The room has a real bed (firm), walk-in closet, and side table. Has a limited space on main entry, may not be conducive for people with mobility issues; sound from HVAC unit may bother light sleeper. The access to this room is via an entryway on the right side of the main house through a small deck facing east. From the entry way, the main landing has limited space, and may not be conducive for people with mobility issue. The stairwell has low overhead opening, leading into the common living area, this private room will be the 1st door on the right. The kitchen and bathroom are located north of the living room. Kitchen has coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven aside from the stove/oven and refrigerator. Trash can and dish soap are provided under the kitchen sink. Spare kitchen towels are also available on the leftmost drawer at the kitchen. Typically, we'll be home to let you in and give your keys for the room or else we'll provide the door code for self-check-in.     The SpaceMy home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac bordered by Jefferson County open space. It's very unique location affords visitors a 270 degree view of both Denver and the front range of the Rockies. The parcel is large at almost 1/2 acre and you can access mountain bike and hiking trails of Green Mountain fight from my backyard. There is also the infamous "beach" , a 600 sqft sandy area with shade provided by 4 Russian Olive trees, complete with a groovy hammock. It's a perfect place to relax during the day or cuddle up by the fire at night. You'll also have access to our hot tub for more relaxation as well as a funky tree house for a bit more adventure. If you're wanting to relax while listening to your tunes, we've also got a bluetooth enabled sound system outdoors. The room itself is actually 2 rooms joined together. You'll have your bedroom space as well as an additional living room area complete with cable and another bluetooth sound system. A great place to get ready for a concert at Red Rocks or just chill for the evening on the couch. Of course you also have your own bathroom that has just been recently remodeled to include a large shower. Guest AccessAs a guest you will have access to our beautiful and spacious backyard with spectacular views of both mountains and Denver. My home is surrounded by open space on 2 sides. This is the kind of place that will be your oasis, a place where you can chill and not be bothered by the world. If you want some local flavor, Golden is really close, about 10 minutes and has some great restaurants and bars. The famous Buffalo Rose plays live music almost every night of the week. For the inner shopper in you, The Colorado Mills shopping mall is really close, about 5 minutes away. It includes a 16 screen theater and major stores like Target, Best Buy, Nieman Marcus, etc. Plenty of sports bars as well. The Yardhouse being my personal favorite. : ) Getting AroundOne of the best things to happen in this area is the arrival of RTD Lightrail about a year ago. Better yet, they've also recently opened another rail line from DIA to downtown which means if you aren't in need of a car for a specific purpose you won't need to rent one. An Uber ride to my house from the rail stop is around $5-6. Light Rail is also a great way to go back and forth to the Denver nightlife without worrying about drinking and driving. The train takes you to Union Station. The heart of what's happening in Denver. Other Things to NoteThe night life in Denver is pretty amazing.especially if you like live music. Lightrail takes you to Union Station, the heart of downtown Denver. From there you can pretty much amuse yourself to no end. Perhaps the best part is you're only about an hour away from epic powder. Being close to the mountains and the main hwy, I70, makes getting to and from the skiing relatively easy when you stay here. To find out what's going on in Denver and the surrounding area, do a search for Westword and check out their events and/or concert listings. They're the definitive site for events around town. Colorado Ski Country is your best bet for online info, deals, etc. when it comes to skiing stuff.

Lakewood's Belmar and Lakewood Commons retail areas are a less than 3-miles east of the home and reachable via a direct bus route if desired. It is connected to the Lakewood Heritage Center which is a small blast from the past. It also has a park with plastic rocks for the kids to climb. Within a 5 min drive you will find yourself at Belmar shopping center with many name brand stores, sidewalk cafes, restaurants, a movie theater, and a seasonal outdoor ice skating rink. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is an oasis in the city. Large shade trees, horse properties, and unique homes keep this from looking like a cookie-cutter suburb. We know all our neighbors and watch out for each other. Makes for a safe environment. Getting AroundGetting to our house from Denver Int'l Airport: approx. 40 mins. We are located just 2 blocks from the W line of our Light Rail system. The nearest bus stop is 5 blocks away. 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Other Things to NoteWe have Two cats. Monty, the gray tabby, is very friendly. Kelso, the black & white, is very shy and will usually disappear when he sees a guest. The cats are not allowed in the guest bedroom or bathroom in consideration of those with pet allergies.

    The SpaceBeing our guest in Lakewood gives you a quiet retreat while visiting the Denver area. We are centrally located 15 minutes to downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, downtown,Colorado Mills and Belmar Shopping. Quick access to Boulder, Central City for gambling. Stay in December and enjoy Ice skating and skiing. In January the stock show is in town and a 15 min drive. 5 minutes to the Jefferson County Fair Grounds. Two guests are ideal. Guest AccessWe have plenty of parking that we share. Enough parking for large vehicles or even a trailer/ horse trailer. Access to the rental has a private entrance with a Harry Potter style spiral staircase. High speed internet in the unit. All essential amenities included for your stay. Interaction with GuestsThis unit is attached to my home but is totally private. We have a private outdoor entrance and keyless locks. Should you need anything during your stay, I will be in and out so call or text anytime. You are welcome to late or early check- ins. We do ask for good communication. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is quiet and very nice for walking as Daniels park is one block away with walking paths, tennis courts and ball fields. If you enjoying walking the Colorado Mills Mall is a 20 minute walk through the neighborhood. Located there are many restaurants, theaters, and activities. The light rail is a 20 min walk to the east through the neighborhood. Getting AroundWe are in a great location just off 6th avenue and I 70. From Denver International Airport we are 40 minutes on I 70. The light rail is a 20 min walk and will take you to the heart of Downtown Denver and to DIA. Other Things to NoteThe ability to use stairs is required to access this property.

      Our home is cozy, comfortable with a modern vibe. Open the front door into our living room with a 56" tv, directv, and remarkable sound system. Past the living room is the master bedroom and bath with waterfall shower. First guest room has queen size bed and full bath with tub down the hall. Walking into the dinning room there's a bar to the right and kitchen to left. Kitchen is modern and functional. Mood lighting is throughout the house. Basement has second private guest room, full bath and laundry room, man cave with pool table, large TV and sectional. Gated backyard perfect retreat during summer. Chill and grill under the 12x24' cover patio with couch chairs, 6person dinning table, and dual grill smoker. Beautiful vegetable and flower garden maintained in spring and summer. 4-5 car driveway. Close to shopping, dining, red rocks amphitheater, & downtown Denver! 420!
