The SpaceThis home is filled with the great smell of fresh air, very clean, nicely furnished and very well maintained with lots of amenities and resources to surprise and please you and with fun outdoor and adventure activities just across the street and within short drives along Colorado's Front Range and into the Rocky Mountains. Clean linens, including bedding and table cloths are provided for inside and outside tables. Green/clean cleaning products are used and no perfumed products (such as glade or fabreeze) are used ever. No pet hair, allergy safe. Want to begin your day with a 5K circuit cross-country ski or run with great views of the Long's Peak and open space around a lake populated with herons, pelicans, ducks, red wings and geese? A local bald eagle couple and foxes can be occasionally spotted. And who doesn't enjoy the antics of prairie dogs on their haunches watching as you pass through Boulder County Open Space? Take a short detour off the main running/ jogging/ biking path and visit the historical agricultural farm or a restful walk along the Oligarchy Greenway 1/8 mile into the morning sun for coffee and scones (Starbucks, Daylight Donuts and Mr. Bean). Within 6 blocks, you will find a Safeway Grocery, Blockbuster and Redboxes, Green Cleaners, Subway, Pizza and an Italian restaurant. This property is especially friendly to families and couples that will enjoy two groomed parks, tennis and volleyball courts all right across the street. A furnished deck, fenced back yard, canoe, picnic wagon, ice chest and folding chair, bike with child seat, and children's outdoor toys make for summer fun. Put the kids in the big yellow utility wagon with a picnic, soccer ball, roller racers, fishing poles or kites to either of the two parks you pass on your run around the lake where they can play in maintained playgrounds and grassy areas--plenty of room for Frisbee tossing or kite flying. Fishing (catch and release), volleyball courts in each of the two parks, tennis courts across the street and a half-court for basketball pick-up in one of the parks, covered picnic tables, basketball half-court and non-motorized boat entrances. While you pack the picnic, the little ones can play in the 4X4 sandbox under a shade tree in the fenced yard. Owner provides tennis rackets, volleyball, basketball, soccer ball and roller racers for the kids. Oh, yes, and a canoe with nifty trailer, paddles and life jackets for two adults, a teen and a toddler can be pulled across the street for a fun hour or two on the water where you may be the only craft on the lake. With all this activity, you will be glad that there is an energy efficient washer and dryer available -- and a drying rack for the ecologically-minded. Not up for all that activity? Inside, make your own blended smoothie or coffee from beans and water straight from the mountains. Enjoy it on the back deck and shady back yard with its eating space for 6-8. The kitchen has all the upgraded appliances, cookware, eating and serving supplies you could need, including a coffee maker and grinder, microwave, Kitchen Aid blender with pasta maker and mixer, electric waffle maker and pressure cooker. Basic cooking supplies are available--a cup of flour, some salt or a pinch spices. Recycling is expected and you are encouraged to contribute non-protein food scraps to the composter. From a viewing deck, accessible by sliding and french doors off the master and 2nd bedroom, enjoy a long view of Lake Macintosh, Long's Peak--great light and shadows in early mornings and dusk year round! Play tennis or practice your basketball shots (dribble the short walk to the half court). Enjoy evening visits or family game time in the family room. Television with cable and DVD or VHS players with children's DVDs and family VHS available, chess and board games. Vintage Nintendo and Play Station available with a separate monitor and game playing area, leaving the television free for movies. WIFI is available throughout. Or, if it is chilly outside, an upgraded efficiency wood fire in the fireplace will warm you up, fire starter and firewood are provided. Caretaker is on property and provides care for yards and gardens and remove snow. Longmont is a very family friendly city, filled with parks, hiking and biking trails and lakes. The SpaceMy home and yard are peaceful and cozy. This is a great place to relax or to use as a base for whatever your purpose is in coming to Colorado. The bed is a double so can accommodate one or two. There is a fireplace in the living room for use in winter. One well-behaved dog is fine. My yard is fenced in and there is a doggie door. Often I am caretaking a dog, so if you are allergic or don't love canines, please ask ahead if I will have a dog when you plan to come. I have an organic vegetable garden in summer and if you're fortunate enough to be here at the right time, I will gladly share some harvest with you. My adult son has recently returned from S. America and is living with me. He is awesome (spoken as a true biased mother), but honestly, he is an very respectful and chill. I offer my home as a comfortable haven, so if there is something you need, please ask and I will try to accommodate. I am usually accessible by phone or text. I want you to feel at home here. Guest AccessYou have your own bathroom with a tub & shower. You can use the backyard with 2 patios to hang out in if desired. I have 2 guest bikes & helmets if you wish to ride. Interaction with GuestsI can steer you in any direction you may need to go and give referrals for restaurants, music venues, hiking trails and other interests. I am a busy, active person so we may just be ships passing in the night (or hallway) so know that you will have personal space. On the same note, I also love getting to know you if time allows. Let me know what time you plan to arrive so I can properly greet you and give you a key. The NeighborhoodI live in a safe neighborhood where I know most of my neighbors. My house is in a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. I am 5 minutes away from grocery stores, beautiful walking areas with lagoons, the hospital & restaurants. The SpaceCome stay in one of the most peaceful corners of Longmont. Your room is a private, fully equipped bedroom and full bathroom for your exclusive use while you're here, tucked in a quiet corner of the main floor. We provide a continental breakfast (coffee or tea, fruit, and a bread such as homemade whole wheat bread and jam, or store-bought bagels, or homemade muffins.) We also call our Lake Vista home -- with limited views of the lake and mountains -- a House of Prayer and Grace because our desire is that all (regardless of faith background) who come to enjoy the surroundings of birds, flowers, trees and other elements of nature will also find Grace. While we used to provide a full breakfast, we now provide a continental breakfast (see description in first paragraph). You are also welcome to cook your own breakfast -- or any meal -- in our kitchen at any time, just let us know your preference. We always have complimentary coffee and assorted teas. There is plenty of street parking in our neighborhood. Need a ride from the airport? We'll pick you up for $35. Guest AccessYou may use all of the main floor spaces -- dining areas, living room, kitchen, and sun porch. The television and DVD aree in the finished basement if you want to enjoy a movie or watch the evening news. The lush garden and yard is also open to you - with several quiet seating areas and a free-standing hammock you can move wherever you want to rest. The second story is our private area; please stay on the main floor or basement. Also, please note that this is our home. We live here. "We" includes Ellen and Dennis, and our very gentle and mostly quiet black lab. We also may be entertaining friends from time to time, including friends with small children (occasionally overnight). During these times we'll give you priority to the spaces noted above if we can and try to stay out of your way as much as possible. Interaction with GuestsThis is our home, so we will be at home while you stay here, going about our daily lives. We both work from home so we're around a lot. We try to spend the amount of time with our guests that is comfortable for them. If you want to stay in your room or keep to yourselves we're good with that. If you want to hang out in the common spaces, that's fine too. If you want to chat or join us in our social activities, that works for us as well. We mean it when we say, make yourself at home. The NeighborhoodOur home is two short blocks to Lake McIntosh and just 30 miles to Estes Park, the beautiful mountain-ringed portal to Rocky Mountain National Park. While Longmont's climate is semi-arid because we are near a lake, our neighborhood is full of trees and other greenery. Up for a run or a pleasant walk? A trip around the lake from our front door is 3.8 miles. Or borrow our canoe (2 people) or kayak (1 person), paddles, and life vests to enjoy the lake and its vistas from another vantage point. The nearby lake park has tennis courts, a volleyball pit, and several picnic areas for you to enjoy if you choose. Getting AroundThere are several restaurants within walking distance (a mile or less), as well as three coffee shops, a major grocery store, and numerous other recreational and shopping opportunities. In addition, Longmont is a 30 minute drive to Boulder, and 45 minutes to Denver, Denver International Airport, as well as within 1 to 2 hours driving distance to numerous other recreational activities such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking and more. Unfortunately, public transportation in our corner of Longmont is not convenient, so bring your car or other form of transportation. Other Things to NoteWe offer a 10% discount to return guests. If you have a small child who would stay in the room with you there is no extra charge. We will consider stays of longer than 2 weeks on a case by case basis. Please ask when you submit your reservation.

The SpaceWe live in a cozy, clean home. We are both yoga practitioners, enjoy the wood stove in the wintertime, and cook most meals at home. There is a cat that lives in the home as well. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, available storage, and a toilet. Towels provided. The guest room is in the downstairs/garden level of the home. This is an older house, and the upstairs floors are creaky, so if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed by noise, this room might not be the best option for you. The SpaceBeautiful and spacious land-marked Victorian home with award-winning garden. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood but has easy access to local pubs, restaurants, shops, sports activities and bike trails; Boulder and the CU campus, NCAR, NOAA and NIST; big-city life (Denver) with museums, galleries, professional sports and nightclubs; and the gorgeous and unsurpassed Rocky Mountains! The house is fully furnished and equipped, and comes with wifi and basic cable TV. Utilities paid for unless otherwise negotiated for a longer term stay. Just bring your clothes! There are three proper bedrooms (i.e., with closet), plus the original "attic" room (which kids love!) which will sleep one. The listing may show it as having four beds, but it actually has five: one king, one queen, one full, and two single. If you want to sightsee in the mountains you will need a car. Otherwise there is excellent bus transportation to/from the airport, Boulder, Denver and around town. Pets are generally no longer allowed, as we have had too much carpet and grass damage. A single small dog or cat may be negotiable. A security deposit of $250 is required for stays up to one month. For one month or longer the security deposit is $1000. There is a cleaning fee of $85 for stays of one week or longer. Guest AccessGuests have full access to the house and garden. Interaction with GuestsIt really depends on the guests, how long their stay is, and the season. I do not interfere, although many guests are eager to chat. In the warm months I come by periodically to take care of garden issues. The NeighborhoodThe house is in the Eastside Historic District of Longmont, which was the first neighborhood established in the city, in the 1860s and 70s. The house is an historic landmark, as are many other interesting and attractive 19th century homes. It is a close-knit and friendly community. Getting AroundThere is very convenient public transport through the Regional Transportation District. Collyer is a bus route, and the Bolt bus to Boulder (comfort and speed) picks up just a few blocks away. For airport transport you take the airport bus to/from Boulder, and then the Bolt, to and from Longmont. You can also easily access downtown Denver this way - and the Rockies Stadium is just steps away from the depot. The renovated Union Station in Denver is now open, which will provide central transport for local, regional and shuttle buses, as well as Amtrak. Other Things to NoteOur preference currently is to book for longer stays, such as a month. But please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any request, as we try to be flexible and accommodating.

The SpaceWe are in a great location. Across the street is a large park, and an elementary school with a track. We walk/run and take our dog there all of the time. We are also a short distance from paved and unpaved paths along Left Hand Creek. They go for miles. If you don't have a car, or simply prefer to walk or bike, buses into Boulder and Denver are a 10-15 minute walk away. If hiking, cycling, and/or mountain biking are your thing, Michael can give you plenty of inside information. On occasion, a bike may be available to borrow. Guest AccessYou will have private access to your bedroom and bath, and shared access to kitchen, den, living room, front and back yards. We will provide a key for getting in and out of the house. Interaction with GuestsSacha and Michael enjoy interacting with guests, but respect privacy. We want you to feel comfortable hanging out with us or keeping to yourself. We have lived in a variety of housing situations and are fairly adaptable. Sacha works on weekdays and Michael alternates between working at home and elsewhere. The NeighborhoodPlenty of open space and walking trails nearby. There are three parks within walking distance, along with a creek path. It's a very walkable neighborhood. Oskar Blues' taphouse (The Tasty Weasel) is a 5-minute walk away. There are four other craft breweries in town. Michael can give recommendations. Getting AroundBuses to Boulder and Denver are a 10-15 minute walk away. Drive time to Boulder is 20-25 minutes. Drive time to Denver is 40 minutes. The nearest mountain trails are 20 minutes away, and Rocky Mountain National Park is a 50-minute drive. Downtown Longmont has a surprising number of restaurants, shops, and entertainment, along with the best cheese shop and cafe in Colorado. It is 5 minutes by car, and 20 minutes by bike. Other Things to NoteWe have a small to mid-sized dog who is about 1 year old. She is friendly and energetic, so guests need to have a relative degree of comfort with dogs. We keep her out of other people's business, but occasional transgressions may happen. Coffee and Tea are always available. During summer months, we are often overloaded with garden produce and you are free to share.

The SpaceYour bedroom is on second floor, with 2 windows overlooking an open space with mature trees. Your bathroom is down the hall and is private. The bedroom next to yours is a private office (off-limits). The third bedroom is where we (Connie and Clint) sleep and have our own bathroom. The kitchen and it's appliances are available for your use. There is an extra bicycle in the garage you can borrow. You have use of the laundry room washer, dryer and iron. Guest AccessThere's plenty of parking along the street since there is not much traffic here. Living room (LR) is your entrance. Kitchen is straight back from LR. You can store items in refrigerator and use the stove, oven, microwave, and sink. You have a cupboard to store your non-perishables. Bedroom and bath are upstairs. You are welcome to sit on the front porch bench during the day (summer only). WIFI (fiber optics) reaches the porch area & is the best internet service in Colorado. Interaction with GuestsWe are usually at home day and night. I, Connie, am available to help with questions, directions, and other assistance you may need. I lived in Europe (5 years in Germany) and can be very empathetic with guests from other countries, especially when it comes to the English language, culture shock, and American customs. Clint is also a willing helper. If I'm not at home when you would like assistance, call my cell ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). I've been living in Colorado for 35+ years and can provide lots of info about where to go and what to do in this exciting state. The NeighborhoodOur townhome style condo development is called Poplar Grove. There are some old cottonwood trees behind the buildings in the open space. We have 82 units in our development. In the neighborhood, there are lots of open space and walking/biking trails along the Left-Hand Creek. Longmont Recreation Center (pools, climbing walls, stationary bikes, weight training, gym, fitness classes) is several blocks away. Major grocery store and an organic alternative store are in walking distance as well as bus lines. Getting AroundWalk 2-4 blocks to bus stops. Buses and express buses can take you to downtown Denver. Buses in Longmont are free. Buses to Boulder are not free but do run often. If you have a car, it's about a 50 min. drive to Rocky Mountain National Park - not to be missed. Other Things to NoteIf you are used to living closer to sea level, you may experience some tiredness in this high altitude environment. Take it easy on your exercise workouts in the first few days. Drink more water than normal. We have a semi-arid atmosphere. Typically we have 300 sunny days each year - so you can count on bright days and good weather. The hot and cold temperatures in Colorado are easier to endure because the dryness makes it feel moderate. If you ski, the snow is dry and powdery and you'll love it.

We try to spend the amount of time with our guests that is comfortable with them. If you want to stay in your room or keep to yourselves we're good with that. If you want to chat or join us in our social activities, that works for us as well. We mean it when we say, make yourself at home. Our home is two short blocks to Lake McIntosh and just 30 miles to Estes Park, the beautiful mountain-ringed portal to Rocky Mountain National Park. While Longmont's climate is semi-arid because we are near a lake, our neighborhood is full of trees and other greenery. Up for a run or a pleasant walk? A trip around the lake from our front door is 4 miles. Or for a $20 fee, rent our canoe, paddles, and life vests to enjoy the lake and its vistas from another vantage point. (We'll help you bring the canoe down.) The nearby lake park has tennis courts, a volleyball pit, and several picnic areas for you to enjoy if you choose. There are several restaurants within walking distance (a mile or less), as well as three coffee shops, a major grocery store, and numerous other recreational and shopping opportunities. Guest AccessYou may use the basement recreation room outside your bedroom and the main floor spaces -- dining areas, living room, kitchen, and sun porch. The television and DVD is in the basement recreational room, if you want to enjoy a movie or watch the evening news, but we only have the one TV so please be prepared to share if necessary. The lush garden and yard is also open to you - with several quiet seating areas and a free-standing hammock you can move wherever you want to rest. The second story is our private area, and we ask that you stay on the main floor or basement. We try to spend the amount of time with our guests that is comfortable with them. If you want to stay in your room or keep to yourselves we're good with that. If you want to chat or join us in our social activities, that works for us as well. We mean it when we say, make yourself at home. PLEASE NOTE that sometimes we host friends or groups of people to use our house as well. We will try to let you know about these things in advance when it will overlap with your stay. In such cases these events do not run late and to date it has never been a problem for our guests. The SpaceWelcome to our home! Our lovely updated ranch home is comfortable, modern yet cozy, and is right in the middle of Old Town Longmont and about 12 miles from Boulder. Walking distance to Main Street restaurants, bars, and shops, farmers market, and the Sunset golf course and public pool. The kitchen has been updated with a gas stove and is fully equipped. Relax in our open bright and airy living room with plenty of seating and a flat screen tv with cable and HBO. The bedroom is cozy and comfortably fits a brand new king size bed and minimal furniture. Our front bedroom/office will be unavailable and used for our personal items. There is a second basement bedroom with a Queen sized bed and nice furniture, but PLEASE NOTE: the basement is only partially finished and the walls and ceiling is exposed brick and wood! There is one full bathroom upstairs next to the bedroom and a half bath in the basement. We recommend our home as a one bedroom but you are welcome to utilize the comfortable second bedroom in the basement. Our home is an older home with minimal insulation between the two levels so there is definitely sound that travels between floors so not recommended as a two bedroom if you are looking for perfect separation and privacy between guests. Our home does not have AC in the summer months so in order to keep the home cool we have a window AC unit in the bedroom and several fans in the home. We advise guests to close windows and blinds during the day and open windows at night and it keeps the home a very comfortable temperature! Guest AccessThe entire house will be yours to enjoy. You are encouraged to utilize outdoor spaces as well! We have a great grill outside that is great during summer months. Interaction with GuestsWe will likely be traveling during your stay but will always be available be phone or text at all times for anything you might need! The NeighborhoodOld Town Longmont is absolutely beautiful and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

The SpaceThe Cool Tiny House (1BR) is bigger inside than it seems, about 400 square feet, perfect for one or two people. Very quiet, comfortable, super clean, and has everything you need (including coffee). It doesn't have a TV, but there's wireless internet and a large flat screen monitor. One cool special feature is the Roland electric piano. You can play it as loud as you want, no problem. There are a couple of other musical instruments as well. This place would be ideal for people visiting friends or family in Longmont. I've left some kid's books and a few games and toys, including a wooden railroad set, in case any kids come to stay. There's a nice Queen sized bed, brand new expensive sheets, comfortable for a couple or a parent and child. The couch is great for napping, if needed someone could spend a couple of nights sleeping on it. My son and I normally live here, but stay in our other house just a mile away ~1 month out of every quarter. Currently, February and May are the months that the Cool Tiny House is definitely available. We've put lots of good energy into this space, including painstaking cleaning, and provided many nice details that travelers will appreciate. Guest AccessThe Cool Tiny House is a small one bedroom house that you'll have to yourself. Interaction with GuestsI'll be staying only about a mile away and will be readily available for any questions or needs you might have. Call, text, or email me and I'll get back to you promptly. At the Cool Tiny House you'll find detailed instructions about the house, and recommendations for local spots to check out. I've lived in Old Town almost 10 years and know the inside scoop on the best places. Anything you want to know, just ask! The NeighborhoodThe Cool Tiny House is located in a quaint Old Town neighborhood, with big trees, quiet streets, and cute houses. It's a great place for walking, riding your bike, and relaxing. Main Street is ~15 minute walk, one attraction being Long's Peak Pub. There's also a great dispensary, Native Roots, 10-15 minute walk. Left Hand Brewery is about the same distance. A very short bike or drive and you can visit many other breweries, tap rooms, and distilleries! Roosevelt and Thompson parks are also 10-15 minute walk, Sunset Park and golf course even closer. The St. Vrain Greenway, great for biking or running, is about 10 minutes walking distance. Golden Ponds is also ~15 minute walk down the street. Getting AroundThere's a Park and Ride (bus stop) that's a 15 min walk or 5 minute drive, and local RTD bus stops within a block or two. Other Things to NoteThere is NO TV in the Cool Tiny House. However, there is wireless internet, and a flat screen monitor that you're welcome to use. There is also no dishwasher. The shower is great (lots of hot water and pressure), but there is no bathtub.

COLORADO Authentic log cabin, located 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking, Estes Park, Indian Peak Wilderness. Cabin is located on our 5 acre ranch. Awesome views of Rocky mountains. Our cabin was re-modeled, after being moved onto our property from Longmont. One of the engineers of Trail Ridge Road lived in the cabin. Now used as our guest house, adjacent to the main house. Quiet dead end street. Rural setting. We are on five acres.

Come stay in a one of a kind home that you will never forget! From the imported old world hardwoods and tiles to the hand made cabinetry and stained glass, this home will leave a lasting impression on you and your family. Centrally located in the heart of the historic district of Longmont, you will stroll tree lined streets and parks admiring historic architecture every step of the way. The master has its own private bath with jetted tub, his/her copper sinks and walk in cedar closet. The main level has shared bathroom with custom sink cabinet and low tub/shower combo. Our home is separated into two rental units. The main 4/bdr 2/bath house consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the main level. In addition, for a small fee, there is a lower level In Law Suite which has its own bedroom with queen bed, living room with double futon, full bathroom and kitchen. The fee to unlock the In Law Suite is 100 per night. There is no outside entrance and we will never rent separately. Please specify if you would like to include the suite on your inquiry and we will adjust the quote accordingly. The front yard is on a quiet street with small lawn. The back yard is shaded with patio seating, flower planters filled with strawberries, raspberries and grapes. There is also an apple tree to pick from as well. Unfortunately the house has taken up most of the lot space so large outdoor events should be hosted in the park across the street. We hope you enjoy our home and plan to come back soon! Thanks, Jill and Ted Reitsma Here is a recent review from one of our renters.. 7-24/15 "Hi Ted and Jill, You asked for a critique: the house lacked nothing. Just lovely, the mixture of the old and new was very well done, it would be interesting to know a bit about the history of the house, the renovation and the addition. Sure looks to us like a lot of time and effort was spent to put together a wonderfully livable house. All twelve of us were favorably impressed. The neighborhood was also very good. The little park down the street and the business district over on Main street were well attended by our group. We found the local pizzeria, the Chinese and the Italian restaurants and we saw some delighted owners when our group showed up for a meal. Certainly the house was the focal point of our trip which boiled down to providing a venue for the children and grandchildren to get to know each other a little better. Most of the time the conversations never stopped, and my eldest son had four business meetings with clients in the Denver area. Just this morning I was approached to do a repeat performance next summer, so it looks probable to meet there again next year. We will keep in touch vis a vis our plans for next year." Stroll the tree lined streets and admire the victorian era historic houses along the way. Historic downtown is just a few blocks away and has numberous shops, restaurants and brew pubs to choose from.

Why stay in a dull cookie cutter chain hotel when you can pay the same or even less to have your own carriage house in the internationally recognized New Urbanist community of Prospect, named by Dwell Magazine as “America’s Coolest Neighborhood”? You’ll find everything you need to feel at home in this modern, comfortable and clean second story home. Sleep well each night in a lovely canopy bed. The bedroom also has plenty of closet space and a small desk from which to work (with wireless high-speed Internet). The well-lit living room with vaulted ceilings is stylishly furnished with a sleeper sofa, a dining table and a flat screen TV that has your favorite channels, including HBO. The kitchen has all the tools and accessories that you would expect to prepare your own meals, but why cook when you can walk down the street to choose from one of Prospect's many terrific restaurants? The home also features a lovely garden patio area where you can relax as you listen to the sound of trickling water from a small fountain. A highlight of your stay will be taking strolls down the narrow tree-lined streets of Prospect, enjoying the unique blend of traditional and modern architectural styles as well as the lovely parks and a great playground for the kids. Spend a lazy morning at our local café, The Brewing Market, reading the morning paper as you sit at a table out front looking west as the warm morning sun casts vibrant shades of red, orange and yellow on the nearby Rockies. When the evening comes around, take a short walk back to downtown Prospect for dinner, where you'll have several great options to choose from. Comida offers delicious Mexican comfort food and killer margaritas in a contemporary setting. Urban Thai is a popular restaurant that serves an authentic and tasty menu (don’t miss the Lemongrass Chicken). The new 2020 Food and Wine Bar is a classy yet casual choice for wine flights, artisan pizzas, salumi, cheese and salads. The Rib House has award winning Kansas City style BBQ and a great bar with numerous local craft beers and $1 Tacos on Monday nights! Longmont also has four award-winning microbreweries in town as well as an amazing cheese shop. The Cheese Importers is a local gem and a must see for any foodies, with hundreds of different types of cheese from all over the world that are supplied to over 400 fine restaurants, natural grocers and hotels along the Front Range. Families looking for activities beyond Prospect will have many options to choose from. The Longmont Recreation Center is just one mile away, where you will find a great indoor pool for the kids, a climbing wall, basketball courts and a fitness center. Just across from the Rec Center is the Longmont Museum and Cultural Center with exhibits on regional history and various changing programs that is popular with Longmont children. Downtown Boulder is just a short drive from Prospect, where the whole family will love visiting Pearl Street and the majestic Rocky Mountain National Park is only one hour away to your northwest. Kevin and Maria will also be happy to provide you with tips on the great places to go for hiking, mountain biking or snowshoeing in the area so that you can be sure to experience the best of Colorado's magical outdoors.
