The NeighborhoodOur established neighborhood is full of mature trees and lovely open space with trails that lead to a nearby pond. Our local trails connect with other trails and open space areas throughout Louisville. There are numerous parks with playground equipment for kids. Old Town, and elementary and middle schools are all within walking distance. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Getting Around10 minute walk to RTD bus stop, 30 minute bus ride into downtown Boulder (no hassling with parking!) RTD buses also travel to other areas of Boulder County, Denver, and Denver International Airport. Other Things to NoteWe now have an Alfalfa's health food store in Louisville, located at 785 E. South Boulder Road. Great place to get a quick and healthy takeout or dine in meal.

The SpaceThis is much more than a private room in a shared living space. It is an entire garden level with its own private entrance, furnished, one bedroom with full sized bed, two dressers, small walk-in closet with shelves, full bath, living area with fireplace and television (with antenna; no cable - pretty basic), laundry, and limited dining area (with table, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, teapot, some dishes) and work area with small built-in desk. Entrance to garden level through the garage (not the prettiest entrance, but private). Available for short-term rental. RATES: One person: $44/week day; $46/weekend day; $280/week; $995/month - one-time $40 cleaning fee - $150 security deposit (this is not collected up front, rather "held" by airbnb and only charged in the event of damage or cleaning beyond 1 hour required to return unit to original condition) Wifi and all utilities included (heat, AC, electric, water, sewer, trash and recycling). I am a mature, friendly, single woman who is quiet, clean and respectful and will be living on the upper floor. I love people and socializing, but unfortunately am unable to spend much time with my guests due to my busy work schedule. So if you're a person looking for lots of privacy, this is the spot! Located 20 minutes to Boulder and Longmont by car, ten minutes to Louisville, 15 minutes to Broomfield and Rt. 36, 30 minutes to north Denver. This is a 70's ranch home - not fancy or modern, but clean, comfortable and cozy. This is an outstanding central location for anyone checking out the area for a permanent residence, business travelers, or vacationers. The neighborhood is very quiet with wonderful neighbors. Must be quiet, clean, respectful, no smoking (no exceptions - inside or out), no pets. I request that shoes be removed on entering the unit. We will share spaces on a very limited basis. I will rarely share the downstairs laundry room with all renters and only occasionally need access to the storage closets on your level, but will be respectful of your privacy. Renters may use my dishwasher on the upper level to wash dishes as needed. One parking space available on street in front of house. No garage or driveway parking available. No cooking privileges on the upper floor. The unit is ideal for someone who primarily eats out and just needs a space for light breakfasts and re-heating left-overs. It doesn't work well for someone who needs to cook meals. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, tea pot and table/chairs included on your level. King Soopers, Vitamin Cottage, Sprouts Market and several restaurants and coffee shops are all within 10 - 15 minutes. Full payment due within 2 days of reservation. $150 security deposit (deposit will be applied to any damages or excess cleaning). Deposit will be held by airbnb and released at the end of your stay if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning is required (over one hour), and guests follow house rules (e.g., no smoking inside or out). Guest AccessWe will share spaces on a very limited basis. Access to the the beautiful 27 mile long Coal Creek/Rock Creek walking/running/biking/x-country skiing trail is a block and a half walk (5 minutes). The trail connects Lafayette to Louisville, Superior and Erie. Waneka Lake is about 1 mile away (@ a 20 minute walk) with a beautiful running/biking trail, paddleboat and canoe rental and more. Getting AroundAccess to the Regional Transportation District (RTD) bus line is about .8 mile (@15 minute walk). Local buses also have bike carriers. You are welcome to store your bike in the garage. Other Things to NotePLEASE NOTE: This is a housekeeping unit. The cleaning fee covers ONE HOUR of cleaning strictly limited to washing linens, making bed, and restocking supplies after guest has moved out. Guests are provided with cleaning supplies, and are expected to leave the space in the same condition of cleanliness as when they moved in (bathroom, floors, all appliances, etc. must be as clean as they were on day of move-in). Damage deposit will be applied if owner is required to do any cleaning beyond items listed above after move-out. Owner maintains a high level of cleanliness for the comfort of guests. Prior to booking, guests are asked to consider whether they are willing to either maintain cleanliness or pay for a professional cleaner to do so in order to return premises to same condition as move-in. Owner is happy to make the washer and dryer available for use with a limit of 3 loads/week. An initial supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided and detergent for the first 3 loads of laundry. Renters who stay over one week are asked to provide their own laundry detergent and other disposable supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and other kitchen and bath needs.

The SpaceWelcome to our home in lovely Louisville Colorado. We sit up on a mesa in a quiet suburban community that is a 10 minutes drive from Boulder. Your private room and full bath are on the garden level of a split level home. The room and bath are clean and well maintained with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The hand held shower head is a mounted high on the wall working well for guests of all heights. We have 2 very friendly cats in our spacious 2200 square foot home with a large yard with a large willow tree for summer shade. We have easy access to public transportation - 1 1/2 blocks to the bus - in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to open space with mountain views. As well as easy access to the freeway to Denver and on to the mountains. Rocky Mountain National Park is a 45 minute drive as is Eldora ski resort. WIth many great local spots for hiking, biking, splashing and tubing in the creek. We are about a mile from downtown Louisville - with restaurants, coffee shops, free summer music concerts, and a weekly farmer's market. Guest AccessRoom, bath, wireless internet. The SpaceThe house is roomy, updated, and well equipped. Main level has family room, study, living room, separate dining area with dining room table, fully equipped kitchen with bar-height kitchen table. Bedrooms (5) are on the upper (3) and lower (2) levels. Details: Upper level: (1) Master suite (tempurpedic queen) with two vanities and luxury walk-in shower (~20 square feet) with mountain view. (2) Second bedroom (full bed, good for kids) with adjacent full bath. (3) Third bedroom is normally used as a kid play area. We will set up a queen air mattress and linens in this room. Lower level (basement, w/natural light): (4) Roomy guest bedroom (pillow top queen). (5) Large additional bedroom (full bed), great for kids. Other sleeping options: There is a new (2016) queen sleeper sofa in the lower level living room (sleeps 1 or 2) and Lane pullout twin bed (sleeps 1) in the study on the main level. Both have memory foam mattresses. Lower level also has additional living room with 46" HDTV. Two full baths are on the upper level, one full bath is on the lower level, and a half bath is on the main level. Nearby Harper Lake (1/2 mile away) is a great place for a stroll, with fantastic views of the front range of the Rockies. Or, for a longer run or walk, just cross under McCaslin Blvd for miles of trails with beautiful views. (We'll leave a map for you.) Downtown is about a mile away and has a great variety of restaurants and shops including free concerts on Friday evenings in the summer at the "Street Fair". Recreation center with pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, weights, tennis courts, etc less than a mile away. Getting AroundTwo blocks to the local bus to Boulder, Broomfield, Superior or Lafayette. Two miles to the regional buses to Denver.

The SpaceOur house has a modern/cottage feel and is classy on the inside, and flowery and beautiful on the out. We are artists and we care deeply about aesthetics and warmth, so this place stands out! We live just 3 blocks from downtown Old Town Louisville, CO and 15 minutes from Boulder. Walk to amazing restaurants, parks and boutiques in the town that was rated the #1 place to raise a family by Money Mag. in 2012 and 2014! Our kitchen and living room have an open floor plan and have been renovated this year with stainless steel appliances, smart TV and new furniture. There are 5 bedrooms in the house, 3 that will accommodate adults and 2 for kids and small children (one has a trundle bed for 2 kids or 2 adventurous adults and the other has a crib). We have an awesome back yard that is perfect for a bbq (includes gas grill usage) or evening happy hour! We provide new washer and dryer, cable and wireless internet. The bus stop is just couple blocks from the house and can drop you off in South Boulder, Colorado University Campus, or the heart of the downtown Boulder Pearl St Mall. Louisville is 20 minutes drive from Boulder and 40 minutes to downtown Denver. Estes Park is also just over an hour drive from the house. Other Things to NoteThere is wireless access throughout the house. Close to old town Louisville for great restaurants and nightlife. Louisville has been rated one of the best towns to live in, in America for the last several years by Money magazine (including #1 twice over the last few years), as well as by other publications. It's the perfect town if you want to have easy access to Boulder and Denver.

The NeighborhoodWe LOVE this tranquil part of Louisville and the trail system right at our front door. We also LOVE our neighborhood. And we LOVE Louisville after living for 15 years in Boulder. THE MESA is indeed a special place for clearing, comforting, and gaining perspective. Also, around the corner is a labyrinth that allows you to meditate thru walking. It is Gaiam's hidden gem just a couple of blocks from the hOMe. Getting AroundPublic transportation to Boulder/Denver/DIA is 2 blocks from our home! We also have an extra car which can be shared with agreed upon provisions. The SpaceThere are queen beds in each bedroom with down comforters, high quality sheets and plenty of pillows. There is a day bed in the den that can sleep one small person and the large couch is very comfy and could accommodate an adult easily. A high quality queen air mattress is also available upon request. There is an open floor plan with a comfy L shaped couch and adorably remodeled kitchen. Large windows allow you to easily take in the scenic rural blessings. There is a window AC in each bedroom and fans throughout the unit to keep it nice and cool during the warm months. Cable TV and wireless internet are also available. Guest AccessThis is a duplex and I live on one side and offer the other as a short term rental. Guests have their own entrance and use of the beautiful front and side yard. There is a shared laundry room in the back of the unit and the back yard may only be accessed by guests with owner permission. Interaction with GuestsI live on the property and while I respect guest privacy, I am around and available. The NeighborhoodThis is a fabulous location! It is on the edge of Boulder and Louisville. 5 minutes to Old Town Louisville, 10 minutes to Old Town Lafayette and 15 minutes of Down Town Boulder. There are bike and hiking trails with in minutes of the front door. Getting AroundThere is an RTD bus stop 2 houses down. Biking and walking to Louisville via the bike path. Other Things to NoteI have 2 dogs that live on my side of the duplex that occupy the back yard. They are only out doors when I am home and are used to peoples coming and going from the property. There are horses in a paddock off of the back yard of the property.

Getting AroundGetting Around Easy direct bus access just ½ block from the house will take you to downtown Boulder and the University of Colorado, with the World Affairs Conference and outdoor Summer Shakespeare festival. For access to/from DIA airport, we recommend either the SuperShuttle van service or the RTD bus which stops at Louisville. Your bus ticket allows for a free CallNRide shuttle directly from the bus stop to the house. It’s also just a short walk to the Louisville Recreation Center. They offer classes, equipment, racquet and basketball courts, a large pool, hot tubs, saunas and more. No membership required - you can pay by the visit. The SpaceThe home is large, but provides a cozy feel. There are five bedrooms: a master and two children's rooms on the top floor, and two adult bedrooms downstairs with adjoining full bath. Central air conditioning keeps things cool in the summer months. The Schimmel upright piano in the living room has a beautiful sound and feel. The kitchen / family room has warmth, comfort and intimacy. An outdoor patio adjoins this room, with patio furniture, umbrella, and gas grill for dining out. Much of the backyard is protected by trees, and includes a children's play structure. The downstairs includes a wet bar, air hockey table, audio-visual room, and a second full-sized refrigerator. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is quiet, with few rental homes. The home is a half a mile from a small park that is great for young children. There is a large open space behind the park, with panoramic views and some nice single-track running trails. The city of Louisville is not widely known outside of Colorado, but it's a small gem. With ~ 15,000 residents, there is one central main street with a great mix of new and old restaurants and three or four microbreweries. Louisville boasts a surprisingly good music scene, with great acts on Fridays in summer at the Louisville Street Fair. Getting AroundLouisville is small enough to get around by bicycle using the many trails and bike paths throughout the city. The Boulder-Denver area supports a strong public transportation system. The Dash bus stops a few minutes walk from the home, and runs between downtown Louisville to Boulder's University Hill neighborhood to the Pearl St. Mall in central Boulder. The home is well connected to central access roads, without suffering from traffic noise. South Boulder is a five-minute drive; downtown Boulder is closer to 15 minutes. Denver is just under 25 minutes.

Additional items include a large tiled bath, walk in closet, and Queen size bed. In the winter, a small electric fireplace adds ambiance and additional heat if desired. If you have any extra time, there are 120+ TV channels and high speed internet. Street parking is available with possible winter parking in the garage. RTD is also available on the corner of 95th(N-S) and Arapahoe going into Boulder using Arapahoe (east/ west) Other Things to NoteIndian Peaks golf course is open to the public. Enjoy the views from the club house deck and driving range. It's only a 2 min. walk from the house. Rates and reservations can be found on line. A little further from the house you'll find Wanaka Lake, The Brewing Market coffee shop, and many restaurants. And if you like to work out try the Lafayette rec center-- 5 min away, as is the YMCA--- which is a great facility. Eldora ski are is in Nederland -45 min. drive straight west.

Other Things to NoteLAUNDRY: Our laundry-room is located in the area you will be in, and you are welcome to use it as much as you wish. The SpaceOur house is great for the entire family. With multiple family rooms on separate levels providing enough room for adults and kids alike. And the bedrooms are all together on the top level, with two queen bedrooms and one single with the addition of a crib. The sofa bed also pulls out for additional sleeping space. Downtown Boulder is just a hop skip and a jump away. The Dash bus also goes directly to downtown Boulder. The newly remodeled kitchen, master bed, living room, and playroom are large, total home space 2700 sq. ft. There are also a business-ready office, laundry room, and three bathrooms. We will leave directions for how to use the wifi, TV, DVD player, chromecast and sound system. Outside there is a patio, several yard spaces, a chicken coop and a large field. The house is super private: it isn't visible from the street, faces no neighbor windows, and is bordered on two sides by a 6 ft. privacy fence. Taking walks around the property and our quiet neighborhood is relaxing. Guest AccessAll spaces in our home are open to you. There will be ample storage free for your belongings and food. You are welcome to everything in the fridge or pantry. Our kids are excited to share their toys and art supplies -- no need to pack anything other than a favoritr stuffie! We will have a friend stopping by to take care of our chickens who will also be available to help (for instance, plowing the driveway if needed). Our dog will be elsewhere while you are here. We also own and manage several long-term rentals, so we have a good sense of what lodgers need. The NeighborhoodWe are in a very safe, quiet, and private neighborhood. Lots are spread out and sunrise views of the Flatirons and Rocky Mountains are incredible. From the back of the neighborhood there is a walking trail that joins the Davidson Mesa trail system. Getting AroundYou'll have space to park two cars in our garage. We are 5 minutes by car from Louisville, 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and Lafayette, and 20-30 minutes from Longmont and Denver. The DASH line picks up from S. Boulder Rd., a two-minute walk, and goes to Louisville, Lafayette and Boulder. It intersects with all other lines at the downtown Boulder station and some lines, including the AB airport bus, at the Table Mesa station. If you have a little extra time to use the bus, you can reach most regional destinations without a car. Other Things to NoteFireplaces are not operational. We are open to hosting more than 10 guests if you are having a family gathering. There is a lot of floor space, and with notice we can provide additional air mattresses, sleeping pads and/or sleeping bags. We do not allow parties, but quiet gatherings with local friends and family, maximum 15, are fine.

    The SpaceAmazing light filled home 1300 sq ft of living space, with a large fenced yard, walking distance to everything in downtown! The original home was built in 1892, and is part of Louisville History. Lovingly renovated last year, the 100 year old floors were refinished to look like new, there are skylights, huge windows, and a chefs kitchen. The house is on a corner, and backs up to an alley so you'll only have neighbors on one side, and plenty of privacy. There is a large fenced yard with vegetable gardens, and a few young fruit trees. The neighborhood is just amazing. I hope you love this home as much as we do! Brand new furniture upgrades summer of 2016, nothing drastically different just new and fresh! Kitchen: Entirely upgraded and recently renovated, top of the line kitchen with Thermador appliances. The stove has 6 gas burners, a built in griddle and a tap over the stove to fill pots. There's a convection oven, a steam oven, and a warming drawer below. The a built in desk near the kitchen is a great place to set up your laptop and get a little work done if you need to. Large living room with plenty of windows and skylights. We don't have cable, but we have high speed internet and smart TV with plenty of streaming options. Light filled dining nook, it's cozy but there's room for 3-4 chairs, a bench for a couple of kids, and a high chair. There are flexible options for sleeping arrangements. 5 guests seems like a reasonable number for this space, more might feel a little crowded but it's not a hard line, send me a message with a little information about your situation if you think our house might be a good fit for your slightly larger group. Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed 1 Pack and Play - If you need more infant/toddler sleeping options please let us know, we can surely borrow a friend's extra pack and play for you to use. Getting AroundYou can walk or bike everywhere everywhere! Our home is right in downtown, on the same block as the Louisville History Museum, one block from restaurants, coffee, and shopping. There is a trail system connecting all the way from Boulder to Erie & Denver! The RTD Dash bus stops just across the street and can easily take you to Downtown Boulder. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the house. If you don't feel like renting a car, Uber has a pretty strong presence here as well. Other Things to NoteThere are some train tracks near the house, so you may hear an occasional train go by. Some people love this, while other people find it to be a nuisance, consider yourself warned! Generally I don't find it to be a problem, and our kids love to go out to the sidewalk next to the house and watch the trains. We welcome longer term guests as well, the home is in the BVSD school system, and districted for Louisville Elementary (Great Schools Rating: 8), Louisville Middle School (Great Schools Rating: 8), and Monarch High School (Great Schools Rating: 7). We are just a few blocks away from the middle school, it's an easy walk for kids. I'm on the local school district parent council, we've moved around a lot and seen some good, bad and ugly schools, and I just love the schools in the Boulder Valley School District. If you'll be staying long enough that you'd like to register children for school, I can help you with your residency documentation.

Minutes to Boulder, close to Denver, and an hour to closest skiing for day trips and 2.5 hours to the high country. Guest AccessThe house will be available while we are traveling. The master bedroom and bathroom are all yours, and there is a half bath downstairs. Kitchen, living room, and art studio are open, but my son's room is not included. My office is ok to use, as well. There is a hot tub, too! Washer and dryer are in the basement. There is also a separate apartment in the basement, so this is a space for someone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay. *I've only listed days that I know for sure I will be away, but I can be elsewhere upon request, so please don't hesitate to ask about other dates.* Interaction with GuestsI'll be available some by phone while traveling and will line up contacts for you here as well. We are 1/3 mile to the nearest bus stop, but routes are limited.

Other Things to NoteIf you're wanting to entertain during your visit, I'm open to possibilities as we have a Viking 6 Burner Stove, 2 Ovens in our main kitchen and a Weber Grill on the deck. Rumor has it that on weekends and holidays, coffee and a few brunch goodies are often available. :) Never be afraid to ask for what you want!

This location is far from the train that runs just east of Main Street, so you can rest well and enjoy a short walk to downtown Louisville. Around the corner is the large Louisville Community Park with a a pond, playground, dog park with water, basketball court, and BBQ amenities. It's an easy (1 mile) walk to downtown Louisville, recognized as the best place to live in the US. Louisville has a quaint Main Street with great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, regular and natural food grocery stores, amenities, and music. In the summer, there is also plenty of outdoor eating, a weekly Street Faire, weekly movies in the park, and a weekly Farmer's Market. There are bike and hiking paths along a creek around the corner, Coal Creek Golf Course down the street, and many nearby tennis courts, all of which have great views of the Rocky Mountains and famous Flatirons. You'll be able to walk or bike anywhere around Louisville, or take the bike/running path to South Boulder and/or central Boulder. If you want to drive or take abundant public transportation or Uber, Flatiron Crossing Mall is 10 min.; Boulder 12 min.; Denver 30 min.; Eldora 45 min.     The SpaceWe are offering our lovely 3 story house, fully equipped and ready to be enjoyed. Main Floor: The main floor has an open kitchen, every day dining table (seats 6 to 8), living room with a fireplace, a guest bathroom and a nice separate dining room for 8. There is a mudroom when you enter though the back door where you can store shoes, backpacks and jackets. On this floor you will also find a nice patio with grill, couch and side table to enjoy the fresh air during the afternoons. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave and any utensils you may need, all set to host 12 people easily. Plates, silverware and all kitchen stuff are available for you to use. Basement: The basement hosts a large TV room, with an X-BOX, pingpong table, dart set, small goal, foam swords, balls and legos. It also has its own fireplace, full bathroom, and a comfortable and large couch. It features a large bedroom with 2 beds (king and twin), a bar and a wine cellar that we invite you enjoy. Top level: The top floor features 4 bedrooms (2 suites) and 3 bathrooms, a closet loaded with board games, and a laundry room with washer and dryer that you can use. The master bedroom also has an amazing balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the front range that is about 10 mins away. Of course, we include towels and linens. You don't need to worry about those details... What else do you get in this amazing place? Free parking + free Internet + washing and drying machines. Could this be better? Yes, the location of this place is a short drive from Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont and Denver. It is conveniently located facing the front range, 2 blocks from the YMCA (where you can find a large pool, child care, ice skating and a gym), 2 blocks from the grocery store and the library. The neighborhood also features many parks and children type facilities, including a climbing wall. Surrounded by trees and next to a path that leads to a beautiful biking area our place is just a gem. Getting AroundYou are invited to park anywhere around the house, it is a corner lot so there is plenty of space. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the neighborhood, a 3 min walk from the house. Other Things to NoteIf you are looking to stay for more than 1 week, we very much encourage you to get our cleaners to help you get new linens, new towels, water plants and take care of garbage and all of those things you might prefer to not worry about during your stay. We are happy to provide their phone number, you can easily arrange cleaning with only one phone call. The house is located at higher elevation and the Colorado air is very dry. As such, it is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day while staying in Colorado. A portable humidifier is available to you as well.
