Guest AccessManitou Spring and the surrounding area offers some of the best outdoor activities in the nation. Our hiking trails and access to the Pike National Forest wilderness are second to none. Take the Incline challenge. Ride the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak or hike the miles of trails in and around the Manitou valley. Then walk into town for a quality meal and fine drink. Or prepare a meal from foods provided the developing onsite organic farm. Bath in the mineral springs at Sun Water Spa. The sites and adventures are endless. Interaction with GuestsThe Keithley family lives on site and is at the disposal of our guests at any hour. We also wish our guests to enjoy their privacy and quite while they stay with us. The NeighborhoodIt is hard to believe you are so close to town when you arrive. The layout of the Keithley estate allows for seclusion and privacy. But is convenient to all attractions. We are less than 1 mile from the Garden of the Gods and downtown historic Manitou Springs Getting AroundA bus line runs down Manitou Avenue but you are within walking distance of downtown shops and businesses. A free shuttle runs to downtown Manitou during the summer season. A shuttle stop is one block from the estate. Other Things to NoteThere is a working farm on the property. Pick you own salad (but have one of the farmers with you!)

Nestled at the base of Pikes Peak, our Royal Chambers suite is tucked away at the back of our 1892 Queen Ann Victorian with it's own private entrance overlooking Miramont Castle with Jacuzzi tub for TWO, A/C, fireplace, flat screen TV, wireless internet, efficiency kitchen and BBQ grill. Our hillside stand alone cottage is a one bedroom, one bath, porch and patio with BBQ grill., flat screen TV, free wireless, A/C. Both are just a couple of blocks from historic downtown for shopping, dining and exploring. Other close attractions include The Manitou Incline, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Iron Springs Melodrama Theatre, Air Force Academy, and the Olympic Training Center and many beautiful hiking trails.

The SpaceThis home sits at the base of the Incline trail just a block away from the Cog rail station and a half mile to the center of downtown Manitou Springs. It is perfect for groups that love to hike or others that just love to shop. The home won a preservation of the year award in 2010 as it was taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt! The SpaceA private romantic retreat at the back of an 1892 Queen Anne Victorian. A private outside entrance leads you to your suite with a sitting area, fireplace, 32 inch flat screen, efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, small refrigerator, sink and electric burner. The best part is relaxing in the jacuzzi tub for two. The suite also has a separate shower with rain shower head, The deck overlooks Miramont Castle. Cable, Internet, MP3 Player/Alarm Clock included. Off street parking, and within walking distance of historic downtown Manitou Springs for boutique shopping, dining and art galleries. You may also walk to the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Barr Trail and The Incline. If hiking, nature, relaxing and rejuvenating is your thing, this is the place for you. The suite was our most popular B&B suite, and very private. There are no pets in the room with you, only in the backyard that is not accessible to guests. Mrs. Thatcher is her name! The SpaceThis is my home and you are welcome to enjoy it. The whole lower level is the airbnb guest apartment with it's own private entrance. It has three large bedrooms, a TV area, a game room with what has become a very popular vintage pinball machine and a pool table. The kitchenette has it all including sink, frig, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, toaster, dishes and flatware. There is a table for dining or games and it can be converted into a felt covered poker table for the gamblers. The upper level is where I live. The patio upstairs also has a BBQ grill that guests are also welcome to use. The beautiful old historic Santa Fe trail is a short walk from the house. The trail is a beautiful easy hike and runs along Fountain Creek for miles and miles. There are many attractions very nearby including the spectacular Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Canyon, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Rock Ledge Ranch, Glen Eyrie and The Pikes Peak Cog Railway. The 5 star Broadmoor Resort is 20 minutes away as is the amazing Cheyenne Canyon with Helen Hunt falls and the awesome Seven Falls. About an hour away is Canon City, home of the great Royal Gorge park with it's gigantic suspension bridge, the highest in the world at 1000 feet. The Arkansas river cuts thru the canyon and thats where you can ride the famous Colorado rapids. Getting AroundYou'll need a car to get around and see all there is to see.     This charming condominium is just steps out your door from restaurants and shopping. We are located in the heart of Manitou's Historic District. You will have off street parking. Manitou has been a vacation destination since the late 1800's and gives you a one of a kind out west experience. Our condo offers a beautiful updated full kitchen with granite countertops and all the amenities. The upstairs showcases beautiful refinished hardwood floors, pillow top queen bed in the master bedroom, and a charming updated bathroom. The dĂŠcor is a lovely southwestern and Spanish motif to complete you out west experience. The second bedroom offers a charming trundle bed, the sofa in the living room accommodates a queen sized bed. You also have a small family room upstairs, so if you have children, you both can have a TV for your entertainment.     Our Cozy Cabin by Garden of the Gods is located in historic Manitou Springs, Colorado. The property is located in the very heart of Pikes Peak Area. It is about 5 min from downtown Colorado Springs, 3 min to National Historic District of Old Colorado City (a part of Colorado Springs) and 2 min to Historic Manitou Springs downtown. The property is located just two blocks from Memorial Park and Mineral Springs Gazebo... enjoy fresh mineral water every morning!Shopping and restaurants are about 3-4 blocks away. We like to walk downtown to have some mineral springs water in the morning or a cup of coffee at the nearest coffee shop.t. Taste some mineral water from different mineral springs on the way to downtown. The cabin is located on a quiet one way street. The property is comprised of 2 bedrooms/1 full bathroom downstairs, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room/breakfast nook upstairs. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Utility room has a washer/dryer combination (stackable). The trail right above my house offers an easy 1 mile walk to Barr Trail (and the Cog Railway) and the Manitou Incline. I have fabulous views of Garden of the Gods and Williams Canyon and am a 10 minute drive to Garden of the Gods. Getting AroundOur area isn't known for public transit but there IS a free shuttle that runs throughout Manitou during tourist season as well as a bus that runs into downtown Colorado Springs. I'm 25-30 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport and about 90 minutes from downtown Denver and Denver International Airport. I'm easy to find just west on Hwy 24 from I-25. Other Things to NoteI do have the friendliest cattle dog on the planet, Ruxton and he loves canine visitors and plays well. I'll keep him out of your way if you prefer not to interact but he does live here with all the joys and "surprises" a dog can bring. If you're not a dog-lover you probably won't be happy here. I'm decently well-traveled throughout the world - Peru, Ecuador, Ireland, England, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and love sharing the place I call home with others.

        The SpaceFor parents who have students at the Air Force Academy, this is an ideal location. The space includes one queen bedroom and across the hall is another bedroom with 2 single beds. Lovely full bath shared by you and your children . This ranch-like setting is close to amenities. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak as you sit on the front porch or under the pine trees. Out our front door are miles of great walking trails. We have lived here 23 years while boarding horses and breeding goldens. Truly an amazing experience. Guest AccessGuest will have access to the kitchen, their own private bedroom and full bath. A sitting area inside the house and outside on the grounds. During the summer there is a heated pool available most of the time. (We can't leave our grandkids out!!!). Also, internet is available. As of May 14, 2016, a female visitor will share a bathroom with another female living in my home. Interaction with GuestsThat will be determined by what they like. If they are here for privacy and solitude it is available. They set the tone. The NeighborhoodBeyond the backyard fence is a beautiful, peaceful 500 acre natural park. Deer, rabbits, and many varieties of birds frequent the area. There are many miles of trails in Ute Valley Park with lots of large evergreen trees. A 156 foot bluff behind the house offers a location for a quiet and beautiful view of the neighborhood, the Colorado Springs area, and Pikes Peak. Did you know that Katharine Lee Bates wrote the song "America the Beautiful" from atop Pikes Peak in 1893? A six foot wide trail more than a mile long runs through the neighborhood. Getting AroundA bus stop is located within a 20 minute walk. Bicycles can be rented to get around on the extensive Colorado Springs trail system. The Santa Fe Trail continuing with a name change into the Greenbelt Trail is more than thirty miles long with many trail offshoots. A mile walk on the neighborhood trail takes you to Walgreens. Getting AroundWe are just 10min from I-25 and Woodmen Rd, in a very Rural Neighbourhood. We are 2 miles down a gravel road but once you arrive I guarantee the views will be worth it. Other Things to NoteWe have 3 dogs that are all hypoallergenic and very friendly. We can keep them out of the downstairs space if you would prefer. We also have chickens with one rooster that will crow sometimes throughout the day. I love the sound but thought I should mention it. We also have a large greenhouse that provides a tranquil space to relax and listen to the waterfall within.

The NeighborhoodThe White Yarrow Inn and Farmette sit on a rare piece of residential property, a full one-third of an acre in the historic business district of Manitou Springs. The occasional revelry on Manitou Avenue notwithstanding, the neighborhood just South of the Avenue is quiet and safe. Wildlife of all kinds visit the neighborhood. It is very common to see deer noshing on greens or bounding over walls and fences in area yards. The neighborhood, like the rest of Manitou Springs, rests on a karst aquifer, and several fountains enshrine the artesian springs that pop up throughout town. It is safe to drink directly from the mineral springs, which are among Manitou's greatest natural treasures. Getting AroundManitou Springs no longer hosts the trolley that long ago took people from Colorado Springs and neighboring Old Colorado City to and from Manitou, but one can take the same journey using the #3 bus which features stops in several locations along Manitou Avenue.
