The SpaceRarely rent this apartment out! But when I do, here are the details... 2.5 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom apartment located about 10 minutes from the center of Boulder. Very quite location with great views. The apartment is on the upper floor (2nd floor). It is overlooking a large park. The place has a TV, Wifi & Netflix movies. Moreover, the apartment is centered in Gunbarrel which is in Boulder County. There is a golf course and tennis courts that are within 5-minute walking distance. There is both indoor heating and air-conditioning. The apartment is approximately 10 years old and is kept in terrific condition -- please refer to the pics to get an idea of the place. Furthermore, the kitchen is spacious. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft which can be used a 3rd bedroom in some cases. The small bedroom contains a single twin bed. The larger master bedroom contains two queen sized beds. One is firm, while the other is a pillow top, so pretty soft. The master bedroom also has it's own bathroom with shower. It large enough for two people. There is another bathroom with standing shower that is connected to the smaller bedroom. Overall, a really nice place. Please check with us promptly since certain dates are blocked out. Thanks!

The SpaceNiwot is centered in Boulder County. Our home is perfect for a family and kids with spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, skylights, & designer colors. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and an espresso machine and is fully stocked with kitchen utensils. The lower level has a large separated room next to a full bathroom that is great for older kids. Upstairs has 2 available bedrooms. The romantic master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a beautiful view of aspen and willow trees. There is a large walk in closet and a bathroom with his and her sinks, a large shower with a massage head and storage drawers for toiletries. Towels and bedding are there for your use. Also upstairs is 1 smaller room with a nice tree view to the back yard, and another full bathroom with a tub. You can barbeque outdoors on the large deck surrounded by a huge rose and flower garden & covered patio with a grill. Walking to the historic old town for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, small grocery, art galleries, antiques, boutiques and more ((URL HIDDEN) is a must. Hike on some of the trails near the home with great views of the mountains and open space. Only a 10 minute drive to Boulder Reservoir -- a great place to take the family swimming or boating on a hot Summer day. You can also visit the city of Boulder only a 10 minute drive from Niwot--with more trails and things to see and do such as the Fiske Planetarium, museums, cinema, malls, the Dairy Center for the Arts, Chautauqua park (for concerts, hiking, picnic), ethnic restaurants, Eldorado Springs (for hiking and outdoor swimming pool) and much more. Boulder County also has several outdoor music festivals in nearby towns that are really worth visiting for dancing, food and music. Boulder and other nearby places has world class rock climbing and mountain climbing such as Boulder Canyon, Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. These parks are also some of the best Colorado attraction for families with much wild life and beauty like no where else in the Country. Colorado has 53 of the 14,000 ft. mountains to hike and climb as well. Indian Springs natural hot springs is just a 45 minute drive from Niwot too. The SpaceThis is Boulder, Colorado. This is a 3rd floor fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath very nice quiet condo with stairs and no elevator. We do not allow any pets and we have a no smoking rule. We have provided a PaknPlay for babies and toddlers. It is in the master bedroom closet. You have to provide the bedding. Great views of a park and trees. A wonderful vacation spot in all seasons. There is a pool and tennis courts for your use. You can take a drive into the mountains and visit Gold Hill, Co. It is the first place gold was discovered in Co. Very historic buildings and a five star dining experience. Take a look at their website: (URL HIDDEN) are 2 hours from Vail. It is also close to the CU campus and all of what downtown Boulder has to offer. You are 45 minutes from Denver which has lots of cultural opportunities. The master bedroom has a queen bed with 4 inches of memory foam on top of a regular mattress. The guest bedroom has twin beds for 2 adults or two children. It is a trundle bed so one of the twins can be pushed down and slid under the other one for more room in the office or for just one child or one adult. All linens & towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, pots and pans, glassware,silverware and dishes. Paper towels, coffee filters,napkins & toilet paper are all provided. Also a full washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets are provided as well. There is a wood burning fireplace with wood provided. Please call for instructions before lighting a fire. There is an outdoor pool in the summer. There are tennis courts on the property and the weather in Co. in the summer & some winter days are warm enough for you to play. There is a small workout studio for that early morning workout to start your day. The possibilities are limitless for a 4 night stay or a week or a month. Let us know how we can help make your visit full of lifetime memories. Also there are hiking and bike trails right outside your door. A ski resort is close by at Eldora with bus service from Boulder and then Vail is a 2 hour drive up I-70. We can be there for questions about the surrounding area or we can be no where to be found. It is up to you. We have lived in this area for 40 years and have explored a lot. Call us, email us or come visit our home up in the mountains in Gold Hill. We are open to what you will need or want. Grocery shopping, the cutest P.O ever, gas & banking are close by and you are right across the street from the famous Celestial Seasonings Tea Company. Stop by for a free tour! They also serve a wonderful lunch buffet for the public. There are a few great ethnic restaurants right around the corner. Also the Boulder Resavoir is a few minutes drive for swimming and boating. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Boulder is a 10 minute drive or you can catch the bus right up the street. We provide three parking spots for your cars. Two are under carport spots and the other is an outside spot. There is a bus stop less than a five minute walk from the front door. Bike trails are right outside the door also. It is about a 30 minute bike ride to Boulder depending on how fast or slow you go. 90% of the ride is on designated trails. The best way to get to our condo from DIA is the Super Shuttle. They will drop you right at the door. They have picked us up and dropped us off, so they do know where it is. Our cleaning fee is $100.00 per visit. 4 night minimum. Close to Boulder, Longmont and Historic Niwot...just 30 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and Eldora Ski Area...the locals favorite skiing away from the crowds! Denver is a short drive, many amazing breweries all close by... A perfect 5 star cottage! This brand new cottage is nestled under huge cottonwoods. Four miles from downtown Boulder, University of Colorado campus. Two miles from historic Niwot. Thirty minutes from Eldora ski area, and Estes Park. On Haystack Mountain golf course. Location is perfect. Access to left hand creek on the property. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Private parking. Cable and internet, no modem for cable internet. Completely private cottage. Limited contact with hosts. A quiet country location on a creek. Near bike trails, hiking, camping, skiing. Tourist areas of Rocky mountain park and Estes park. Denver one hour drive. within two miles. Bus to Denver and Boulder Pets accepted for long term rentals and include 500.00 additional cleaning fee. Guest Accessyou have full access to the entire cottage. There is one private door in the closet that leads to the shop area. This is off limits except for storage of your bikes. Interaction with GuestsWe are living in our private home on the premise but we do not interact with our guests unless they want to. Denver one hour drive. Getting Aroundwithin two miles. Bus to Denver and Boulder Other Things to NoteLate night check ins are possible however the cottage is hard to find on the property. It is very secluded. Therefore regardless of your arrival time it is essential to contact Greg an hour before arrival. We will leave the lights on and provide great directions to the front door. You can make yourself at home.

The SpaceGorgeous & comfortable home with many amenities. Feels like you are in a Tree house. Main floor living room, dining room and kitchen. Walk out to the back deck and enjoy the outdoors. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (king and full beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, and a family room with Bunk Bed & TV (Roku: Netflix, Amazon, Etc). Note - free Wifi, No Cable TV - Must use VHS/DVD/Roku. Stocked with dvds & videos. Guest AccessNeighborhood Pool & Hot Tub Neighborhood Gym (small) Separate office in Back of House is not available to guests. The bathroom in basement MAY be occasionally shared if I am using the office (very occasionally this happens) Interaction with GuestsI will meet you at Check-in. The NeighborhoodThe Trails right behind my house lets you enjoy the woods & wetlands, great horned owls and herons. You can saunter around for shorts walks, or go farther for some exercise. The pool across the street is so refreshing in our warm summers, and my hot tub is set to 104 (although you can turn it down if you want!)

The SpaceYou'll have lots of of privacy. You absolutely can't hear the neighbors! The deck is larger than it appears in photos and has plenty of space for your gear or for hanging out. Guest AccessGuest access includes two parking spaces (one covered), pool, tennis courts, a small work out facility, nice park a block away and miles of trails in the Boulder area. Interaction with GuestsWe have lived in the Boulder area for over 20 years. My family and I have skied almost all of the resorts in Colorado, but our favorites are Winter Park and Eldora (proximity). If you are new to Airbnb, I'm happy to walk you through the process. Or, if you use Airbnb a lot for your travels--so do we! The NeighborhoodI love how quiet this area is. . . away from the parties and noise in Boulder, yet only 5 miles to bars and restaurants on Pearl Street if you're looking for a night out. There are so many outdoor activities in the area like hiking, biking, fly fishing, skiing, snowboarding, and so much more. Getting AroundRTD runs several bus lines just a 1/2 block from the condo. There are several companies located nearby: IBM, Covidien, Qualcomm, Spectra Logic, among others. Other Things to NoteWe specialize in long-term rentals. If you would like to book a week or less, we will open up reservations 45 days in advance. But, it doesn't hurt to ask!

The SpaceMy little house is light, bright and cheery! It is an old fashion house with a newly remodeled kitchen. There is no dishwasher or microwave but it has a new gas stove and is open to the livingroom. 2 bedrooms, and a small bath at the end of the hall. There is also a laundry room for your use. Guest AccessEasy access to coffee shops, restaurants, live music and only a short 10 min drive to Boulder and the mountains. Enjoy the back yard with a gas grill and surrounded by trees! Interaction with GuestsI will not be here during your visit, but will have a contact person to take care of your needs. The NeighborhoodI love my little historic western town of Niwot. This is a town that is all about community. Please walk around to enjoy the beauty and quaintness it has to offer. There are wonderful biking and hiking trails as well. The Boulder reservoir is only a 3 mile drive from here. Everything in town is an easy walk from the house. Getting AroundThere is a driveway to park in. The house is conveniently located to hwy 119 that runs west to Boulder and east to I-25. Please contact me for directions from Denver Airport. Other Things to NoteThe house comes with a big orange tabby cat named Banjo. He sleeps most days and is out most nights! Very lovable and friendly. He will require friskies and fresh water in his bowl.

The SpaceThe guest house, pool and hot tub are located on the North end of our 3.5 acre property. The guest house has 2 very large rooms. One room is used as the bedroom, but also has a large living space including a couch. The second room includes the kitchenette and main living/dining area which has large french doors that open up onto the pool deck . There is one queen bed and a futon mattress that is available for additional sleeping. There are also two couches - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There is a single tv in the bedroom for using the Bluray/DVD player. There is also an app for using your own netflix account. There is NO cable/live TV. The guest house has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator (NO freezer) and cooktop. It is stocked with the necessary dishes and a microwave. There is no oven. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the pool and hot tub. Please note the pool is usually open between May and September. Interaction with GuestsWhile the guest house is on the same property as our home, there is a significant distance between the two houses. We do not utilize the guest house while we have guests. The NeighborhoodOur home is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the country, with easy access into downtown Boulder. There are often deer and other wildlife around the house and in the neighborhood. The property has tall grasses and many trees with magnificent views from Longs Peak to Pikes Peak. The views are breathtaking. Getting AroundA car is required and there is plenty of room for parking. There is no public transportation directly to our home. We are approximately a 15 minutes drive into downtown Boulder, and 30-40 minute drive to both Denver and the airport. Other Things to NoteThere is a single window a/c unit in the bedroom, but many windows to take in the beautiful views that allow a good cross breeze that keeps the house cool during most of the summer.

The SpaceThe house is fully furnished, with linen and towels included. There is a complete kitchen with utensils, laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) and high speed Wi-Fi. We've scraped ceilings, removed walls and opened up the home so that it's light and airy. The walls have accent colors and there are beautiful Buddahs and artwork. Guest AccessIn addition to your bedroom and bathroom, you will have access to the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Also you have access to all amenities in the kitchen (appliances, pots/pans, and condiments too so you don't have to buy those). 2 bikes for the nearby trails. 46" Big screen TV set up with Chromecast and Amazon Prime. USB connection. (Just bring your USB drive with movies in it. All you have to do is plug in your USB drive into the TV, and enjoy the movies.) The tea is on the shelf to the left of the sink in the kitchen. Coffee is in the freezer and we'll leave instructions for the Keurig. Cereal is in the top shelf of the cabinet. The NeighborhoodWe have gorgeous views of the Front Range and Continental Divide. There are hours worth of trails right outside the door. It is nice and quiet, yet super close to everything in Boulder. We're in the Gunbarrel neighborhood which has a King Soopers grocery store, Tod's Coffee shop, a few local breweries and restaurants. Getting AroundThe bus stop is at the end of the block and it will take you to downtown Boulder. TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT A cab is about $84. SuperShuttle is a "shared ride" airport shuttle that transports several passengers and is cheaper but generally takes longer ($33 for one person direct to our home). The NeighborhoodThis town home is quiet and peaceful, but an easy 7 mile drive to Boulder for nightlife and a steady offering of cultural and community events and recreation. Hiking, biking, restaurants and brewpubs are just part of what Boulder has to offer. On a more practical level there is a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shop, bank and restaurants about a mile away. Both our house and the neighborhood are very quiet most of the time, so if you're looking for a place you can retreat to in comfort, you'll love the upstairs bedrooms & bath. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. Getting AroundWe're less than 20 minutes NW of downtown Boulder (per GPS), near trails with wonderful views. Perfect for those who have a car, with easy access to various local tourist destinations, like the Celestial Seasonings Tour, Leanin' Tree Art Museum, wine , beer and a meadery tour. NCAR is nearby as is music and every sport activity that you can imagine, short of scuba diving! Guests are welcome to park in our driveway or use the common parking area located a few feet down the street. Interaction with GuestsWe only rent when out of town and have a manager that checks on the space for us. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is the Shire of Boulder. Amazing trees and trails everywhere. Big Twin Lakes within blocks for long walks and the best Boulder dog park right across the street to meet people, dogs and try food carts. Getting AroundThe bus picks up right out the back door. The bike ride to the heart of town is a beautiful track down the Cottonwood Trail to the Boulder Creek Trail.

The SpaceIt's a cozy little condo - very simple and laid back. Great views from balcony. Across the lakes you can walk to my favorite brewery, Avery. The private bedroom has a queen tempurpedic and the living room is a pull-out foam mattress: both are comfortable. I have blankets galore as well! I have a Smart TV set up with Netflix and Chromecast, tons of games and books, a small kitchen (no microwave), big bathtub, and relaxing bedroom. Please note that fireplace is decorative only, but I do have an efficient space heater. Guest AccessLiving room, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, balcony, pool, gym, street parking (and private bedroom if you're booking the whole condo.) Interaction with GuestsI am a very social person! I love talking about everything there is to do and see in Boulder and if time permits, I could show you around. The NeighborhoodTwin lakes are right across, and if you go past the lakes, you're at Avery Brewing Company! Plus a 5 minute drive from Celestial Seasonings ;) - 20 minute drive from Downtown Boulder or Longmont - 45 minute drive to Denver - 1 Hour drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater - 1 Hour to closest ski resorts (El Dora or Loveland) Getting AroundBoulder is very bike and bus friendly :) Plus we have Uber and Lyft! The SpaceCarriage House Our private carriage house is located in Boulder County just 12 miles outside of historic downtown Boulder. We are situated just east of town with breathtaking views of the flatirons and easy access to I-25, Denver, and Fort Collins. The SpaceYour room has sunny south and west exposures. The farm is a peaceful escape from the city with hiking close by, just a few hundred yards from Left Hand Creek. All the animals are friendly and the chickens wander the property at their leisure, providing entertainment at a moments notice. If we miss the late spring frost, the fruit trees (apples, pear, peaches, plums and cherries) will provide juicy snacks. Our breakfast is a full chef prepared breakfast complete with farm fresh eggs of course, Except on Saturdays when we are at the Farmers Market. We will provide Self serve items on Saturdays. Chef Melissa is also happy to provide farm fresh dinners for an additional fee, of $30 per person. Our home is a great place to lay your head for business travel or shopping for a residents. We are minutes from downtown boulder, biking routes,hiking, 30-40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and less than 2 hours from top mountain ski resorts. Guest AccessGuests may wander the property and have access to the main living space and on the main floor. For privacy, the guest sleeping room and bath is on its own level. At certain times of the year, a second bedroom is occupied on the guest level and the bathroom is respectably shared. Some guest have found it rewarding to participate in farm chores and are welcome to do so. The NeighborhoodWe are just 7 minutes to the edge of Boulder and 12 minutes to downtown, yet in the country surrounded by fields and distant neighbors. We live along the most popular bike training hyw around and summer bike races and Iron man race. The property is nestled against the foothills, providing views as if one were actually in the mountains. Both sunrises and sunsets can be spectacular. Getting AroundBeing distant from Boulder proper, a car is recommended. There is a bus stop that is a 5 minute walk from the house, but the route does not run on weekends. The highway is well traveled by bicycles, so that is an option as well. Other Things to NoteBeing an active farm, we do have animals that make noises. Roosters do crow, turkeys gobble and chickens holler when they lay an egg. We also have a farmhand roaming the property doing chores during the summer and weekends are often "work weekends" when a crew of volunteers show up to take on a project.

The SpaceParking: Park anywhere that is not in a carport. Street parking is also available if needed. Kitchen: Some food may be in the fridge and freezer and cabinets, but there is plenty of room for you to store food and cook. There is a french press for your coffee needs, also please feel free to use anything in the kitchen to help you cook, eat, etc... Bathroom: I will lay out towels for showering and towels (blue) for the pool/hot tub. Please do not use anything stored in the linen closet. Bedroom: The bed is made and sheets are clean. The SpaceThe room for rent is in a finished basement. The bedroom and has a large window allowing in plenty of light. Attached to the bedroom is a private bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet, shower\tub, and vanity. The bedroom contains a Queen bed. An additional (high quality) inflatable Queen bed can be used to accommodate an additional 1-2 guests. If you have more than 4 guests you are welcome to use the basement couch or borrow a sleeping bag or two and camp out on the floow. In the basement you will also find an entertainment center with 42" tv, blu-ray, dartboard, couch and chair. There is no separate entrance to the basement. The basement is accessed through the main floor of the house. While we may have to go downstairs from time to time to get something from storage we will respect your privacy and treat the basement as a private area. Guest AccessGuests will be provided with a key and will have access to basement via the main floor 24 hours a day. Guests will have access to the main floor kitchen from 5 AM until 10 PM. Guests will have access to the main floor kitchen to store food and prepare meals. Guests are welcome to use cooking staples (oil, spices, baking supplies, etc). All we ask are that guests clean up after themselves if they do use the kitchen. We respect that some guests may not appreciate the energy of a black lab and will try to limit that exposure if desired, but if you are not a dog person then this may not be the place for you. During the week we are up and about by 7 AM. While guests are staying with us we try to be as quiet as possible, but if your looking for absolute silence in the morning then this might not be the place for you (you will be in the basement so the sound level should be minimal if nothing at all). Our family's rooms are on the 2nd floor, so the main floor of the house insulates your area from ours. Noise does not carry from one floor to another. Perfect for a short-term stay while you are here for business or a restful home base for your vacation or family visits. We have plenty of free street parking. We have a washer and dryer on the main floor, and if you would like to use it, just ask. We are great hosts and will give you the information you need along with the privacy you want. Please note that there is not a separate entrance to the basement apartment. You will enter through the front door of the house and then go to the downstairs. This house features beautiful, artistic decor and has 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 and a half baths and a pull-out couch. There is also a room off the master bedroom that has a large single bed - a perfect space for a couple of kids or one adult. The house accommodates 6 people. The main guest-room opens to the landing and hallway. There is a room connected by a door to the master bedroom which has a full-size bed and the room has its own window. Also, downstairs, the TV room couch pulls out into a single-size bed. The state-of-the-art Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious home- cooked meal, beds are made with soft linens and bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and soaps. The fenced-in and beautifully landscaped patio offers a perfect spot for grilling, dining or just relaxing while watching the birds! You will have wi-fi and cable during your stay as well as washer and dryer use. There is a 2-car garage and plenty of parking on the street. The SpaceWe have a cozy, modest home on a beautiful property with fantastic mountain views. The guest room is on the main floor of the house. The clean shared bathroom is right next to the guest room. Our house is small. You are welcome to join us in our living/dining room. But other than the guest room, there is not any private space in the house to relax. Outside is a different story! We are on a 70-acre farm. There are lots of places to stroll around and relax. But keep in mind that it is a working vegetable farm. There are are lots of lovely areas on our farm. But there are also other equipment and storage areas that leave something to be desired from a visual perspective. You will enjoy our home the most if you want to visit our animals, chat over breakfast, enjoy the mountain views, and walk around our farm. Unfortunately we do not live on a luxury estate. The guest room is clean and comfortable, but our house is not a big, romantic farm house. It is a modest home that we maintain on a farmers' income. We do our best to keep the house tidy, but you might come across muddy boots in our mud room entrance, or a chaotic kitchen that is the result of Wyatt's cooking adventures. Breakfast is generally served around 9 am (or later if you like) and will include some fresh baked scones, muffins, or other goodies. Due to my schedule, I am not able to serve breakfast before 9 am. If our chickens are laying, I will make some fantastic eggs for you, too. Also please let us know if you have any food allergies or other dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate. Guest AccessYou are welcome to walk around our organic vegetable farm and visit with the animals. You are welcome to put some food in our fridge. But unfortunately we are not set up to share our whole kitchen and have guests cook meals here. We are not a WWOF-style farm. I am a born hostess and I love inviting people into our home and making them feel welcome. However, there is so much to see on our farm during the summer and we will do our best to answer questions, etc. We spend our winter days working inside and have time to spend with guests if they like. The NeighborhoodThere is fantastic road biking right outside our door. There are also hiking and mountain biking trails near by. Boulder is a great place for foodies. We can give you recommendations on the best places to eat. Or stop by one of the many micro breweries in Boulder County. Getting AroundYou will need a car to stay here. But it is a quick and easy drive to Boulder and other surrounding towns. Other Things to NoteWe provide clean towels and bed linens. We generally have check-in after 4pm and check-out before noon. But we can be flexible. Just let us know ahead of time if you'd like to come/leave earlier or later and we can almost always make it work. DOGS: We have 2 enormous dogs! Let us know if you are not a huge dog fan and we will make sure to manage the dogs while you are here. They can be intimidating if you are not comfortable around 100+ lb dogs. Roxy is the bigger dog--weighing in at around 120 lbs. But all she wants is to have her belly scratched. Cedar is a little smaller. But she is also older and a little grumpy. We keep Cedar away from guests unless you absolutely love all kinds of dogs. CAT ALLERGIES: Please note that we have an indoor cat. We can keep the cat out of our guest room. But our home may not be the best fit for you if you have severe cat allergies.

The SpaceThis comfy townhouse has two bedrooms and one full bath as well as an office. High vaulted ceilings with large windows offer plenty of natural light for a relaxing and airy feel. This is a corner unit that also doesn't share any walls with other units, so its very quiet. The first bedroom has a queen bed with brand new linens and a new memory foam mattress. There is a ladder (pictured) up to the second bedroom which is a loft space with a full size futon with new linens. The top bedroom may not be appropriate for children because of the ladder. There is an office on the first floor as well which includes a desk and printer. The kitchen is fully furnished with any utensils that you should need. The living room has a couch, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is also a table which can expend to fit more people. The patio is off of the living room and faces west with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have off street and on street free parking that doesn't require a parking pass. Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire unit. Our complex also has an outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Interaction with GuestsI am taking care of my friend's home while he is working in Alaska for the summer and in Antarctica in the winter . I live just five minutes away and I always respond quickly to calls, texts, or email. Just always let me know if you need anything and I'll make sure you are taken care of! The NeighborhoodWe are just ten minutes to downtown Boulder and Pearl St and five minutes from charming Niwot. Our complex has an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a tennis court. The Gunbarrel Commons park is just right across the street which makes a great place to take the dog out or play with the kids. The Boulder Reservoir is just two miles away with great easy trails. If you're into cycling, Spine Rd has a large bike lane that connects directly to 63rd St just 1/4 mile away which is one of the main cycling thoroughfares. Gunbarrel provides miles hike and bike trails that you can access just a short walk away. We are about a ten minute drive from other fabulous hiking trails in the mountains. Gunbarrel provides the closest amenities such as a grocery store and multiple restaurants and bars. These are all about a mile away if ever you don't feel like heading into Boulder. If you're in town for business, we are directly across the street from Celestial Seasonings and we are just a mile from the Gunbarrel business park. Getting AroundWe have on and off street parking if you have a car. There is a bus route (the 205T) that stops directly in front of the unit.

The condo is located a few miles from the Boulder Rolfing institute, 5 blocks from the new Avery Brewing Company, across the street from Celestial Tea Seasonings and within walking distance to parks, trails and Twin Lakes and Boulder res. The complex is well maintained with impeccable grounds. For Boulder, it is green and colorful. Getting AroundThere are numerous buses that come within a 3-10 minute walk of this complex. Other Things to NoteThis apartment is mostly available via the private room but if you are a larger party looking for a long week or weekend stay, I would be happy to rent out the entire apartment (two bedrooms, two bathrooms). This place could easily host 6 comfortably, with more on couches and the floor. The rent would change but we could negotiate that when/if you're interested.

" This is a destination vacation spot in all seasons, with travelers visiting from all over the world, Boulder, Colorado. Our condo is a 3rd floor fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath very nice quiet condo with stairs and no elevator. We do not allow any pets and we have a no smoking rule. We ask everyone to remove his or her shoes upon entering. There are great views of the park and trees from the balcony. See the photos and you will know what I mean. From the condo you can take a 30-minute drive into the mountains and visit Gold Hill, Co. It is the first place gold was discovered in Co. With very historic buildings and a five star dining experience at the Gold Hill Inn from May thru New Years Eve. The master bedroom has a queen bed with 4 inches of memory foam on top of a regular mattress. The guest bedroom has twin beds for 2 adults or two children. It is a trundle bed so one of the twins can be pushed down and slid under the other one for more room in the office or for just one child or one adult. We have provided a Pak N Play for babies and toddlers. It is in the master bedroom closet. You have to provide the bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses, silverware and dishes. There are basic food groups in the cabinets. Paper towels, coffee filters, napkins & toilet paper are all provided. All linens & towels are provided. The full size washer and dryer are a must, with detergent and dryer sheets provided as well. There is an outdoor pool in the summer, which is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. There are tennis courts on the property and the weather in Co. in the summer & some winter days are warm enough for you to play. In the summer be sure to visit the Boulder Reservoir a few minutes drive for swimming and boating. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Boulder is a 10-minute drive or you can catch the bus right up the street. We provide three parking spots for your cars. Two are under carport spots and one outside spot. It is about a 30-minute bike ride to Boulder depending on how fast or slow you go. 90% of the ride is on designated trails. The best way to get to our condo from DIA is the Super Shuttle. They will drop you right at the door. They have picked us up and dropped us off, so they do know where it is. Our cleaning fee is $100.00 per visit minimum 4-night stay. 4-night minimum. There is a bus stop a few yards from the front door. You are within walking distance of Celestial Seasonings Tea Company. They have great lunches & you can get a free tour of they factory where their famous tea is made. Bike trails & walking trails are everywhere. Horseback riding in the summer, also fishing, bird watching & lots of great restaurants in between. It is one of the most visited vacation spots in the US, winter & summer. The coyote featured in the photo was on a trail 5 minutes' walk from our front door! If you turn and walk the other way, in 2 minutes you are in the heart of Niwot: local market with organic food/tasty dining options, restaurants, 2 small breweries with live music, exercise gyms, tennis courts, neat artsy little downtown with monthly cultural festivals, bike, horse, and walking open space trails with wildlife galore. This area is wonderful for all ages. No pets, no smoking. You have a private bedroom and bathroom and full use of the kitchen, living room, and balcony with grill and place to sit and enjoy fresh air. If needed, the couch in the living room folds out to a full size bed. Parking is free and easily available. Neighbors are quiet, and we'd like you to be, too. Chances are very good that we will be offsite during your stay (but easily reachable for questions/any other ways we can help). If one of us is scheduled to be temporarily on the premises (in the master suite with shared hallway) during your stay, you can choose your level of interaction (we do not need to access any space other than the hallway and we both work/travel a lot anyway).               The SpaceThis is a Tent Trailer that you pull with your 6+ cyl. vehicle. You must have a 2" hitch with a round, 12-705 electric plug and the ability to pull 3000 total weight. You should have some experience with popups and pulling a trailer. I offer training on this for $45 / hour when time allows. Campers are in constant maintenance - there may be a part missing, or something broken that may not get repaired in time. Unfortunately, this is the nature of campers. It doesn't happen often. One zipper doesn't fully close on a "window" - but screen is fine. Please leave it as clean as you found it. Sorry, no pets or smoking. $500 damage deposit with airbnb. This round house built in the '70s has been recently fully remodeled and modernized and now includes brand new appliances and amenities. In the spring, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain flora that grows by the creek, the summer brings on the best for grilling and relaxing on the grapevine shaded balcony, the fall brings about currants and other edible berries along with turning leaves, and the winter snows create a quite, warm and cozy retreat with multiple wood burning stoves. We have 3 bedrooms in the house each with a queen/double bed. The Master bedroom features a shoji or japanese rice paper sliding door and a shared bathroom with steam shower! It also has its own private garden and patio, perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The other two bedrooms include closets and individual entrances. The upstairs floor plan is bright and open. It has an island/breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living area (which features a gorgeous antique wood burning stove). Please Note: This property was affected by the fall 2013 flooding in Boulder. Though the house itself is fully restored and in perfect working condition with various upgrades, the downstairs and surrounding property will not look exactly as pictured. The interior layout, furniture, materials and flooring are the same or better than what is currently pictured. Getting AroundThere is a bus that runs to and from Boulder a few times a day during weekdays. The best way to access Boulder is by car, about a 10 minute drive to town and 15 minute drive to campus. There is plenty of parking space at the house. An easy bus will take you directly from the Denver airport to downtown Boulder-- just ask us for details! Other Things to NotePotty-trained, well-behaved dogs are allowed in the house. There is a $40 fee per pet for each stay. Guests must sign our "rental agreement" upon arrival. Here is the abridged version: 1. You must be at least 21 years of age to book. 2. Parties/gatherings in excess of 8 people (including rental group) require prior approval by owner and may be subject to an additional fee. 3. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons. 4. Unless otherwise noted, check-in time is 4pm on day of arrival and 10am on day of departure. 5. Homeowner is allowed reasonable access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. There may be other helpers on the property such as gardeners, repair people, construction workers, etc. 6. We will charge extra for damage to property or furnishings, excessive messes left on the property (pet hair, pet waste removal, or other messes requiring professional cleaning), costs incurred by homeowner due to infractions in the rental agreement by renters or anyone else renters permit on property, and any other costs incurred by homeowner due to renters' stay. 7. Outdoor furniture must remain outside at all times. 6.Guests must only use appliances and furnishings for their intended purposes. 7.Pets are permitted only with prior approval and additional pet damage deposit and/or fee. 8.Parking: Vehicles are to be parked within property boundaries on gravel and dirt areas. Parking on the road is limited to the far eastern end, on the side closest to the house (the cul-de-sac at the end of the road). 9.Cleaning and housekeeping: The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival with clean sheets on all beds. There is no daily housekeeping service. The house must be left in similar condition before you leave, though there is no need to wash bedding or any intensive cleaning. A washer and dryer, vacuum, broom and miscellaneous cleaning products are provided for your use. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Before you leave, please: a.Load and start dishwasher if you have dirty dishes b.Remove ALL personal belongings from the property c.Place trash in the blue bin in laundry room or brown bins outside, and place recycling in the brown bins outside. Compost can be left at the bottom of the front stairs. d.Put all furniture back in their original locations e.Make sure spaces are generally tidy and free of trash and obvious and excessive messes 10.Wood-burning stoves: The wood-burning stoves are available for use as additional heating sources during winter months. Wood for burning will be provided. Only wood, newspaper (for starting) and other natural fire-starting materials may be burned in the stoves. It is your responsibility to know and maintain safe fire practices. There are instructions about how to use the wood-burning stoves in the house manual. 11.Bathrooms: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. No feminine products or other items should be disposed of in the toilets. We have a sensitive septic system. In addition, during prior approved gatherings of more than 12 people, Renter should inform all guests of this rule and ask guests to consider flushing less often and placing toilet paper in waste bins to avoid overflow of the septic system. 12.The noise ordinance in our neighborhood is 10pm. As a respect for sensitive and elderly neighbors, please play music softly indoors after 10pm. Please refrain from outdoor music, swearing, shouting, and other loud noises after dark. 13.Snow & Ice: There is no snowplowing/shoveling service for Streamcrest Dr. or the rental property. However, Homeowner and helpers may at times shovel the snow in front and around the rental house. If steps or walkways are icy, please use extreme caution and use ground level entry doors free of ice.

Lots of festivities in Niwot on the weekends, especially in summer. Getting AroundYou will be best to have a car. There are buses between Niwot and Boulder or Longmont. 10-15 minutes to walk to bus stop. If you bring a bike it needs to be parked and secured in a special area outside.               The SpaceWe have an updated and remodeled 2 bedroom condo that is comfortable, relaxed, and clean. You'll have access to the Powderhorn association hot tub. Guest AccessYou have access to the entire first floor and will have the second bedroom as your own space. Our floorplan is open and the front room has a working wood fireplace that we use often and an inviting kitchen. Our porch is a great place to sit if the weather is nice and the sun is out. Interaction with GuestsWe are a local couple and can give you a lot of great suggestions as to where to go and what to do. If you have a car, Brett (who grew up in these parts) can give you great ideas for hikes. We enjoy interacting but are just fine if you take your space too. We're here to talk with but have our own going-ons as well and are comfortable meandering in and out of conversations and sharing space either talking or doing our own things. The NeighborhoodWe live directly across from Celestial Seasonings and have some nice open space and a prairie dog colony because of it. It's lovely to walk and there is a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. There is a trail close by and the lovely Twin Lakes which is home to blue herons, egrets, great horned owls, and snapping turtles. There is also the new Avery Brewery along with Asher. We are right on the bus line (205) that takes you straight into the heart of Boulder. Or, if you're a bike rider, there is a trail that you can ride 6 miles into downtown. Getting AroundWe are on the bus route (205) that takes travelers straight to downtown. There are many rental car places and taxi services in the area as well.                 The SpaceYou have your own space, and your own apt with everything you need. I won't ever bother you or invade your space. This is a good deal for a private apt that is 800 sq feet and fully self contained but that is because you have to walk through the front door of my sometimes messy house to access the door to your neat, clean, apt downstairs. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed in it, and then there is a more open not as private room connected to the living room with another queen size bed in it. So this can fit several people comfortably. I am very strict about the checkout time because I work and have to clean the apt. If you are not out before or at 11 a.m. there will be a $50 charge. Guest AccessThe basement apt. is accessed through my front door of my home. You walk around to the back of the house and in the kitchen area there is a door to the basement. Interaction with GuestsI can help with directions and giving advice on local restaurants. Hiking trails all around you because the neighborhood of this apt. is surrounded by open space. I can interact with you as much or as little as you like. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is a nice one in Boulder that is surrounded by open space for hiking. It is quiet because it is a little out of town so you will need a car. Only 15 minutes into Boulder. Getting AroundThere is a bus but it is difficult unless you enjoy long bus rides. Car recommended. Other Things to NoteWe do have 2 cats but they will not go into your private apt. (Unless you want them to.) You must take off your shoes at the entrance and leave them.

Getting AroundIn addition to the one-car garage and driveway, guests may park in the designated parking spots available off the street. Curbside parking is allowed along Meadowdale Drive only. All parking beyond the property is first come, first serve. A RTD park-and-ride bus station is located at the junction of Highway 119 and Niwot Road - about .9 miles from the house (a 20 minute walk). You may also ride the LoBo bike path into Boulder and/or Longmont. Boulder is about 35 minute ride on off-road paths. A mountain bike is recommended. Old, quaint, some very good restaurants and coffee shops. A great view of the mountains on nearby walks and trails. Very close to IBM, and 15 minutes to Colorado University, Boulder, and all the many activities there. 45 minutes to Denver Airport and city. The nearby trail goes between Longmont and Boulder. It has great views, and is tied into a very large network of trails. Just about 20 minutes from here is a wonderful community of prairie dogs, just off the trail. Great viewing of nature. Getting AroundHaving a car is best and off street free parking is available. Buses run to Boulder and Longmont every 20 minutes, but 15 minute walk to bus stop. The bike trail is great, but there is not a good place to store a bicycle here overnight. It could be parked in the entry way outside if you have a good lock. Not allowed in the condo. Other Things to NoteYou are best to have a car. This is 10 minutes from North Boulder, 15 minute walk to bus which runs between Niwot and Boulder every 20 minutes. Off street parking is available. 8 minutes from Longmont.
