The SpaceA totally remodeled townhouse with two super spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bath. This wonderful home has been totally renovated with beautiful tile floor and brand new stainless steel appliances. There are also brand new washer and dryer. It is an end unit in a, very quiet/peaceful place. The space is cozy and can accommodate 4 people comfortably but can house up to 6 without any issue. There is a futon and an oversize couch in the living room to offer extra sleeping places for a party bigger than 4. Guest AccessThe guests checked in to this place will have access to the whole house (minus possibly the under the staircase closet). This will ensure your privacy and comfortability during your stay. The SpaceGuests love my quiet queen suite with private bath. I'm close to transportation, trails, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy the nearby lake and nature preserve with beautiful mountain views. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, patio and grill. This is a non-smoking, pet free house. The room is a charming, comfortable bedroom with a queen, pillow top mattress. You'll enjoy the attached, private bath with tub and shower. Blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Guest will have access to the kitchen and patio (with grill). Coffee and tea are available any time. There is a single service Keurig. Washer and dryer are available to guests staying a week or more. Interaction will vary based on schedule and guest preference. Guests may have total privacy or the host may take them to the mountains or dinner if available. Community walking / biking trails are just out the door. Close to shopping, dining, golf, parks, theater, mall and bus transportation. It's just a short walk to a nature preserve and lake with a walking trail. This is a great walk for some quiet time where you can enjoy a mountain view and watch the pelicans and wildlife. If you want to visit the mountains you are only about an hour away from several ski resorts and mountain hiking or biking trails. There is a bus station about 2 miles away that provides express transportation to Denver (20 min) and the airport (45 min). The bus connects to the Denver Metro light rail system. The host can provide transportation to the bus upon request. My goal is for my guests to find a home away from home. Guest Accesskitchen, patio and laundry. Parking in the driveway. Interaction with GuestsI am usually in and out of the house and do live here. The amount of interaction is determined by the guest. I love to meet guests and can make recommendations, but I respect their privacy. The NeighborhoodThere are many walking and biking paths within a block of the house. It's just a few blocks to a nature preserve with a small lake and walking paths. This is a great place for bird watching. I love it when the pelicans migrate in the spring. The house is also within a mile of a shopping center and restaurants and within a few miles of a mall and theater. This location is about halfway between Denver and Boulder. Getting AroundA bus hub is about 3 miles from the house. Buses run directly to Denver Union Station where light rail and buses will take you throughout the city. There are also buses directly to Denver International Airport from this hub. Other Things to NoteMy goal is for my guests to find a clean and comfortable home away from home. This is a smoke free, pet free household so ideal for those with allergies.

There are 2 shopping centers within 10 minutes walk, with a walmart, starbucks, movie theater (that serves food and drinks). Getting AroundThere is a bus stop 1 block from the condo, and dining and entertainment within walking distance. It's 25 miles from Denver International Airport, and buses run every hour from the airport. From the airport take the AA line to the Wagon Road Park n Ride, then take the 8 towards downtown, and get off at Grant St and W 96th Place. Cross the street and you're there. We have a friendly golden retriever on property that have free access to yard as well, we will do our best to keep yard clean. Please do not give her any food or treats. There is also a wetbar, the beverages and liquor in the beer fridge is NOT included with rental (liquor can be put away upon request). Although, please help yourself to anything in the small black guest fridge. Interaction with GuestsOur family including two young children and a golden retriever dog live upstairs. The NeighborhoodOur home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood that is a five minute walk to Eastlake trail and parks filled with all types of Colorado wildlife (hawks, coyotes, foxes, etc.) and a gorgeous view of the mountains. Getting AroundParking is available on the street in front of our house. Public transportation is available, but we recommend our guests rent a car or bring their own. We are about 20 minutes from Denver and 40 mins from DIA. Other Things to NoteMy family including two toddler boys live upstairs so be aware that there will be footsteps and occasionally (mostly weekends) rough playing upstairs during the day. This is a basement suite so you will hear some noise from upstairs especially from the kids on the weekend if we are home. Although most weekdays we will not be home midday and the children will be in bed from 8p-6a. If your plan is to sleep in on the weekend this may not be the place for you.

There is one entry to the basement to which you will have sole access. Our dog is a miniature poodle named Bruno that is considered none shedding and is hypoallergenic.

Feel free to ask any questions otherwise you will be left to your own privacy! The NeighborhoodWe live in Northglenn which is a suburb of Denver and easy access to I-36 going to Boulder. There are walking paths, lots of shopping and eating right near our house. its a pretty quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-25. Atlanta Bread sits right behind my house, nice place to have breakfast. There is a big park with a lake close by and a fun place called boondocks within walking distance. Cinzettis is a great Italian place right behind our house. Getting AroundYou can park right in front of my house or in the green belt behind it. There is also a city bus pick-up within walking distance. Taxi service available and I am also able to trasport if I have notice and am available. Other Things to NoteWe have a dog, wheaton terrier. She is 9 years old but sometimes can be a grump. we have a nuzzle and you have a door to prevent her from coming into your room. No Children Please.

            The SpaceThe space (finished basement) has a door to close for privacy, a bathroom, TV, desk, living room area, and bedroom with French doors for additional privacy. We have a couch that pulls out into a Queen size bed, as well as two full size beds in the separate bedroom of the basement. We have a Queen size air mattress for an additional bed for those 7th & 8th guests. We charge an extra $20 per night, per guest after 6 people, and we provide a second bathroom on the main floor so we can comfortably accommodate larger groups! We have a high chair, stroller and pack n play available for those traveling with young children, and who would prefer to travel without those items. Guest AccessFull size Kitchen (shared on main floor), mini kitchen in basement, washer & dryer, TV in basement, bathroom in basement, additional bathroom on main floor for larger group, outside patio seating, Internet, free parking, and backyard set up for kids! The NeighborhoodWe are located in a quiet suburb, but you can still get to restaurants and shopping in about 5-10 minutes. Getting AroundWe are located 25-30 min from the Denver International airport and aprox 20 min if you use the tollway. Downtown Denver is a 25-30 min drive and Boulder is 30-45 minutes away depending on if you use the toll road or not. Other Things to NoteMust be dog friendly as there are 3 on the premises. Dogs are welcome and have access to a small backyard to play in. Kid friendly with an outside play fort in the backyard and a large and small park with in walking distance. We do have a 4 year old son that has toys and plays with them in the shared movie room as there is a toy box in the room. We do our best to keep them picked up but depending on your arrival time they may be out because he was playing.
