The NeighborhoodNot much to see, but there are some parks, shops, and restaurants to explore & easy access to transportation. If you would like a small hike the closest to us is Standley Lake which has a great view of the mountains. Other Things to NoteWe occasionally foster dogs through a local rescue group so sometimes there may be an extra canine in the house other than our own, if this is something that bothers you please contact us beforehand so we know to hold off fostering for your stay. The SpaceAffordable, ~120 square foot room conveniently located at the intersection of Sheridan Blvd. and 68th Ave. Natural stone private bath is right next to the room. Room is part of a 2 bd/2 ba condo in the Yacht Club condominium complex. Guest Access- Wifi - Full set of appliances (washer/dryer, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, double sink). - Basic cable on HDTV, with access to Xbox 360. - As my guest, you will have access to the community pool (seasonal), which is mere feet from the front door. Interaction with GuestsI tend to afford privacy to my guests. I am happy to chat with you or give you some tips on places to visit while you're in town, but for the most part I keep to myself. The NeighborhoodThe Yacht Club is perfectly situated on Hidden Lake, at 68th and Sheridan, in Westminster, Colorado. The complex was constructed in 1986 and has a nautical theme. Getting AroundBus stop is about 20 yards from complex entrance. Other Things to NoteAccess to the lake (canoeing, rowing, fishing, etc.) can be discussed, just let me know beforehand.

The SpaceCozy home close to Boulder and Denver This is a warm and welcoming home centrally located between Denver and Boulder. The guest bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and private remodeled bath. Cable TV in room and WiFi is available. Landscaped yard, deck, and patio, are great for a dinner outside or relaxing with morning coffee. Close to walking and biking trails. Convenient nearby shopping and restaurants. If you want to get to the mountains it's a quick jump onto I-70. Close to Regis University, the Highlands and Berkley neighborhoods where you can find some of the hottest restaurants in town. Guests can use the kitchen, laundry and common space. A light breakfast of homemade granola or muffins is provided. Coffee and tea are always available in the morning. There are beautiful mountain and city views throughout the neighborhood. Only a ten minute drive from downtown Denver. It is a 1/2 mile walk to the Westminster Transit Center with express bus service to the airport, Denver and Boulder. Easy access to US 36 with a straight shot to Boulder. Private off-street parking. Take the train from the airport and transfer to the Westminster train or transfer to an express bus to the RTD bus station. The NeighborhoodVery quiet neighborhood, great view from the condo of the mountains. Neighbors are quiet, and the area is very well kept up with a school, fire department, police station, hospital and grocery store all within a mile of the condo. Getting AroundI am just two miles north of highway 36, which will give up direct access to Boulder to the west and a direct shot to the airport as well. Just one exit away from getting onto the highway to get you to Denver.

I am renting 2 separate bedrooms, which are on different floors of the house, for $119/night total for both rooms. Sleeping: One queen bed in the 1st floor bedroom. One full bed in the basement bedroom. One full inflatable air mattress for use wherever desired. Guest AccessYou'll have access to the entire house except for the 2nd floor, which is where my bedroom is located. You will be sharing the common areas of the house (mainly kitchen) with me. The SpaceThis is a beautiful new home in a close suburb of Denver. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with extra space in the den and living room. There are three queen beds in the home and an additional two queen sized air mattresses. The couch in the den is also very comfortable and easily sleeps another person. Guest AccessIf you are renting our entire home you will have access to all the amenities of the home. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet that will be off limits though as we still live in our home and use all of that space for our things. Interaction with GuestsYou're renting the whole home so we won't be around 24/7. But we'll be close by if you need something. Also, in the summer time we have a nice vegtable garden. We ask that we're able to swing by occasionally to water. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is awesome! There are a bunch of cool restaurants and bars within a short drive or Uber ride from our home. If you have a family and want parks there is one in our neighborhood and one about a block away. It's pretty quiet, very safe and we've got a partial view of the mountains. Not sure what else you could ask for. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop about two blocks from us that will get you anywhere you want to go via a connection. We're also a cheap Uber ride to Downtown Denver, Old Town Arvada or the shops at the Promenade in Westminster. Other Things to NoteWe have a cat that is super chill and loves company. We are happy to board her for your stay but we like to ask our guests if she is welcome to stay with them. Either way is fine with us.

The SpaceThe space is completely private after you walk downstairs. You have the whole lower level with private room, bath and a bonus theater room for watching movies and relaxing. Your suite comes with a wet-bar, kitchenette, home theater, vinyl record player, ps3 and wii. Guest AccessWe have a nice backyard with koi pond if you want to sit outside and relax. If you need to store additional food items that do not fit in the accommodations of your room the kitchen is available. There is a coffee maker with all the supplies right above it in the cabinets of the kitchen. There is a grill on the deck out back if you want to use it. It's kind of old but works. Let us know if you need anything else. Interaction with GuestsWe enjoy meeting all of our guests, but we respect your privacy and space as well. One of us is usually home and will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please feel free to interact with us as much, or as little as you'd like. :) We have a dog named Gus on the premises that will be there to greet you as you come and go. Feel free to throw his ball he will love it! The NeighborhoodOur house is right around the corner to the 15th green of Hylands Golf course. There are lots of walking trails and a park nearby. We are less than 5 minutes to all the main restaurants on 104th ave, including Bone Fish Grill, AMC movie theatre, Rock Bottom, Bowling etc.... Getting AroundA car is best, but we have ample UBER and Lyft available if needed. Other Things to NoteOur neighborhood is next to golf course so you if like to golf you're not far away from the action.

2 story townhouse with 2 bedrooms and a loft and 3 bathrooms. Renting a single private bedroom with a like-new firm double bed. Private single bathroom with tub and shower. There is a nice patio with a 3 person hot tub available for you to use. There is also a pool open in the summer. No smoking is allowed, either inside or outside! The SpaceGuests have a private living room with TV (DirecTV and Roku) and sofa. Sofa can fold out into a bed to sleep two. Dining area includes table and chairs to seat four. The coffee/tea bar is equipped with a toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, tea pot, complimentary coffee and tea, cream and sugar. Enjoy the fruit and snacks we provide to guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a sleep number mattress to adjust for your up most comfort. The private bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Washer and dryer are located in guest living area and are used by us on weekends. Guests have access to a semi-private patio to enjoy fresh air and relaxation and can use the gas grill for cooking. We have a very large backyard, offering a park-like feel. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to use our kitchen to cook meals when we are home or if we've made special arraignments with you. Guests are also welcome to use the washer and dryer as well as our upstairs deck to get a view of the mountains and sunsets. Interaction with GuestsWe are here to answer questions about sights and things to do in the Denver area and mountain towns. We use public transportation and are very informative on how to get around the city without a car. We are happy to pickup guests from the airport or a bus stop if it fits with our schedule. If we are unable to be available for picking up guests, we can make arrangements for a pickup service. We love the outdoors and eating out, we always welcome guests to join us. The NeighborhoodWe are located in Arvada, a suburb North West of Denver. Arvada has a very eclectic downtown area, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We are 45 minutes from Loveland Ski Area, and only 25 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, about 20 minutes from Sports Authority Field and Coors Field. Our house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and is a very quiet neighborhood. We have five grocery stores within 5 minutes or less from the house, plus convenience stores, restaurants, salons, and much more. Getting AroundWe are located no more than 25 minutes from downtown Denver. There is a park and ride 5 minutes from the house, where you can catch a non-stop express bus to downtown's Union Station (15 minutes away). There are also a few bus stops 1 mile from our house. We are 6 minutes from US-36 and 10 minutes from I-70. The airport is on average 35 minutes away without traffic. Other Things to NoteWe have two fun and adorable labradoodles (Chaco & Zayd) and a cat (Kitty). Our pets stay in our living space only and there is a door to separate ours and the guests living areas. If you are allergic to cats (dogs are hypoallergenic) you shouldn't have any issues, unless you use our kitchen. Our pets love people and you are welcome to give them some love in our living area. We allow guests to bring up to two pets. We have two bikes that guests are welcome to use.

Also, given the fact we live there as well, please be mindful of cleaning up after yourself as we will as well. Guest AccessYou are welcome to park in any blue "GUEST" spaces in the development. You will have access to the entire main level (kitchen, back patio, living room, dining area, both restrooms and the guest room). **The garage and master bedroom are private. Interaction with GuestsWe will be available 24/7 for any questions or concerns via text, phone call and email. However, we do come and go throughout the day and our presence will vary from being around a lot and sometimes not at all. The NeighborhoodThis is a townhome community, so be mindful of the fact that your neighbors are VERY close. Getting AroundWe are located a few blocks from the Boulder Turnpike (Hwy 36) which allows easy access or transition to highways that span all of Denver and the further reaches of Colorado.

The SpaceYou'll be staying in a brick row-house style townhome built in late 2010. It is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-story townhome with a private landscaped patio. You can reserve one or two adjoining guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed with memory foam topped mattress. Each bedroom also has a flatscreen TV with basic cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime video. Each bedroom has a comfortable reading chair, reading lamp, alarm clock, luggage rack, closet with hangers, privacy lock, and black-out curtains for those who sleep late. An ironing board and iron are available in the closet outside the guest bedrooms. There is a private bath exclusively for guest use adjacent to the guest bedrooms, as well as a half-bath on the main floor for use as needed as well. I rent to only one party at a time, whether you utilize one or both bedrooms. Guest AccessYour guest bedroom(s) are on the second floor. But you are welcome to enjoy the first floor family room with TV and gas fireplace--a nice place to relax after skiing. In the summer, you might take your morning coffee on the private landscaped patio as you listen to the water-feature. It's also a great place to sip a glass of wine at the end of the day. Or you might choose to grill a burger or bratwurst on the Weber gas grill. You may also feel free to use the kitchen to prepare a hot breakfast or all your meals if you're looking for a place to stay where you can maintain a special diet. The Safeway grocery store is just 1/4 mile away. Feel free to help yourself to tea or coffee while you're here. If you have an Apple device, you'll be able to print documents on my Airprint accessible printer. Wifi is available. If you need to wash a load of laundry, you're welcome to use the high efficiency washer and dryer. Interaction with GuestsI am your live-in host and I occupy the master bedroom on the second floor. There is a folding Shoji screen room divider (in the upstairs linen closet) that helps to create a more private/apartment-like feel for the two guest bedrooms and bath portion of the second floor. I've always enjoyed staying at bed and breakfast inns and would love to do anything I can to help you feel at home. I'm happy to provide restaurant suggestions in the hip NW Denver neighborhoods nearby. But you're also welcome to come and go on your own and enjoy a nice quiet stay. The NeighborhoodMy townhome is the historic part of Westminster, right in the Arts District. You can stroll around the sculpture garden park (3 blocks away) and stop in at the art galleries on your way. This block has been completely redeveloped in anticipation of the new commuter rail station which opened July 2016. If you like to eat out for breakfast, there is a wonderful bakery next door that makes amazing cherry turnovers and breakfast burritos as well as other tasty treats. Open 8-4, Tuesday-Saturday. If you like to bike, there are lots of paved bike trails with mountain views just blocks from where you'll be staying. Bring your bike and check it out! Historic Westminster is just 3 miles from the Tennyson Street district, home to great restaurants like "Hops and Pies" (beer and pizza) and "Parisi" (Italian) as well as book stores and art galleries. Within 4 miles is the Denver Highlands district with trendy restaurants like "Lingers" (used to be a mortuary!), "Cafe Brazil", and "Duos". Lots of boutique shops in the Highlands area, as well. These are the cutting edge neighborhoods to explore in northwest Denver! Getting AroundThere is free street parking available immediately outside my front door. There is also a free parking lot behind my building available for overnight (but not daytime) parking. My townhome is a 25-30 minute drive from DIA on your way to the mountains. If you are taking a seminar at Regis University, it is a 5 minute drive (2 miles) to campus (RTD bus service is available as well). If you're headed into Denver, you can walk to the new commuter rail B-Line train station (7 blocks). It is a 10 minute non-stop train ride to Union Station in the heart of Denver! You can also take a train (A-Line) from the airport to Union Station and then the B-Line out to Westminster Station and walk to my home. If you're driving to Boulder or Denver, you're just 1/3 mile from the freeway to Boulder/Denver (Hwy 36). If you're headed to the mountains, you're 1.5 miles from the freeway heading up to the slopes. Other Things to NoteI work during the day and have a pretty flexible schedule, but getting in is no problem if I'm not around. I have a keyless lock on the front door and will provide you a unique 4 digit code to use during your stay. I am also almost always available via cell phone and text for any questions that may arise. The guest bedrooms are on the front of my home on a two-lane road. There can be traffic noise during rush hour. Sleeping with windows open may feel too noisy, but guests have the ability to control the temperature for air conditioning.

The NeighborhoodYou'll be staying in the Westminster Arts District. Art galleries, restaurants, and donut shops are just some of the sites within walking distance. There is a nice park right outside of the apartment and another directly across 73rd Avenue. There are multiple grocery stores within a two-minute drive. Getting to downtown Denver is only about a fifteen to twenty-minute drive on the highway. Ask us for recommendations for food, beer, or coffee. Getting AroundThe Denver transit system is pretty awesome as far as transit systems go. There's a stop around the corner and a hub within a few miles. Uber and Lyft rides are typically available within 5 to 10 minutes and are used often in Denver. Ask us for a code for a free first ride (new Uber and Lyft customers only, unfortunately). There is a rail station one mile from the apartment that will take you directly downtown with connections to the airport and all over the Denver area. Everything in Westminster is accessible by car and parking in the city is free. Other Things to Note- You share a wall with a working recording studio that typically operates on weekdays from 9:30 to 5:30. It's unlikely that sound will travel to the apartment, but it can on occasion. We will let you know in advance if your stay falls on drum recording day ;) - There's a train that passes nearby on occasion. - The fire department is right across the street. They typically hold their sirens until they are out of the neighborhood. - Earplugs are provided if any of these are a bother.

Guest AccessGuests have a private backyard entrance and access to the basement level of the house. The guest space includes a private bedroom, private bathroom, and a semi-private kitchenette and shared living room area. The bright, charming bedroom features a comfortable full size bed, a dresser, and a closet that contains a microfridge for your personal use while staying with us. The private bathroom with shower features heated floors and comes stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The small functional kitchenette provides a sink, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and dishes. The living room area provides a TV and bookshelves stocked with plenty of good reads. The living area sofa can be utilized as a sofa bed for the price of additional guests ($15/guest per night; 2-night maximum). Getting AroundWe are within 10 minutes walking distance of the US 36 & Sheridan RTD station (URL HIDDEN) which can you get you to Boulder and downtown Denver (and other places too). Other Things to NoteWe are early to rise and early to bed. Our space probably works best for someone with a similar schedule especially if you are a light sleeper. We have a sweet and adorable two-year-old daughter who loves to dance and sing. Sometimes she sounds like a really loud and off-key rockstar. Luckily her performances don't go past 7 PM. The lower-level kitchenette usually has homebrewed beer on tap. Guests are welcome to sip the beer. We suggest a $2 donation/glass to help keep the beer flowing. We have a very friendly cat who has access to the basement, though not to the bedroom or bathroom. He will love your socks off! Our laundry room, storage, woodshop and art studio are located in the lower level, so though we do not use the area extensively, we will be in and out. Our space is perfectly suited for mid-long term renters who are in need of a space for 1 week-3 months.

Getting AroundIt is a 6 minute walk to the bus stop on 104th and King St. The RTD 104 bus goes to US36 and Church Ranch PnR with access to the BV route, which stops at every major stop between Denver and Boulder. I prefer to ride my bike to US36 and Church Ranch when I go to work in the morning as it takes less than 15 minutes, and the 104 comes only once an hour (and not at all on weekends). Where I live in Westminster (very near Broomfield) is very walk & bike friendly in general. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for an Uber ride to downtown Denver or any of the fantastic breweries in the Westminster and Broomfield area.

The Space3500+ sq ft. - Our house was a flip, so there are a lot of new things that were added and walls that were knocked down to make it really spacious. The main floor is an open floor plan with a huge updated kitchen, living room, family room w/TV, and kid's nook. We've easily fit 40 people on the main floor for holiday parties. The backyard is a private, shady area. The covered porch allows for morning coffee or nighttime smore's. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Tempurpedic mattress & full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has a single loft bed. Bedroom 4 is a nursery with crib and also has a Queen bed. These rooms share a full bathroom. The finished basement houses the 5th bedroom with King bed, another full bathroom, laundry room (full size washer & dryer), playroom, and rec room with TV. The SpaceCasual, commune, convenient and cute come to mind when describing my place. Keep to yourself in your large room loving dubbed the "Kush Room" with full size bed and mini fridge or make yourself some food using the shared kitchen filled with a wide variety of cookware and even equipped with gas burning stove. Relax and watch some Netflix on the Apple TV and share a smoke session with another house guest. If tobacco is your preference, I have many seating areas located just outside on the patio or in the back yard. There are two bathrooms each with a shower in case one is being used. One side of the house is called the West Wing which has its own private living room and separate entrance and is where my longer term tenants stay. They usually keep to themselves. The other side of the house is the East Wing which has two separate entrances and curtains to keep private from the shared kitchen. If you have any questions about the space please let me know and be sure to look for specials instructions on getting into the space after you have booked your reservation. My location is in a sweet spot of Denver subset of Westminster giving you only about a 10 to 20 minute drive to all the major hot spots in Colorado including Red Rocks, Boulder Canyons, Downtown Denver, Denver Zoo and many more. I live in a quiet neighborhood with free street parking large old trees. The bus stop is one block away. There are different options for breakfast, Korean BBQ, Sushi, wood fire grilled pizza, craft beer, Pho, Art Galleries only a short bicycle ride away. I have transportation options available in case your travel needs included reserving an Uber ride. Getting AroundBus stop is a block away (route 31). I also have bicycles available for local use to access the many bike trails in the area. Light Rail is the quickest and easiest way to get downtown.
