The SpaceThe cottage was built sometime in the 1800s and originally served as an outbuilding to a farm. It may have been a candle shop at one point and the first radio in Farmington was believed to have been in this cottage. The cottage was completely renovated in 2016, but still showcases the charm of the historic structure. The original stone foundation is visible, as is the beautiful wide board pine flooring and tin light fixtures.
The cottage is 800 square feet and 2 stories. There is a small narrow staircase in the cottage and, as such, it is not handicap accessible.
