The SpaceWaterfront private 10,000 square foot home on 4 acre gated estate on Sunny Captiva Island. Rooms are decorated in modern style with luxurious bedding. Everything is provided for you. Bath towels, beach towels, everyday dishes and a full set of fine china for up to 30 guests. Great space for a wedding--while we sleep up to 30, events up to 75 are possible. Corporate retreats are very successful here due to the peaceful nature of the Estate and family reunions are a blast! Our concierge service can help you plan any of these events including securing private chefs and caterers, tennis pros, fishing captains, lifeguards and swim instructors, massage therapists, yoga instructors, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, bikes and more. A concierge golf cart is provided to get you around the Estate as well. Tennis racquets and balls, ping pong, beach chairs and umbrellas, fishing poles are all onsite and provided free of charge. For family and fun time we also have hundreds of books, board games, complimentary Netflix and both a Wii and Xbox. The kids bunk room with six twin beds is a great places for kids to bond and create lasting memories. The Sanibel Captiva area has much to explore, nature trails, numerous other beaches, great shopping and restaurants--but many guests find no reason to leave the Estate. see (email hidden) for more information. Our housekeepers can be reserved to come 3 hours per day to tidy up, wash towels and change bedding as necessary. You will be met at arrival and checked-in, where you will be greeted with a personalized basket of treats and goodies for your group. Then you will be toured through the Estate by our team. At check out the same procedure occurs, and you take with you the amazing memories of your trip, and often make plans immediately to return!       This is is a great beach vacation home 75 steps from beach, tennis and pool, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and beautiful views. Spend the day at the beach, watch a memorable sunset, and dine overlooking the Gulf. Enjoy the best possible location on beautiful Captiva Island. No highrises, no fighting for the beach; relax and enjoy Florida as it used to be. Our home is located in one of the few areas where the pristine white sand beaches are still uncluttered. Captiva Island does not allow building above 3 levels so the density of tourists is low. The beaches are clean, and the shelling is world-class. If you want to kick back and enjoy a week of relaxation, this is the place. Sunset Captiva #10 is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, with modern amenities. The large great room features a media area/living room as well as a dining area. A fully screened porch is great for dining and sitting. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances. The sofa doubles as a comfortable extra queen bed. A half bath and a laundry room complete the first floor. Each bedroom has a full bath and dressing area, and the master also includes a flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a second floor sundeck for private tanning and wonderful star gazing. The house rents Saturday-Saturday. WiFi Option is $20 per stay. Shoulder season rate, $1,505 applies for weeks in January. With lush tropical vegetation, cooled by gentle sea breezes, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are located in the Gulf of Mexico, over the causeway from Fort Myers, Florida.         Millertime Villa is a relaxing home with a lovely private pool, lots of amenities and a perfect location on beatiful Captiva Island. This is our tenth year renting our home with the goal of providing memorable Captiva Island vacations. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Amenities include wireless internet access, beach towels and chairs with cart. The home is tastefully decorated in fun island colors with an open floor plan with plenty of indoor and outdoor diniing space and is fully equipped for a great Captiva vacation. The home is perfectly located just two doors from the Gulf of Mexico beach near the famous Chapel By the Sea. Captiva shops, restaurants and marinas are an easy five minute walk. The lanai has plenty of seating and a set of table and chairs for additional dining space. The heated pool is in a large screened area and is very private with tropical vegetation surrounding it. The large master bedroom with new king size bed is equipped with cable TV/VCR, a private bath and sliding doors that lead to a patio area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV/VCR and sliding glass doors overlooking the pool. The third bedroom we call the Nemo Room has two twin beds, plenty of closet space and cable TV/VCR. A modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area is open to the living room and has everything needed to prepare snacks to complete meals, including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A gas grill located on the patio is available for grilling steaks or your own catch of fish from the Gulf. We have rented Millertime Villa for over 7 years and have had lots of delighted guests, many of whom return each year to their favorite Captiva Island Vacation home. We would love to have you as a guest! Our rates are all inclusive with no extra fees besides taxes which are charged at 11% of the total rent amount. Weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. Millertime villa on Captiva Island is just a 45 minute drive from the Regional Southwest International Airport in Ft. Myers, FL. It is located on quiet Chapin Lane near the Captiva Public Library and Chapel By the Sea. The house is just two doors from the Gulf of Mexico beach.           Our privately owned MARINA VILLA is much more beautiful and much LESS EXPENSE than the resort condos at South Seas Island Resort. Please note, the rental rate for our privately owned condo is considerably lower than most South Seas Island Resort rates for the same time period, however, our Marina Villa #905 all inclusive and excellent pricing does NOT include the separate resort amenities package, which you most likely may not be able to purchase directly from resort. South Seas resort is a member and guest property. As such, they offer certain resort amenities only to South Seas property guests and their special amenity access is on a restricted basis. Even without South Seas special amenities package, there is still much to do at the beach and pool and throughout Captiva island. Our Marina Villa #905 is better equipped & more beautifully furnished than most other similar resort condos and has many unique aspects and freebies within our unit.           The SpaceThis is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with a separate den. The house is furnished and equipped as a second home--not a 'rental unit.' This is one of the most spacious homes in Sunset Captiva - it very comfortably fits 8 with beautifully appointed beds, 3 large bathrooms, and an expansive living room. Your family members (or families - great for multigenerational retreats) will be able to enjoy privacy, and have lots of opportunity for communal activities, family dinners on the screened in porch, movie nights on the large screen tv (one of 4 tvs) etc. Our family loves to cook --the kitchen is a large cook's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of serving and eating utensils for all. We are located in the private community, Sunset Captiva, just a few minutes walk from the pool. The beach is just a minute further. Boating and great fishing at the end of our community dock are across the street. The beach is extraordinary and extends for miles. This is a great vacation home for young families. We are at the end of a cul de sac--and the setting is quiet and private. Guest AccessRelax and make our home feel like yours! You will have full access to and use of all three large bedroom closets, dresser and bathroom drawers, etc. We have beach towels, toys, and chairs for your use. Bring your Ethernet cable in case the WiFi decides it doesn't like your laptop. With floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders on three sides, the Living Room and Dining Area are light and airy, perfect for a tropical vacation. The ceiling fans and high-output air conditioning keep it comfortable. There is also heat for the occasional cool evening. After a five minute walk over our foot bridge that crosses wildlife teeming Clam Bayou, you will be on our wonderful secluded beach. Walk the other way from our lanai for a minute and you will be at the pool. July, 2013--Our beach, Bowman's Beach, has been recognized as one of the top ten best in the world by U.S. World Travel. We are not surprised. October 28, 2013. Big day for wildlife. We can hear our screech owls talking to each other. Also saw 5 manatees and an alligator in our bayou. A few roseate spoonbills too. Summer of 2014. A family of manatees has been living in our bayou. There has been a traffic jam of people watching them almost every day. October 20, 2014. Momma and Papa Owl were talking to each other last night outside our windows. Quite a conversation. We have a two bedroom, two bath condo located on unique Saniibel Island, FL. The island is known for world class shelling and our place is located on Bowman's Beach, known as the best shelling beach on Sanibel. If you like sea shells this is the place to be. We are constantly doing updates and have a island tropical decor. The unit is bright and airy with two large windows with a southern exposure. There is an abundance of tropical plants just outside. We have one of the largest lanais in the complex. It is a great place to just relax and watch the nightly sunset. There is also a table and chairs for dining on the lanai. We are located just off the beach path on the beach end of the complex. We provide a lot of beach gear including chairs, loungers, umbrella, coolers, shell gathering nets, noodles and sand toys. We just purchased a very helpful large new beach cart to haul the stuff to the beach. Our unit is located in Blind-Pass Condominium on the quiet end of Sanibel just two miles from Captiva Island. We have an abundance of tropical vegetation, on site management, two tennis courts, gas BBQ grills, a beautiful large heated outdoor pool with plenty of loungers, and free use of canoes/kayaks to explore the nearby series of bayous. The complex covers a large area and the buildings are not crammed together. There is a lot of open space. The secluded beach (no houses or condos) is an easy 4-5 minute walk away. Just follow the path, cross over the wooden foot bridge that spans the bayou, and you are at the beach. You will probably be tempted to spend some extra time on the bridge as the bayou will be teaming with fish and tropical birds and an occasional alligator. A canoe/kayak launch is next to the bridge. There is no charge for you to use the canoes/kayaks. Important on Sanibel: We have a filtered drinking water system. No need to buy bottled water. Please check out the provided pictures.
