The SpaceThis 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is situated in the best location of the Florida Keys. It is walking distance from the best restaurants, the nicest hotels and some great shops. Relax by the pool or relax in the garden or relax under the shade of the pergola by the pool. The house also a huge garden with a front and side yard. It has a tree house for kids. Full amenities (fast wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, pool...) It has a picket fence all around it and lush landscaping with gorgeous mature trees all around. The best of the keys at a rate much more affordable than hotels. Guest AccessGuest have access to the entire house, the grounds, a paddle board , and the pool Interaction with GuestsAs much or as little as needed. I am very responsive but I also understand the notion of privacy. The NeighborhoodThe house is located on the corner of Beach Road and Preston Street in the heart of Islamorada about 100 yards from the ocean. It is the first house located outside of the Moorings Village - the premier hotel of the Florida Keys and and abutting Chica Lodge a well known resort. It is also a very short walk from Morada Bay and Pierre, two of the best restaurants of the Keys. In addition, you can walk to Chef Michael's - a very well reviewed french fusion fish restaurant, Kayo - one of the Keys best sushi place as well as a number of other restaurants. You literally can forget your car once you arrive here Getting AroundGetting around is easy by foot but I also highly recommend taking the paddle board for a ride on the Bay side where you will be surrounded by lush mangrove islands. Another must in the Florida Keys, is to rent a boat and explore John Pennekamp State Park, the lighthouse, the bay and its thousand of islands or simply to anchor on a sand bar and have a glass of wine in the shallow turquoise waters of the Florida Keys. Other Things to NoteThe house can sleep 7 comfortably. It is filled with great areas fitting whatever mood you are in (indoor, or various outdoor hangouts and dining area)

The SpaceThe Efficiency is constantly undergoing upgrades and renovation without losing it's old-style Keys charm and decor. The space consists of, as you walk through the front door which faces the beautiful Gulf of Mexico: A small sitting room with couch, coffee table and TV, followed by a queen bed and fully equipped kitchen and sizable restroom (although the shower stall is narrow). Full water view, private patio table/chairs and gas grill provided. A little quirky and a little funky ala old-style Keys, but very clean, very comfortable, very "homey"! Guest AccessPrivate patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Kayaks, snorkeling gear, bicycles provided at no charge. Shared laundry facilities, Bocci Court. Sailboats available for separate rental. Interaction with GuestsWe interact as much or as little as our guests request. The only other guests you will encounter on this property are those renting the other two available units on the property. The NeighborhoodIt's a little slice of paradise, nestled in coconut palms, papaya trees, and sea oats. It's very quiet, peaceful, relaxing and secluded. Getting AroundPublic transportation very limited. Other Things to NoteLots of natural flora and fauna like herons, egrets, iguanas, barracuda, parrot fish, needle fish..... :-)

The SpaceVery roomy, the Cottage is set up like a studio apartment and has one queen sized bed and a couch/futon. It also has a private restroom and fully equipped kitchen with dinette set (or perhaps dine al fresco on a private patio?). Large sliding glass doors give you a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico without even stepping outside your room. A perfect, private retreat for couples. The Space"The House" is actually a very large, spacious apartment. There is one large private bedroom with a king bed, a full kitchen with large breakfast bar, and dining area. In the main living area there is couch, two chairs and coffee table. Behind the living area (but in the same space) is another king-sized bed and a pull-out futon. Very roomy and perfect families or multiple couples' getaway. Maximum occupancy: 6 Guest AccessPersonal patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Kayaks, snorkeling gear, bicycles provided at no charge. We do live on-site and can provide you with anything from great restaurant recommendations to company if you'd like! The NeighborhoodWe have our own neighborhood. Located a quarter mile off the main road, our large 1.75 acre waterfront property is lush with coconut palms and papaya trees, there are only two other rental units on the property and since our guests do a lot of sightseeing, it's almost like having the entire property to yourself. A little slice of paradise, you can snorkel or kayak right off our dock. Offering 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths on 2 living levels overlooking the Florida Bay with its incredible sunset views. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Spacious fully equiped kitchen with the dining room overlooking a lush private garden. The spacious living room features a natural "keystone" wall-framed fireplace with cypress mantle, a full wet bar, and separate bath, which also opens to the pool area.     The SpaceThe Townhouse is the perfect space for couples, a group of friends or large family. One of 12 private units, there is plenty of space and privacy. The townhouse has a large dining and kitchen area, comfortable living room (the wrap-around couch also contains two twin beds for extra sleeping space), one master bedroom with a king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed, and one and one-half baths. There are four balconies to sit, relax and soak up the sun. There is also a bonus room in the attic (accessed by pull-down attic stairs) - ask for details! Cable TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. WiFi is available throughout the space. Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guest AccessGuests will have access to a private gas grill, private shaded parking, heated pool, shaded tiki hut, boat/ trailer parking and access to the dock (no boat ramp though).     The SpaceHave you ever slept floating? You can enjoy this experience on our permanently docked 1964 Columbia 24" sailboat. Recently renovated on the inside, The Cosmos provides the perfect accommodations for one or two young people (perfect "crash pad" for the 20- and 30-somethings!). The boat has only two rooms: a sleeping berth (with a double-sized bed), and a sitting area (it's small, but it's cozy!). Some storage and counter space, but no cooking facilities or running water on-board. Economical, air-conditioned and electrically equipped, the boat is clean and comfortable. Within a few steps, you have access to a fresh-water station and your own gas grill. Restroom, shower facilities and refrigerator access are within a 30-second walk. Towels, coffee maker, toaster and wifi available on the boat. Complimentary kayaks, snorkeling gear and bicycles provided. It's basically camping, but on an air-conditioned boat with a real bed. Maximum occupancy: 2 Guest AccessComplimentary kayaks, snorkeling gear and bicycles. Common area refrigerator, hammocks, picnic tables, restroom, shower, laundry facilities. The community also has a resort style heated pool that has incredible ocean views, and there are private boat docks as well.
