The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with several convenience stores located nearby. The house was very much like the pics on the site, large, comfortable and overlooking the beautiful canals. My sister's kids loved playing in the pool, and there were lots of things to do in the area - such as shopping in Naples, deep sea fishing + boat rental at the Rose Marina, and visiting Wooten's Alligator Farm. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to go again....

If golf is your thing, there are numerous courses in the immediate area also! Bike rentals are also available. Our family owned two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the south end of Marco Island, just a 1 block walk to the beach accessway ( 600 N. Collier Blvd). Enjoy the beach, order food/drinks and then watch the sunset from Stilts!! Our condo is clean and comfortable and updated. We include everything from beach supplies (including 2 cruisers)....to linens/ towels and cookware. Just bring your suitcase and start your vacation!! The kitchen is fully equipped including a pantry, full size fridge, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. You'll find everything from crockpots to cookware to wine glasses, feel free to use it all. You'll also find an in-unit washer/dryer hidden in the closet, so you can return home with a suitcase full of CLEAN clothes!! The master suite has a king pillowtop bed with ensuite bath. Sliders lead from the master to the screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, located just off the 2nd full bath. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa with a triple slider leading to the screened lanai, where the family/friends can enjoy a late night card game!! The screened lanai has seating for 4 at the patio table along with lighting and a fan. The master has its own TV/DVD player and the family room offers the same. We offer cable/wifi internet along with local telphone service. This is our family's vacation home; so feel free to utilize all of our equipment which includes beach chairs, a wheeled cooler, a beach umbrella or whatever else you might find within the condo or storage unit. The condo is located in a smaller complex (only 46 units) so the heated pool and spa are never overcrowded. You might also enjoy a game of tennis or relax in the evenings by the firepit. We are within walking distance of the Marco Movie Theatre, ice cream shop, restaurants, a convenience store and beach shops!!! Everyone is assigned their own covered parking spot with elevator access to the units. Our unit is on the 2nd floor; just above the covered parking. We have owned this unit for several years and our family loves coming to the island. Its a magical place that you find yourself coming back to year after year. The island is so clean and well kept; the people are so friendly and the weather is ALWAYS great!!! Come and find out why so many people call Marco Island "their slice of paradise"!!! We are currently taking reservations for the remainder of April and throughout summer. We book by the week and also accept long term rentals for multiple months.
