      Hello. We are new to Flipkey but have lots of good reviews.This is a large family vacation condo available for MONTHLY rentals. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views from your wraparound balcony from our luxury, Mediterranean style condo. Hear the ocean waves and visualize the beautiful meandering Intracoastal River and the lights of Dunlawton bridge. Please check the calendar regarding availability as we keep it up to date. Getting AroundPick up Votran bus schedule in lobby. Bus pick up right at Sunglow parking lot entrance... Just a few steps away. As new resorts are built now, they tend to avoid ground floor units so that they can put more common areas at ground level, so this is truly a one-of-a-kind place! We are on the "no drive" side of the beach and are located a 1/2 block away from two different beach walk overs. From our screen deck, located on main floor of home, you can watch the sunset over the river. Our guests are welcome to sit here and enjoy the breeze and view. We may join you as well. The place accommodates 2 people, the queen size bed sleeps 2 adults and can accommodate 2 children on a trundle bed that has 2 single mattresses. The rental includes the use of the pool and kiddie pool, fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils, central air, 42” flat screen TV, DVD player, cable with free HBO, and free wifi access. Parking is free. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. You can enjoy water sports such as fishing, scuba diving, boating, skiing, and our family favorite: surfing. Golf, tennis, racquetball and bike rentals are nearby. Sightseers can visit Ponce Inlet, Planetarium, the Ocean Civic Center, Museum of Arts and Sciences, Marine land, Kennedy Space Center, and more. We live in the main master suite on the first floor, which is on the other side of the house. Our home has many amenities for our business or vacationing guests to enjoy. We want our home to be a warm and comfortable place where our guests can relax and feel at home while they are here. PARKING • You will have one parking space close to the house. Additional parking is available off street at the end of our driveway.         The SpaceHOUSE • Our home is located on a 1 acre wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. There are 4 bedrooms, two upstairs and two master suites downstairs. We live in the main master suite on the first floor, which is on the other side of the house. Our home has many amenities for our business or vacationing guests to enjoy. High speed internet access, both WiFi and wired connections are available throughout the house. We want our home to be a warm and comfortable place where our guests can relax and feel at home while they are here. PARKING • You will have one parking space close to the house. Additional parking is available off street at the end of our driveway. Guest AccessYou will have your own key to the front door of our house which will lead to your private bedroom area. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub. Your bedroom also access to your own private porch facing our back yard. You can share our living room that includes a wide screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. During the day and evenings until 10 pm, other parts of our home are also available to you.             The SpaceOur home is unique due to its waterfront location on Rose Bay, overlooking Spruce Creek Preserve. Kayaks and paddleboards can be launched right from the backyard. We have amazing sunsets, dolphins, manatees, and shorebirds cruising by, and world-class fishing for those so inclined. We have many comfy places to sit, relax, and enjoy- both inside and outside the home. Our gardens are the talk of the neighborhood. Come stay with us and see for yourself! Guest AccessGuests have access to the first floor of the home, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, shared living and dining rooms, and kitchen. Guests also have access to outdoor spaces including sitting areas in the front and back yards, the dock, and the swimming pool. There is not a grill available for guest use. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Quiet hours are after 9:30 PM. Interaction with GuestsWe are here to help and host, but also to respect our guests' privacy. We make ourselves available to answer questions and often sit with guests over a morning cup of coffee as they plan their day. We're here if you need us, but the property is big enough that guests will feel that they have their own space and are themselves, "at home." The NeighborhoodThis is a delightful older neighborhood, with towering live oak trees that span the roadway, and friendly neighbors, many of whom have lived here for decades. We are equidistant between Daytona and New Smyrna Beaches and all the activities those locations have to offer. Our closest beach is Daytona Shores. Getting AroundThere is a bus system, but we find most of our visitors have their own transportation. Some locations are within bicycling distance, 2 restaurants and a convenience store are within walking distance, and there are also taxi companies serving the area. Other Things to NoteThere is SO much to do in this area: beach activities, hiking, shopping, museums, concerts, plays, and an abundance of festivals.               This is a privately owned Oceanfront Studio Condo in Daytona Beach Shores. Our family uses this condo to get away from the northern cold winters. We created a restful retreat for our family where we all take the time to connect with each other, surf, swim, and have fun in the sun. Since we can't be there twelve months of the year, we open our doors to you. Whether an escape from the cold, time out for a writer's retreat, or a vacation with family or friends, consider us for your stay.We are located right on the beach with a direct oceanfront view. There is a private balcony where you can sit and relax, watch the waves roll to shore, spot dolphins, and listen to the lullying sounds of the ocean waves. The unit sleeps 4. The queen size bed sleeps 2, and the trundle bed sleeps 2 (another mattress rolls out from beneath.) The trundle bed works as a couch by day and 2 single beds at night. The unit has a kitchenette with a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking utensils.                   Sunglow Resort in Daytona Beach Shores is a direct oceanfront condominium located on a beautiful beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1000 sq. ft. condo is non-smoking and was recently updated with a new kitchen with granite counters, tile floors and new furniture. The condo, unit #702, is on the 7th floor and features spectacular ocean views from the 18 foot long balcony, master bedroom, living room and dining/kitchen. This condo is perfect for 2-4 adults, or a family up to 6. Sorry, no single night rentals. Minimum weekly rental (typically Saturday to Saturday) February-August. Monthly rates available September-January only. Minimum age required to book/check-in is 25. All the amenities of home can be found here, including a flat screen TV with DVD in the living room, wireless Internet and flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided. The facilities are well maintained with on-site managers. It is a very safe, family-friendly area. You will receive a parking permit to park right by the resort building. They offer delicious breakfasts, lunch, dinner or go for just drinks & appetizers. You can also rent fishing poles & fish right off the pier – no fishing license is required.
