Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, strainer, dishes, glasses, cutlery, corkscrew, can opener, teapot, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, filters for the coffeemaker, microwave, linen and paper towels, dishtowels, salt and pepper (and other seasonings).
Also provided are linens, towels (including beach towels), basic toiletries (in case you forget yours), hairdryer, iron and iron board, books, t.v., dvd player, board games and cards.

It is ten blocks from the interstate and a thirty minute drive to world famous beach destinations: Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach, and Fort de Soto.

There are almost always events or concerts going on every weekend: Honda Grand Prix; St. Anthony's Triathlon; Tampa Bay Blues Festival; Rib Fest. Concert venues Jannus Live (formerly, Jannus Landing) and State Theatre, as well as a number of local breweries, are walking distance.
There are myriad restaurants, galleries, boutiques, fitness centers, museums, cafes, and parks to walk or bike to. St. Pete has an ever-expanding bike sharing program.
