The SpaceThis is a comfortable, airy traditional style cottage studio apartment with 1 King size bed and 1 single size futon. It sits on sandy beach property with a private garden path that leads out to the ocean where you can enjoy the cool shade of huge palm trees on the beach or sit under the cabana and BBQ or just relax. Waves crash up on the beach all day and night and is great for surfing, boogie boarding or just swimming and walking down the beach. You can get a 180 degree view of the entire south end of the island from Diamond Head to Waikiki, Honolulu up to the Ko'Olina side. The property consists of 2 dwellings that share the yard bordering the ocean with no public access to the cabana and private beach section. The main house sits up next to the water and this studio apartment sits behind it, completely independent and certainly has a very secluded feel to it. Your private views from the windows and doors of the studio are filled with lush palm trees and colorful foliage and there’s an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs on your own covered lanai. Your private garden path is apx 90 ft past the house and out to the wide open sandy beach view... and another 90 ft across the grassy lawn to reach sand in your toes. We have beach chairs, lounge chairs and plush beach towels ready for your enjoyment. Please find the picture of the aerial view of the property for better understanding of how the dwellings are configured. This apartment will comfortably accommodate 3 people, however the current pricing per night is for 2, and additional guests are $25. per night. Guest AccessThere is 1 gated off street spot for parking with private path and entrance into the apartment, and full size washer/dryer. This property is on a looped beach road so it feels very secluded and is heavily forested with large tropical trees and foliage. Since this Property Lot is the typical long and narrow shape perpendicular to the ocean, like many others = it allows 2 residences nestled on one piece of land. The Sandy Beach Studio Apartment you are renting, and the "Beach House Retreat" (which is also our listing best seen at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4804359) shares the driveway, laundry room and the cabana for BBQing. There is a separate designated grill and picnic table for each of the 2 residences sharing the property and is not open to the public. There is plenty of elbow room to enjoy. Interaction with GuestsAs much or as little as you prefer....we live within a few miles away so we are close by for any needs you may have. Your studio does not share any adjoining walls with any other unit or have anyone upstairs. It is private and self contained. The NeighborhoodThis is a small quiet residential neighborhood, it is not a tourist area. Nor is it a fancy or upscale …just an old fashioned family area with respectful residents. It’s a blending of the old and the new, both the family generations and their homes. To give you a little history of this particular vintage area called Ewa Beach Road... it was originally developed in the late 1930's for summer homes at oceanfront for the upper class of Honolulu, and the command class of the military, and has now become very mature and comprises a melting pot of old and new... For the most part there is a sense of pride in the modest homes and well established yards and houses, since oceanfront property here is very expensive, everyone tries to take care to preserve value. Some houses are brand new, some newly refurbished and some look like they should be. Many of the neighbors know one another and there is a strong cohesiveness and lively sense of longevity. It's common to see them visit in the yards and help one another with whatever is going on. You will see many fishermen in the area, kids on mopeds carrying surfboards, local flair, and everyone has a friendly word to say or at least a smile and wave when coming and going. It's definitely authentic residential Hawaii. This area has property lots which are typically 50' wide and 200-300' deep, creating privacy and solitude. Many of these properties in recent years have had additional homes built on property to accommodate the desire to be near the Ocean, as is the case on this lot. This studio apartment sits in the rear of the property with the shoreline just a short 90ft on a private garden path. The beach view from this property is magnificent and includes Pearl Harbor, Pearl City, Honolulu, The Gold Coast, and Diamond Head. On a clear day you can even see the island of Molokai. As you might imagine Ewa Beach is historic being next door to Pearl Harbor and directly in the path of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. Survivors remember the attack vividly and can point to Japanese Zero Aircraft bullet holes in coral walls along the beach and tunnels dug for hiding by Japanese spies. Locals take pride in their location and their ability to talk story about their memories and their family's long time residency. Pearl Harbor is very active every day and you will witness many comings and goings of submarines surface vessels and if lucky, aircraft carriers. Getting AroundA car would be necessary to enjoy the proximity to sightseeing areas. There are local bus lines but do not typically offer trips to the tourist attractions. There are no grocery stores or shops within walking distance. We provide you with one gated off-street parking spot directly in front of the studio entrance. The SpaceThis is a comfortable, airy tropical studio apartment with French Doors and patio that opens up to a 90 ft walk of grassy lawn past my Vintage Cottage out to the ocean where you can enjoy the cool shade of huge palm trees and sit up on, or hop over the Lava Rock Wall that overlooks the rocky beach. Waves crash up on the wall at high tide and ebb out at low tide. From there you can get a 180 degree view of the entire south end of the island from Diamond Head to Waikiki, Honolulu up to the Ko'Olina side. It's a modest oceanfront property that consists of my 2 cottages that share the yard bordering the ocean. The view straight ahead toward the ocean from your French Doors is 25% beautiful turquoise blue Pacific Ocean and 75% is tropical foliage or vintage neighborhood houses. (The adjacent home that you would share the yard with is also our Airbnb listing and is best seen at the location= https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/5326506) The view from your apartment will have you enjoying watching the waves from your patio, reclining couch or from laying in the King size bed... and you can hear the waves crashing up on the rocks throughout the entire apartment all day and all night. Walk right up to the Lava Wall anytime of the day or night and enjoy the sea spray and magnificent view from sunrise to sunset. Those chairs you see in the picture are reserved just for you! It's a peaceful and vibrant feeling up that close to the water. You can smell the salt water and feel the ocean air on your skin. You won't want to leave.... Guest AccessThere is 1 garage spot for parking with private door leading straight from garage into the apartment, and full size washer/dryer. There is a full kitchenette -3/4 size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cook-plate for skillet meals, electric non-stick griddle, rice cooker, and an outside charcoal BBQ, utensils and pans are provided. No range top or oven, but is still absolutely everything you need to cook up most anything. There is an apartment upstairs and that is where we live, and the garage is shared with us, but all amenities for the studio are self contained and private. Interaction with GuestsAs much or as little as desired. We respect your privacy. The NeighborhoodThis is the perfect solution for those travelers who don't want their accommodations to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist areas. If you are looking for an authentic Hawaiian experience and would rather live where the locals live, this may be just the oceanfront solution for you. This is a completely residential area, it's not fancy and there are no business nearby although there are supermarkets and small restaurants a few miles away. It's an older compact neighborhood that has been established since the 1940's with a melting pot of old and new... both in generations and in their dwellings. It's definitely vintage Hawaiian style, most all the neighbors know one another and there is a strong cohesiveness and lively sense of longevity. For the most part there is a sense of pride in the modest homes and well established yards and houses, since the property here is very expensive everyone tries to take care to preserve value. Some houses are brand new, some newly refurbished and a few are in need. It’s a close-knit beach neighborhood with local flair. Many like to visit in the yards and help one another with whatever is going on. Everyone has a friendly word to say or at least a smile and wave when coming and going. You will hear roosters and tropical birds and see many kids on bicycles and motorpeds on these narrow roads, as well as locals carrying their surf boards or fishing poles to public beach access points all along the main road, however there is no public access to the oceanfront on this street. We are at the end of a beach road so it feels very secluded. Scroll to the very bottom of this listing and you can see the specific area where we are located to evaluate distances to your preferred tourist destinations as compared to other oceanfront listings. The SpaceGorgeous direct ocean-front 3,442 sq ft villa with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2 full kitchens (upstairs & downstairs). The house boasts a beautiful tiled pool steps from the ocean. Beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki city lights. Spend hours watching the many playful honu (sea turtles) that visit regularly directly in front of the house. Enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunset during late autumn to winter months. House was recently built in 2004 with many high-end features. Walk into the two story foyer and you be warmly welcomed by a beautiful hanging crystal chandelier. Incredible second floor private master-suite with a huge connecting living area with a large LED cable SMART TV. Two large sliding doors opens up to a massive private lanai (deck) with a breath taking views of the ocean and Diamond Head. The master-suite even has its own kitchen with granite countertops. Luxurious master-bath has a separate marble shower and his & her sinks with granite tops. It also has a large Jacuzzi tub for you to enjoy. The master-suite is tastefully furnished with high-end distressed French style furniture. Just close the French doors and you are in your own private oasis from the other part of the house. First floor featuring gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and granite countertops. The living area has a huge solid distressed oak dining table and large LED cable SMART TV. There is also a bar area with granite countertops with sliding glass door leading out to the pool entertainment area and has a separate family room with sliding glass door leading to the pool and ocean. There are 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs & 2 downstairs), which have a total of 3 queen beds, and 4 twin beds. All the mattresses are high-quality SEALY so you can get a good night’s rest. All the living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans, but the house usually has a wonderful refreshing trade winds coming from the east. If you prefer air conditioner, we installed a new air conditioner system throughout the house in 2015. The beautiful pool with its trickling water-fall is built literally steps from the ocean. The pool area has a weathered solid teak outdoor dining table and chairs with an umbrella. Also wood lounge chairs are provided for you to enjoy. There is also an outdoor shower and a private outdoor bathroom for your convenience. You can enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, and snorkeling/spear fishing right in front of the villa (equipment NOT provided). One of the best surf is found here for beginners and Ewa Beach is the sunny and dry side of the island. Only 3 minute drive from Honu Villa is a shopping center that has many restaurants and grocery/drug store. Also about 6 minute, there is a new Safeway supermarket and shopping center and a little further down the road there is another supermarket, Foodland. If you are a coffee lover, there are 3 Starbucks within 6 minute drive. There is a Costco and Walmart only 15 minute away in the neighboring city of Kapolei as well as many very good restaurants and a 12 multiplex Movie Theater. You can stock up on your grocery supplies and enjoy a fine meal prepared at the villa as you enjoy the beautiful ocean-front location. The Villa is a good hub base to get to all the famous attractions. Also nearby are six golf courses, tennis courts, and many enjoyable things to do and see. The Waikele Outlet Shopping Center is only 15 minute drive and it features high-end name brand outlet stores such as Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren, IZOD, etc. Pearl Harbor (USS Arizona &USS Missouri) is a short commute, as well as the world famous surfing beaches in the North Shore and the Polynesian Cultural Center. The airport is only 18 miles away. This villa is perfect if you want a luxurious and quiet private ocean-front location with a pool just 15 feet from the ocean and want to avoid the large resort environment without sacrificing the resort “feel” and the congestion of people in the Waikiki area. We have a totally separate apartment above the garage where the manager/care-takers sometimes reside. They will respect your privacy if they are there, but assistance is only a door knock away. Absolutely NO pets or NO smoking is allowed in the villa and around the outside pool and balcony area. Also large events or wedding are not permitted on the property. We will provide towels (bath, kitchen, and pool/beach) and high quality 100% cotton bed linens. We also provide down comforters for those cool evenings. We will only supply an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and coffee, etc. Please bring your own personal toiletries, such as shampoo, toothpaste, and shaving items, etc. We offer free Cable TV, phone (free unlimited domestic and Canada), high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi), and Netflix (SmartTV). The NeighborhoodEwa Beach is not a tourist area, but is a local quiet residential area. Ewa Beach is in the sunny side of the island, so we do not get much rain, but lots of sunshine! It is convenient location to make it your home base for all the tourist attractions without being in the busy tourist area. Getting AroundWe are about 20 minutes from the airport. Parking is included and we do recommend renting a car. Although many buses run to take you to any part of the island.     The SpaceThe air conditioned rental home is new and approximately 1100 sq ft.. It is located behind the main house and surrounded by a lava wall and secure gates. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, a full kitchen, living room and nook. The master has a full ensuite and queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. There are bathing towels, beach towels, ironing supplies and a hair dryer. Included is a washer and dryer, as well as, complimentary wi-fi and free long distance calls to Canada and the U.S..There is ample parking within the secure gates of the property and private access to the sandy beach where you can enjoy use of four lounge chairs under a large sun umbrella overlooking the grand pacific ocean and Waikiki skyline. Guest AccessGuests will have full access to the rental vacation home and the gated property, including a remote for gate entry, gate access to the beach, the front yard/lawn and lounge chairs/umbrella on the beach. Guests do not have access to the front house. Interaction with GuestsThe front house at times will be used by the owners and there will be a caretaker who will occasionally check on the property. The NeighborhoodOur home is in Ewa Beach, where you can experience the true Island flare with all the comforts of home. Guests have private access to a sandy beach where they can experience surfers, outriggers, kayakers, turtles and occasionally monk seals resting on the beach. Ewa Beach is a melting pot of local families, mainlanders, tourists and retirees. It is a peaceful community and caters to families, couples and golfers. Getting AroundA car is recommended to get to nearby attractions and amenities, however, if necessary local transit is in walking distance. A rental car, taxi or shuttle bus can be arranged at Kahului airport. There is also ample parking on the premise. Other Things to NoteThis home is an ideal location for golfers and families.     The SpaceThe only dates that are available on this listing page are a 3 day weekend in February. This new listing is for the exact same home managed the exact same way, we just changed official ownership within the family so need a new listing page. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might create. Our 2250 sqft house sits right up next to the Sandy Beach, your view from the front lanai is filled with blue sky, blue ocean, green grass, palm trees and golden sand. The house is large and spread out so there are roomy common areas to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably and has an enclosed garage with parking for 2 economy or compact size cars... or one larger car, SUV or van with plenty of elbow room. The garage will not accommodate larger 4x4 trucks that sit high off the ground. The property is on a small residential street and the area has no bar scenes or nightlife nearby. There is a Cabana with picnic tables for your BBQ activities and boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided for your convenience. The beach is wide open with plenty of room to enjoy. Bedrooms and amenities are as follows: please view the floor plan in the photo gallery for dimensions as they relate to these descriptions. 14'x16' Master Bedroom= King size bed, 2-chair sitting table, 2 closets, 1 dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, window A/C unit. 11'x10' Bedroom= King size bed, 2 closets, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, window A/C unit. 9'x10' Bedroom= Twin Bunk Beds, 1 closet, 1 nightstand, ceiling fan, window A/C unit. 11'x16' Bedroom= This is an 'open concept' room with double sliding glass doors out to oceanfront lanai, doorway to the 'screened Lanai' common area and hallway to Master Bedroom. We call this the 'Bonus Bedroom' and has King size bed with room divider 'shoji screen' panels for privacy while sleeping, 2 nightstands, cedar wall shelving for personal goods, writing desk with lamp and chair, rattan love-seat facing oceanfront direction. Also 1 Queen size Hide-a-bed in common Lanai room as shown in photo gallery Guest AccessThis property also has a vacation rental studio cottage situated between the house and the street. Our guests who stay there will be sharing some common areas with you such as; the entrance gate from the street, garden paths to and from the parking areas and beach, the Cabana BBQ area, but each rental has their own designated BBQ kettle and picnic table, a large laundry room, each house has it's own designated washer/dryer. Since there are only 2 rentals on this large piece of land and the other one is a small studio, and only accommodating 2 people so there is plenty of elbow room to enjoy your own spaces...or maybe you have a larger group coming to the island and want to rent both places to be close by each other for convenience ? Would work out just fine...please look at the Airbnb listing for the studio apartment for comparison of proximity, etc. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/3863004 Also note the front lawn bordering the ocean is a quarter acre in size... this allows for a comfortable space between the beach and the privately shared cabana and your living spaces. It also allows for a nice area to set up a gathering for an intimate family meal, or a game of Croquet, Horse-Shoes, Badminton or Bocce Ball.... Or, just pull up a couple of lounge chairs and read a book or take a nap in the breeze under the shade of the huge palm trees. This is a peaceful environment in a local area. Survivors remember the attack vividly and can point to Japanese Zero Aircraft bullet holes in coral walls along the beach and tunnels dug for hiding by Japanese spies. Locals take pride in their location and their ability to talk story about their memories and their family's long time residency. Ft.Weaver Road connects to Kunia Road north to Schofield Barracks and the mountain range over which the Japanese 'jumped up and over' in their attack on Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor is very active every day and you will witness many comings and goings of submarines surface vessels and if lucky, aircraft carriers. You will see many fishermen all along the beach, as well as outrigger canoe rowers practicing daily.. and hear roosters crowing every morning as well as tropical birds at all hours of the day. This is most definitely a local residential area of Oahu. Getting AroundA car would be the most convenient way to utilize this vacation house due to the residential neighborhood setting. There are bus lines close by but the routes are very limited getting to the sightseeing areas of the island. There are no grocery stores or shops within walking distance.     The SpaceThis 3 bedroom Cottage sits very close to the coastline and the sound of waves crashing up on the rocks is audible in all rooms of the house. It's a 1943 Vintage Hawaii Nei Cottage that has several updates. It's very unique and very classic. Your stay here would create memories not soon forgotten with hopes of returning soon. When you walk in the main door you can immediately see a 90 degree view of pure blue ocean. It has been lovingly renovated by Kent and I to capture the true essence of rocky coastline living. The nature of this area offers uniquely vast spans of wide open oceanfront. If you're wondering about access to enter the water here, you can certainly step in at the east corner of the lava wall and play in the surf...or there is a sandy beach swimming area about a mile down the road. In regards to what this cottage has to offer, it has a bright and airy open concept great room. You have the feeling of being outside while in the huge kitchen/dining/living room with massive windows that span the entire 25 ft wall facing the ocean. The Diamond Head side has an 18 ft span as well and offers air flow right through the house. There are 3 wall A/C units, one in each bedroom, these are the only air conditioners in the Cottage, but are seldom needed...the huge windows and ceiling fans bring a full balmy breeze. There is a 40" flat screen TV in the living room with a BluRay player and Netflix subscription as well as public television stations, and free Wifi. Guest AccessYou will have full access to the oceanfront coastline and have 2 off street uncovered parking spaces dedicated to your use during your stay. The cottage sits at the very end of a beach road so there is no thru traffic on this street. There is an indoor washer and dryer, large kitchen with full size appliances and dishwasher. Indoor dining table sits apx 40 ft from the coastline. To give you an idea of how this particular property is set up I will tell you that many of these coastline properties in recent years have had additional homes built on property to accommodate the desire to be near the ocean, as is the case with our place. Directly behind the Cottage we also have a blue 2-story newer construction home with renters as well. It has an apartment upstairs with a friendly military couple as long term tenants and the smaller studio apartment downstairs is one of our other Airbnb listings and can be viewed at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/3751806 You are expected to share the ocean front access and yard with both of my other renters, but it's plenty wide and lots of chairs to enjoy. The upstairs apartment behind you has a great patio deck with a view over the top of the Cottage so they typically spend their leisure time up there more than in the yard, and the Studio has their own view from their deck and living area looking past the east side of the cottage and their own chairs. These dimensions can be evaluated well from the aerial shots in the photos. The NeighborhoodThe coastline properties on this side of the island are typically rectangular lots which are apx 50' wide and 200-300' deep creating privacy and solitude even in a close-knit manner. This has created an older, compact neighborhood which can seem somewhat crowded until you reach the beachfront houses then it really opens up. Our lot happens to be 65' ft wide and 156' long. The view is magnificent-easy to see Pearl Harbor, Pearl City, Honolulu, The Gold Coast, and Diamond Head. Some houses are brand new, some newly refurbished and some look like they should be. It’s a vintage coastline neighborhood with local flair. Many of the neighbors know one another and there is a strong cohesiveness and lively sense of longevity. It's common to see them visit in the yards and help one another with whatever is going on. You will see many fishermen in the area, and everyone has a friendly word to say or at least a smile and wave when coming and going. It's definitely authentic residential Hawaii, and it's very quiet at night, typically only the sound of the surf crashing on the rocks is audible. Getting AroundThe cottage has private parking for 2 cars directly in front. This rental would require a car to get to local areas and tourist areas. There is a bus line but would not be practical to only rely on public transportation. The closest area with a cluster of larger restaurants is about 10-12 miles away and is called Kapolei... not to say there aren't places to eat closer by, there are a few places within a few miles, but this is a residential area and is about 30 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Waikiki. It is very well situated for those who want to stay away from the tourist areas in a more local setting while enjoying the tourist areas on a day trip basis. There are a ton of sightseeing places nearby and this area is very centrally located as a jumping off point for trips of all kinds. An internet research session will show what's close by.           Paradize III is a beach front single family home on a double lot that is known for bringing you back in time to the old Hawaii. Its double full length glass doors open up to an enclosed patio that looks out over the front lawn to the ocean, where you can swim, surf or fish. Paradize III is located in a very local residential neighborhood, about 17 miles from Honolulu Airport, 22 miles to Waikiki. Paradize III is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front home with a loft. If swimming, surfing, sunning and or sightseeing are not enough there are eight golf courses in the surrounding area, the Waikele Outlet Shopping Center is about a 15 minute drive from the property. It's common to see neighbors visit in the yards and help one another with whatever is going on and everyone has a friendly word to say or at least a smile and wave. Mahalo The NeighborhoodThe home is located in Ewa Beach. Our neighborhood is Ka Makana at Hoakalei. The neighborhood is beautifully planned and offers plenty of space for jogging. It is close enough to various beaches. These beaches are not as crowded as Waikiki but offers the same types of activities..i.e surf! Be aware that there are no lifeguards at the beaches on this side of the island. The beaches on this side hardly have crowds. Additionally, there are a plethora of golf courses here. Typically tourists stay in Waikiki but their site seeing is NOT in Waikiki. This home is an ideal location for tourists that don't want to pay crazy hotel fees and don't want to sit in traffic trying to get to their locations. The home is also ideal for the business traveler working on the west or central side of Oahu. The neighborhood is close to a grocery store and numerous local eateries. YELP has a really good description of near by eateries for your pleasure. Getting AroundThere is bus stop near here but if you are a tourist i would highly recommend you rent a cheap car. If you don't have one, i might be able to lend my truck for short distances in the area or if we can work something out. Other Things to NoteParking in enclosed garage is included.                         The SpaceAll guest are welcome to use the public pool which is a 1 minute walk from our home. We have a nice homemade gym in the garage which has a squat rack, bars, weights, bench, TRX bands, medicine ball, kettle bells and more! The house is air-conditioned and the private room has a queen sized bed and a closet with hangers. There is also a private guest bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. We have a spacious and nice office which is perfect for anyone needing to do work. Our living room is fully furnished and we have a TV, but no cable. We have Netflix and an array of movies, and TV-shows on a hard drive that is hooked up to the TV. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook and make your food. Guest AccessGuests can use our parking in the garage for a one-time fee given at check-in. If not, parking is available on streets although this is very hard to find in the evenings. Guests are more than welcome to use the common spaces and the pool as long as they are respected and maintained. Interaction with GuestsWe always enjoy sharing the gems around this island! When we plan to go hiking, snorkeling, beach etc our guests are more then welcome to join! We are also sociable, but enjoy or privacy and quiet time so please be respectful of this. The NeighborhoodThe area consists mostly of townhouses. Our neighboorhood is quiet, nice and clean and most of the people who live here are in the military or locals. There's a school nearby, and the grocery store is a 15minute walk away. Getting AroundThe bus runs from the main road, Ft Weaver, and you can walk there in 10minutes. Public transportation out here is time consuming and since we are away from the city it will take some time getting around. The best way to see the island and do fun activities is by car! Other Things to NoteWe highly recommend getting a rental car as this will save you tons of time!

                        The SpaceImagine waking to the sound of tropical birds, brewing a cup of coffee and taking your morning walk along the beach as the sun rises in the distance over Diamond Head and Waikiki. Play in the sun and surf until the heat sends you to the hammock under the mango tree in our backyard, reading or napping. Fast forward to the evening walk, wine in hand, as you watch the sun set over the west side. A perfect day in paradise. Try your hand at surfing, body boarding or kayaking (surf dependent) using our foam beginner surf board, body boards and double person kayak - it's all there in the "fun shed" at the side of the house. Want more of a relaxing beach day? Take the beach chairs and an air mattress or noodle instead-it's all there, along with snorkeling gear and other odds and ends beach goodies. The house is well equipped with all amenities included. Bathroom amenities include: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sunscreen (please bring your own if you are particular about the type), hair dryer, towels, etc . Kitchen amenities: Basic spices, cooking spray, dish soap, coffee filters, paper towels, all utensils and cooking set, dishes, deluxe blender, etc. Bedroom: Queen sized bed, all bed linen, hangers, dresser and optional portable a/c unit (all rooms have fans but we can provide the portable unit if you tend to run hot). Laundry room: laundry detergent and dryer sheets, hanging rack for delicates. Entertainment: Flat screen tv in living room with dvd player and selection of movies. We do not have cable but have local and all major network channels through the antenna and also are equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime and myriad other channels through the internet connection on the tv. We have playing cards and a few other games as well as a good selection of books (if you take one because you aren't done with it before you leave, no problem! If you can, just leave one you have read in it's place.) We have plenty of local guide books as well. Outdoor: BBQ grill, hammock, covered porch with lounging chair and table, lay flat lounge chairs, bikes, beach toys, beach towels provided. If you have any questions at all, we're a phone call away. The NeighborhoodYour retreat home is in a local, working beach community, far from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki. On a stroll down the nearly empty beach you will find local fishermen, surfers, seashells, 'ama crabs, the occasional endangered Hawaiian monk seal and local families playing in the sand and surf. As a historic neighborhood, Ewa Beach has become a blending of local, generational families and newer families who have seen the value in the sunrise to sunset views over the water. This is apparent as you drive down our little road - expansive multi-million dollar homes side by side with older plantation homes, residents leaning over the fence talking about their day. We see this as part of the charm of living in our community - the people here are quick to smile and give a friendly "aloha". This is not a touristy area, but more for the person seeking local charm. Conveniences are not far away - for immediate needs, we have a little historic market, right here on our street - Silva's store. Otherwise, there is a Safeway, Foodland, Long's Drugs and myriad restaurants and hole in the wall eateries within biking distance. There's even a new Buffalo Wild Wings for those that like their sports on the big screen. Getting AroundThe most convenient way to get to Ewa Beach and around the island is definitely by car. We have off street parking and maps of the area for your convenience. O'ahu does have an extensive bus system (aptly named "The Bus") and we do have a bus stop a few blocks from the house. It is a cheaper alternative to renting a car, especially if you are one person, and takes the frustration away from driving on the island. To and from Ewa Beach can take quite a bit of time, and require a few transfers to get where you want to go, though, so prepare for that. We provide bus maps and schedules, We have 2 bikes for your use to get around the area (Safeway, Foodland, many golf courses and the library are all within riding distance) Other Things to NoteAlthough we have other long term rentals, this is our first foray into the world of vacation rentals. We have such a special spot and want to share it! We recently built a large addition on our house and so the vacation rental is an apartment attached to the main house (with separate entrances). It is just my husband and I in the main house and you will have all the privacy you would expect from a home rental. We are across the street from the beach - not ocean front but a short 1 minute walk down a beach path to the water.

                                  Villa magnifique direct front de mer 3 442 m² avec 5 chambres à coucher, 3.5 sdb et 2 cuisines complètes (à l'étage & en bas). La maison dispose d'un pas de la belle piscine en mosaïque de l'océan. Vue magnifique sur les lumières de ville Diamond Head et Waikiki. Passer des heures à regarder les nombreux honu ludique (tortues marines) qui visitent régulièrement directement devant la maison. Profitez de spectaculaire lever et le coucher du soleil au cours de la fin de l'automne pour les mois d'hiver. Maison a été récemment construite en 2004 avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités haut de gamme. Marcher dans les deux foyer de l'histoire et vous être chaleureusement accueilli par une belle pendaison lustre en cristal. Incroyable deuxième étage maître-suite privée avec un énorme salon raccordement avec un gros câble de LED SMART TV. Deux grandes portes coulissantes s'ouvre sur une véranda privée massive (pont) avec une vue sur l'océan et le Diamond Head le souffle. Le maître-suite a même sa propre cuisine avec comptoirs en granit. Luxueux-bain du maître a une douche en marbre et ses & ses éviers en granit. Il a également un grand bain à remous pour votre plaisir. Le maître-suite est meublé avec goût avec des meubles haut de gamme de style Français en détresse. Fermez les portes Français et vous êtes à votre propre oasis privée de l'autre partie de la maison. Premier étage avec cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils en acier inoxydable incluant un comptoirs de granit et lave-vaisselle. Le salon possède une énorme table à manger chêne vieilli massif et le gros câble LED SMART TV. Il y a aussi un bar avec comptoir en granit avec glissement attaque porte verre hors de la zone de loisirs piscine et possèdent une salle de famille séparée avec glisser le verre porte menant à la piscine et l'océan. Il y a 5 chambres (3 à l'étage & 2 en bas), qui ont un total de 3 lits doubles et 4 lits simples. Tous les matelas sont SEALY de haute qualité afin d'obtenir repos une bonne nuit de. Tous les espaces de vie et les chambres ont un ventilateur de plafond, mais la maison est généralement un merveilleux rafraîchissante des alizés venant de l'est. Si vous préférez le conditionneur d'air, nous avons installé un nouveau système d'air conditionné dans toute la maison en 2015. La très belle piscine avec sa chute d'eau goutte à goutte est construite littéralement pas de l'océan. La piscine d'une superficiel par les agents solide en teck en plein air à manger table et chaises avec un parapluie. Aussi chaises bois sont fournis pour votre plaisir. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure et une salle de bain en plein air pour votre commodité. Vous pouvez profiter de la pêche, pagayer embarquement, surf, kayak et plongée en apnée/spear pêche juste en face de la villa (matériel non fourni). Un des meilleur surf se trouve qu'ici, pour les débutants et Ewa Beach est le côté sec et ensoleillé de l'île. Seulement 3 minutes en voiture de Honu Villa est un centre commercial qui a beaucoup de restaurants et d'épiceries/drogue stocker. Aussi environ 6 minutes, il y a un nouveau supermarché Safeway et un centre commercial et un peu plus loin sur la route, il y a un autre supermarché, terre nourricière. Si vous êtes un amateur de café, il y a un 3 Starbucks à 6 minutes en voiture. Il y a un Costco et Walmart seulement 15 minutes de suite dans la ville voisine de Kapolei, mais aussi beaucoup de très bons restaurants et un 12 multiplex Cinema. Vous pouvez approvisionner sur vos fournitures de produits d'épicerie et déguster un bon repas préparé à la villa que vous apprécierez l'emplacement de front de mer magnifique. La Villa est un moyeu de bon base pour rejoindre toutes les attractions célèbres. Non loin se trouvent également six terrains de golf, courts de tennis et beaucoup de choses agréables à faire et à voir. Le Waikele Outlet Shopping Center est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture et il possède des boutiques haut de gamme de la marque comme Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren, IZOD, etc.. Pearl Harbor (USS Arizona & USS Missouri) est un court trajet, ainsi que les plages de surf célèbre du monde dans la côte-nord et le centre culturel polynésien. L'aéroport est seulement à 18 milles de là. Cette villa est idéale si vous voulez un emplacement de front de mer privé luxueux et calme avec une piscine juste à 5 mètres de l'océan et que vous voulez éviter l'environnement grand complexe sans pour autant sacrifier la station « sensation » et la congestion des personnes dans le quartier de Waikiki.
