The SpaceAloha and welcome to the beautiful island of Oahu. This is a private unit located in the heart of Waikiki in a boutique Hotel - Aqua Aloha Surf Hotel. The hotel is a Boutique-style, modern hotel. There are 3 different sizes of room in this Hotel and ours has the biggest in size. Most does not come with a balcony but ours does!! So even if you see a cheaper condo in this hotel by a private owner, it is because their studio is a bit smaller. We own one of the unit and renting it out privately, so this unit does not manage by the Hotel, that's why we can offer the lowest price! It has a Queen-sized bed, TV, A/C, kitchenette, sofa, clean towels, and linens. We can also provide a hiking tour for a small fee and you can always email us for more info about which hike you are interested in, whether a waterfall hike, crater, ridges, forest, coastlines etc. Because we love to hike! The hotel unit is located in the heart of Waikiki facing the Ala Wai canal. It is only 2 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and grocery store is only 1 minute walk away. Close to bus stops that can take you to all the destinations you want to go, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, snorkeling at Hanauma Bay and visit the historic Pearl Harbor. The hotel comes with a swimming pool and a small gym. But why go to the pool while you can walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach in 5 minutes? Parking is also available on-site (basement garage and additional lot next to the property). On-site parking is $22/day - you have to arrange to get a parking permit with the hotel staff. If you only want to spend time in Waikiki, you can survive without a car. Everything is in walking distance. If you wish to explore further, you may want to consider getting a rental car.

The SpaceThe apartment is located on 22th floor, very nice view (mountain, canal, city and fireworks every friday), my apartment was totally renovated. On the floor its laminate floor, the bathroom is brand new, big lanai (balcony 116sqt) also tiled with table and chairs for enjoy the nice evenings. You will found a queen size bed and a very comfortable sofa bed for two. My studio is fully furnished you will found one large fridge, cooktop, microwaves, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, glass, dishes, utensils, toaster, iron and board, hair dryer, bath and beach towels, linens.......... are provided You have free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and safety box. The entire sixth (6th) floor is devoted to the many amenities for your enjoyment and leisure during your stay. One block from Bus stops that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana Mall. It’s only two (2) blocks from the beach. You can rent a car, a bicycle or mopeds one (1) mn. For the people who like to run in the morning or at sundown, we are across a beautiful jogging path along the canal (Ala Wai Blvd.). Parking: You can park for free on Ala Wai Blvd. you just need to move your car on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 11:30am for street sweeping. You can park in my buildings parking garage for $30/day or I can have a parking place in Waikiki trade center ( half block from our condo , 3 min by walk) for $15 day. The SpaceDwell luxury and style meet in this modern 1 bed/1bath guest home in Manoa Valley, complete with mid-century modern furniture, concrete floors, high ceilings and designer rugs. Designed with two glass sliding doors that open up to an expansive yard and magnificent mountain views, with a small peak of the back of Diamond Head and the ocean. The front yard includes two teak dining room tables, one of which has a market umbrella for shade from sun or brief mountain showers. Day bed or sofa in living room can be used to accommodate a third person. Sofa is not a sofa bed. Recessed lighting and in-ceiling speakers in every room are wired for wireless Airplay through mobile devices/smartphones/iPads, etc. Kitchen includes a below counter refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, bar sink, and Nespresso Coffee Maker with coffee for your stay. There is also a propane gas grill in the yard for barbecues. Please note that there is not a stove or cooktop in the house, but if you are comfortable using a grill, it's a great alternative. Manoa is a quaint family neighborhood. Close to a grocery and drug store, as well as many dining and take-out options, and unique shopping. Waikiki and the airport are just 15 minutes away. A wonderful hike to Manoa Falls is down the street, as well as a ridge hike that ends with a fabulous view out the valley towards the ocean. Public bus line runs at the end of our street. Rental is in our back yard, but a good distance away from our residence, for your increased privacy. Easy street parking and separate entrance. Smoking off property only. Rate includes Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) and and General Excise Tax (GET) of 13.75%. The beach is just beyond that, though you have to find the public access to it, which is about a block east. In other words, you're where's it's at. Mahalo.

The SpaceVery convenient location. One free parking lot is available in the same building. The room is on high floor (21th floor), so you can enjoy the view of Diamond Head, green mountain, golf course and partial ocean view from balcony(lanai). This is 1bed room (512ft² or about 48m²) with 1 full size bed, 1 twin size bed and 1 queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite counter top. Shower is with bath tub. Toilet is Washlet (electric toilet seats with water spray feature for washing.) Free WiFi is available in the room. Large LCD TV with many cable channels. Lanai (balcony) has 4 chairs and a table. AC and ceiling fan is installed. There are rice cooker, hair dryer, three sets of three towels (face/hand/bath), extra sheets, extra blanket and shampoo, conditioner and soaps, toilet paper rolls for a few days. We have 2 beach chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. Pool, Laundry/Dryer, sauna, BBQ area, Gym, tennis court, billiard, table tennis and kids' slide are on the 7th floor in the building. You can borrow tennis/table tennis rackets, golf clubs at the security desk in the lobby with the deposit. Our parking lot is on the 4th floor of the building. 24 hours security guard in the lobby. Guest AccessPool, Sauna, Laundry/Dryer, BBQ area, Gym, tennis court, billiard, table tennis and Kids' slide are on the 7th floor in the building. One free parking is on the 4th floor in the building. Interaction with GuestsOur property management office is located in the same building and available Mon-Sun form 8AM to 5PM, except for their lunch hour 12:30~1:30PM. You can check in there. Late arrival after 5PM is also no problem, since there is 24 hours security guard at the lobby for emergency issues. You can also call or Email me any time! The NeighborhoodEverything is in the short walking distance. Beach, shopping, dining, free events, big grocery store, green market, famous hotels, etc. The building is directly across from the well known Matteo's Italian Restaurant and Waikiki Trade Center. DFS is also across the street. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center with over 110 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues is only a two blocks away, and just beyond it is the world famous Waikiki Beach. If you walk along the beach for 10 minutes or less, there is Hilton Hawaiian Village famous for the firework on every Friday! There is a big supermarket (Food Pantry) nearby for your grocery shopping. McDonald is also in front of the building. Getting AroundThe Bus stop is in front of the building. One free parking is available on the 4th floor in the same building. Once you to go Alamoana, you can go anywhere in Oahu by the Bus system! Other Things to NoteNightly price depends on High or Low season. I offer discount for the guests who stay more than 7 nights and 30 nights. There is $21 supply fee. If you stay more than a week, the supply fee will be added for $3/day. Cleaning fee is $97/stay, but if the professional cleaning takes more than 2 hours after your check-out, $30 would be charged for every extra hour. The SpaceThis is a NON smoking unit. No smoking on the lanai or inside the condo. Well maintained high floor unit with great Diamond Head and mountain views. Ocean view from the lanai. Sit out on the lanai with your breakfast and feel the sweet morning air. Large bedroom with king bed. Kitchen has lots of pots and pans for your gourmet cooking. Living room has queen sofa sleeper. Washer and dryer in the unit. AC in the bedroom and the living room. One secured covered parking stall. FREE.... Large pool, pool deck, and BBQ. Only two blocks to the best beach in Waikiki. Surf and sun. Close to the bus lines and shopping. Only four units per floor, so you will have lots of privacy. Free wifi and HD TV. The apartment was remodeled in 2014. It's ideally located in the Heart of Waikiki on the 22nd floor. That's higher than all other Studio Condotels Penthouse floors. It has stunning panoramic views day and night. The building is one of Waikiki's tallest skyscrapers and features resort-like amenities. Throughout the unit you'll find smooth ceilings, 18 inch limestone travertine flooring, air conditioning and Internet Wifi. The bathroom was upgraded Dec 2016 with floor to ceiling 18 inch limestone travertine walls. Our competitors have painted drywall walls. For the culinary arts, the kitchen features a smooth 4 burner cook top, 1.7 cu ft stainless microwave convection oven range hood, 10 cu ft refrigerator freezer, 92 cu ft built-in hardwood cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, sink, disposal, cookware and tableware. This Great studio is only a block to the beach! This is not a 5 star hotel room but it is a clean, cozy friendly studio at a great price. This is the cheapest unit in the condo! It has some kitchen utensils, a microwave and mini fridge. There is a Queen size bed in there with a small table and a chair. The place has AC and a small lanai (balcony) with partial ocean view. There is parking but it is $25/day pay to the meter. I m also able to show you around or take you on a hike if my schedule is free. I can take you to a waterfall, crater, ridge, forest, coastline hike etc. You just have to pay a small fee of $25/person. If you like to boogie board, I can also show you a great time to surf. It is also 2 blocks away from the famous Queens beach with popular surfing and boogie board spots. If you are into beach volleyball, it is also popular among the locals here. Always check with lifeguards, but this area has many safe places to swim. Diamond Head hike is only 2 minutes drive away with a great view of the whole city from the top. There are also a few hiking trails to the Koolau mountains towards the mountains. Towards the east, you have the popular lighthouse and crater hike too! You are welcome to join me on a hiking adventure anytime! Just outside of Waikiki. It is also walking distance to Kapahulu street with lots of Ono (delicious) local and foreign food, and grocery stores, which are less expensive than grocery stores in Waikiki. Some popular local restaurants in Kapahulu are Zippy's, Ono Hawaiian, Genki Sushi, Rainbows Drive inn, Leonards Malasadas, Waoila Shave Ice etc. Depending on my time, I can also take you on a hiking tour for $25/person and also AIRPORT PICKUP/DROPOFF for $28/trip. Several other factors should be considered before you choose a condo for you vacation, so that your experience will be satisfying.       The Space**Currently the building is going through restorations so there is noise throughout the workday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Sometimes theres is drilling going on for 2 hours a day. Residents live in the building so the workers are cautious of that. Maintenance is scheduled to end April 2017. I have a centrally located 2 bedroom Waikiki highrise overlooking the Ala Wai Canal and the Waikiki Harbor. Both rooms have a Queen size bed, plenty of closet and drawer space and blackout shades for you late risers or early crashers. My condo has a full kitchen with a washer and dryer for your use. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shared shower. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. The shower is a new stone and pebble floor shower. The condo sits on one of the few streets in Waikiki that has plenty of street parking and also has its own dedicated parking space. It is located right next to bus routes that easily take you all over Oahu. Our bus system is the best in the country so I would recommend taking advantage of it to go to all the great beaches. You will be walking distance to Ala Moana Mall, two great beaches,surf breaks, local harbor pubs with live music, fine dining and a grocery store. The condo complex also has a heated pool when maintenance is done with building. The condo has 2 sofas 1 has w/ a pull out queen bed, Wifi, cable, a 50 inch flat screen tv and a DVD player. The state of Hawaii requires me to state the following. "Our building requires a maximum one rental per 30 days." Interaction with GuestsOnly via Airbnb messaging or text.       The SpaceThis is a great home for a large family to use as a home base. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. There is a futon and a porta-crib for baby. You can take a multi-generational family to Hawaii for the vacation of your dreams. This beautifully furnished home is the best value three bedroom in Hawaii Kai. Everything supplied from shampoo, conditioner, laundry powder to salt & pepper, coffee and tea. Completely separate three bedroom home with seperate entrance. I live upstairs and I am available if you need anything. You will experience Hawaii as the locals do, in the tranquil mountains of the Hahaione valley. It's cool, quiet and relaxing. The bus stop is right at the end of the street or plenty of parking for 2 cars. All bedrooms are Airconditioned. Small plunge pool now available kids will love it. Guest AccessCompletely separate three bedroom home with seperate entrance. GENERAL HOUSE INFORMATION and RULES Please remove your shoes when you enter the house. It is a custom in Hawaii to remove your shoes before going into anyone’s home. This helps keep the house cleaner. You can rinse your feet with the hose if you just came from the beach. No Parties: Only guests staying in the house are invited to use the amenities. Please do not make arrangements for local friends or family to join you at our house. We are very respectful of our neighborhood and have guaranteed our friends and neighbors that our renters will behave in that same fashion. If you have a special occasion please let me know and we can arrange for that. No Smoking: in the house. Smoking is permitted only outside and Hawaii Law is you must be 25 feet from a building. Key Code : 1650 Security: This is a very nice and safe neighborhood but we recommend that if you are leaving for the day or evening you should lock all the doors. There is 1 key to the house attached to the lock box and must remain attached please do not remove. Also, do not leave valuables in your car when sightseeing or going to the beach. Thieves can identify rental cars and are looking for the opportunity to take advantage of you. Parking: You may park on the right hand side of the driveway only or on the street. We prefer that you only have 2 cars maximum but please inquire if you need more parking. Yard Work: The yard is done every second Friday afternoon. Rito and his team are quiet and normally only take an hour and a half. Energy: The electric costs in Hawaii are very high so please turn off all fans, lights, AC etc when not at home or if not needed. If using AC please close ALL windows and doors to that room. If AC is used excessively there may be $100 charge. Doorstops: Please use the door stops at all times as we have beautiful trade winds most of the time and it tends to blow the doors closed. Make sure you DO NOT lock the two top bedrooms as they are key operated and the wind can blow them closed. Quiet Hours 9pm to 8am: In consideration of our neighbors please respect the quiet hours. BEACH There are many Beaches close by. Beach towels are in the hall closet, and beach bags are in there also. Beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella are outside in the storage bench seat. They are for your use at the beach, please feel free to take them with you when you venture out to the beach and please remember to bring them back and rinse them off. Please rinse your feet with the tap by the workshop door when returning from the beach before going in the house. And shake the towels outside also. There is also a small cooler for you to use at the beach. Do not swim at Sandy Beach, it is very dangerous and not recommended. (Hanauma Bay is closed on Tuesday.) No Children unattended: There must be an adult at the pool at all the time or the children will be asked to get out of the pool. KITCHEN and FOOD SHOPPING Food gets stale fast so either use a container or a baggie once you have opened something. Keeping bread and such in the refrigerator will help to keep it from molding. Please keep counters wiped clean or you will have ants and cockroaches. There is a barbecue for your use. Please be sure it is off after using so we don’t run out of gas before the next use. Safeway, Longs and Costco are located just around the corner. GARBAGE DISPOSAL & GARBAGE & RECYCLING The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink doesn’t like shredded anything. It will clog and back up if you put in skins (vegetable, fruit and animal). Otherwise it works fine. Please rinse out bottles and put in Blue recycle bins. The Green cans are for yard trimmings. The Grey cans are for Garbage. Recycle fills very quickly so please break all boxes and everything down to the smallest size as they only collect every two weeks. CHECK OUT REQUIREMENTS: We ask that you leave the house like you found it. Please take out ALL your garbage and recycling. All trash and recycling much be put in garbage bags provided under the sink. Grey for garbage, green for green waste, and blue for mixed recyclables. Please wash ALL the dishes dry and put away please do not leave dishes in the sink unwashed. (This causes ants and cockroaches problems) Please clean out the refrigerator and freezer. If you have left over food in containers or a baggie that you cooked please throw it out and wash, dry & put away containers. Striping of ALL beds that were slept in is required. All bed sheets & pillow cases are to be put in the laundry baskets in your rooms Please leave the bedspreads and pillow shams on the beds & pillows. Please do not put wet dirty towels in the same basket with sheets please leave wet towels in the bathrooms. We will wash the towels and sheets. Our 2nd floor 3 bedroom plantation style home is located in a residential neighborhood with some Diamond Head and ocean views. We have beautiful sunny mornings, fantastic sunsets and even a double rainbow every now and then, The space is very breezy with LOTS AND LOTS of sunlight. We also have kitchen space for some food storage and light meal prep (microwave/sandwiches/cereal etc). The house has wireless internet so you can facetime with all your friends and make them SUPER jealous that you're in Hawaii;) We are a quick walk down hill from lots of YUMMY restaurants along Waialae Avenue. There are 42 restaurants within a 15 minute walk!! Kaimuki is a funky, friendly and chill neighborhood with lots of cool folks walking around at all hours of the day. Whether it's for their morning jog or taking their kids out for a nice stroll in the early evening. The neighborhood is VERY safe, with a Walk Score of 83. We are close to the University of Hawaii and Chaminade University. Our place is a great way for you to get to know the neighborhood. We are also VERY close to the bus line should you choose to go that route (see what I just did there?;)) We are out of the craziness of Waikiki, but only a few miles away from it all. We are chill, down to earth folks who like to be social, but will also leave you be if you choose to meditate for your entire trip. My husband and I are both Physical Therapists. He is originally from Australia and I am originally from Canada. We enjoy traveling and the outdoors, but like coming home and unwinding in front of the television with a good music documentary after a long day of working. We are more of a small craft beer house then a keg stand joint. Our house is nice and neat and homey:) If you're looking for a party house...this is probably not the best choice for you. We like to keep the noise down late at night out of respect for our neighbors and downstairs tenant. The NeighborhoodThe good thing about the location is it's on the edge of Waikiki, so getting in and out and around is simple outside of traffic hours. Parking is not so easy unless you reserve a space for $10 a day, and those spots are very limited. The apt. is on the corner of a stop light and bus stop, so expect to hear sirens, horns, etc. During the day there's a small view of the Ala Wai Canal. Getting AroundThere are several bus stops within a block away. Street parking is hard to come by. Taxi's are everywhere, but I would suggest the Uber or Lyft app. Limited onsite parking for a rental is $10 a day, reservations required. Offsite paid parking is around $25 a day. Free parking is about a 20 min walk. Other Things to NotePARKING: $10 a day onsite available by reservations, spaces are very limited here on the property and in all of Waikiki. Free street parking weekdays except for 2 hours at 630am and 330pm Paid parking is around $25 a day in the nearby lots. This is our 2nd Home.(URL HIDDEN) Answers to F A Q (frequently asked questions) • There are four Beach Towels in the unit. Boogie boards , and blowup floating mattresses as well. Condo (full kitchen, no dishwasher) with lanai is 600 square ft. The unit is as pictured on the rental site. • There is a Pay Laundry Room about 30 feet down the hall. Bring lots of quarters as it costs $2.00 for washer and $2.00 for dryer. • There are 2 keys in the key box on the door. You will be provided the combination when you book. Replace them in the same place upon vacating the unit. leave key in the lock box in case you lock yourself out .( it costs around $50.00 to have security come up and unlock your door. also it takes time out of your day.) The parking is onsite, in the building garage, (The Parking pass will be on the kitchen table when you arrive)... If you are in a car, drive into the garage and tell the attendant you want to park in the 15 minute parking while you go up to get the parking pass, then you can park in any vacant spot up on the next four floors. • There are garbage bags and cleaning supplies in the unit for your convenience as well as a vacuum, however we have a cleaning person come in after check out. • Towels, dishes, soap and toilet paper are provided initially.       The SpaceThe house is 4400 square feet. So large, comfy and homey. All of our schedules are different. The room is on the 1st floor behind the living room with its own private door outside and there is also a door going into the living room It has a temperpedic double bed, free standing wardrobe with shelves on both sides, wifi, it has a circular table with padded pink chairs in the bay window looking up the valley. We also have an air bed for a 3rd guest The library is in the living room. It is a bit more quiet and roomy 22'x10-17’ wide because of the bay window. Mirrors on the wall and the living room door. The is also a three light free standing light that you can move. There is a bedside table. Usually we have night rains and light breezes from windward side that keeps us cooler at a higher elevation by the Kilohano Mountains. This valley is known for the healing work of the Kahuna Niu of Kalihi. Also, Pele's mother Haumea was born up in this valley. Downstairs the dining room that seats 6, overlooks the living room. There is a 46 inch tv with dvd player, small library with a variety of Hawaiian Culture, self help and other topics. There are two couches, rocker, chair and can easily accommodate 10-15 people for a get together. There is also a workout gym. The kitchen has a regular stove, a countertop stovetop, steamer, toaster oven, microwave, crockpot. We have two fridges. The one by the ramp is for upstairs. Everyone has different time schedules, so it is rare to cook with someone else, unless we are doing a bbq or potluck. Welcome to have friends over. Clean up and put things back when using them. We have a walk in shower and a full 8x8 bathroom tub/shower downstairs. on the side facing the rainforest. Our back lanai has a washer, dryer and small closeline to hang things. We have orange trees, mountain apple, figs,and lillikoi. You are welcome to pick flowers for your room. we are across the street from a rainforest, near a buddist temple,and walking distance to low lying waterfalls (Tin Roof and Ice Ponds), but 15 min from the airport, Kamehameha Shopping Center, the Pink Store (mom and pop store) and 7 driveways from the bus #7. Down Kalihi Street is Kamehameha Shopping Center with Times market, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, starbucks, pizza, radio shack.... Street parking on Umalu Street, 3 driveways before us. Most of our neighbors have been here 30 years. the #7 bus is 7 driveways from us. We are ohana style being respectful of one another and sound late at night. Everyone has different schedules so the house is very quiet. sometimes we have paella or potluck. sometimes people are out discovering the island and its beauty. The valleys are often a hidden treasure. we have Ice Ponds a triple waterfall at the end of the road, a dojo, and 3 healing centers. It is peaceful and you can feel the energy shift as you drive closer past the last bus stop. Close to town and the east side of the island, but it feels a bit more like country. no smoking inside, drugs or drama. We have a service dog that is always with owner Kona Coffee in the morning, you can help yourself. When our mountain apples, kau oranges, figs or passionfruit are ripe, we put them on the dining room table to share with everyone. Also have avocado trees in the rainforest.
