The SpaceWelcome to this 50's style home situated behind Boise's historic train depot moments aways from parks, college, downtown, river and freeway/airport access. This 2 level home was recently remodeled with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. A 3 bed/1.5 bath, office, living room and small eat in kitchen with hardwood floors upstairs and carpet downstairs. The backyard is fully fenced with a patio for outside gathering. Off street parking and plenty of street parking. House has Wi-Fi, cable and a dvd player. Everything you need to make a nice meal with a dishwasher + disposal to boot PLUS a washer + dryer (soap included). Why is the house called "Lew's Place?". Lew was a decorated Veteran who when passed away left behind a home. The home has been recreated for out of town guests receiving local medical treatments. A place to stay for an extended period of time and has all the comforts of home offered at a reasonable medical rate. We've hosted two sets of premature twins, cancer patients, stroke recovery care, an ALS wedding and several families here just to support their loved ones who live locally. Besides being near the center of the city, the house is near both major hospitals and various treatment centers. If you're receiving treatments in Boise please book as far in advance as possible to ensure you can get your full block of time for your treatment and we can coordinate any special needs you might have during your stay: bed guards, walkers, IV pulls etc. For guests staying for medical treatments, contact me for a medical rate before using instabook. Guest AccessEntire house, yard + patio with the exception of the detached garage. Interaction with GuestsAs much as the guest would like. I'm there to greet (if possible ) them and show them the in's + out's. For longer stays I check in every so often so ensure they have everything they need and are comfortable. The NeighborhoodThe house is close to the city center- Downtown, parks, freeway system, groceries + restaurants and river and greenbelt. Getting AroundNot great public transportation but the house is within walking distance to downtown, parks, college + river and there is a great kiosk bike rental system in place with several locations around the city (information at the house). The bike system is a great way to hop on the greenbelt and explore Boise. Other Things to NoteThe house is in a quaint neighborhood close to everything but far enough to enjoy peace + quiet.

The SpaceCome stay in the Nature Suite located on the ground floor of the Boise Guest House. My daughter and I welcome you to our family-owned and operated European-style guest house. My completely restored 1895 Queen Anne Victorian has six unique suites. Each room has a private bathroom, full kitchen, comfy queen beds and unique decor. This south-facing suite is on the main level. Great for a couple, we have a rollaway twin bed for a third person in the main room for an additional fee to accommodate a family for an additonal $20. My favorite part about this suite is the clawfoot bathtub for bathing. You can also leave the back door open and get some nice fresh air in this suite and have garden access. We have a barbecue in the back with tables and chairs for outside dining. Guest AccessThe Boise Guest House has a garden, barbecue, shared outside tables. You will have your own kitchen, bathroom and access to the laundry room. Everyone has their own suite, so nothing is specifically shared except the common space. Interaction with GuestsI would love to meet you! I have designed the Boise Guest House around the idea that you want your space when you travel. Ashley and Hannah are onsite cleaning suites from 11am-3pm to bring you anything you would like. My experience traveling & working for ten years is that it can be exhausting and you probably would enjoy relaxing in my spaces by yourself... but I'm just a phone call away if you'd like to chat about the area or meet me. I live in the same neighborhood. The NeighborhoodThe Boise Guest House is located in a quiet downtown/ North End location, near the historic district of little old Boise on a government block. We have a few neighbors, but mostly it's a daytime office can walk everywhere, or rent our cool bikes to the farmer's market or the park. We are only 4 miles from the airport, so a taxi is inexpensive. We're also 2 blocks from the Boise Co-op, so you can buy groceries and prepare your own meals. Getting AroundWalking distance to great restaurants and hiking trails (less than 1/2 mile) Also, we have bikes! Boise is so bike friendly and flat. We have eight cruisers with racks and baskets for you to rent. It's only $10/day. Other Things to NoteThis is an old 120 year old house with wood floors. You will hear people moving around and coming in and out of the building. We have done our best to insulate, but there will be sounds around you. I have supplied a white noise maker in this suite for winter months when the AC isn't acting as white noise.

The SpaceA very spacious, light filled 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on a dead end street which ends at a city park filled with tress, a public swimming pool, tennis courts, walking paths and picnic area. I have a 24 foot yurt in the backyard listed on Airbnb also under Urban Glamping Adventure that you might be interested in also. My intention with this space is to create a contemplative and serene environment conducive to meditation, peace, retreat from the hussle of the city, yet not have to go anywhere but here to find that. There are massive organic garden beds in the back yard and the space is shared with my neighbor who is also my daughter and we do CSA organic food gardens. We have 10 laying hens, a bee hive, a small creek/ditch with water all summer. There are many artistic features throughout the landscape. There is a hammock under the massive cherry tree for afternoon gettaways and naps. The heat is wood, with a swamp cooler during summer months.The home is solar powered so I ask for guests to be mindful of their use of electricity. On a sunny day the meter runs backwards and that power is bought by Idaho power. But with a lot of usage, a electric bill will be generated so I ask that lights are turned off when exiting a room. Computers turned off when not in use. Cell phone chargers and computers unplugged from wall when not in use etc. It is a wonderful thing getting power for all of our needs from the sun. It is a living vibrant home because of it. Guest AccessGuest has access to meditation room, living room, kitchen, your own toilet and sink in the 1/2 bath and we share the shower in the main bathroom. The guest has access to all the outdoor living space which includes a large patio with table and umbrella and a bbq grill. Guest has access to picking greens and vegies out of the garden for meals. I provide tea and or coffee each morning and you are always welcome to fresh eggs. Interaction with GuestsI work outside the home many days of the week with an erratic shcedule so sometimes I am here for days on end and then other weeks I am away most of the days. You can usually find me in the garden on my days at home. The NeighborhoodThis is a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street that butts up to Ivywild park. There is no traffic. There is a plethora of eating establishments up and down Broadway, the main access artery to this neighborhood with a couple good thrift stores, a hardware store, coffee kiosk, liqour store, yoga studio and more all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Prepare to kick it down a notch from the hussle and bustle of city life. Relax, breathe deep, meditate, contemplate, check on the chickens or watch the bees in the hive. Sit out in the sun drenched back yard and write your novel, plan your next retreat here, but most of all breathe deep and let yourself go into your inner sanctuary to get a break from any stress or trouble or anxiety. Getting AroundIt is a very easy access to and from airport 5 minutes away. City bus service can be picked up three blocks away. The Greenbelt is an easy 8 to 10 minute bike ride and I can provide a cruiser bike for the guest at no extra charge. Other Things to NoteI am a Counsellor of the Cards and do readings for clients all over the country. A guest may be interested in scheduling a reading during their stay and I give a 15.00 discount from my normal pricing for Airbnb guests. Private yoga lessons are also available from Marcy Midnight who lives next door and is a certified yoga instructor in Prana Flow Vinyasa. Training from Shiva Rea. I also host on a monthly or bi-weekly schedule a Native American talking circle. Facilitated by Chuck Greywolf, a Hopi elder. These are followed by a pot luck meal.

The property sits at the edge of a tree-lined canal, which makes the back yard seem like it's set against a private woodland. The East End Family Retreat is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath private house accommodating up to 4 guests. - The kitchen is fully equipped for longer term stays including full size appliances including a new dishwasher, a new refrigerator and a washer/dryer. - Relax on two comfortable sofas with a 50” LED HDTV with TiVO, extended Cable package including HBO and a blu-ray/DVD player. - High speed wifi throughout the home. - The Master bedroom features luxury bedding and robes, a walk-in closet, luggage racks, blinds and curtains for privacy, dual nightstands with reading lamps, a queen size, sleep-number like mattress with dual-comfort zone and locally designed "Duvation" duvet cover. - The second bedroom offers twin beds, a luggage rack, writing desk and nightstand with reading lamp. - The bathroom is bright and cheery with original shower tile and cast iron tub. The entire home structure is U shaped with one leg of the U being the Hillview property and the rest of the U accessed from the Coston side of the street. The "duplex" is joined by one (sound proof) wall but is for all intents and purposes its' own home. The fence in the back courtyard creates privacy between the homes similar to a close neighbor. We live in the bottom of the U, the other leg is a high-ceiling studio which will soon be coming on-line as it's own airbnb. Interaction with GuestsWe are very responsive via phone, text or email with our guests and more than happy to answer questions or offer service during your stay. With a toddler at home and another on the way in April we don't always get a chance to 'mingle' with our guests. We emphasize privacy for your stay but are on hand if a guest should have inquiries or special attention. Some of our guests plan on relocating to Boise. We are integrated into the Boise community and knowledgeable about the real estate market (Kim has been an agent in the area for 9 years) and welcome questions because we love where we live! Information regarding what to do in Boise will be available in the Retreat for your stay. Easy to follow guides on how to operate equipment (TV) will be available in the Retreat. Other Things to NoteWe allow dogs with approval, so please let us know if you're bringing a dog with you. There is an additional surcharge of $15 per day (per dog). Long term stay dog fees are negotiable. Dogs that bark disruptively or dig in the yard are not welcome. You will be responsible for poop scooping. Cleaning fee is $65 per stay and happens between guests. If you are planning on staying long term you may opt in for the weekly green cleaning and towel/sheet service for an additional $25/week.

The SpaceThis new apartment has a full kitchen and is located in the heart of Boise's North End, and sits five blocks from Hyde Park, seven blocks from the Co-Op, and only twelve blocks from mountain biking and running/ walking trails. The apartment is above the detached garage behind our house. It is separate from the residence with its own entrance via outside stairs. The studio has a modern full kitchen, nook eating area, separate bathroom with shower, and closet with a door. Digitally adjustable heat and air conditioner with fan. The kitchen is fully loaded with a full size oven and 'fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, plates, and silverware. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of plush towels and a hairdryer. Cable TV on a flat screen. Wifi. We can arrange for access to our washer and dryer if you are staying for an extended visit. The SpaceThe Front Porch is named for that classic front porch you see with rockers and the porch swing... you know... drinking lemonade and watching the people walk by on a lazy afternoon. The Front Porch has everything you need for a short or long term stay. It is fully equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen items. There is a flat screen tv, roku box and wifi. Located on the ground floor of a historic triplex with a separate living room, kitchen and bedroom with lots of closet space (a true rarity in an old house). The space is perfect for a couple or tiny family, as the bathroom is through the bedroom. The living room has a full pull out couch for extra guests or kids. This suite sleeps 4 people. The Annex also has a fenced backyard with lovely potted flowers, fountain, chairs and table, propane barbecue, and adirondack chairs. Dogs with their owners are welcome back here :-) Guest AccessLaundry facility onsite shared with the Nest guests. We plant garden boxes for our guests so if you come in August, expect fresh tomatoes. Some storage is available as well on site. Guests may also store their bikes in the backyard between the studio and the main building. Interaction with GuestsI am on site several times a week. I have designed your experience to be "Hands Off" and I am here in case you need something. I maintain the gardens so you may see me around in the summer. I'd love to meet you so please feel free to reach out! The NeighborhoodThe location is within 6 blocks of Hyde Park and also just 1/2 mile from downtown Boise's shopping and restaurants. Located in a very quiet residential family neighborhood, this unit is the front end on the bottom floor of a triplex. This triplex was my home for seven years, and the neighbors are really wonderful and there are lots of families on this street. We are 1/2 mile from the local Boise Coop for groceries. Also, for a cool swim, we are a quick 5 minute drive or a bike ride down to the river in the summer. The hills are only about a block away for hiking or watching the sunset. This suite has great air conditioning, so don't worry about that being an issue in the Boise summer! We have a washer and a dryer in the facility's basement for this suite. It is shared with the Nest occupants and the housekeeping staff when they clean. There is a flat screen tv, with basic cable, and a Roku media streamer. This unit is available for a minimum 3 days in the summer months, and monthly otherwise for around $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Getting AroundBikes are a great way to see Boise. It's relatively flat, and parking is getting harder downtown. There is also a bus route, but it's so close to walk or bike that I've never actually used this service to recommend. Guest AccessPrivate property with WIFI, outdoor shared area. **Shared access to outdoor patio with grill and plenty of seating. **Cruiser bikes available on a first come/first serve basis. There are a couple of new bikes and several vintage bikes available. I have been told the older bikes are not "functional" because they are old. We ride these bikes all the time and prefer them over the newer ones. However, I cannot guarantee the bikes will meet everyone's needs/tastes, so feel free to use if you wish as this is just something extra that we are happy to share with our guests. The SpaceMake yourself at home in your own room, with a queen size bed and a large window with a great view. The room includes a private bathroom also. If you want to use our kitchen, feel free. We are happy to provide morning coffee, we hope you like it a little strong, or there is a nice coffee shop within walking distance of the house. One of the biggest perks of staying with us is the welcome committe, we have a small, older dog and a cat. They will make your feel right at home and welcome you into our pack. If you would rather not mingle with the pets, a simple closed door will do the trick. Guest AccessOur home is minutes from the greenbelt, several parks, the Saturday market and downtown. We are happy to provide inforamtion about great places to eat, local attractions and camping and hiking options. We will provide transportation to and from the airport, for an additioanl $10. Also, guest can rent one of our cruiser bikes for $20 per day, if you are interested in exploring Boise 'the right way'. We don't have a TV, but you are welcome to watch any of our DVDs (we have an interesting selection) and guests can access our wireless Internet during their stay with us. The Space3 level home., makes for nice privacy. We have a kid friendly home, with toys, strollers, beds and can make arrangements based on your needs. Getting AroundThere is a bus that runs downtown on Highland View, just a couple of blocks from the house. You can bicycle downtown in 10 minutes or less. Other Things to NoteThe house offers a lot of mid-century appeal, however certain things have not yet been updated. One bathroom has not yet been remodeled, but functions just fine. Certain imperfections can be expected such as no baseboards throughout the house and landscaping in-progress. Please note that the kid room is off limits. White water rafting down the Payette is a 45 minute drive and floating the Boise River requires nothing more than jumping in. Let me know if you'd like passes to The Springs in Idaho City... Getting AroundBoise is one of the most bikeable cities in the US. Hop on a bike at the Boise Bicycle Project, sign up for the Boise bike share or grab the bus, which stops on my block, to get downtown. Spacious, private, 1200 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Host is an avid canyoneer and the apartment is uniquely decorated with canyoneering images. Bathroom has full bath and shower. All linens included, along with utensils, plates, pots and pans, coffee maker. Master bedroom is large with queen bed and two nightstands. A walk in closet is adjacent to the bedroom. Second bedroom is smaller and includes a futon. Some of the host's personal belongings are still stored in the second bedroom at this time. Large living room features a leather sectional and glass coffee table. Dining area has a table and four plush, padded chairs. Outside area features two patios (one is sunny, one shaded) for your exclusive use, plus a large hammock. Small grassy area with yard care provided. Covered, private, off street parking in the carport. This building is a duplex and the neighbors upstairs are friendly, long term tenants. The downstairs unit is completely yours, with a separate entrance and easy access from the carport. No stairs to climb. It has it's own heating and cooling units and is completely separate from the upstairs - you choose the temperature. Your unit also has its own separate outdoor spaces as well. The building was built in 1965 and still retains some of its original charm. It's very cute and I hope you enjoy your stay here. :)

Wifi and parking are provided, and a shared washer and dryer accessible down the stairs. Outside in the yard enjoy our grill, garden and backyard chickens! We are located less than two miles from downtown Boise where you can tour the Capital, stroll the farmer’s market, attend a BSU football game, shop until you drop, and party all night. It is also a ten minute commute via public transportation which stops one minute away from our doorstep. We are a five minute walk to the greenbelt which leads straight downtown. The Sky Suite is just off of the Historical Warm Springs street where you will have the pleasure of viewing fancy geothermal heated mansions- including our neighbor’s castle! Across Warm Springs from us is the M&W market and Trolley House to meet all your appetite’s needs. Within a ten minute walk you can hike the foothills, play tennis at the Quarry view park, tour the Old Penitentiary, swim at the Natatorium, golf at the Warms Springs Golf Club and meditate at the Botanical Gardens. We look forward to meeting you. We will feel most comfortable booking with folks who have developed profiles. Children over one year of age are considered additional guests. The SpaceBuilt in 1905, this 1040sq ft bungalow is a classic. Everything has been updated throughout the entire home. 10ft ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the open floor plan. Spring through fall, the home has a lovely fully landscaped yard. Modern, simple, clean living is our lifestyle. Our personal items are minimal and edited, so you can enjoy the space,and not feel overwhelmed by our presence. I love design and art, so this house gets constant love, upgrades and improvements. My art studio/ office is in the rear of the lot, so I may be on the property occasionally. We can accommodate up to 4 people in different configurations. Over four people and you may be challenged with the single bathroom. There is a loft bed pictured but it has been dismantled for my teen. Currently there is a double bed and room for another single. I can also provide a twin mattress aerobed (a low one for toddlers or a big puffy one for adults). Please note we do charge additional for over 4 guests and I'm willing to consider it depending on your group. I may not get to meet you due to arrival time conflicts, but I will do everything to ensure you will feel warm and welcome in my home! The best neighborhood in Boise! Access all the trails ... From my front yard! Great local restaurants and coffee shops about 4 blocks from my house as well. I haven't used the bus. Free street parking. Safe and easy! The SpaceWe love this space! It is a studio in the true sense of the word - everything in one room! And by everything, we mean, full kitchen with island and bar stools, small table and chairs, shower/bath, comfy double bed, wardrobe, TV and sitting chair. This is a great space for the solo traveler staying a night or two, or the guest who is in town for a while and needs a place to land. The cottage is surrounded by trees and has its own patio. We (the owners) live on the property, so we can take good care of our guests, but we also like to let them have their privacy. Best of both worlds! Guest AccessGuests have full private access to the cottage and a patio space just for them. There is tons of street parking and a separate entrance of the (well-lighted) alley, so guests can come and go as they please. Interaction with GuestsWe want our guests to have a great time in Boise, but we also are private people and respect privacy for others. We are always up for giving a few recommendations and helping guests get around. Because we live in the front of the property, guests will no doubt see us about. The NeighborhoodThe North End of Boise is incredibly popular - for good reason! Its tree-lined streets and old homes are gorgeous any time of year and its proximity to everything, including downtown, Hyde Park, the foothills and the Greenbelt makes it one of the most sought-after places to live in town. It is easy to get around on foot or bike any time of year (winter requires a good deal of bundling up, but that's half the fun!) and very easy to get around by car. Getting AroundGetting around is easy on foot, bike or by car. There is public transportation but we never use it - haven't needed anything but a bicycle for over half a year!

The SpaceYour bedroom is the whole downstairs of an addition that was built in 1996. It is about 700 sq' of space with its own private entrance. The bedroom is connected to the main house, but also has its own private entrance. Your space also has an electric fireplace for cozy ambiance and heat when needed. Air conditioned and very cool space with tile floors for those hot Boise summer days. Our home is an eclectic space that is very roomy and comfortable. Guests get there own bathroom that is located in the shared space. Bedroom has a couch, coffee table, and desk. Our dog, Arlo, is super sweet and has quickly become the best host. Guest AccessThe space has its own entrance. Guests have use of the kitchen and living space and yard but we ask to be respectful and quite at night. Interaction with GuestsJaime and I typically interact with our guests, but we are also respectful to guests that want to keep to themselves. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing all the best locations of Boise with them. The Neighborhood(URL HIDDEN) Getting AroundWe are easy to get to off the interstate connector, but also very close to all of the great things Boise has to offer: foothills trails, greenbelt, ponds, and downtown. We are about 20 blocks from the heart of down town that is easily bikeable or a long walk. Sometimes we have bikes available to use.

Interaction with GuestsI'm new at this The NeighborhoodThe condo is located in Boise's Linen District , with coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping one block away. The whole of downtown Boise is easy walking distance. Freeway access is almost literally out the front door, but the condo is well insulated so it's all the convenience and none of the noise. Ann Morrison Park, the Boise River, and the 25 mile Greenbelt are just three blocks from the front door. The Greenbelt is great for a scenic stroll or bike ride but also a convenient, safe way to bicycle commute around Boise. Getting AroundThere is easy access to bus lines, however, be aware that Boise buses don't operate after 6:45 pm M-F, have limited operation on Saturdays until 6:45 pm, and don't run at all on Sundays. The good news is that downtown Boise is so compact you can easily walk, bike, or cheaply catch a cab pretty much everywhere you want to go. And if you're driving, parking is mostly a breeze. Downtown garages all offer free parking for the first hour; outside the downtown area, parking is almost always easy and free. Other Things to NoteOur availability is a little weird because we use this condo to house stand up comedians at our club downtown. It's nearly always open Monday - Wednesday nights and generally occupied Thursday - Sundays. It is generally available on holiday weeks and for the full months of July and September. The SpaceA fantastic 2 BR/ 1BA with living room, bathroom and kitchen all to yourself. 10 ft ceilings, natural light and hardwood floors enhance the spaciousness of this suite. Access to a public gated yard is perfect for families traveling with kids. The Travel Suite has many details pertaining to travel and Idaho from my personal collection. The space has 10 ft ceilings, 8 foot windows and wonderful natural light. It's a great layout for a family and sleeps 2 adults and 2 others in the twin beds. We can provide a fold out bed for an additional $25 if you need one additional bed. The kitchen is in the original location for the 1895 house, and opens into the fenced backyard. It's perfect in the nicer months for a larger group to have this easy outside access. Kids can play in the back yard and while the yard is not exclusive to this unit, it is quiet and private. This suite has everything you could possibly need for a longer term stay. The basement laundry facility is easy access to this suite. I love to talk with my guests and learn about them. However, I've designed the experience at the Boise Guest House around being invisible - which is probably a little different than other hosts! If you need anything, I am extremely accessible and easy to find. This is a wonderful downtown location! A few blocks from the Boise Co-op and the foothills... but also an easy 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping in the downtown area. In the daytime, this is a safe business / government district. At night, there are a few residences but it's very quiet. I recommend bikes, walking or cars. We have a bus system and I'm not familiar with it due to the proximity of everything. All of my suites have local art and memorabilia. I love art and look forward to expanding this collection. Guest AccessThe Boise Guest House has a garden, barbecue, shared outside tables. You will have your own kitchen, access to the laundry room. Everyone has their own suite, so nothing is shared except the common space. Interaction with GuestsI would love to meet you! We are away from all the nighttime noise, but close enough to easily access. Coffee shops are nearby. Getting AroundBikes are the best way around. Boise is so bike friendly. The SpaceThis artistically furnished second story 2 BR apartment has everything for a comfortable longer term stay in downtown's North End of Boise. It is small, concise and comfortable, with great natural light. The layout is a long and spacious 850 square feet that feels large because of the divided spaces. My daughter and I lived here for 7 years and she affectionately named it the treehouse because you can see the entire neighbhorhood at the treeline. It is private, quiet and feels great. The Treehouse is located in a triplex. All the residents have been pre-screened for compatibility - meaning there are mostly working professionals, grandparents and guests relocating to Boise. It is a peaceful space. This suite has great air conditioning and roof insulation, so don't worry about that being an issue with the upstairs in the hot Boise summer. It is well-insulated for the winter months as well. We have a washer and a dryer in the unit as well. There is a flat screen tv, with basic cable, and a Roku media streamer. The kitchen has newer appliances including a dishwasher and a new range. The washer and dryer are new as well. The smaller bedroom is perfect for a child. Currently we have two twin mattresses stacked in there, but we can arrange for a queen or a double instead to suit your needs for the extra bedroom. Note: Beware of this space if you are over 6ft tall! We have some lower access headers that don't bother the owner... who is 5 ft! Guest AccessEverything! The gated backyard also has a propane barbecue, seating and a fountain. All residents can use the backyard for an outdoor area. Some storage is available as well on site. Guests may also store their bikes in the backyard between the studio and the main building. Interaction with GuestsI am on site several times a week. I have designed your experience to be "Hands Off" and I am here in case you need something. I maintain the gardens so you may see me around in the summer. I'd love to meet you so please feel free to reach out! The NeighborhoodThe location is within 6 blocks of Hyde Park and also just 1/2 mile from downtown Boise's shopping and restaurants. Located in a quiet residential family neighborhood, this unit is the entire top level of a triplex. This suite has hardwood floors and great natural light. We are 1/2 mile from the local Boise Coop for groceries. Also, for a cool swim, we are a quick 5 minute drive or a bike ride down to the river in the summer. The hills are only about a block away for hiking or watching the sunset. This suite has great air conditioning, so don't worry about that being an issue with the upstairs in Boise summer! We have a washer and a dryer in the unit, as well. There is a flat screen tv, with basic cable, and a Roku media streamer. The smaller bedroom is perfect for a child. Currently a double bed is in the suite, and we can easily install two twins for our small guests. Note: Beware of this space if you are over 6ft tall! We have some lower access headers that don't bother the owner... who is 5 ft! This unit is available monthly or for longer durations. The pricing is $1700 for May-Oct and $1500 for Nov - May. Getting AroundBikes are a great way to see Boise. It's relatively flat, and parking is getting harder downtown. There is also a bus route, but it's so close to walk or bike that I've never actually used this service to recommend. Other Things to NoteThere are vegetable garden boxes in the summer that guests are welcome to harvest. We also have tomatoes on the south side of the property. We have the cleaning fee listed as $25 - this is for a 3 day stay. For a month, the cleaning fee is $100 (in addition to the dog fee, if you travel with a furry friend) There is no way to add this as a variable to the Airbnb site, so we will have to add it on later when we accept your reservation.

However, I cannot guarantee the bikes will meet everyone's needs/tastes, so feel free to use if you wish as this is just something extra that we are happy to share with our guests. BSU, Boise Centre on the Grove, Saturday Market, public transportation, greenbelt and airport are convenient.There are cruiser bikes available on request. Getting AroundPublic transportation (bus system) is available. Downtown is easily walkable or bikeable. UBER is convenient and very reasonable!

The SpaceLOCATION: WEST END of DOWNTOWN! This listing was once rented as a private level, but we've changed it by adding the lower level to the space :-), making this cozy space not so cozy! This 1940s charmer will make you feel right a home. Located within walking distance of downtown on Idaho Street, this cozy cottage offers guests access to everything within minutes: shops, restaurants, event centers, the green belt, grocery store and more. Fairview Park is located four houses away and provides a great playground for children as well as tennis and basketball courts for the sport enthusiasts. On the main floor of the house: one bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom with tub/shower, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, basically-equipped kitchen with small dining table, Cable TV and Wi-Fi. In the lower level of the house: One bedroom with king bed, a desk and small sitting area, a bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, Cable TV and Wi-Fi. This tastefully decorated home has original hardwood fir floors, original artwork and two flat screen TVs. Only high-quality, 100% cotton, linens are used for bedding and bath. The sleeper sofa is suitable for small children, not adults or children who may weigh more than 100 pounds. There is a small attractive backyard with patio/dining area that can accommodate six people. Guest AccessI am usually able to accommodate early check-ins (before 4 PM). Call, text, or email me to arrange an early check-in time. If I have a guest coming the day you are checking out, then I ask that you check out at 11 AM so I have enough time to prepare the suite for the new guest. Interaction with GuestsAs your host, I am usually available whenever a guest needs me. However, I like to provide guests privacy, so you may not see much of me during your stay. Unless I need to reach out to you, or of course, if you need to reach out to me, you're on your own to enjoy the cottage and outdoor space. The SpaceOur historic house is on quiet, tree-lined street, five minutes from downtown. The guest's private, clean, character-filled room accommodates up to two people in a full-sized bed. The writing table (made by Robert) is perfect for setting up a computer or getting work done while here. Paintings by host & local artists adorn the walls. The only limitation of a historic house is that there is only one bathroom in the home, located between the two bedrooms, which is shared with hosts. It boasts a claw foot tub that doubles as a shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the newly redone backyard on the deck, made to feel like a Tuscan garden, complete with Roman busts. Fresh flowers from the market are often on the table. There is a fireplace in the living room to gather around for evening conversations. The house is peaceful and feels like home. Guest AccessGuests have access to washer and dryer, respectful use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and front porch. Bikes and helmets are also available for guests. Interaction with GuestsRobert is home much of the time and enjoys cooking breakfast and visiting about history, music or anything else but will also leave guests alone who want privacy. Karen is out more than in but is friendly and highly knowledgeable about what is going on in the City and can make recommendations for activities when asked. She works in the arts and knows what's happening. If we are having dinner at home we will invite you to share with us. Guests are always free to go their own ways and have as much or as little interaction as they prefer. The NeighborhoodThe North-end is one of Boise's oldest, most desirable neighborhoods. Big tree-lined streets with unique houses are a wonderful place to walk. Elm Grove Park is 5 minutes from the house. Downtown is just over a mile away. Easy access to everywhere. Getting AroundCars, bikes, or walking are the best ways to get around, depending on how far you have to go. We have a bike and helmet you can use while here. Other Things to NoteWe essentially treat guests like old friends. You are welcome in our home and can make tea or use the stove to make your own food, put stuff in the fridge, ask us any questions, or tell us you are ready to go to bed!

The SpaceThe Nest. Ahhh... lovely natural light, hardwood floors, an original 1900 kitchen and a built in bed. Sound cozy? This apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. It is fully equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen items. There is a flat screen tv, roku box and wifi. A front porch with a rocking chair greets you on your arrival. There is an additional outside garden space with potted plants, fountain, chairs, table and a barbecue. Perfect for a couple exploring Boise, or a working professional coming for assignment. The queen built-in bed makes this ideal for one person, and there are currently no doors on the living spaces even though they are spatially separated. There is a double pull out sofa bed in the living room that is idea for a child or additional guest. The footprint of this overall space is very small so if you are looking for a more family-friendly space, I would consider the Front Porch or the Treehouse with larger square footage and room to move around. We rent this with some minimum nightly stays in the busier months. If you are interested in a shorter stay, I recommend the Boise Guest House, our other accommodation. I also have two other suites at this location that we rent monthly and weekly. Guest AccessGuests have access to the backyard area and the basement for storage and laundry access. The back porch is shared with the guests in the Front Porch. Interaction with GuestsI will be available and often stop by to water flowers and pick tomatoes, etc. If you have any questions, I am only a phone call away. I like to give guests their space to enjoy Boise. The NeighborhoodLocated only 1/2 mile from both Hyde Park and downtown, this is an easy walk to restaurants and attractions. The Nest is in a historic triplex occupied by travelers and working professionals, the atmosphere is quiet. Our neighborhood is filled with children and families we've known for years. Getting AroundStreet parking is free in front of this suite. Generally people bike, drive or walk in this neighborhood. The city transit stop is nearby at 8th and Resseguie. Other Things to NoteWe can provide a beach bike cruiser for seeing the area for $50/month or $10/nightly. One dog is allowed for an additional $100 or $25 for a week long stay.
