The SpaceYou will be staying just 4 blocks from the iWireless Center, home of the Quad Cities Mallards hockey team and host to many amazing concerts. The Mighty Mississippi River is 3 blocks away and has a wonderful walking path and bike path, not to mention beautiful sunsets, as well as access to the Channel Cat water taxi so you can head over to Iowa (not in the winter, tho, sorry!)
The Apartment has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twins. The living room has a queen sofa-bed and there is also a queen inflatable bed available.
The kitchen is a nice size and has a bistro table and chairs, as well as a microwave, coffee maker WITH COFFEE, dishes, pans....just about everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
I want to comment about the last-minute cancels that you see in my reviews - we had a plumbing leak that turned into a total redo of all the plumbing in the building. It was an urgent issue and totally out of our control. Now the building is good to go! Guest AccessYou will enjoy the entire Apartment (1200 square feet). The deck is now complete so you will have access to the sun-filled deck right off the kitchen, complete with lawn chairs, a picnic table, gas grill, and a patio umbrella. Interaction with GuestsIm always just a phone call away if you need help with anything. The NeighborhoodYou will be in the heart of Downtown Moline Centre and walking distance to all the events. Right next door is the Svithiod Club, 2 doors down is a mexican grocery store and cafe.

There is always something going on downtown, and with private parking out back, you can park your car safely and walk to all the events and bars and restaurants and shopping and river and bike path and well...you get the picture Getting AroundThe city bus is all over downtown moline, and in the spring summer and fall, you can catch the local water taxi, The Channel Cat, for a couple of bucks and make your way across the Mississippi River to other Moline stops, and Davenport and Bettendorf Iowa. And, did i mention you can walk from the Apartment to everything in downtown.
