The SpaceThe Brookville Lake area was identified in (URL HIDDEN) 2015 as among the top 100 family fishing and boating spots in America. Fishing boats about 16-18’ should have no trouble with maneuvering at our place. Ours is a new listing as of 2015 with major renovations in 2014. In our 1st year we had guests from California, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, and Tennessee. 4+ private wooded acres with small house, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles, 1 double) plus a Pack-n-Play), 2 bathrooms (1 in master bedroom, 1 off hallway), living room, dining room and a large screened porch and deck. Room air conditioning, small kitchen, gas grill, and electric baseboard heating. The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, basic mix and match pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, coffee maker, blender, mixer. We also provide dish and hand soap, a new dish sponge, kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Sheets, towels, and blankets are provided. Please note that toiletries need to be provided by guests. It is also a short drive to Miami University, Dayton, and Cincinnati. The lake is approximately 5,000 acres, 10-15 miles long, fed by the E Fork of Whitewater River. Great canoeing and kayaking area in the Whitewater Rivers. For children, there are two family beaches and a playground in the lake’s tail water park. A corn hole game is provided. New to the lake?
