There is a gift shop with art and handmade items by Iowa artists & artisans, and a bicycle shop right downstairs.

Easy access to University of Northern Iowa and John Deere. Getting AroundWe have a parking lot where you can park for free. The public transit stops a couple blocks from here and goes to several areas of Waterloo and Cedar Falls.
You can rent bicycles from Waterloo Bicycle Works, downstairs in the same building as the apartment, and ride the 120+ miles of paved recreational trails that run throughout Waterloo and the Cedar Valley. Access is right beside the building.
There are several taxi services and vehicle rental establishments as well.
